Physical Description: Terrus is a pale-skinned, pale-eyed humanoid (he’s really a shapeshifting alien) wearing a jacket (but no shirt) and camo pants.
Personality: Terrus has absolutely no concept of sarcasm or other subtleties in the English language. He can certainly speak it but doesn’t really understand it, leading to an incredibly honest and naïve personality.
History: Terrus comes from a species of reality warpers, but after one nearly destroyed the entire species by accident while trying to rewrite reality, he lost most of his memory, crash-landed on earth, and joined the White Platoon, seeing as how he had no other real goal in life. Learning basic concepts of morality through law books, Terrus became familiar, if not fluent, with concepts such as right and wrong. After the White Platoon disbanded he did his best to act as a solo guardian of the land wherever he could.
Equipment: Terrus carries a spear, but it’s more ceremonial than anything.
Abilities: Terrus is a shapeshifter, capable of transforming into anything he remembers well or can immediately see. When transforming he also copies the abilities of those he has shapeshifted into.
Other: Even if Terrus were to remember he was a reality warper it’s unlikely he’d use those powers, haven forgotten the exact shapes in which he needs to shift to use them.

Terrus (V2)'s Story

The four don't get far, as turrets pop out from the roofs of seemingly innocuous buildings and open fire on them. It seems impossible to get out with that heavy of a ballistic assault...
But suddenly, an airship from Corona flies into Ingenium airspace, opening fire rather indiscriminately on everyone in and around Ingenium. Piloting the airship is the leader of the White Platoon, Dr. Y, here to bail out his comrades. As the turrets turn to fire on him, suddenly their bullets start flying in random directions. Anyone looking up to see why can see a Magnezone, eye glowing with power, altering the paths of the bullets in midair.
But suddenly, an airship from Corona flies into Ingenium airspace, opening fire rather indiscriminately on everyone in and around Ingenium. Piloting the airship is the leader of the White Platoon, Dr. Y, here to bail out his comrades. As the turrets turn to fire on him, suddenly their bullets start flying in random directions. Anyone looking up to see why can see a Magnezone, eye glowing with power, altering the paths of the bullets in midair.
Rushing into Ingenium is Parasoul and the Egrets. Parasoul is shocked at what she saw.
"NOW they're attacking?!" she gasped. "Men, move in! Our mission is to subdue and arrest the threat to the city."
"Sir!" the Egrets responded, following her into the attack scene.

Meanwhile, the defense turrets are trying their hardest to get a bead on Dr. Y's ship, but with Nikolai running interference that's rather difficult. Terrus is trying his hardest to fly up to the airship for cover, but with two people on his back and a rather heavy generator it might take a while so that the Egrets get the chance to get some shots in.
The Egrets charged in, shooting disabling nets at Terrus and the three with him (that is, they're made to resist things like electricity, fire, and magic). Parasoul, meanwhile, boarded a motorcycle and rode it toward a ramp pointing toward Dr. Y's airship. She zoomed up the ramp, going midair toward the deck.
The nets entangle Terrus, and more importantly, his wings. Abraham starts shorting out on contact with the nets as Terrus and all "on board" start plummeting towards the water below.
"Nikolai!" shouted Dr. Y over the din. "Your job is to keep shit like that from happening!"
"My apologies," said Nikolai.

As the motorcycle neared the surface of the airship's deck, Parasoul jumped off, touching down near Dr. Y and aiming Krieg's tip at him.
"Dr. Y! What are you thinking?!" Parasoul shouted. "Do you even understand the state of things in Haven? We're already on edge thanks to the recent assault on Sanctuary - don't make things worse!"

Dr. Y draws his shotgun and aims it at Parasoul.
"Worse?" asked Dr. Y. "They already think I'm a terrorist. They're starting registration of every single superhuman in their borders, and I guarantee they'll find a way to get to you too, princess. All those idiots and assholes in power, they're not going to suddenly realize that they were wrong about me and my Platoon if I were to go up to them and say 'it wasn't me'. Haven's already gone to shit, princess. What I'm doing isn't making things worse. It's letting these people stay safe, knowing that what they believe is true."

"...You're right," Parasoul said. "The senate won't stop their persecution. They'll likely find a way to silence me and my men. But my concern isn't them...It's the people I'm concerned for! And as long as I breathe, I'll be there to halt whatever threats to their safety I possibly can!"
"And I have to look out for my people," said Dr. Y. "Because no one else will. Now are you going to be a good girl and let me save them?"
Parasoul took a step closer to Dr. Y, Krieg still aimed. "I'm afraid I have to detain them for the countless damage they've caused here. Same with - "
"DOCTOOOOOR!!!"
This shout came from Andy Canis, who rode his board up his lightning line, with Kaia standing on the back of the board by her tiptoes. The two jumped onto the deck on the other side of Dr. Y.
"What is your problem, Doc?!" Andy yelled. "Don't you know what kind of trouble we're all in thanks to the Sanctuary attack?!"
"He's right!" Kaia added. "They came after us just because we associated with Alex!"
"DOCTOOOOOR!!!"

