Before anyone did anything else, Zara stood up and began to clap. Slowly, others began to stand up and clap as well. It was amazing, the way that such a popular girl could just throw her reputation aside like that, to stand up in front of the auditorium, and belt out (beautifully, she thinks) what she belives in. "Can I go next?" Zara called out

Zara walked up to the microphone, jitters running through her body. She repeated her prayer that Mr. Russel took no great offense in cursing, and she bagan to sing, the lyrics just flowing out of her mouth.

She ended the song, feeling very proud of herself. She knew she had killed it.

Brianna sat with her headphones in her ears as people sung their songs. It wasn't that she was trying to be rude she was just going over the song she had chosen during the cheerleading tryouts, it had been a last minute decision and she was just making sure she knew all the words. Taking the headphones out of her ears she saw that no one was singing, she wasn't exactly sure who had gone yet but she decided to get her audition done and over with. "Mr.R can I get this over with?" she asked putting her ipad in her bad waiting to see if the teacher said okay.

Saki was enjoying everyone's voices who knew that there were so many talented singers in the school, she thought a moment about slipping out, but stopped when a girl came walking down the isle to her. A slight feeling of panic jumped into the expression on Saki's face and she was sure the girl had seen it. The girl looked like everything the perfect teenage girl should look like. Blonde hair, perfect skin, beautiful body, everything in Saki's mind that she wasn't.

Hey, I'm Jessi. And Not stupid, why don't you tryout? Whats to lose?" she said with big smile holding out her hand to shake Saki's.

Saki kind of inwardly laughed at herself for a moment she had been sure that Jessi would tell her to leave.

"I'm... Saki... nice to meet you", she looked up at the stage "I.... I'm not that great of a singer really... I wouldn't want to offend anyone with my terrible singing" she laughed at herself.

"At least think about it, I'm pretty sure Mr. Russell would want as much people as he can get." She says before shruging lightly and walking back to the front to sit down.

Saki looked over at Mr Russell and sighed he was the cute teacher she had at third period and recalled him saying something about this in class a few days before. But then she had been concentrating on getting her assignment done so, trying out didn't even cross her mind. It was something that was obviously important to him and had said that he had been in the Glee club when he had attended Newberry. Saki swallowed at got up from her seat and moved up just to the seats right behind Mr. Russell.

Gently she tapped him on the shoulder as he had his eyes on the stage, "E...excuse me Mm...Mr Russell" she blushed bright red and looked down at the floor. "I...I... was wondering i...i..if I might try. I...I'm not that good but... at least I....I can say I tried" she stuttered horribly.
