Her natural hair color is jet black. Her eyes are caramel chocolate brown, but sometimes may be seen as black. She has a small nose stud piercing. Image

True Appearance:
Alexyna is portrayed with white hair and pinkish eyes (the latter of which are purposefully shown to have narrow, slit pupils, probably in an attempt to be creepy.) She wears a dark blue&nbsp headband with black lace trimming. Each side of the headband ends with a black bow; the headband also sports a rosette on top (this rosette's color tends to change often; usually it is shown as dark wine red, although it can have dark or light purple hues, or even peach pink.) A dark blue neck ribbon is tied around her neck, and her dress is white and dark blue. It has a matching rosette brooch just like the one on the headband. The top part of the dress also has black lace trimming and features white ruffles trimming. The sleeves of the dress are puffy on each of the shoulders, while on the arms they fit the first half - the lower arms feature three-layered white ruffles. The skirt is white with ruffles trimming, layered with dark blue diamond-shaped pieces. The two front layers feature white inverted crosses. Between these two layers is a criss-crossed ribbon. She also wears a pair of dark blue boots with matching rosettes like those on the headband.

Personality:
When Alexyna was found by Nathan, she couldn't quite remember who she was. So, she was shy and kind towards him. Once she remembered who she was, she kept her shy and kind nature towards Nathan, but to others she would be best described as sadistic, spiteful, and arrogant (all due to her Inferiority complex). She is highly mercurial and unpredictable. Alex is almost always appears emotionless and does not typically express her feelings, except around Nathan. Though, once you get to really know her, she'll somewhat open up and be more gentler, kind-hearted, and friendly.

Likes:
Alexyna like to roam around at night, she thinks being alone at night is refreshing. She loves the sound of music, no matter what kind, she just loves it. She also enjoys eating sweets and fruit, mainly strawberries, grapes, watermelon, and pineapple.

Dislikes:
Alex hates being called junk. Strangely enough, she can't stand thunder and lightning storms, in her realm there was never a such thing. She dislikes bitter foods, a lot.

Image

Abilities:
Alexyna's weapons are her ragged black wings, with their arrow-like feathers that she can control and use to slice even the densest objects. She can conjure up a shield, a large scythe, and even twin black dragons. Alexyna can also create destructive blue flames. Her abilities consist of the use of variably-sized purple crystals. She uses these quite freely, causing them to spike up from the ground in bunches. She also uses them as swords, when she fights using a crystal sword, or as daggers.

History:
The Shadow Realm, a realm made by Satan himself too keep his "workers", such as Reapers or Dark Angel's, at bay. In the Shadow Realm, one was not simply born, but created. Created by a man by the name of Beelzebul. Alexyna was one of those lucky ones who was created to be in the Royal Family. Many centuries ago, Alex was just an incomplete doll, sort of speak. She wasn't a real being just yet. Until, the mighty Royal Family of the North in the Shadow Realm, can to Beelzebul and asked for a female reaper. Beelzebul humbly agreed to this request and started on the girl he would name Alexyna. But before Alexyna was completed, part of her design was erased, so she’s missing her torso. Her creator disappeared, leaving her half-completed form in two parts on his worktable. She was never assembled — although her clothing was completed — and as such, was not initially given the life force she needed. It was her love for her creator that brought her to life, and she crawled off of the table to seek him out (having only her top half to use). How she managed to get into her own clothing is a mystery. Half a century later, a man named Raziel found Alex and completed her. Raziel became the new Creator. The old Creator, Beelzebul, was never found. Once Alexyna was finished, she made her way to the Royal Family.
Thousands of years after a great inner Realm war was started. There are two Royal Kingdoms, one who controls the North and one who controls the South. The war has lasted many years. Royal Kingdom of the North were losing their people, quickly. Alexyna, being of that Royal Kingdom, was going to be sent to the Royal Kingdom of the South as a peace offering, to marry the Prince. The Prince is a a horrible and rude boy who only care about himself. Alex was all against it. The war was not her fault so why should she be sacrificed for a peace offering.
After a quarter century of rebellion from Alexyna, she decided to escape her realm, and go to the human world. But, when entering the human world, she passed out when she fell, leaving the portal to her realm opened.

Why you left your realm:
A major war was going on in her realm and destroying everything that was anything. Many of her people have died. Plus, she's forced to marry a man from the other Kingdom.

Why do you want to be human:
To escape the harsh duty of a Reaper.

