Imageβœ– Full Name βœ–: Hak Jay

βœ– Nicknames βœ–: Aone~ (given to him by his ex) & Kuro Ouji/Black Prince (given to him by the locals of a small, not well-known fishing village Taiji.)

βœ– Age βœ–: 19

βœ– Gender βœ–: Male

βœ– Sign βœ–: Gemini

βœ– Role βœ–: Emperor

βœ– Romantic Interest βœ–: TBA

βœ– Sexuality βœ–: Asexual. Hak believes himself to be Asexual after a tragic break-up. The relationship with his ex left him missing a part of himself. He doesn't think he can love again.

βœ– Nationality βœ–: Japanese American

βœ– Alignment βœ–: Chaotic Neutral

βœ– Face Claim βœ–: Kyouya Sata

Image βœ– Physical Description/Clothing Preference βœ–:

Body type|| Hak is built like a fisherman, toned muscles seep from under his long-sleeve shirts, but not too much to look unfitting or inelegant. Standing at 5'8" and lean, Hak has no idea the affect his body has on the locals. He moves with elegance and ease like a prince, but a brooding cloud follows him that sparks unease in the locals of Taiji's hearts.

Skin Tone|| White

Hair|| Dirty blonde fluff ball

Eye Color|| Eyes like brown river rocks. When angry, a tint like dried blood fills his eyes at the touch of sunlight.

Clothing Attire|| Simple T-shirt and Jeans with boots to complete it or sandals. Hak prefers dark colors. He's a simple guy who doesn't care much about his appearance.

βœ– Birthmark/Piercing/Tattoo/Scar/Noticeable Features βœ–:
- Disfigured skin on his lower back from fish hooks catching into his skin on accident while on his job.
-two yin and yang coy fish tattoo on his back

The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.

βœ– Gift βœ–: Animal-whisperer. Somehow, the needs or voices of animals speak into his head with their own personalities. Although in truth, Hak merely uses the animals body language and an understanding of animal psychology to communicate with animals. But often times it feels like a connection is made with the animals soul. Hak's ability is in using his abilities to sense, know, talk heart-to-heart and read the signs. Ironically, his observant skills are not on par with reading people unless it's similar to something an animal does, like when a girl works hard to make him something and he notices she tried her best because of the burn or cut marks on her fingers or bags under her eyes. But that would never happen. The difference is animals love him, and people, not so much. He has far more experience with socializing with animals than humans.

βœ– Hobbies/Skills βœ–:
  • Fishing
  • Swimming
  • Reading
  • Staring up at the sky
  • Walks
  • Cooking

β€œI am a man" he told her, "and men do not consume pink beverages. Get thee gone woman, and bring me something blue.”

βœ– Personality βœ–: While Hak isn't the best at small talk, he's a hard worker that works through sweat and blood. He's cried once in his life, as he'd never known love and loneliness till a girl walked into his life and left after a year. When she left him, he became broken inside. Lonely. Bitter. Before his ex, Hak disliked people. That's how he got his name, black prince. Beautiful, but dark. When she left he digressed into his old state.

Although he comes off as overbearing, Haks actually a nice guy. On a bus he’s the one to give up his seat to the elderly, help a stranger with their groceries, pay for someone at a register that suddenly realizes their card is rejected or don’t have enough money. And if a girl begins to get too close to him, he pushes away. Not only is he afraid of getting hurt again, but that girls can do better than a useless jerk like himself. If it’s just friends, Hak shows the inner devil he isβ€”making it a hobby to tease his friends. Frail and feminine people are Hak’s favorite type of people because it makes him want to protect them.

☒Bio ☒: To put it simply, both of Hak's parents were unable to raise him so he was bounced from relative to relative in foster care. He kept relatively to himself and dropped out of school at a young age. It's not that he didn't like school, but the large crowd of people was unsettling along with no support from whichever relative he stayed with. None of them cared much about him because he was an unwanted/illegitimate child, an accident that ruined his parents lives. He took up becoming a fisherman and experienced one tragic heartbreak. A couple months after the relationship ended, he received the letter and the EMPEROR Tarot card. Thinking there would be less people at this school and another chance at education, he took it.

β€œWhy should I tell you everything about how I feel when you never tell me anything?”

☒Hospital Mental Evaluation ☒: Hak usually takes the pessimistic view of things. He generally believes he is misunderstood and that no one will understand him or what he's been through, and so he doesn't bother to try to connect with people. Yet, he still wishes for that closeness with others and spreads kindness when he can. Despite his fixation on the negative issues, he has no real desire to implement change. He is rarely happy or content with anything, unless he is swimming or around animals. For a variety of reasons (mostly originating from his childhood schemas), he lacks empathy and may feel little or no remorse when he causes harm. Or so people think. He DOES feel these emotions, but isolates himself and pushes others away to protect them and his heart from being hurt. His behavior is a main result of a continuation of what has been done to him. However, Hak's authenticity means not having to fabricate a story, line, or excuse, and not fearing being caught in one's lies. He's blunt and honest about everything to the point that a little lie might be nice. If a candid evaluation or opinion is needed, an honest guy like Hak is gold beyond measure. He can say what he means and can be relied on to not put friendship before truth, making him trustworthy and reliable. He notices things that others miss. By and large, people want to be seen, so the attentiveness of Hak makes others feel good. Due to his clear-sightedness, he can often identify threats before they happen and save themselves and others from danger.

