NOTE: The role play is full. I'm not accepting more characters
Welcome to Greenfield Academy!
It's a boarding school for students from 5th to 12th grade. Each of them have a special ability. Some of them have super speed. Others have telekinesis. What's your ability?
Greenfield academy has the basic classes in school - languages, maths, science, music, gym, etc. Also, there's a Special Ability Training class, you better not skip those. There are some extra classes like archery, fencing, martial arts, etc, they're not necessary. However, if your power isn't highly effective in attack and defense, the attendance of at least one of those classes is required. There's also a choir and a basketball team, you can join these if you want. If you want to join other clubs, students usually make them by themselves.
The class schedules won't be really known. Most of the action will probably be between the classes.
Each classroom is actually a huge auditorium, which can fit around 200-300 students, Because each grade has this many. The grades aren't separated into different classes, everyone from each grade have classes together.
The school can have whatever you want - pools, game rooms, fancy libraries, even an anti-gravity room!
So, the dorms are in a separate building next to the school building. Everyone lives there - boys and girls from any ages. However, there won't be any roommates, who have different genders.
Like other academies, Greenfield Academy has uniforms too. The students have to wear them only during school time.
Girls: Dark blue jacket (only if it's cold enough), white long sleeved or short sleeved buttoned shirt (depending on the weather), knee-length checkered skirt or long black pants (also depending on the weather), light blue tie

Don't you feel like studying in this academy? Well, there's another thing. Dark forces are about to start their evil plans of taking over the school. They'll start with shadow-like creatures, who are sent to the academy. Nobody at school knows about it yet, but soon they'll need to use their powers or abilities in order to defend themselves and the school. Even a whole war might happen.

There isn't a reservation list, so you can post whatever you want - students, teachers and other staff members. Just have in mind that the students will me main.
The country setting is unknown, so you can add whatever nationality you want.
Each can have up to 3 characters, no more!
Each character must have a separate profile. That goes for twins too.

Sora Markovska (Played by AdmireAtStuff) - She's a socially awkward half Bulgarian and half Japanese 16-year-old girl. She is clumsy and shy, yet high spirited and optimistic. Her powers have recently awakened. She can communicate with animals.
Togame Amano (Played by AdmireAtStuff) - She's from those friends, who would make fun of your problems before helping you solve them. She might not even help you! However, Togame wouldn't betray you when it comes to serious matters. Despite of being only 12, she can already control perfectly her musical powers.
Eclipse (Played by DyLAn:D) - She is half android, quart angel and quart demon. She was created by a scientist for mass destruction. However, she later developed humanistic emotions and became kind and gentle.
Boris Faber (Played by IEatChildren) - He is a fire bender, who can make things explode. He's outgoing, spontaneous and loves having fun. His powers seem to match his personality.
Ryan Huntington (Played by BAWADABOO) - A dreamer, who loves flying in the blue, blue sky, figuratively AND literally. He sometimes visits the reality, but often spaces out, sunk in thoughts.
Chris Revell (Played by TheShadow) - A positive and optimistic ice bender. He's humorous, he loves everything fun, he's from the people who can't let you get bored.
Tanya Altukhov (Played by TheBouquineuse) - This cute little 10-year-old girl is very kind, sweet and friendly! The last thing she would want to do is to break things, or harm you. However, since she can't control her projection powers well, this will happen often, much for her dismay.
Adderyn Faber (Played by IEatChildren) - This mature and responsible girl is good at many things, including illusion creating. She loves dancing, but she's hiding that in a secret, so shhhhh...
Dark (Played by angelwolf123) - What have we got here? Could it be? The Lord of the dark forces, willing to take over the academy has already started his plan! Dark is one of the shadow creatures sent there. This expressionless man is only the beginning.
Dylan Taylor (Played by LightANDDark) - This cheerful young man isn't really able to talk to you, or hear you. However, thanks to his lip reading, and his power to talk to you via visual and auditorium hallucinations, he can prove that communicating with him brings joy!
Walker McMullin (Played by Thundergod1020) - This man is very caring and altruistic to people. This is what you call a real friend!
His power is useful i many areas - it increases his physical abilities, thus making it good for attacks. He can also use his power as a shield, which is useful for defense.
Jillian O'Connor (Played by DyLAn:D) - A kind and sweet teacher, who loves her students. She is responsible for Eclipse's emotion development. Jillian is attached to Eclipse. She took her away from the scientists and brought her to Greenfield Academy.
Benji Lawson (Played by LightANDDark) - A friendly and cheerful 11-year-old boy, who has the ability to turn into a dragon. However, he still can't control it very well.
Asher Evans (Played by Asher MstrImmortalis) - He's one of the most awesome teachers in history of education. Asher can be a role model for students, and is also fun at the same time. No homework and also loves parties - isn't that the perfect teacher?
Cyrus Okayama (Played by Moon watcher) - He is a warm-hearted and altruistic young boy. If there is someone, who is perfect for having healing powers, that's Cyrus. He would do his best to use them for everyone in need.
Kaitlin Hamilton (Played by Gamer_Gurl1412) - You probably have heard a lot about the cheerleader stereotype, which says that cheerleaders are mean and arrogant. Kaitlin would crush those beliefs in a snap. Like many of the students in Greenfield, she's kind-hearted and cheerful. She's still working on controlling her electricity powers.
Tzar Kohla (Played by TechScience) - A quiet and intelligent shapeshifter, who loves reading. He’s not one of the most social people, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible to befriend him.

