During missions, he always wears a stern and serious face. He stays the way until he is back to the place where he now calls 'Home'. While free from missions, Alex shows a more relaxed and carefree expression on his face. Through his eyes, anyone can easily tell that he's tired. Tired from surviving until now, but what he doesn't show is that he is determined to kill every Aragami that exists on Earth.
While out on a mission, he equips himself with a rather old fashioned Knight's light armor, what with his thick gloves, the metal plate, the usual cliche cape and metal leggings. He keeps with himself a broken sword by the waist and no one knows the purpose for it. The blade is broke in half and on the steel itself, countless of scars imprinted all around what is left of it.Outside of mission, Alex wears a green sweater with a black t-shirt with a V-shaped collar. A white pants that only has four pockets and a belt that is locked to the side. He also wears an armband on top of the black middle tight gloves.
Personality
Concealing his huge hatred for the Aragamis, Alex disguises himself as a rather carefree person. He is always seen to be either yawning a lot and have weak and lazy stances, while saying how he doesn't want to do anything and prefers to just sleep somewhere alone. However, despite all that, he is always hanging out with the young ones of the 'Revolution' and playing with them. A lot of people asks for the reason, and he'll often say that if the sane part of the remaining human population gets too tensed up and is afraid of every single thing, the God Eaters will come back to a depressed aura after risking their lives outside. He wants everyone to feel safe and relaxed no matter the situation and currently, he is trying his best doing so.
On the other hand, Alex acts completely different from out of a mission. During a job, he turns extremely serious, and all he could focus on was to exterminate Aragamis. Once he sees one, he will waste no time to charge ahead and kill it, whether or not if it relates to the job. Of course, he won't risk his team's life and he places it as a first priority. The only time where he loses his control is when he encounters an unknown type or something that resembles to the Aragami that took the lives of his God Eater squad mates and friends from before he joined the 'Revolution'. Other than that, he obeys just about any orders from his squad leader. He disobeyed once and it was that decision that resulted in the loss of his friends.
God Arc Abilites
Normal mode
Alex's God Arc is called the Gungnir, based off of Odin's legendary spear, Gungnir. It was said that no matter where the spear is threw, it will hit its target with a 100% accuracy. While it is not the strongest of spears, Gungnir gains extra attack speed from the sacrificed attack damage. It also deals more critical damage than most spears.
Burst Mode
During Burst Mode, Gungnir gains more attack speed, damage and critical damage. It also gains the ability to track the enemies once it lands a a hit. The track lasts for 5 minutes. In this mode, Gungnir unlocks the ability to use "Slide Strike" where the user slides and unleashes many attacks upon the enemy.
Biography
Growing up in the Western European Fenrir Branch, one of humanity's front line, things were tough for him. He was taught from basic combat to tactical backup to emergency medical skills, but because he wasn't a talented individual, he had problems and took longer than the others who was in the same program as he was. By the time he finished training, he was already rejected as one of the few God Eaters who people usually bet to die the fastest outside. There was no squad who would take him, all of them preferred to get someone better than him, even just a little.
Eventually, Alex falls into a slump and retires from every God Eater mission. Then one day, he was called for mission. Like usual, he would reject them and go back to doing what he does best, spending his time with the young ones. But then, the squad who called for him came to him personally. It consisted of four members who were all rather unaffected by the invasion of Aragami. The leader, Vincent Verlade, took him by the hands then. He convinced Alex, or Kazu then, to go for the mission. And that was what made Alex started on going on every mission with the squad. They didn't judged his lack of talent, but rather, they helped him grow. They taught him everything he needed to know. Making a special bullet just for himself, honing his Burst Mode skills to the finest.
Soon, he made a name for himself. The title 'Striker' is spread everywhere, and just about anyone on that branch knows of it. He was glad for himself, but more importantly, he was grateful for everything his squad had done. He had gained friends whom he can trust his back to and skills to keep him and his friends all alive. All the praises eventually got to his head and he thought that he can take on an Aragami alone.
So one day, when his squad was given the mission to exterminate an unknown Aragami roaming in one of the resource-filled street that they needed to gather from, Alex felt extremely excited. He forgot that he wasn't alone, and when he spotted the Aragami, he immediately charged at it, ignoring Vincent's orders. It had yellow scales and it walked on four, but because of Alex's sudden intrusion, it was ambushed and ended up limping with only two legs. He landed countless of destructive hits, breaking its scales, all the while dodging its attempt to swat him. But, no matter how much damage he had done to the monster, it runs away and then just when he found it, it somehow regenerates back to its normal state. Tired, Alex and his group had finally planned to give up on the monster; only to be ambushed by it just like Alex did to it.
Unprepared for it, most of the group were wiped out, leaving Vincent and Alex alone. It had attacks that no one could had predicted, and caused the death of his teammates. Alex couldn't let it go. Awakening a Burst Mode then, what seemed impossible what made possible by Alex; yet he was only acting on feelings. Although the Aragami received heavy blows from Alex, it could predict his next move by his pure feeling and land its next strike. Again and again, Alex fell to its attacks but he didn't gave up. Then, in a sudden moment, the Aragami let out a new move. It started growing purple wings, and on its claws are the same purple lightning that wrapped around it. Vincent, who was lying down on one side to rest from his wounds, immediately saw the attack. He forced his body to move and crashed Alex to side when he was about to attack, and ended up getting hit by Aragami splat on the ground.
Alex, even more angered then, didn't care about anything after that. He attempted to attack the Aragami then, but it ran away. No, not ran, but more like, it walked away as if pitying him. He chased after it, still acting on his feelings and he eventually was led to his base - or what it once was. Flames were everywhere. Soldiers were firing at the citizens that they were supposed to protect. Aragamis feasting on humans. But, Alex couldn't see it happening. He was too caught up on killing the Aragami that he subconsciously sacrificed those whom he had called friends not long ago. The battle was brought slowly to the outskirts of the Paris branch, where it had warranted their attention.
The battle was fierce. Alex managed to take one of its eyes, and in return that he lost a dangerous amount of blood. God Eaters arrived then and the Aragami, deeming that it couldn't fight against more God Eaters anymore, escape, for real this time. Alex was took in after that. He knew he had already done enough now. Dealing that much damage to the unknown Aragami and taking one of its eye. That was enough, right? He could just rest now, right? No. He couldn't. If he did that much that the world is still in such chaos, he would do even more. Aragami was the cause of all this and even George Fenrir, once the great hero of the Fenrir branches and humanity, now a madman wanting to take over the world using Aragami, he swore to kill them all, even if it takes him a thousand years, he swore on the death of his fallen teammates.
He joined the squad of Yaviel Funaki soon after, but even now he had never spoke of his past. People never found out who his identity really was because, and the title 'Striker' might just be a code name now.
