GENERAL APPERANCE
Xiang was born a tall, well-built woman. Height well above average and build possessing an ample share of both curves and muscle. Firm tonedness gathers around her back and stomach while leaner more flexible muscle adorns her thighs and arms. Possessing hair of whitish flame, her locks flow in a perpetual sway and are seemingly unwilling to close around her face. Her eyes are one of many windows into her crackling soul, expressive in both glare and leer, but possessing an otherworldly piercing quality, almost as if one could feel the air part as she punctures the back of unfortunate objects of attention. Her expressions dwindle from wild to self-assured, though vague notes of smugness are very much present in a perpetual smirk that paints her face often.
Her otherworldly characteristics remain a valued decoration, her pride as a dragon readily apparent as she flaunts her draconic features for all to enjoy. Her ivory sanguine dipped horns sprout comfortably out from her head, shaped like motioned lightening and keeping her hair from curtaining down over her pompous facial expressions. Her gradient tail sways with unkempt emotion, another window into her emotions as a single glance and quick note of movement is evidence enough to surmising her deposition. Her arms are fitted with a reddish sheen, crimson coating wrapping about her forearms and making way to two well-tattooed claws, able to be retracted to reveal harmless red-painted hands. Finally, two pointed ears protrude out from her snowy mane, moderately twitching as her prideful emotions shift ever so slightly in conversation.
Her clothing choices are as fickle as they are nonsensical. Endlessly musing on her outfits before finally settling on something mediocre only to proclaim that she'd look good in it anyway. She chooses trendy, more daring outfits more than others and leans towards oriental designs.

Transcending the notions and restrictions of passable etiquette there exists Xiang, a ball of smug fervence that rolls up both barricade and unassuming bystander. The concepts of respect are seemingly lost on her, despite her governance over a nation who's culture is deeply rooted in old-fashioned reverence. Passion seeps from every sway of her hip, choosing to display her own emotions loud and clear and frequently teasing into submission those who choose to hide their feelings. She is an outspoken advocate of her own ideology, coupled with sprinkled notes of measured pompousness, a first meeting precedes the next and one must make the choice to either join her or ignore her to stay sane. She undertakes different tones with different people, an excited sisterly type to the young and a perceptive silvery type to the sharp-witted. Talking with her could feel all too natural or as dangerous as walking on knives, solely dictated by her disposition and opinion.
Amongst her purposeful ignorance to decorum lays a dangerous sprinkle of self-assuredness. While her pride as a dragon is comparable less pretentious than others of her kind, a combination of both haughty arrogance and uncouth mannerisms have earned her countless reprimands from the higher-ups. Xiang is blessed with enhanced base stats, enhanced durability, the ability to function without oxygen for as long as a month and resistance to electricity and extreme temperatures. Xiang is also able to manifest electricity into a strong violet blast/beam with electric/vaporizing properties and shoot it from her mouth.
Xiang also has the ability to transform into a spectral white skinned serpant-like dragon. Increasing her strength and enhancing her beam attack, however she cannot stay in this form forever and will suffer heavy fatigue once she has reverted back.

She cannot manipulate this electric energy aside from shooting it from her mouth. The electricity constantly manifests in her mouth, forcing Xiang to relieve herself by keeping her mouth open.

When the collusion happened, the prospect of being thrust to the other side was something that inspired great fear. Instead, Xiang wanted nothing more than to be the next victim, citing lack of excitement as the main reason. Imbued with heavenly metals, Xiang's claws constantly create thin unnoticeable cuts in the air. If a cut is large enough, Xiang has the ability to mentally pull apart the gash to quite literally rip apart any unfortunate passerby that is standing directly inside the cut. A ripped cut that is torn apart enough can creates a portal to a small whitespace/pocket dimension that is large enough to travel through though the dimension is not stable enough to travel in for more than a few seconds so Xiang is forced to open and exit through another dormant cut. Xiang keeps momentum as she travels through dimensions.

While most of the candidates were trained as warriors, only Xiang was found worthy of the title. This form of charisma allowed her to take her rule, priding herself as the fickle Dragon God of the East. She was known to be one who was easily pleased, simplistic in nature but using her own feigned ignorance to gain an edge above negotiation. Other candidates frequently challenged her rule, both questioning her strength and her mind, though it only took a few minutes for her to get them to submit, either by irritating them into stepping down or beating them senseless. After decades of effective ruling, Xiang simply grew bored of staying idle, hearing about her own subordinates being whisked away to a different dimension.
