New York City at was a dangerous place... or it used to be. Nowadays, the super hero group, known as the Alphas as kept the city quiet for almost 2-3 years now. They had earned enough funding and gained a lot of trust from the government, allowing them to create a base of operations. They had the latest technology and access to all security data bases. They are the top dogs. The base is hidden and under high security to make sure no one will enter the base except for those they trust. The base could fit almost 500 people, but it is left to 6 kids and some maid who come to clean after them since they can't clean after themselves. It hold bedrooms for every child and a kitchen big enough to fit all of them at once. There is a briefing room with a large screen to talk about their current objective and watch movies... It has surround sound ^.^ After these 3 long years, the government has thought about closing them down, but these teens have no worries. They know that something will come up soon.

It was a bright early morning at the the Alphas HQ. Everyone was asleep and was bound to wake up once the alarm went off. The day before had been the same as the day before that... and the day before that... and so forth and so on. No crime had been reported. All criminals were in jail. These kids had nothing to do. Until today. The alarm blared on, echoing throughout the base. It was time for breakfast, then morning training. As usual. An FBI agent would usual arrive at 9:30 to help them train. He was no expert at their powers, but he was a successful combat instructor. Derek opened his eyes, groaning. That sound of the blaring alarm drove him absolutely nuts! He couldn't take it... He jumped out of his bed and slipped on his clothes to go eat his breakfast.

Jason fiddled with his thumbs, nervously. He was still a little unsure about going against his sister... but... it was for her.... or so he thought... was he doing the right thing? Was he? Was he doing what was best for his sister? Jason wasn't sure... That girl... Ria... she said that the world would be better when they were done. And that other guy. Van? He was a little weird, but Jason trusted him. These people had all the power to do what was right for the world. The world would be a better place for everyone... Jason couldn't wait. But still... was going against his sister the right thing? He stood up from the couch and walked down the hall to the kitchen. Did his sister even know about his powers? Jason was trouble with all these thoughts, he didn't even notcie when he ran into Ria.

The government continued to say how they would be the ones to change the world; how they'd make everything alright; how all the problems they face will be solved.....however, there were individuals who spoke more volumes than the common man, individuals who possessed great power, great intellect, great strength. Such individuals were a threat to those in higher power. Despite the strength some of this extraordinary individuals had, they still bended the knee to those who continued to say that they'd make a difference. What the world needed was strength, it needed a true leader, a strong power to enforce what they intend to do.

Once before, Ria didn't care at all. She had her mind abilities, excelled in her studies, and if she was lazy in getting answers, she simply read the mind of one of the smarter pupils in the class and passed quite easily. Her powers were used to her own ends, and later aided her when she turned to crime after her fathers' death, and the fact she needed to support her mother. Why work and waste eight hours laboring for someone else when you could just get what you wanted under five minutes.....the answer seemes so obvious, and it was the route Ria took. However, one day didn't go as well as planned and she was caught.

A man who went by the name of Van Hakkyou, had came to her rescue. Curious about the young purple-haired man, she stuck with him, realising the plans he wished to make and devoted herself to the cause. Whether it was out for paying a debt, or if she truly meant it was for anyone to hazard a guess. The fact remained that she stood by Van's side, and right now, she walked slowly along the corridor, before stopping as she heard footsteps. She paused in her thoughts and movement for just a few moments, before she turned the corner as Jason ran into her, or more to be precise, he ran into her bosums rather than her.

Jason was a few years younger than Ria, whereas Ria was a few years younger than Van, so she was in the middle, yet was the one that held the group together. Well, the job was Van's, but she did it alot better, especially when Jason was in doubt, and she'd help ease his mind. Something she was very good at, or just seduce him and show he is something, which he was. Afterall, the skill he possessed was exceptional and a great asset to the cause, though he always thought of his sister. If he wanted her so badly, then why don't they pay her a visit and convince her to the cause.

Ria may be stunning and beautiful and had quite a few lads ask her out, but what tended to happen was that they then either chickened out, or Ria saw them as pathetic. Afterall, they didn't exactly have powers like the young silver-haired Jason and the big guy with shocking purple hair. Perhaps it was the hair that done it for her.....though convincing his sister was another thing entirely. She hadn't tried going through with seducing a girl before, but if his sister was like him, then it was possible.

Her slim finger weaved it's way to the bottom of Jason's chin before lifting it up softly so she had her breathing space again, "Well, well...what's the rush? or you come to see me?", bringing forth a sweet smile. She could totally be an actress, though she would just rule the stage and change the script entirely to revolve around her.

Jason's expression turned from one of worry to one of surprise and embarrassment. He bumped into Ria... She was so pretty to Jason, though Jason didn't have a lot of girl experience. He would never ask them out or anything. He had always been a bit to afraid. Jason stepped back nervously and looked away from Ria. If he stared at her any longer, the image would become imprinted in his head. "I was just... thinking about my sister. I'm just worried I'll hurt her." Jason said, telling the absolute truth. He knew there was no point in lying to her when she could read his mind. "I..." He couldn't finish... he didn't know what he was going to say. His thoughts were a little jumbled in his head at the moment...

