Haruna Kaiyana's Story

"Stop."

A lone bounty hunter, who is behind Karasz, calls him out for some reason. Still, it has something to do with illegal activities that Karasz did not commit, but they actually fell for it. Even to this portioned sized population, Karasz feels like he's not welcome here. The bounty hunter, Zarenta, aimed his gun at the swordsman and questions him for simply coming here.

"Why are you here?" Zarenta asked.

"I come here for answers." Karasz lowers his head, "I want to find the organization who took my sister away."

"...."

"They made her into their slave, and made her kill my girlfriend. I want to make sure that the organization collapse into nothing. Do you know how much it hurts to lose somebody you care about?"

"Yes, but you've been charged for--"

"I NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG IN MY LIFE!!!!" Karasz snapped at Zarenta, "DO YOU THINK THIS IS FUNNY?! TREATING A HERO LIKE A NOBODY?! AFTER EVERYTHING I'VE DONE TO PROTECT UNITAS FROM DANGER?! THEY MADE FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT ME!!!!" Then, for that reason, he doesn't seem like he's himself anymore. Perhaps traumatic events came back to him and made him more scared than usual. He calmed down and felt ashamed. "I am... sorry.... I felt so... useless.... I don't know what happened to me. Was I destined to suffer this way?

"...." Zarenta withdrew his weapon, "Hmm... Perhaps you are treated like a criminal by some people. But you never did anything wrong in your life... I understand. You're not even worth much bounty anyway."

"I don't know what to do anymore. I don't have anything to live anymore." Karasz moped and rubbed his tears from his eyes, "I'm a failure."

"Failure is not an option. If you really care about your sister and get your revenge on the organization you are looking for, then I suggest you stop whining and start fighting... Now... that organization you mentioned... what is their name?"

"HEY! Zarenta!" A female voice from afar called his name. It was the voice of the mechanic who owned "Fix-It N' Kix-It," a transportation service.

Adel stopped in his tracks when he heard Karasz and Zarenta.

"...?" Hearing about Karasz's plight, Adel felt compelled to help him out.

"Master..." Nemea said, "that man is charged with various counts of stalki - "

"Says a second-hand source," Adel interrupted. "But I know someone in need when I see him, and I'm staring at one right now."

"Master, Karasz Zaritoni is highly wanted. No doubt Haven's police force will come after him if they - "

"Forget it!!" Adel scolded. "I don't go by regulations. I go by my instinct! I didn't sign up to be some super-powered brute, you know. I signed up for this to help those in need! They said you'd be a perfect match for me - so are you in or are you out?"

"..."

Nemea had no response. So, Adel approached Karasz.

"Wait right here." Zarenta leaves Karasz and goes to the mechanic at the Fix-It and Kix-It, "Haruna. Is there something you need to tell me?"

"You betcha! I just finished my latest vehicle. Behold! Feast your eyes on the Metal Pelican!"

Haruna introduces the H-15 Battle Carrier, an air transportation vehicle. She dubs it as "Metal Pelican." Its maximum capacity is 10 people, including the pilot. It is also equipped with laser cannons and turrets for self-defense, and uses the shield to deflect enemy fire. It is perfect for transporting captured prisoners from one place to Sanctuary Prison.

"Interesting..."

"You like it?"

"Metal Pelican could use some more speed though. But now we have a new problem in our hands."

"What?"

Meanwhile, Karasz is greeted by Adel, but Karasz is still upset. He don't feel like talking right now.

"Hey, sir?" Adel said to Karasz. "What was it you said about your sister being taken? Maybe I can help you!"

"You can?" Karasz perked up in front of Adel, "You can help me find Majestic and save my sister from their control?"

"(?) Majestic?" Adel reacted. "Uh...Nemea? You have records about this Majestic, right?"