Nathan rested his cheek in his hand, his arm propped up on the desk. With his left hand, he tapped the eraser of his pencil on his paper. Steven sat next to him, casually leaning back in his chair feet kicked up. It was their last class of the day, and Nathan stared at the clock as the second hand ticked away what seemed to be forever. Sarah sat behind Steven, and Nathan could feel her watching him. It wasn't that he didn't like Sarah, just not in the same way she liked him. He glanced over at where Michelle should've been sitting, but wasn't probably because she was ditching class with her other friends. Sighing he turned back to Steven and watched him lazily.
"Bro you alive?" Steven asked, waving his hand in front of Nathan's face.
Nathan closed his eyes for a slight moment and nodded his head. Looking back to Steven, "What are we doing after class?" he questioned.
Steven scratched his head and replied. "Maybe we'll head down town? We can take my truck."
Before Nathan could answer, Sarah but in. "Cool! I'll meet you guys in the parking lot!" Smiling, she grabbed her books. Seconds later the bell rang, and everyone left the room. Nathan and Steven were left behind, who both stood up and walked towards the door.
Nathan wasn't too bothered by her coming, it was expected. They had all been friends since they could remember any ways.

After getting his bag from his locker, Nathan head to Steven's truck. Steven stood leaning against the door, smoking a blunt. He held it out for Nathan, who accepted it and took a drag. As he blew the smoke out, he saw Sarah approaching. The school itself was pretty laid back. The disciplinary system wasn't enforced well, and most of the teachers didn't notice or didn't care about the bad things going on.
After getting in the car, Steven started driving the truck down town. Sarah sat in the back middle, leaning forward to be closer to both of them. Nathan sat in shotgun, his fingers still wrapped around the blunt, some of the ashes dropping on the car floor from the bumps of the road. He blew a cloud of smoke out the window, then pushed the lit end into the dash board to put it out. While Steven focused on driving, Sarah tried making small talk with Nathan.

By the time they got down town it was close to dinner time, and they stopped to get something to eat. After, they walked around aimlessly through the city, and it was getting pretty dark. Steven looked to Nathan. "I guess we should be heading home?"
Nathan shrugged, "I think I'll go to my Mom's office, it's around the corner. You can take Sarah home, I'll see you both tomorrow."
"Okay, that works." Steven answered. He patted Nathan on the back and headed to the truck. Sarah smiled and blushed at Nathan, and gave him a quick hug before following Steven.
Nathan watched them drive off, then he sighed. Putting his hood up, and his hands in his pockets he walked along to his mother's building. Deciding to take a short cut, he turned down a dark alley when..

The Shadow Realm, a realm made by Satan himself too keep his "workers", such as Reapers and Dark Angel's, at bay, too be called on if needed. You see, there are two Royal Kingdoms in the Shadow Realm. The Royal Kingdom of the North being controlled by Reapers and the Royal Kingdom of the South being controlled by Dark Angels. Of course, there are smaller Kingdoms with other of Satan's supporters housing their. Their is an inner war has lasted many years in the Shadow Realm. The Royal Kingdom of the North were losing their people, quickly. Alexyna, a young Reaper girl, being of that Royal Kingdom, was going to be sent to the Royal Kingdom of the South as a peace offering, to marry the Dark Angel Prince. The Prince was a horrible and rude boy who only care about himself. So naturally, the girl rebelled against it. The war was not her fault so why should she be sacrificed for a peace offering.

Alexyna use to be such a sweet girl. But ever since the war in her realm, she turned bitter sweet. Locked up in her room, a ruby choker, hidden behind her dark blue neck ribbon, traps her powers away. Made by her 'parents', it's a punishment for disobeying them. Having no way of getting out, the windows barred up, the door almost always locked. She has been like this for about a quarter of a century. Having no contact with others outside her walls.

Today's the day. The day I finally escape this prison room. The young Reaper was finally going to get out, no longer trapped like a bird in a cage. When the door opened for her next meal, that's when she escapes. The chains around her ankles has at last rusted, ready to break at any given moment. The clock stroked twelve, it was time. The door creaked open, a Reaper with a full body black cloak walked through the door, their face covered by the hood. They're carrying a silver tray with food, as they went to place the tray on the table by Alexyna. NOW! The girl abrupt and dashed for the door, the chains around her ankles shattered. She rushed down the coiled stairway, hearing footsteps quickly coming from behind her. Great. Now the Guards are after her. The girl was now running through the dead garden in the courtyard. In the Shadow Realm, each building was on their own 'platform', like a floating piece of land with a building and such on top. If you fell off the edge, then...You'd be lucky enough to land on another platform that might be below. Having no where else to go, and with her powers still trapped inside the ruby, Alexyna had to make a decision. Either be captured again or run off the edge and hope for the best. Without a second thought, she ran straight for the edge, once she got closer, she closed her eyes, jumping off the edge.

