  • Mez
  • His sister
  • Logic
  • Silence
Dislikes:
  • Idiotic decisions
  • Crowds
  • Noise
  • Ignorance
Current romantic interest: N/A
Personality: Tzar's personality is a rather strange one. For starters, this young lad is very silent, he speaks, but that doesn't change the fact that he isn't much of a speaker, as his actions speak for themselves. Another thing that is worthwhile pointing out is that he's usually reading, and by that I mean: He is pretty much always holding a book. No matter where he is, or what he is doing, he'll be reading. Something that he seems to try to avoid is crowds, he's never liked them ever since he was a child. He also attempts to avoid most people, as conversations aren't his strong point. Though, one of the good things that could be said about him is that he could be considered rather wise, or intelligent, this is most likely due to the fact that he is a proficient reader.

Background Information:
There is little to be said about Tzar's past, considering that it was mostly calm and uneventful, that is, except for when he used his abilities. Since his youth, one of the major problems with Tzar was controlling his abilities. From time to time, strange creatures would appear from seemingly nothing, of course, they didn't come from nothing but instead from "Mez", the other reality that Tzar would soon begin visiting. As time went on, Tzar gain control over his abilities, the creatures would only rarely shift in and if they did, Tzar would usually be able to take them back. But, soon, as he became skillful in the art of Dimensional Shifting, he began to accidentally shift himself into this reality that he later named "Mez". "Mez" was a land of horrors, inhabited by strange, and sometimes, dangerous beings. These shiftings also became rarer as Tzar grew, but, everytime he did shift it was usually under his control. It was strange, but he liked this reality, even though dangerous and creepy, it was silent, and it had a strange beauty to it. "Mez" became like a second home for Tzar, getting to the point of learning how to communicate with some of the species and even "Befriending" them, and shifting them into his own reality if he ever needed help.

Tzar stood there, staring at his new home, Greenfield Academy. He still had trouble believing he had been admitted into such a school, for the past years any type of training done to help him master his ability had been done by himself. He took deep breath, slightly shaking, he reached into an old, shabby leather satchel which he had hanging from his right shoulder. Out of it, he pulled out a key, and a book, the key was obviously needed to enter his room while the book was simply for purpose of calming himself down.

After a short walk, Tzar was now standing in front of the dormitories. Slowly opening the entrance door, he took a peek inside, noticing a couple of people, most of them were most likely students, like him. Once again, he took a deep breath and took a step inside, not bothering to examine more of the lobby, he began reading the book he previously pulled out. After somehow dodging every student and piece of furniture while simultaneously reading, he reached his dorm, room 306. Holding the key in his right hand, Tzar steadily pushed it into the keyhole, turning it with a quiet click. The door was unlocked, and so he took a step inside, it was dark of course, the lights were turned off and the blinds were blocking the sunlight. His indicator pushed the switch up, the lights were on, and his luggage, which had been placed in his room previous to his arrival, were on his bed. He sighed, dully pushing the luggage off of the bed so he could lie down. "I feel like this is going to be a long year..." And with that, he closed his eyes, in an attempt to rest for a while.

"So... much... noise..." Oh the horrors, the horrors of trying to fall asleep with a headache, and of course, the noise of many, many energetic students. Tzar got up, no longer lying down, he was now sitting on the bed. He rubbed his eyes in an attempt to lose some of that drowsiness. Now that he was actually well woken, and able to put together anything that could be considered a rational thought, he began considering his options. Well, he could ask any students in the nearby proximity to be a bit more quiet, but they most likely wouldn't care, or even if they did care other students would quickly take their annoying place. He questioned himself about resting in Mez, but quickly came to the conclusion of how horrid of an idea it was, considering the amount of predatory species it was home to. He sighed deeply, coming to the conclusion that resting was not a viable option to pass the time, and so he got up and began shambling his way to the door.

As he left his dorm, in a very slow and sloppy paced walk, a weird, ear-piercing "ZZZSSHHHH" came about. From out of nowhere, a weird, hexapedal being, with many tentacle-like appendages on its back, came about from seemingly nowhere. The weird being, which Tzar was somehow still not aware of, stood exactly at half his height, and was probably about his height in length. The creature stared at him with its seven, reptilian-like eyes of yellow pigmentation. As Tzar slowly turned his head, feeling something nudging his ankle, he noticed the being. "Hm?... Hello, Ig..." The creature responded with what seemed like a gurgle. Ig - Ig had been the first being to ever shift in because of Tzar, and strangely it had been the only being to repeatedly do so. Why? Never was it really known, but the fact that Ig was still a hatchlingly while Tzar was had been child helped them bond with each other. "*Yawn* I haven't seen you in some time, Ig. How have you been?" Once again, the creature let out a gurgle, which sounded similar to the last. Tzar nodded, he obviously understood the creature, and it understood him. Tzar stretched, continuing down the hall while continuing his conversation with, most likely, his oldest friend.

