her eyes dart away from the moon and she keeps to the shade but seems impressed with his true form "it seems the tales were true..."she says a bit in wonder of the form. also notices the reproduction bit "ah so you were worn down by sheer numbers..." Blushes "we don't exactly have that problem..."

"Not until you find a creature that reproduces hundreds, if not thousands, of times faster than your kind. Dragons were once the fastest to reproduce, and anything faster we killed off for fear of it growing to large. The humans were fast enough to have enough that when we killed them 'all,' enough to birth were left. Eventually, they reacted in the most expected way. Try to kill one of the beasts that can slay 100 of their kind with ease, then have the survivor report how.

Eventually, both sides had a strategy. Your kind struggled to rebuild what we destroyed, but numbers were never a problem. Now look around as you may find an old dragon city if you dare to climb to the tops of the mountains. Or you might find a temple built by dragon worshipers. What better way to kill off a threat than to use it against itself." Talin said as he looked at the werewolf. His years on the ground have not made him any more empathetic to the humans, only better at standing them, but a little more kindred to those that the humans abuse.

After a few moments of thinking it over, Tulin made the decision. He liked to fly every night, but the woman standing before him was something he at least had pity for. "Do you wish to see the world from the skies?" Came a short short breath from Tulin. Who knows, maybe having something close to a friend will reduce how dull the days are.

Cecily took a deep breath of fresh air, leaning back she placed her arms behind her head
" ah spring nothing like it!"

spring was Cecily favorite season, everything smelt and looked nice.
the breeze was amazing it realy made life worth living for.
Winter was too cold not to mention almost impossible to stay awake.
Summer was too hot, not much traveling could be done.
Fall was kind of chilly but it had to be second best next to spring.

Cecily looked up towards the sky, looking at the leafs reflecting off the sun made her Dorsey.
she didn't plan on sleeping but, the atmosphere was too relaxing to stay awake for even a minute longer.
her eyes felt heavy like cement, and she slowly let herself drift off into deep slumber.

"i-is i-it a full moon?" she asked terror seeping in her voice as she keeps in the shade so as not to expose herself to full moon rays lest she change and her beast is unleashed and onto the town nearby. for while humans haven't been kind to her kin her mother was once one and she had seen qualities that redeemed the humans. at least some of them. also she didn't wish to harm the dragon.

"If that is a problem, then I can bring the shade with me." Talin stated as his wings shot out to the sides, causing a black mist to seep from underneath them that moved about 7 feet above his back.

Being a dragon of the night had its perks. It used to be that Talin could cover entire capitals in utter darkness, but without reason to use this ability, it had dulled down over time. Still, Talin could cover a small village if he tried, but he would have no reason to. Instead, he had been focusing on controlling it on a more localized level, even getting a solid mist a few times. He was getting better at it.

Moving over to the tree line, Talin shifted so that Luna could climb his tail, curious to see if the werewolf would climb aboard. It has been many a year since Talin had someone to enjoy the skies with. This was a chance he would never give a human.

"w-well a-alright" she gets aboard quite nimbly though staying where the shade or not looking up so as not too trigger a transformation and go feral. she gets herself to a secure spot "all set" she says and hangs on to the scales rather tightly and seems pretty nervous having never riden anything before this.

"Hold tight." Talin stated as he forced his wings down with a forceful gust, pushed himself forward, and took off just above the tree line. He was going fast, from a terrestrial perspective, but only about a fourth of his full speed. Talin had learned enough from being on the ground that groundlings didn't tend to be able to take the wind of full speed dragon flight.

Talin, flapping his wings only about three times a minute, tilted up so as to slowly gain height. He leveled out at just above the mountain tops, doing a fly by on one just to show what they looked like. He flew towards the border of the Kingdom of Broken Hearts. He then began to follow the borders of Centri, hoping that he might make a whole trip before he would have to land.

"Impressed?" Talin asked Luna, continuing his current course.

nods leting out a cry of excitement "this is great!" she yells over the rushing wind loving the feeling of it and the sight of all land blurring by and a little laughter sliping out of her which is rather unusual for the woman. "you do this often?" she yells again over the wind.

"This is not the fastest I can go, nor my normal speed. Last time I checked, you really didn't have a good place to hold onto when I fly at speed." Talin said, clearly not affected by the winds from his flight.