Falling, the girl screamed, but wait, no sound was coming out! What was going on?!?! She can feel herself screaming, but she's not! Right when she opened her eyes a strange black, red, and yellow spiraled vortex was below her. What is that?! It was like a vacuum, sucking her in. She tried to spread her black feathered wings, nevertheless nothing happened. She raised her hand up and shouted. HELP!!!!!! However, there was no sound again. Was this the end of the poor girl? All she wanted was to escape that awful room of hers. What she didn't know is that it was a portal of some sort, giving her the freedom she so longed for. Taking her to the Human Realm.

As soon as she entered the Human Realm, Alexyna was visible to the humans. Since she was so far up in the sky, she looked like nothing but a little black speck in the sky. Upon entering, the brightness of the Human Realm blinded the girl. Covering her vision with her left arm. She was not use to such light, in the Shadow Realm it had always been dark, only lightened by the tinted shine of the Red Moon. The cool air whistled passed her as she fell. What? She's not dead...Well, she didn't disappear? Since you know, Reapers can't really die...Anyways. Her eyes felt heavy, closing slowly. Her arms moved to her sides. It would appear that she had blacked out. As she plunged further down, it became darker. Her wings vanished, leaving behind a large trail of black feathers following after her. Her clothes started to rip away, each piece of clothing that came off caught fire and burned away. Her hair, turning darker, from white to gray to black, as if her ties with the Shadow Realm were breaking apart.

Each second Alexyna grew closer to the ground. It was nighttime in the Human Realm, so no one could see a girl falling from the sky to her possible death. Tall building surrounded her, the sounds of the city filled the air. Sadly, she plummeted on a building's rooftop, she rolled off, crash landing on an old mattress in an alley, though she did bounce off onto the cold stone ground. The girl's clothes have been ripped off, but she was not fully naked. She did have portions of her clothes covering up parts of her body, though even that was torn up. Still, the ruby choker was around her neck, the only thing still in one piece. Her black feathers fell around her, as a crow appeared next to the girl. Her whole body was cut up, there was even a crack in the ruby. It's a miracle that she survived such a fall. Quite shockingly, this all came about in front of a young boy who just happened to be walking through the alley.

Like every other time Nathan had came through this alley, it was dark and dreary. Both buildings were brick, and the walls on the inside that faced each other were covered in graffiti. The bricks seemed a bit damp, it had rained two days before and he assumed not much sunlight shined into the dark place. The street light shined in slightly, giving him a bit of a view of his surroundings. The alley itself was more of an L shape, and there were two doors total. One old beat up green door was to his right, and further up on the left there was an old spring mattress. The mattress was torn and ripped up a bit, and soggy cardboard and other damp trash lay strewn around.

It was a bit cold, and he pulled his hoodie around him tighter. Shoving his hands in his pockets, he continued walking. He was feeling a bit tired, and he felt the need for a smoke. Pulling out his pack of cigarettes and a lighter, he leaned against the wall. Steven's brother had connections to get him and Steven any kind of drug they wanted. They just stuck to cigs and pot mostly. He had started this when he was 15, and has been a steady smoker since. He doesn't think he has much going for him in life. He doesn't have plans for the future so he isn't worried about his health troubles later in life. At the moment he's just getting by, and that's fine with him.
Below him a few feet away sat the beat up mattress. He took out one of the cigs, and put it to his lips. Holding the lighter up to it, he flicked it to life. Taking a deep inhale, he then slowly blew the smoke out. He leaned against the wall and continued smoking.

