To say the least, Miss Lola is intimidating with high cheek bones, a smart nose, pale skin, thin and pale lips, and eyes that seems to absorb all light. At her best which is only what the public will see, her features are sharp are on display with her dark hair pulled into a tight bun; her dress is elegant and dark, prim and proper; she's composed of any emotion as seen in her unwavering facial features; she holds herself as a woman of immense power, chin level with the ground and eyes looking down her nose at others. At her worst, she has no mind to what she wears which makes it typically improper and ill-considered; her hair drapes over her face like curtains with only a snarling, dripping mouth and eyes that flash between wrath and blithe madness. One thing remains the same, however, deep and dark circles around her eyes; as if she hadn't slept for many months.

Miss Lola isn't the most stable personality and often switches between two very big extremes. On the one hand, she is scary proper,
uptight, and cold. She plays the part of a very strict housekeeper; someone who can look at something and instantly see all its imperfections, someone who can intimidate the rowdiest of people into behaving, and she has this uncanny ability of always being around and watching for mistakes. This is the only side of her that the public is allowed to see. Though cold and strict, she passes off as being the perfect employee and a commendable woman. On the other hand, she acts like the cross between a murderous demon and woman being tortured. She has a short temper and terrifying sense of vengeance, making it so that anyone who crosses her or gives her the smallest of reasons to hurt them she will take that opportunity with stormy rage. This is the side that will scream with anger and pain in a demonic tongue, whisper as if being possessed, and loose control enough to massacre an entire town; though there is no way of knowing if she will or not. Overall, Miss Lola is a demon who likes being in control, who is forceful in her pursuit of anything, and keeps a vial of blood of all her victims; soon to be or long past.

Miss Lola was born in 1566 in a lowly class in Russia. Her parents were abusive, so she had run away to live on the streets, and live on the streets she did, but as a whore. Being of a lower class whore, she was abused more than most and sold her teeth and hair to get enough food when business was slow. It was after ten years of this that she finally cracked and went on a murderous rampage, becoming a folkloric serial killer. When she was caught she was sent to an insane asylum, the judge saw that she was very unstable and concluded that that was the reason for her killing, however that wasn't true. She had killed because she wanted to. She died while going through electroshock therapy and unsurprisingly went to Hell. While in Hell her cage represented her cell in the asylum in Russia (though more dramatic); small and freezing. She had started being summoned to induce complete mental emptiness, which soon became her trademark,
though being summoned for other things was not uncommon. With this new contract, Miss Lola has found a new form of service that she desperately wants to employ, she isn't a fan of serving, but this contract allows her to be free of her cell much longer than the others and she will do most anything to stay away from that frozen cell.