Something about this was reminding him of when he could fly with the others of his kind, patrolling the world's skies without a fear, in a formation that would make birds jealous. If they could see in the dark. Nowadays, when he flew, he rarely had someone else to share the love of the sky with, so he would fly fast as he could to get it all out.

The sensation brought with it a pain too. It made his rage for humans fill up again. He wasn't letting it show, but Talin had some scabs in his mind open back up... and they weren't small ones. He would get over, knowing that the humans that live today barely know what a dragon is, not a single one of them could have lived long enough to have known what one was like. To have remembered all the burning towns, night strikes, and general fear that the dragons had caused. Talin had no reason to blame these humans for actions that their ancestors took, and that Talin's ancestors took. A never ending cycle.

"I can fly fast enough to sound like a crashing mountain. I have to push to get there... It's just some bad memories of days of fire, stone walls, and black skies." Talin said as he took a steeper bank as he was getting near the border to Asaolith. He wanted to make sure that Luna had a good view of the kingdom, but Talin wasn't going to get to close to it. Something about the humans there set him off on a really wrong note.

As Talin began to get back to his constant mild bank, he looked down to the trees below and the moon above. At the pace he was going, he might be able to hit all the kingdoms and land before sunrise. He really didn't like cutting flights short because of the will of the sun.

As the moon begans to lower in the sky, Talin makes a sharp bank towards the town he normally stayed at during the day, doubling his speed, now staying just above the treetops. He was now fighting the moon, and the gods could not stop him. "Hang on!" He shouted as he flew, gaining speed. He had to be careful, but fast.

Quickly spotting the clearing that he had taken off from, Talin made a sharp bank before bee-lining for it. As he approached, Talin pulls his wings to their full width, slowing himself down nearly as quickly as he had gotten up to speed, but that was not enough. He shot his tail down, throwing himself towards the ground to make a not so graceful landing. The result being his hind smashing into the dirt to stop him as his arms aided in the process, stopping him just before colliding with the tree line.

"You ok back there?" Talin asked, pretty sure he still felt the grip of Luna.

nods then realising he probably didn't see says "yes i'm still here" as she loosens the grip and slides off. "Thank you for the ride." she says and starts heading back to her village which will likely lead to a reprimand about wandering out on her own without telling someone where she went.

As the first rays of the sun rose over the sky, the shadowy mist came once again from under Talin's wings. Surrounding his dragon body, the mist slowly shoved him into his prison among humans. When the mist returned, Talin was standing in his human form, the mist now entering through his hood.

He turned to Luna to say "You're welcome." Talin pitied the fact that Luna would live less than even 100 years. He, however, knew that he must return to loneliness.

Cecily was awoken to the sound of a very annoyed young man.

" hey lady get the hell up! i have a massage for you."
Cecily cracked a eye open and tiredly answered.

".......w...what....can't you see im sleeping....tell the Boss im taking a break..."
she rested her head back, and drifted back into a nice breezy slumber.

" GET UP!"
his yell made cecily jump out of her skin. she sat up and yawed annoyed.

" what the fuck is the pro-"
The messenger shoved a envelope into her face.

" they are perfectly aware of your status, and criminal record, so i suggest you attend."
With that he walked off leaving Cecily with a letter.
She let out a long tired groan as she opened it.

"dear cecily....blah blah blah goddess blah blah blah magic blah bla-.......WHAT!...."
she crumbled the paper and moaned

" lets just get this shit over with Cecily."
she said to herself as she picked up her bag, slinging it over her shoulder.
heading towards the place we was requested to be.

Talin had begun his walk back to his normal town when something strange began to happen. His prison was beginning to feel abnormal, prompting Talin to look at his prison's now scaled hand. This was a first to Talin, and something of curiosity, giving him only a moment to think on it before forcing his prison to the ground.

A series of images began to bombard Talin's mind. First was of a common godly statue, of the Goddess of Magic, then of it gone. Next was a scroll the likes that Talin had never seen, then the feeling of infinity, like when Talin would look over to notice that a human he had talked to only 40 years ago died. The final image was of a meeting and a map, both of many different peoples.

Now Talin understood what was happening to his prison. Dragons used to use a form of magical communication involving images that are impossible to mistake, and this being used on him had caused more of his dragon to come out than the prison was meant to hold. Now, however, that knowledge was useless. The images were done, and the prison had returned to its normal form. Talin was now headed for the meeting point, following the images without thought of where he was going.