Though he might've heard it but not taken notice to it, he was extremely shocked when a stunning girl came falling from the sky.
"Holy shit." he muttered. His body had gone completely stiff, almost like a feral animal being cornered and ready to attack. He had dropped he cigarette, and his eyes widened, showing his extremely dilated pupils more. After a moment that felt like ages, when it was really only a minute, he took a step closer to.. it. Though he could obviously see it was a human, a gorgeous human at that.. he added, human girls didn't just fall from the sky. Let alone survive. She looked pretty beat up, and her clothes were practically torn off. On top of that there were feathers all around her, and a creeper crow that seemed to just be watching her. She didn't seem to even be awake, and he was somewhat afraid to find out. But what was there to lose though right? Though many other teenage boys would've taken advantage of this, he pulled off his jacket and tried to wrap it around her. As carefully as he could, it put it around her, but left her arms out of the sleeves. He debated what he should do. He couldn't just leave her there.. Something then sparkled out of the corner of his eye. A bright red ruby choker held around her neck. He moved his thumb over the surface of it, feeling a small crack in the gem.
Scratching his head, he decided that he'd bring her back to his house. His dad was on a business trip for the month, and his mother was working late tonight he remembered anyway. His house wasn't to far, but his only idea was to carry her. She looked light enough, so he delicately lifted her up. Holding her in front of him, his arm under the back of her knees, and the other arm supporting her back he began carrying her back to his house.

Alexyna seemed to be still passed out from the fall, all she could see was black, all she could hear was the silent buzzing in her head. Strangely enough, she can still barely feel things. Why is everything black? Laying on the cold, damp ground of the alley. She could feel something being wrapped around her, though she could not being herself to open her eyes, or even move for that matter. Her choker was then slightly lifted, wanting to stop whoever or whatever it was, she just didn't have the strength to do so. Who's there?! Just then, she felt herself being picked up. An arm under the back of her knees and another arm supporting her back. Also to the side of her, there was a warm body, at least that's what she assumed. Where am I going!?

Internally freaking out, the girl's head moved, facing the other side now. Her ruby choker then began to faintly shine it's red color. The black crow took to the sky, not far behind the Reaper girl. It cawed it's frightening caw, as it followed. Alex's eyes began to shutter open. Everything was a blur, as she only could open her eyes partly. Once her vision was slightly more clear, she saw a dark figure, though she couldn't see any features in the figure. Just presuming that the figure was from her Realm trying to take her back. She summoned up all her strength to move her body and speak. "L-Let me go!!" She tried to shout, but only came out in a soft spoken whisper. She placed her hands on the figure's chest as she tried to push herself away, but didn't have enough power to do so.

Nathan felt the girl's head turn and saw her eyes flicker on and off of life. The crow let out a caw, sending a shiver up his spin. On top of already being a bit cold in his 'Dark Side of the Moon' Pink Floyd short T-shirt, it made his grip tighten on her unintentionally. He could see his house about 25 feet away, and he thought he should get there fast, before she ran off and hurt herself. He got this strange feeling that she wasn't normal. Her hand touched his chest, and she whispered something that he made out to be Let me go. He was almost at the door, so he whispered back to her. "Shh, I'm trying to help you.."
She still seemed slightly tense, but it didn't look like she had the strength to do anything. Turning his body slightly, he used the hand by her knees to grab the door knob, and used his back to push the unlocked door open. He was careful not to hit any part of her on the door frame. Standing in what he considered his living room, he looked around not sure what to do.
To the right there was a black couch in an L shape, and on the wall with the front door hung a TV to the left that the couch faced. It was a pretty plain room, a fake plant and pictures in frames on the wall. The kitchen door stood in the back wall, and there was a hall turning to the left before that. Taking the hall, he passed the library, which is parents used as a study, and his sister's old room, which was now a dining room, that also connected into the kitchen. At the end of the hall there were some stairs, which he delicately carried her up. On the next floor, there was his parent's room, another living sort of room, and a few more stairs leading to his rooms door. He nudged the door open with his foot, and looked around his slightly messy room.
His queen sized bed sat in the far left corner against the wall, there was a desk on his immediate left when he walked in, and a dresser at the foot of the bed. A book self and other pieces of furniture sat in the room as well. There was a window on the wall to the right, which led to a fire escape. He placed her on his bed, not wanting to just throw her on the floor. He tried cleaning up a bit, moving clothes and trash to their right places. He decided to get her some water, so he quickly ran to the kitchen and got her a water bottle, returning to find that she hadn't moved yet. He put the bottle on the side table, and sat in the desk chair. He just watched her for a minute or two, seeing the rise and fall of her chest as she breathed, and the way her eyes were delicately closed. Not wanting to scare her if she woke up, he put a blanket loosely over her, and picked up his book. Sitting back in the chair, he opened to where he had left off.