"All that is known about Majestic is that the White Platoon pursued them and assassinated its supposed kingpin, Jonathan Killian," Nemea said. "Following this, the Platoon was subject to disbandment. Without any evidence to prove Majestic's existence, the subject went ignored in the years following."

"Oh..." Adel responded, a bit dejected that they'd be hitting a dead end.

"However, Templar Lucas Vinisha had reported seeing soldiers arrive at the Chamber of Anarchy, theorized to be Majestic's muscle. Incidentally, the Templar Unit was one of many that received the Platoon's database for review after its disbandment. Ever since, murmurs of Majestic have surfaced in several locations."

"(!) Really? So there is a good chance it exists...But how can we find this Majestic, anyway?"

"Even their location is a tight secret that nobody has figured out...if they tried to find out over the past five years, that is. In spite of all this, one thing is certain - too many mysterious calamities are occurring, with too many inconsistencies to narrow down to any single known subjects."

"This fugitive outside claims that all of the illegal activities he's done were false," Zarenta explained, "Countless accusations leave him to believe that he has nothing to live for. The signs he's showing is mild depression and will be in a state of suicide soon enough."

"Seriously? Like, I've known him for awhile, but he doesn't do anything bad... does he?"

"He doesn't, Haruna."

"What are we supposed to do with him?"

"When we are finished with Majestic, we will have to give Karasz a fair trial. If they believed that Karasz did anything illegal in Haven such stalking and raping small children, they need to have evidence to prove it. Even if they do, somebody will have to defend his rights to speak for himself."

"I surely don't want him to be miserable. We've been helping him out for years, and we don't see anything wrong about him."

"Not yet..." Zarenta enters the Metal Pelican and takes the passenger seat, "But Majestic is a bigger problem. Haruna... we need to find Majestic and see if we can save Karasz's sister from control. But whatever they are planning next can't be this good."

"No problem, Slick!" Haruna takes control of the Metal Pelican.

"Also, we need to hurry up. Haven is one of the continents that is infamous for its mass surveillance. It won't belong until they bring the police to arrest him."

"Shit..!!"

Haruna starts up the Metal Pelican, and the transportation unit lifts itself off the ground and hover towards Karasz and Adel.

Adel, having overheard Zarenta and Haruna, looked to the approaching Metal Pelican, and then back to Karasz.

"I don't know how, but I swear we're going to find this Majestic bunch," Adel said, "and do whatever it takes to bring their operations to hell."

"Thank you..." Karasz nodded and smiled.

"Karasz!" Haruna waved through the window, "Ya need a lift?"

"Haruna? Man, it's been awhile... Is that yours?"

"I built the Metal Pelican. Zarenta told me you're having trouble with Majestic. Don't worry, bud! We have your back. Get in!"

"But do it quickly," Zarenta warned, "Haven's surveillance drones have already detected that you're here."

"Oh, fuck..." Karasz rushed in the Metal Pelican with Adel, "Get us out of here, Haruna! Hurry!"

The Metal Pelican increased altitude and flies away from Sicherheim. But it's already too late for Karasz. The surveillance drones already recorded his actions.

"FUGITIVE DETECTED. FUGITIVE IS NOW ON THE RUN." The drone spoke, "SENDING REPORT TO SANCTUARY PRISON. FUGITIVE MUST BE CAPTURED OR KILLED IF REQUESTED.

In the Metal Pelican Haruna asks Karasz where to go to find Majestic. Unfortunately, Karasz still has no idea where they are, but he heard a clue from Adel that their location is located somewhere hidden in Haven. Zarenta notices Adel, and questions Karasz about it.

"Karasz," Zarenta spoke, "Who is this mercenary that you bring aboard?"

"Switching tracking signal off," Nemea said. "Entering stealth mode."

"Thanks, Nemea," Adel said. He then turned his attention to Zarenta. "Adel Torrez, recent recruit in the Haven military forces...currently unsorted."

Adel hopped on board the Metal Pelican. At that time, many booming noises were heard in the direction of Old Haven...

