The "Golden Boy" of the Upper East Side
Nate is one of the most laid back individuals you could ever hope to meet. He doesn't take much to heart and just enjoys taking things as they come without worrying too much. He does have a strong sense of what's right and wrong that he usually forces on other people but forgets when it comes to his own life. He enjoys drinking with his friends and smokes pot quite a bit, mostly because he is bored with all that money can buy. He has been wealthy his whole life and is already bored with it, so he tends to just let things happen around him. He is light hearted and enjoys a good laugh or prank, and is flirtatious when he wants to be. He is exceptionally easy to get a long with, as long as you don't expect a ton out of him. Hayden does poorly in school, mostly because he's either burned out or doesn't care about the subject. He loves sports, especially soccer, and is a good friend.
Nathaniel Archibald was born to Howard Archibald, a successful business magnate, and Anne Archibald, a member of the Vanderbilt family. On the surface, Nate seems to be the perfect "Golden Boy" of the Upper East Side. Nate is best friends with Chuck Bass, with whom he attended the elite St. Jude's School for Boys and shares a deep friendship. Nate dated Blair Waldorf, Vanessa Abrahms, Jenny Humphrey, and finally his golden girl Serena Van Der Woodsen over the years. Nate attends Columbia University.