Alexyna stopped her struggling when the boy mentioned that he was trying to help her. Help me? I don't know …Should I trust him?...I'm so tired...I feel weak… She slowly closed her eyes once more, leaning her head against the boy's chest again. She quickly fell asleep, feeling herself being placed on something very fluffy and soft. For the first time ever, she had a dream. She was watching herself, like it was a movie of some sort. She was in front of her house back in the Shadow Realm, facing the old willow tree by the edge of the yard. She was slightly younger than her former self. “…98…99…100!! Ready or not! Here I come!!” She shouted, turning away from the tree. Even in the Shadow Realm, there are children’s games like almost all other Realms out there. The younger Reaper girl ran around her property, it being the boundaries and all, in search of her friend. “Hmp! Where is he?” She pouted, looking everywhere possible to hide. The was a quiet snicker blowing through the wind. The younger Alex glanced up, seeing her friend, Liam, on the roof of her house. “Liam!!! Get Down here this instant!!!” She angrily yelled, watching the boy jump off the roof, and land on the ground in front of her. “That’s cheating!! You can’t hide on the roof, it’s not fair!!” The girl crossed her arms over her chest and glared at Liam. “Haha! It’s not cheating. The roof on your house is still in the boundaries. Sooo, it still counts!” Liam laughed, patting her on the head. Liam was her one and only friend back in the Shadow Realm. Everyone else picked on her for being ‘trash’, since she was an incomplete doll for the longest time. That sweet dream Alexyna was having rapidly changed into a horrid nightmare. Houses in front of her caught on fire, Reapers running around trying to put the fire out. Liam picked her up, leaping off the edge of the yard, his black wings spread. “L-Liam! What’s going on?” The young Reaper girl was terrified, gripping onto his shirt. Just then an arrow was shot, hitting Liam between the wings. They started going down. “H-Hey…Are you okay?” There was no answer. “Liam…Liam…” She lightly shook him and they were falling. Only a selected few Reapers have wings, there either bat like wings or black feathered wings. For the very few Reaper’s that have wings it was their critical weak point, if it was hit with enough power, it could kill one. The little Reaper girl started screaming, than everything went black. Alexyna shot up in the bed, as she was still screaming. Once she stopped, her heart was racing, and she was heavily breathing, gripping the sheets on the bed. She was wide awake now, frightened and confused on what she just saw.

The girl's scream startled him, making him bolt up out of the chair. It moved back a few inches, and the book went falling to the floor. Wide eyed, he blinked a few times staring at her. Her just looked at her, not exactly knowing what to say. She seemed terrified, but he couldn't tell if it was from where she was, or if she'd been dreaming. He took one step closer, trying to relax. His nerves were a bit jumpy.
"Well.. I guess I shouldn't ask how you slept.." He studied her, he couldn't tell what she thought of all that was going on. He walked over the side table, keeping distance between her, as not to scare her. He picked up the water, and opened it. He then held it out to her, "In case you're thirsty.." He looked down at the floor. Frowning slightly, he thought for a moment. "Oh how rude of me.. I'm Nathan.. I found you.. After you fell from the sky.. And I didn't want to leave you there so.. Here we are.." He gestured to the room. It felt somewhat awkward, he didn't know what to say to her. "What's your name?" he then asked. He pulled the desk chair closer to the bed, and sat down. They were about three feet away from each other, he didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable.

Alexyna blinked a few times, closing her eyes, shaking her head a bit. She was a bit petrified by her dream, so she took a deep breath and as she released it, her eyes opened. Her vision was still a slight blur, she felt dizzy, ready to pass out again. Did her hit that building that hard? Staring down at herself, she found herself wearing a jacket that she didn’t recognize, sitting on top of a very comfortable bed. Her clothes, or at least what was left of it, were all torn up. Her body was practically covered with cuts and bruises.

Hearing a soft male’s voice moved her attention away from looking down at herself. The boy said something, but she didn’t catch what he had said. Watching the boy open a container of some sort, it was filled with a liquid inside it; she tilted her head to the side slightly. When he held it out to her, she hesitantly took it from him, muttering a very quiet ‘thank you’. Taking a sip, she found out that the liquid was just water, but the water was contained in a weird bottle, it was kind of squishable, though it made a strange sound when she gave it a light squeeze. The boy introduced himself, giving her a minor explanation of what had happened. He then asked her for her name. “…Good Evening, Nathan…My name is…” The girl fell silent; her gaze left the boy and fell to the floor. “...I…I don’t remember…” Her voice was quiet, soft, almost whisper like. "I'll probably remember it later...Though I do remember that my name starts with an A..." There was also a hint of sadness and fear lingering in her tone.