"Uh oh! Trouble's a brewing in Old Haven!" Haruna heard explosions from the distance, and flies the carrier towards the source, "Hold on to your seatbelts, boys, 'cuz things are about to get rough over there!"

"OOoww... arggh..... I don't think I can move anymore..." Kremlouie twitched, "Crunch... do me a favor and give Majestic a smackdown."

"I'll keep it in mind, Krem. You need to rest." Crunch sighed, "Now I'm really angry! Where is their stupid base?! I'm tired of playing "Hide N' Seek" with a building, lair, or whatever it is!"

The Metal Pelican arrives in the skies. They're in Old Haven, and they are also searching for Majestic. Haruna is keeping her eye out for anything dangerous. Zarenta is looking at the Pelican's built-in TV set where the news reporter is informing the public about a recent update.

"Vigilante sexual offender Karasz Zaritoni has been spotted in Sicherheim, Haven. Eyewitnesses can confirm that he made a quick getaway with three other people who are unknowingly realizing his true intentions. Karasz's recent victim was currently unknown as authorities are searching for the person who was raped some time ago. Wait a minute... We have been informed that there is a prison breakout in Sanctuary! Quintus Von Koopa, the mass murderer and grandfather of Alexander Von Koopa, is is escaping prison with the help of his friends. It is currently unknown if Alexander Von Koopa is with them, but many assume that he is still in prison."

"Let me guess... your friends, like Sockie, are breaking the murderer out of prison, right?" Zarenta asked Karasz.

"Sockie? What is he doing over there?"

"Breaking that maniac out of prison!" Haruna replied, "I'm tellin' ya, Quintus is a messed up murderer. They have a good reason to keep in there, and it seems like his execution is cancelled thanks to Sockie and his friends."

"What about Alex?"

"Either he's not there for some reason or he's staying there to meet his fate."

A beeping sound is suddenly heard beneath Kremlouie as Red's cell phone starts ringing. If she has caller ID, she would read it as "Blocked Number".

Haruna's cell phone starts ringing. As in Red's case, caller ID would read "Blocked Number".

"Red, can you get that? Tell that guy we're busy." Crunch groaned, "And that better not be a prank caller. We're not in a mood for jokes! No more funny stuff! IT'S SERIOUS NOW!"

"...." Haruna picks up her cell phone, "Look, if this is another telemarketing scam, I will---"

"Turn the airship around and go back to Sicherheim or I will crash it," said a voice at the other end of Haruna's phone.

"Wait- what?!" Haruna looked angry, "Who the rat stinking hell do you think you are?!"

"A man who knows exactly what type of engine an H-Carrier model airship uses and how to shut it down," said the voice. "Last warning. Turn the ship around and go back home."

Meanwhile, a certain truck comes bouncing into Old Haven, searching for Red, Crunch, and Kremlouie.

I assume you mean Kremlouie's comm. Red answers it while taking cover from the approaching Tezzrah Cannon.

"Yeah, what is it?" Red said to the voice on the other end of the call. "Little busy fending off a violent bolter!"

"S...Sorry, sir," Adel responded, "but there's more pressing matters right now. A bogey is dead ahead and is causing havoc in - "

Adel is interrupted as Wrenchy fired more bolts from the Tezzrah Cannon across Old Haven, trying to hit Red's group, or the Metal Pelican, or the incoming truck. Surely Crane can hear the bolts' impacts. One bolt grazes the Metal Pelican's left side.

He would... if it was Crane on the other side of the communicator.

"All the more reason to leave as quickly as you can," said the voice.

"Well, that's unfortunate," said the voice. "Because your reptilian friend is now directly on top of a land mine. It would be a shame if I were to remotely detonate it. Oh, and I wouldn't try moving him, or putting your Cloak over him. I'm much faster on the trigger than you."

"I take it you didn't exactly rescue me out of the goodness of your heart," said Quintus.