"Ig?..." This was all Tzar could say before Ig ran off for some unknown reason, where was it going? And why? These questions, although important would most likely be answered if he simply followed Ig, and so he did. Although rather difficult, considering that Ig is a predator, and inherently quick, Tzar had a tough time following it. Rather concerned he was, for some reason Ig seemed rather... careless? It was just running in a direction, not really caring for obstacles and people in the way, even though Ig wasn't that used to humans, it's not like it was oblivious to their existence.

Finally, after about 2 minutes of sprinting after Ig - Ig finally stopped. Tzar took in a deep breath, placing one of his hands over his chest, he could feel his heart racing, what an unnecessary exercise. Slowly, Tzar straightened himself, taking a look at what Ig had ran 2 minutes straight for. At first, he was rather confused, all he saw was a group of people, but then he understood. A cat. Ig had been running so long for a cat, sure, Tzar understood, Ig was hungry and went towards the closest meal. Tzar was rather surprised, how had Ig managed to detect a cat from that far away? But, he quickly pushed that thought away as he noticed how aggressive Ig was getting towards the group, and simply due to a cat. It was making strange growls, gurgling in a disgusting, loud manner, and even going so far as to point all of its appendages at the person holding the smaller critter. Tzar slowly began to approach Ig, trying to not alarm it, he was a bit afraid of how this would go, not really sure if he would be able to calm it down in time, or if the group would simply get alarmed by it's actions and attack it.

Cyrus was going to answer Dylan when a strange boy and a seemly anger beast. The cat in Cyrus's hand was shaking and hissing at the beast and trying to get free, but Cyrus would not let go of the cat. He knew that it would surly be the end of this critters life. He took a step back " D...Dylan..... Sempai!! " he said taking another step " Hel....help...." his voice when high pitched and his heart began to race. This kind young boy did not know what to do with what was in front of him and hoped the Dylan or the new boy could save him and calm the beast. Cyrus looked around for any means of escape.

The growling sound was probably what made me stop paying attention to what anyone was doing. All I saw was some sort of hellspawn in the doorway that had magically been reopened, even after I had closed it. Either way, I wasn't having any of that, and after years and years of going to this school, self-defense is probably my strongest suit. I walked over to whatever this thing was, making sure I didn't show any fear, and made a finger gun, aiming at the whatever. As I fired a beam of aura at it, I split the shot into six beams, turning the blast into a cage and pinning down the creature before anything could be done on it's part. I inspected the creature with a bit of a grimace and tightened the cage so it was completely immobilized.
"Ugh. And I thought I needed to freshen up." I said, the aura flowing from my fingertip and around the cage, harder than any alloy I've seen to date. Well, any alloy bar an odd gold/platinum/silver mix, but I doubt anyone is going to weaponize that any time soon. I then poked my other finger at the kid who ran in behind this thing and used my big boy voice. "Watch your hellspawn, it could seriously hurt someone."

Tzar walked towards the currently, binded Ig, and completely ignoring the white-haired student. Ig, still attempting to break out of the binds which were holding it, however, as soon as Tzar got close to him, Ig seemed to calm down a bit more. Tzar crouched down by Ig, and began whispering to it, "Do not worry, friend. I shall take you home." Gently, he placed his hand over what could be considered the creature's head. Not long after, Ig, began to dissipate, and in its place now was some kind of 3-Dimensional shadow, which after a few seconds also disappeared.

Sighing deeply, Tzar turned to the white-haired boy, responding back to him in a much calmer, and quiet tone. "Ig would never hurt a human without need. Do take notice that he is a predator. He preyed on that cat, just how that cat preys on mice." Tzar simply turned around and began walking away, in a manner that perfectly fit the tone that he had used. But, he stopped in his tracks, turning back around to face the person he had just responded to, in the same calm, quiet tone. "I'd also like to request that you choose your words better, just because Ig is different from what you have seen does not make him "Hellspawn".

I could already tell I was going to like this kid.
"And I was acting in self-defense against an unknown entity, so neither of us is in the wrong. But," I replied, shifting into philosophical mode, "is it truly right for him to attempt to prey on one owned by another person? Imagine if I were feeling peckish and decided to eat YOUR creature, hellspawn, whatever, I classify anything from a different dimension as hellspawn, and speaking of, if it needs to eat CATS, it must truly suffer in it's dimension from starvation. Regardless, would you feel as detached about it as you seem to be when someone else is involved?" I asked, testing to see if this kid was going to need to be watched for future problems.

"Eclipse, I'm going to get my schedule, because if I don't get it now, I'll forget about it. I'll be right back!" Sora smiled at Eclipse and walked out. In the hallway she found a whole group of guys and she gasped, because she couldn't help, but notice there was a... "Cute kitten!" Sora squealed. She started petting the kitten, as it calmed down and started purring in Cyrus' arms.
Happily, Sora continued her way.