Nathan watched the girl carefully. She seemed cautious, but he would be too if her were at a stranger's house.. In their bed.. In their jacket.. Anyway she did respond, softly and a bit hesitantly.
“…Good Evening, Nathan…My name is…I…I don’t remember…I'll probably remember it later...Though I do remember that my name starts with an A...”

He was quiet for a moment, breaking his stare from her. She sounded sad. If she didn't know her name she probably didn't remember much. Hopefully it would slowly come back to her, and maybe she'd have an explanation for falling out of the sky. He scratched the back of his head, trying to figure out what to do about her.
His parents definitely wouldn't notice, his dad being away and his mother never paying attention to his life in the first place, let alone anyone else but herself and her husband in it. He could pretty much do anything without them noticing, his parents were so involved in work he wondered why they even had a child.

"Well when it comes back to you let me know." he offered. "And if you're hungry I can get you something." he felt a little shy with her for some reason, maybe because they were strangers, but at the same time he felt a weird connection to her. Like her was supposed to be there. Supposed to find her. Like it was his destiny. What was to happen next he didn't know.

The girl nodded, it was strange, she could barely remember what had happened before she fell, it was all just a blur. It was frustrating. She puffed out her cheeks a bit and pouted, she looked as if she was a small child. She was trying to remember her name. Amy? No. Ashley? No. Amber? No, that's not it. Alice? Or maybe Amanda? Ugh! This was so very irritating to the girl, none of the names she thought of sounded like hers! With a sign of giving up, she hung her head, feeling defeated.

"...Hungry? No...Well, maybe just a little..." Her voice was soft and quiet, unlike her inner voice that was in her head. Just then, there was a loud dreadful screech coming from Nathan's window. The sound made her jump, as she looked over towards the window, only to find a black crow perched on the sill of the window. The crow was starting at her, tapping it's beak against the glass, as if it wanted to come inside.

It was like the black bird was a medium of some sort and gazing it refreshed her memory. "...Alexyna...That's my name..." She new somehow that crow was linked to her in some way, shape, or form.

He decided they'd go look for something soon. Suddenly the crow screeched, and tapped on the window. The screech itself made his skin craw. She seemed to recognise the bird, so he walked over to the window.

"...Alexyna...That's my name..." she then said.

He nodded, "That's an interesting name." he commented.
He unlocked the window, pushing it up, trying to get it to budge. It was stuck pretty good, it being old and not being opened much. With a heave, it gave, and slide up. He had to quickly move out of the way, it boldly flew in and perched itself on the bed frame behind her. Its feathers were midnight black, and its eyes were piercing and dark as well. It seemed to be watching over her, like a guardian.
Wearily, he walked towards the door. "hmm.. Why don't we go downstairs and find you something to eat." he offered, opening the door. He waited for her to decide.\

(bit of writers block. Sorry for the short post.)

"Thanks..." Alexyna's voice was quiet as usual. She watched Nathan walk over to the window, questioning what he is going to do. Scare the crow away, maybe? But her assumption was wrong. Instead he tried to open the window up, though it looked like the window didn't want to nudge. Finally after he hauled the window open, the crow flew into the room, perching itself on the bed frame behind her. She turned her head, gazing at the feathers of the crow. Midnight black, they looked so much like her own.

Hearing Nathan's voice, Alexyna moved her attention back to him. "Okay..." With that being said, she got off the bed and walked over to the door. Stepping foot outside the room, she glanced around, though she couldn't really see anything. The area was a bit dark, only lit by a light in the distance, and the bedroom light. With a brave front, she saw the stairway, and made her down the stairs. Placing a gentle pale white hand on the mahogany railing, as it slid down with her.

(Sorry for posting so late, I was really busy the past few days.)

Nathan followed her out the door, quietly shutting it behind him, then pushing it open again, in case the crow wanted to follow. She was already making her way down the steps, and he paced himself a bit faster, so he was a few steps behind her when she was down all of the stairs. He moved somewhat in front of her, and gestured down the hall, "The kitchen's this way.." and he turned and lead her into the living room, then turned into the kitchen.