- Don't overdo the introduction of your character in the posts! The amount of writing about them coming to their rooms with their luggage must be no more than a few lines! The only thing that allows an expansion is something interesting that happens to them on the way. Actually, they can already be in the room if you want.
- Make your character interact with the others as soon as possible!
- All the students here will eventually become a group that hangs around together, so don't separate from the others!
- Make the characters interesting! (not too perfect, not too horrible, add something that makes them easily remembered)
- I don't mind if two characters have the same power. Let's not make that too repetitive though.
- I'll arrange the roommates soon.
- If you have an idea for a character, post it in the application right away, instead of asking me if you may use this idea in the OOC. Almost anything is fine. If it's not I'll only ask you to change it, I won't reject the character just like that.

Tzar watched the white-haired student as he so quickly responded. He stared at him for a moment, taking in all the information he had put into this rather unusual question. Tzar let out a deep sigh, mostly due to how painfully obvious the answer was to him, and how little amusement it would bring to answer it. But, just as we was right about to answer, another student grabbed the other's arm, pulling on it, but the white-haired one stopped him, looking right back at him. Tzar shrugged, sighing at how determined that boy was at getting an answer. "Ig's plain of existence is full of predators, a lot of them are much more dangerous than he probably ever will be. It would be ignorant of me if I hadn't yet accepted the idea that he may one day become someone's meal."The girl, the brown-haired one with glasses, she once again caught Tzar's eye. Looking at her reminded him of how likely it was that this group of people would grow. And so, just like minutes before, Tzar turned away from them, pulling out an old, green, leather-bound book from out his satchel and once again walking away. Sadly, without Ig, his books were pretty much all he'd have to entertain himself, at least until he got back to his dorm. Even though he loved each and every word, of every sentence, of every page of those books, it was a nerving thought to think that his old friend had popped in, and stay for so little time. Oh well, it seemed like it was something he'd have to grow use to.

"Mega Klutz." Togame interrupted. "If you went to a contest for clumsiness, they would reject you, because of not accepting professionals."
"Shut up, Togame!" Sorra yelled. "Shut up, Togame!" Her younger cousin mockingly imitated her.
In frustration, Sora took Kaitlin's hand and started walking. Normally, she wouldn't do anything like that to a stranger, but in those few seconds she was very angry.
The anger was quickly replaced with her own nature. She looked at the blonde girl and said "Sorry for dragging you like that. One can't go and take the schedule without being mocked at, heh..." She chickled awkwardly. "I'm Sora Markovska, Im in 11th grade. Which grade are you?" She asked Kaitlyn.

Chris arrived at the main office, and recieved his schedule. "Not bad. At least its better than the one I had in 7th grade. Across campus, back again, across once more, lunch. That was a nightmare." He then left the main office and walked outside. "Well, now what to do? I'm unpacked, there's a couple of my friends here, I definitely don't wanna go back to my room and have to put up with Boris again. Well, crap." Chris suddenly got an idea. "Where was that from, a movie, or a game? I saw it somewhere. Oh, I remember now. X-men. Let's see." Chris lightly frosted the bottom of his shoes, stood back and froze a small pillar of ice out of the ground. It was slanted enough so it looked like an unfinished J. Chris took a step back and ran at it. As he did he started shooting more ice from it. Then he began sliding. He went up, then evened himself out. Chris kept shooting ice, and kept himself sliding. Now he was sliding on a suspended tube of ice. Chris kept going, and started experimenting with it.
I frowned as the kid walked away with such a cynical remark.
"Someone must have had a generically horrible childhood." I remarked, letting my aura dissipate into the air like mist. I then turned to the others and smiled once again so Dylan would know nothing bad had happened.
"Right! Welcome to Greenfield, where kids can fly and eldritch abominations can come to eat your cat in the same day! Any questions?"

A black and gauzy ribbon-like line was swooping around the hallway walls. It was growing and disappearing at the same time. Suddenly, the whole floor got pitch black. The blackness shattered in pieces, which violently started moving around the hallway, to the stairs and most likely - to the other floors.
Each of the pieces invaded the mind of every single living creature in the dorm building. It attacked their five senses, sped up the pulse and breathing of most of them, and started fighting with their psyche. Some could barely feel it, although they were affected enough to notice it.
"What was that?" Togame thought.
Others almost got a mental breakdown, as both their organs and mind state were struggling with darkness.
Sora collapsed on her knees, holding her head, screaming for help. Her thoughts were rushing and fighting, her heart was pounding. She went silent and started breathing heavily.
It affected each of them differently. However, everyone now knew something was wrong.

My charming attempt at an introduction to the school was cut short by some sort of weird feeling. There was darkness, I can recall that. I also recall it hurting to high heaven. But there were freshmen around, and I was going to be damned if they saw me weak and leaving them without a good role model. With my aura flowing to my hand, I made a squeezing device and tightened my hand, focusing on the resistance it was offering until the pain passed. Then I felt myself reenter the clear, the moment of pain gone. What was left, however... There was almost the feeling of standing on the edge of an abyss, with only one small step being the difference of staying aground or slipping away into black. As I got a hold of myself, I saw that I wasn't the only one affected, and felt I should check on the others.
Chris was sliding along, happy, laughing, enjoying his new skill. But suddenly there was this...extreme sadness that came over him. An overpowering wave of depression, a depth of darkness. He was shocked, unbalanced, and unfocused. 20 ft in the air, and he fell off his ice slide, landing flat on his back with a solid thud.
The impact knocked him unconscious, and as he was he dreamed of dark things. Demons, monsters, undead, a darkness spreading through the area, consuming everything within its path. Nothing escaped, nothing remained untouched. This darkness lept from the shadows and swallowed cities whole. How long had he been out?
