There is not much to be said about Heinrich but he is a SS-Obersturmbannführer and in charge of the Death camp, Dachau concentration camp. Normally seen in his Black SS uniform with ribbons pinned neatly to his chest, along with his sliver piping of shoulder straps. His boots are always polished to perfection and his trousers freshly pressed.