It was somewhat of an old kitchen, but everything worked alright, and that was good. Once she had entered the room too, he yanked open the refrigerator door. It was filled with random items, energy drinks, and tons of food. If someone off the street saw it, they'd assume his family was storing for the apocalypse. Because his parents weren't home often, his mother stocked up when she could, and left it to him to eat whatever he wanted. He stepped aside for her to look, "You can take anything you want." He backed up a bit, and hopped up to sit on a counter top.

Alexyna nodded as she followed Nathan through the living room and into the kitchen. The house seemed fairly big from what she could tell. Not as big as hers, since her's was a castle, but it was big. When he opened the refrigerator door she blinked at the containment's inside. She didn't know what more than half of it was and was a bit afraid to try any of it. She was still thinking that Nathan was some sort of worker for her parents trying to take her back and lock her up. She turned her attention to Nathan, glancing back at the opened refrigerator, than to him. She didn't really know what to say, but the silence between them was becoming a bit awkward.

Nathan saw the confused look on her face, wherever she'd come from they obviously didn't have the same sort of food. Rubbing his forehead trying to think, he felt a bit of awkwardness. He hopped off of the counter, and stood next to her looking in the fridge. "You don't know what any of this stuff is do you.." When she nodded he sighed, and smiled at her. He pulled out a few random foods, and walked to the cabinets to grab some chips. He motioned her to follow him into the living room, and place the food on the coffee table. He took a seat on the couch, and waited for her to as well.

He looked over at her, she seemed out of place here, but at the same time he had this feeling that she was there for a reason. When he saw her he just thought perfect, and he didn't know why. Tearing his stare away from her, and looking around the room for a moment, he then found her eyes again. "Well.. Do you remember anything else? From where you came from.. Or why you're here? I'd love to know.." He trailed off. He was intrigued to know.

Hearing Nathan ask is she knew what the stuff in the fridge was, she shook her head, having no idea. Seeing him smile, she tilted her head to the side slightly, as she was watching him taking out a few thing from the large cold container, then taking stuff out of a cabinet. His hands were full of...food? But he still managed to motioned to her, telling her that she should follow him. Nodding once more, the girl followed into the comfortable looking living room. Alexyna slowly made her way to the couch, where he was, and sat down next to him, eyeing that food on the small table.

"Remember anything else? Yeah, I do..." her voice, quiet as ever. "Where I'm from? I'm from the Shadow Realm. It's a realm made by Satan himself too keep his "workers", such as Reapers, for I am one of them, or Dark Angel's at bay." She said, as if it where something normal. "Why I'm here? I wanted to escape...There is a major war going on in my realm...It's destroying everything that is anything...Many of my people have died already." Hurt lurked in her voice this time. She seemed to repeat the questions before answering them shortly after, as if debating to say anything or not.

He watched her silently, trying to imagine what she called the Shadow Realm. She made it sound so normal. But he guessed to her it was. She mentioned she'd escaped because of a war going on. He wondered why she'd have to escape, why she couldn't just leave. Maybe there'd even be people coming after her, and she was being searched for. She seemed upset by the whole thing, and he had sympathy for her, though he couldn't relate of course.

"Are you hiding from someone?" He asked slowly, he didn't want to over step his limits of asking questions, if she wanted to tell him she would right? But he was interested, and wanted to know.. all about her. He couldn't even figure out why. He wondered if they did things differently in her world, well they must have because the way she seemed to look at his averagely normal house made him feel like he was a crazy person. It must be a serious war to have killed so many of her people though, whatever it was about.

"Yeah...I guess I am hiding from someone now..." Alexyna took a deep breath, calming herself, before letting it out. It seemed as if Nathan knew nothing of her or her realm, so her assumption about him being one of the people to take her back was wrong. After a few moments of silence, she decided to tell him her story. "You see, there are two Royal Kingdoms in the Shadow Realm. The Royal Kingdom of the North being controlled by Reapers and the Royal Kingdom of the South being controlled by Dark Angels. Of course, there are smaller Kingdoms with other of Satan's supporters housing their." She paused, making sure that the boy was not lost before continuing. "There is an inner war has lasted many years in the Shadow Realm. The Royal Kingdom of the North were losing their people, quickly. I, a young Reaper in training, being of that Royal Kingdom, was going to be sent to the Royal Kingdom of the South as a peace offering, to marry the Dark Angel Prince." She stopped once more, one so that everything sunk in and to see in Nathan could handle it. And two, she was internally growling at the mention of the Prince. "The Prince is a horrible and rude boy who only care about himself. He takes advantage of everything and everyone. So naturally, I rebelled against it. The war is not my fault, so why should she be sacrificed for a peace offering...." She grew quiet for a few seconds. "I know if I would have agreed to becoming the peace offering, the war would stop and no more of my people would be vanishing...But it is not right..." She hesitated, debating whether or not to continue. She waited for the boy's response, wanting to know what he has to say to all of this.