"Not my problem," said Dr. Y. "Are you telling me you two can't take care of yourselves? Am I inconveniencing you by trying to save my people? These people would go after you even if I stayed at home and twiddled my thumbs, innocent or not. Speaking of which, you're not helping your 'we're not involved' case by being up here with me."
Meanwhile, Terrus and co. finally hit the water. Abraham sparks out, screaming in pain, as does Duma, the water reacting poorly with her mechanical implants. Terrus, as he hits the water, transforms into a merman and dives deeper.

"No!" Andy said, aiming a blade-shaped Hand of Fate at Dr. Y. "You're just gonna make things even worse for everyone! At this rate, Haven's not the only place that'll be under fire!"
"(!) What - ?" Parasoul reacted. "They came after you two?!"
"Barged right into the temple without warning!" Kaia answered. "And I don't think that's going to be the last time!"

With Krieg on one side and a blade on the other Dr. Y didn't see a good way out. So he decided for a poor way out.
"Nikolai!" shouted Dr. Y. "Fall back!"

"Just do it!" said Dr. Y.
Nikolai flies backwards, away from Haven, his magnetic force no longer altering the trajectory of the turret fire. The turrets blast Dr. Y's ship, blowing up one of the engines and jostling everyone and everything onboard. The ship slowly starts careening down towards Ingenium. Meanwhile, Patches, trying to drag Duma back to shore, spots the falling airship.
"Oh, bloody hell," said Patches.
"Nikolai!" shouted Dr. Y. "Fall back!"
"Are you sure?" asked Nikolai.
"Just do it!" said Dr. Y.
Nikolai flies backwards, away from Haven, his magnetic force no longer altering the trajectory of the turret fire. The turrets blast Dr. Y's ship, blowing up one of the engines and jostling everyone and everything onboard. The ship slowly starts careening down towards Ingenium. Meanwhile, Patches, trying to drag Duma back to shore, spots the falling airship.

With the airship plummeting toward the streets of Ingenium, Parasoul was unable to keep her balance. Still, she made a relay on the radio: "Egrets! Fall back from the impact zone! I repeat, fall back from the impact zone!"
Not wanting to risk more political strife from Haven, Kaia glided to Parasoul's side, hanging onto her arm. "Stay calm! I'll get you off of here!" Focusing, Kaia used the power of Warp Out to teleport herself and Parasoul to a safe spot away from where the airship is about to hit.
Many of the Egrets have made it here, reporting to Parasoul. "Princess, are you alright?" "Thank goodness!" "Uh, what about the airship...?"
Back at the airship, Andy kept his balance. "Not now!" With that, he leaped off the ship and onto the street near Quintus and the officers, weaving his Hand of Fate into electric prongs. With it, he fired a Primordial Spark over to a vacant area in midair. This electric focus drew the airship toward it like a magnet.
"Now, take the airship outta here!" Andy then threw a shot of Holy Wind into the Primordial Spark, carrying it (and luring the airship) away from the city and out toward the sea. Using these two occults in such succession exhausted Andy.

"Hang on," said Dr. Y, grasping Andy tightly.
Dr. Y leaps out of the airship (still holding onto Andy), getting the two away from the explosion that's sure to happen once the Primordial Spark detonates. Meanwhile, the Haven police officers are trying their best to get everyone clear of the airship landing site. The police radio then starts relaying an SOS signal.
"Goddammit!" shouted Crane. "This is not a good time!"
Regardless, Crane picks up the radio and answers.
"This is Captain David Crane," said Crane. "State the nature of your emergency."
"Hang on," said Dr. Y, grasping Andy tightly.

The speed at which Dr. Y and Andy hit the water isn't quite terminal velocity, but it still hurts like a son of a gun. Dr. Y's joints snap painfully out of place as he pulls Andy up to the surface of the water (not actually gasping for air, though). Looking around he spots Patches holding up Duma to keep the raptor from sinking, with Abraham basically so fried that he's KOd and stuck in the generator. The two look over to the destroyed docks, noting that, without them, the Haven police force would be hard-pressed to go out into the water and fetch the Platoon members.
"So ye decided the best way out would be crashin' a plane?" asked Patches. "'O's gonna clean that up?"
Quintus takes the time to sneak off towards Sanctuary now that everyone's distracted...

"What's their problem?" At first, Rita didn't get why everyone was running around in a panic, but then she happened to look up at the large airship falling towards the city.
"OH CRAP!" Rita shouted, running off to get some distance from the crashing ship, but then the ship wound up crashing some distance away. Rita sighed, glad that she was safe for the time being.
"What the hell was that all about?!" She said as she looked out into the street, towards where the ship crashed, then looked back toward where the cops were still trying to keep the crowd under control. She came over here to check stuff out and now, she really got something. She could either go over to the police and try to investigate Mr. Tall, Dark, and Suspicious or she could see just what the heck was up with that ship.
She decided that she needed to try to check out that ship before the cops try to tape it off, so she ran off to where it crashed.

"This is going to be one of those bounties, isn't it?" he sighs.