"I wish they'd just be quiet or leave me alone."
  • "I answer to no one but myself."
  • "Who are they to decide what's right and wrong?"
  • "Why should I apologize? I didn't do anything wrong."
  • "So I spit out her carrots. I couldn't swallow them--they were disgusting."
  • "Why is that guy hanging out by my car?
  • "She got a new haircut."
  • "The furniture was rearranged."

This has definitely been a long day, that's quite certain. Ruko had arrived at this strange school just a few hours ago, made an absolutely strange entrance into the building that was, sure enough, filled with even stranger people, students and teachers alike. Granted, she was no exception. If she could look upon herself from the perspective of one of the other students, she would most likely find her strange as well. Lack of understanding or just simple misinterpretations of people are the main reasons for such preconceptions. But of course, as though breaking some unspoken rule of the universe, Ruko had just thought Could this get any worse?

Ruko heard the sound of a chair beside her get dragged back behind, someone taken the seat. Ruko let out a quiet sigh of exasperation, turning her head so that it was no longer her face that lay on the table, but the side of her head. "What do you want?" Is what she had wanted to say, but stopped short at the first word. Like the true sadist it was, life had answered her previous question with a solid, definite yes. Yes, it could always get worse. As her eyes widened, she quietly sat upright, nearly jumping out of her seat in the process. Sitting down beside was one of the people whom she had immediately deemed as danger upon arriving at the academy. It was none other than Mr. Red himself, the one who had the airplane stuck into his hair. He was intimidating enough from afar, but up close? That was one huge problem!

Ruko slowly and carefully eased her chair towards the direction of the green-haired person whom she had acquainted herself with previously, as though to use her as a scapegoat if the need arises. Not once did the male beside her leave the side of her vision. It was during the final moments before finally reaching safety that people let their guards down; the most dangerous time.

Yet, without so much as a flinch, the person sitting opposite to the Red haired male, Ribbons, did not just address him, but extended her hand out for a shake. Ruko was not the religious type, but if there was a god out there, she's praying to them for the safety of Ribbons. However, in spite of herself, Ruko could not help but wish that Ribbons would be able to keep him occupied for the entire dinner so that she would not need to communicate with him. "Oh god... just please, please distract him for the night. Just keep him away from me." She mumbled under her breath, adjusting the shackles that were worn around her wrists. But of course, things weren't just simply getting worse. They were truly just beginning.

Ruko was surprised the moment Mr. Wright had come up to her asking what drink she would like. In a panic she had quickly yelped "Eh? Ah, just some tea is fine!" Soon enough, she was sitting with her face in her palms, a nice hot tea sitting on the table in front of her. Now, it wasn't the fact that she hated tea, but it was simply that the weather was not the kind of weather when a person would drink such a warm drink. Of course, she took a sip out of obligation anyways. She studied the people in the room and noted how uncharacteristically quiet it was. With how energetic the group was just moments before, this eerie silence caused her own energy levels to waver.

But, with as much finesse as a horse swimming in water, one of the others stood up to, quote, "break the ice". There are barely a handful of things to break tension and this, albeit awfully corny, was one way of doing things. Nonetheless, Ruko's palm shifted straight to her forehead as she sighed with disapproval. The boy, his name was Nathan, still stood after his introduction. And stood. And stood some more. It was that awkward moment when no one had no idea what to say or what to d. Usually this ended with the person who caused the awkwardness to end up sitting back down with their head hanging in shame and embarrassment. Now, as funny as it would be to see that happen, Ruko had to keep in mind that in order to gain the favor of other's, you need to play along.

Ruko swiped her palm downwards passed her face, putting on a new metaphorical mask. She let out as convincing of a laugh as she could, standing up and adjusting the bracer on her wrist. "Well, that was a pretty cold response from the crowd, if ya'snow what I mean." As she said those puns, she definitely felt pieces of her soul dying, but she put up with it. "Ah, hajimemashite. My name is Justitia. Ruko Justitia. I came from Tokyo, Japan and I was a sophomore at the time." She said, being sure to look at each person in turn, with the exception of Akuma and Red as she definitely felt intimidated by them. "I don't really understand what's going on here, but everyone was brought here for a specific talent, right? Mine is my bright attitude!" Of course, this was a lie. No good deceiver would say that they were, after all. Ruko raised her own drink into the air, a cup of hot tea. "Well, now that I've steamed through my introduction, I believe it is someone else's turn, desho?"