He nodded, trying to comprehend all of it. One world, or realm. Two kingdoms. War between them. Prince of one is an asshole, and they wanted her to marry him, to settle the war. Whatever the war was about, it might've seemed simple to just sacrifice one of the reapers to him. She made it sound like being with him would be a living hell, and they already all worshipped Satan. He frowned slightly, piecing it together. He didn't think it was her fault. It was unfair for everyone to depend on her for something like that. He probably would've tried to get out of it too. He might not of run away though, only because he wouldn't have the guts to do it. She was a brave girl, he could tell.
"Well I don't think it's your fault.. And.. I want to help anyway I can." He nodded, reassuring his concern. "I think you did what a lot of people would do if they had the courage to do it.. Do you think you're just going to try to blend in here?" He asked, wondering if she'd even thought ahead that far.
He was hoping things were becoming more comfortable for her, but he couldn't really tell, and because of the fact she'd practically just woke up and gotten here, it might still be a little awkward.
Suddenly, he heard a car pull up. Shit. he thought. It was his mom. And though is parents didn't seem to care about anything, his mom would probably be very displeased if a girl was sitting on their couch, not wearing much under her son's hoodie, and with him alone at one in the morning. He quickly stood up. "My mother is home.. She won't bother me if I'm in my room.. But she can't know you're here." He took Alexyna's hand and pulled her down the halls and back up the stairs. He heard the keys in the front door, just as he took her into his room, shutting the door behind him.
A few seconds passed before he realized he was still hold her hand, which his let go of somewhat suddenly, and tried to act as if nothing happened. "Ah.. Well.. Sorry about that." he paused. "It'd just be bad if she saw you were here.." he heard the front door shut, and his mother walk into her own room a floor below. She wouldn't hear them there.

Alexyna could tell that Nathan was confused on what she had just told him. I mean, who wouldn't be? She was just about to reply to his question about blending in, when he suddenly grabbed her hand and raced up the stairs back to his room. Once he closed the door, she waited a little before talking again. "It's alright, I am but a stranger here, and it would probably be bad if your mother saw me..." She paused, looking down at herself. "Plus, I have very little covering me." She blinked than looked back up at him.

"Well, I don't look like how I normally do, which is strange. So, maybe I will be able to bend in with the Human Realm." She answered his earlier question, as she couldn't beforehand. She looked to the bed, seeing the crow still perched on the back. Then turned her attention back to Nathan. "What will happen to all the..food on the table?" She asked, feeling slightly more hungry, as she wasn't able to eat before. Walking back over to the bed, she sat down, wondering what the next thing she tells him would be. Maybe something simpler, instead of going into major details.

Finally after thinking is over, she knew what she should tell him. "Reapers are dolls. They are not born, but are made by a Doll Maker in the Shadow Realm. Some of us have emotions while others do not. They did not have a choice to be made into a Reaper, follower of Satan. Dark Angles are Fallen Angels who went against God and joined Satan’s side out of choice. These are the two rulers of the Shadow Realm. The ones who are made and the ones who have chosen this path. There are others, demons born from Satan. Of course, they are of his supporters, but they also choose a side in the Shadow Realm. The North, ruled by Reapers. Or the South, ruled by Dark Angels. The war was caused by wanting power, like any other war would. The Dark Angels wanted the power to rule over all of the Shadow Realm. The Reapers tried to stop them. We as Reapers believed that one can not simply rule over all of the Shadow Realm. It takes two, to keep everything in order." Alexyna stopped, trying to think of a way that he'll comprehend better. "Much like your Human Realm. Your Earth, is not controlled by just one person. It is controlled by many, all from different areas." Hoping that he'd understand what she told him the first time, she rested her voice, seeing that the bottle of water was still next to the bed. Grabbing the water, she drank it.