"I'm bored, I'm going outside." Togame thought. She simply walked out of the room, without telling anything else to Tanya. Will the little Russian girl follow her roommate? Togame hoped she wouldn't, but who knows...

"This guy over there looks familiar..." Sora was thinking, after she noticed Chris, who wasn't far away. "Wait! Isn't that..." Sora was about to finish her thoughts, when she suddenly tripped and fell forwards. She got used to that, since she trips and falls often. Some wounds on her knees weren't fully healed yet.

Dylan

It happened way too fast for him to completely understand. He saw Cyrus backing up away from.... something. Looks like something from the outback He thought jokingly. He wanted to see it first before acting, but then Walker took the lead and beat the creature before the new person stepped up. From his lips, he seemed to be defending the creature, Cat and mouse was the phrase that stuck before walking away. However, he stopped but didn't turn around, probably saying something. "I hate that SO MUCH!" He thought. It might seem cool, but he hated it so much.

Walker began to say something, but Dylan grabbed his arm to turn him after he seemed done, and gave the signal 'stop'. He then looked in his eyes. "We don't know what this kid can do, or if he's got more nasties. So, just for now, can we please act civilized and not try and fight. I think Cyrus has seen enough fighting for one day." He made the voice sympathetic sounding, rather than bossy, and he did believe that this must be a lot of Cyrus, It would have been a lot for him at that age.

When the girl came up, and pet the kitten, he was surprised it didn't claw her, most animals do when people come on fast. When she seemed done, he look at Cyrus. "First bullies, and now monsters trying to eat your pets, fun day isn't it?" He said jokingly, "Reminds me of home, minus the Roo's of coarse. How's your friend?" When she fell, he had to smile a little bit, he was a sucker for slapstick comedy.

I forgot to mention I stopped Dylan from doing anything by putting my arm out to stop him and avoiding eye contact, as a pleasant reminder that he couldn't stop what had already happened, and waited for the new guy's response.

Cyrus was relieved that all had been took care of without anyone getting hurt. then a young girl came over and calmed Cyrus's new friend. "First bullies, and now monsters trying to eat your pets, fun day isn't it?" Dylan said jokingly, "Reminds me of home, minus the Roo's of coarse. How's your friend?" When she fell, he had to smile a little bit, he was a sucker for slapstick comedy. When she fell he could not help but feel for the girl a bit.

"He 's okay and I fine to " Cyrus closed his eyes and took a deep breath and set his hand over the cat, just hovering above the hard. When Cyrus exhaled a soft light began to radiate from said him bathing the critter in its warmth, then the faded a away and all is made right with the cat. " Now everything is fine with him " Cyrus smiled as big as he could and giggled.

Tzar watched the white-haired student as he so quickly responded. He stared at him for a moment, taking in all the information he had put into this rather unusual question. Tzar let out a deep sigh, mostly due to how painfully obvious the answer was to him, and how little amusement it would bring to answer it. But, just as we was right about to answer, another student grabbed the other's arm, pulling on it, but the white-haired one stopped him, looking right back at him. Tzar shrugged, sighing at how determined that boy was at getting an answer. "Ig's plain of existence is full of predators, a lot of them are much more dangerous than he probably ever will be. It would be ignorant of me if I hadn't yet accepted the idea that he may one day become someone's meal."The girl, the brown-haired one with glasses, she once again caught Tzar's eye. Looking at her reminded him of how likely it was that this group of people would grow. And so, just like minutes before, Tzar turned away from them, pulling out an old, green, leather-bound book from out his satchel and once again walking away. Sadly, without Ig, his books were pretty much all he'd have to entertain himself, at least until he got back to his dorm. Even though he loved each and every word, of every sentence, of every page of those books, it was a nerving thought to think that his old friend had popped in, and stay for so little time. Oh well, it seemed like it was something he'd have to grow use to.

I frowned as the kid walked away with such a cynical remark.
"Someone must have had a generically horrible childhood." I remarked, letting my aura dissipate into the air like mist. I then turned to the others and smiled once again so Dylan would know nothing bad had happened.
"Right! Welcome to Greenfield, where kids can fly and eldritch abominations can come to eat your cat in the same day! Any questions?"

A black and gauzy ribbon-like line was swooping around the hallway walls. It was growing and disappearing at the same time. Suddenly, the whole floor got pitch black. The blackness shattered in pieces, which violently started moving around the hallway, to the stairs and most likely - to the other floors.

Each of the pieces invaded the mind of every single living creature in the dorm building. It attacked their five senses, sped up the pulse and breathing of most of them, and started fighting with their psyche. Some could barely feel it, although they were affected enough to notice it.

"What was that?" Togame thought.

Others almost got a mental breakdown, as both their organs and mind state were struggling with darkness.

Sora collapsed on her knees, holding her head, screaming for help. Her thoughts were rushing and fighting, her heart was pounding. She went silent and started breathing heavily.

It affected each of them differently. However, everyone now knew something was wrong.
