Amanda Brovado's Story

*BEEP!* *BEEP!* *BEEP!* Amanda groaned, flipping over in bed and lazily turning off her alarm clock before sitting up. She ran a hand through her short white hair, ruffling it before standing up and walking over to her closet. She pulled out her favorite black dress that lace around the edges and left her shoulders bare. She threw her night gown on the ground and slipped into the dress, tying the thin strap behind her and putting her black hat that had white lace wrapped around the end. She looked in the mirror, her build gave off the impression that she was nothing but a little girl when actually she was 16 years of age, a trait she inherited from her mother who still looked like she 30 when actually being 45. She smiled, she didn't care, she actually like the way she looked. Before heading out the door she grabbed Alice, then she ran down the stairs into the kitchen. She grabbed an apple from the fruit basket before running to the door, slipping on her black flats and grabbing her white backpack. She slowed herself to a walk before going out the door, "Hmm, i wonder who will be my victim today.." she said, letting out a giggle, "God, nothing is more awesome than the look of horror on someones face." she said, smiling innocently as she walked down her street towards school.

Amanda cocked her head to the left and grinned, "Did ya see that Alice, we found today's victim." she said, cringing slightly at the name the Missy chick had called her. "Allison, what a horrible name, it damns you from birth to have to be to best, the straight A student." She whispered to Alice, removing her hat and throwing it into her front yard before shaking the muddy water from her hair. "I guess no hat today, pity." She said before continuing to walk towards school, not even the slightest bit angered by what had just happened.

Amanda looked up at the girl that had walked up next to her, "It probably gives her a since of power, makes her think that she "took me down a notch" and that makes her forever at top. i wonder if she relies it doesn't work that way." she said, cracking a smile through her blank expression, "The more the kingdom is angry the harder the kingdom falls." She giggled, throwing Alice up in the air before catching the stuffed rabbit.

Amanda slowly walked into her first hour class room. The teacher avoided eye contact as usual the atmosphere went eerie. She nodded towards Alexis before taking her seat behind Missy and grabbing the back of her neck. "I didn't get time to say hello this morning Missy, you sped away so fast. Next time you should give people time to speak before you run off or bad things can happen........understand?" she said, tightening her grip before releasing her hand and setting it in her lap, smiling her usual innocent smile

Lexi nodded back at Amanda.when she grabbed Missy's neck her breath caught in her throat,The way Amanda said what she said made her somewhat creeped out.When Amanda let go she put her hands on Missy's desk "well what did you want to tell me,I dont really have time for you and your gossip girls...no offense."

Amanda giggled, "Your funny. Wanna know why? because you think you can anything you want to me. and well, you can, but it won't matter. I'm already the creepy, insane, mental, etc, etc. girl. I'm already an outcast, i already have zero friends, well, except for Alice here." she said, running a hand along the stuffed bunny's ear. "So tell me Missy, see how i'm smart enough to remember your name but but your clearly to dim witted to remember mine, what more could you possibly do?" she ask, getting a little giddy. the let out a giggle and poked her in the back of the shoulder, keeping her finger there as she lifted up till she was next to her ear, "Touch." she said, falling back in her just as the teacher yelled at her for talking in class.

{for all that are confused, Amanda was legally deemed insane when she was 10. it that helps if any confusions.}

Amanda shrugged, placing a hand on her cheek as she stood up. Before leaving she bent down close Missy, her hair covering her eyes as she smiled, "Nice play....." she laughed, "I just know we're going to be the best of friends, you and I." she said, before continuing on her way to the door. She hummed as she walked through the empty hallway until she reached the principals office. She sung open the door, "Hello Richie, long time no see." she said happily. The principal just starred at her before sighing heavily, "Please, i am your principal Miss Brovado and you must address me as such. "But i like saying Richie better than Principal Painter." she said, pouting. He let out another heavy sigh, "What was it now, Miss Brovado?" he asked, looking at her from over his glasses. She shrugged and put on an innocent face, "I don't really know, i was ask this girl for help on our assignment and she just turns around and slaps me. Screaming something about a dead mother and what not." she placed a hand on her cheek and faked a sniffled. "It really hurt too." she lied, it like nothing but a mosquito bite to her. "Are you sure? If your lying i'm going to have to give ISS." Amanda shook her head lightly, "Oh no, Richie, i would never lie." He cringed, "Principal Painter, Miss Brovado..." he looked her over, letting out his third heavy sigh, "Fine, but i don't want you in here for at least another week. so please, stay out of trouble Miss Brovado." he said. She smiled, skipping out the door and back into her first hour class room. The teacher glared at her this time but she still kept a smile on her face. She, again, bent down next to Missy. "Your not the only one who can act." she whisped, retaking her seat as Missy's friend proceeded to cus her out.

Amanda clapped her hands at Ravenia's comment, "OH thank you, i loving creeping people out, although scaring people i much more fun." she said, starting to feel a little giddy. She hugged Alice close to her chest and turned to look at the girl that had sat across from her. "Tell me, do you think i'm creepy? i don't like hurting anyone, i just like scaring them." she said, tugging on the rabbits ears.

Alexis ran her hand through her hair and turned around,although Amanda wasen't talking to her."Amanda,your not creepy okay? Your Unique don't listen to those snobby bitches." She moved back and sat with her."Hey can I see your teddy bear bunny real quick,he looks soft" she said in the nicest way she could possibly manage.

Amanda nodded at both of them before turn towards Alexis, "Alice? I guess..." she said, handing Alice over to the girl, "Her eye patch and heart aren't sewed on that well so don't worry if they fall off." She said, smiling. The bunny was certainly strange, with it's one arm that was way to long and the sharp toothed, ear to ear, grin.

Amanda shook her head, "Nope, my real farther tore her up in a fit of rage the night before the gave me up to my foster parents. I tried to fix her but, well, you can see the results of that." she happily before placing her chin on the desk and drawing circles on it with her finger.

Amanda shook her head, "No, no, it quite fine, i like her this way to be exact." She said, reaching for Alice and placing the bunny on her lap.

"Okay" Lexi said softly with a smile.She put her feet up on the desk and listened to the teacher go on about fractions and things of that nature.

The bell rang and Amanda jumped out of her seat and ran out the door, tripping Missy as she did, turning around only for a second to stick out her tongue at the fallen Missy before returning on her way to her next class, art. She jumped it her seat, all pumped up over what today's project would be. Everyone bunched up on the other side of the table, as usual. It was like she was some contagious disease or something. She shrugged, simply smiling in their direction as she waited for class to start.