Derek slipped on his pants, but got too lazy to put on a shirt. He was hungry and wanted to eat, so he left his room with only a pair of jeans on. He made his way into the kitchen, with a harsh look on his face. Mornings did not do him well, and everyone knew that here... or so he hoped. As he walked into the kitchen, he noticed coffee already made. A small smirk slipped onto his lips as he poured the warm drink into a mug. Ron was always an early riser. He grabbed his mug and headed off into the living room, where Ron would probably be watching the news. Derek slipped onto the couch next to Ron, and drank a bit of his coffee. "Morning."

Ria Riley

Sometimes, Ria simply couldn't help playing her games. Not only that, but working with two handsome guys sure was enticing aswell. She had the looks, the charm, the power, the strength, the cunning....in her mind, the list could go on and on, and if she wasn't worth something, then Van wouldn't of invited her to join him in the first place. What she wanted, was to win, and if there was one thing she wanted, she'd make sure she got it. It was what drove her, not to mention that once it was all over and they won, she'd have even more power, and the first thing she could do was bash the coppers who held her down. Then again, she couldn't help being the "Most Wanted".

The thought made her smile, but in doing so, she was brought back into reality to face someone else that had become part of her life....even if he had a weak mind. Fortunately for him, he had one of the greatest minds with him, and what she lacked in strength, Jason made up for with his. Course, she had some strength of her own, especially to compete in strength with the two guys she was with. Afterall, she'd rather fight than be at base, barking orders, and missing all the fun. Besides, how could anyone expect her to be successful in her heists and come out so easily. That was the one thing she had trouble with her powers, which was when there was too many to control at once, so when she couldn't do that, she'd have to use her stealth abilities and knocking them out with her hands, rather than her stunning looks.

However, there were those that just made Ria giggle inside with how they acted, and Jason was one of those, especially his sweet little face after he bumped into her, and then turning away from her. Was her face so bright that it was blinding to him. Well, she couldn't help it, as Jason then revealed what was on his mind, "I was just...thinking about my sister. I'm just worried I'll hurt her". She could of guessed it would of been about her sister. He worried too much, and often times, despite having the ability to reach into the mind of others, there were those that she could see right through them from past experience.

Though Jason had taken a step back and had looked away, Ria then closed the gap between them, as Jason went on, "I...", only to stop as Ria's hand gently weaved into his soft silvery hair. It sure was fascinating, and Ria loved fascinating things, as she then spoke softly, first continuing his sentence, "...shouldn't need to worry about a thing, for it'll come together. Just like a lost piece of a puzzle, the piece is found, and all fits into it's place", before adding her own with a little chuckle, "You sure sound cute when your worrying", a little tease.

However, it was Ria's job to put his mind at ease, and putting his mind at ease, was what he would do, as her left hand gently meandered round him and touched his right cheek, beckoning him to turn. If he did not, then her hand would slowly steer him in the right direction while she moved in the opposite direction so that their eyes would meet. Her expression changed to one of admiration, as she then spoke up again, "I mean no offence, as I truly admire how you worry for your sister, but you need to remember that this is the reason why we are here, why we are doing all this". In a way, she was envious of his sister, getting all this attention and worry, a man with the desire to help her. She'd never had such attention. She was always defending herself.

Her right hand moved to his shoulder, while her left hand moved from his cheek, to just below his neck, before slowly falling down, her fingers stroking his chest till she came to whereabouts his heart would be, as he carried on, "You have such a big heart Jason, but there are those out there who have the power to help your sister but won't. That's where we come in. We have the power to change the world, and we have it for a reason", even if she was flaunting her powers right now. How terrible was she! She pulled back from him a little so she weren't so close, but that both hands were on his shoulders, as she then smiled, "There are those who don't like what we do...afraid of the truth, afraid of what is real, but maybe, just maybe, we can convince them to do what is right...perhaps get your sister with us, so she is well and truly safe". That would surely be something he was hoping for, maybe for a present for the cutie, she'll go and get her herself, as a sweet smile shone.

Van was in his room, browsing from the computer that he got from the stole money of those poor simple-minded people. He always wondered who such stupid being could gather so much of what is the most considered object in the whole city. Maybe they were important people? Nan, they have banks and plastic cards. Maybe...Nan, arrested. He quickly ran through all the ideas in the head, to the more twisted one. He gave a small smirk to himself; whoever it was; he wasn't significant enough to his eyes. Nobody is important in his eyes, unless for Ria, the girl whom he rescue once. He told her his plan, to the most crude details, but afterall, she joined. Something was wrong with this girl, but that is actually what he searched for.

Something awfully wrong that could actually change the whole world. He could have done by himself, but even his insanity said it is better to equip himself with some people so that there would be no flaw to his plans. "Let see..." He said to himself, as Hurting a hurtful pain came on his headset. As for Van, even though the lyrics are totally awful, he found that the meaning could be what would happen to those who don't support his plan in the nearest future, when this last one will by a success. He knew that the group that he was the leader was infamous for their acts, and it didn't bother him much at all. He would prefer to be disgraceful, then to be famous like those Alphas, which was his first target.

How long he will hold his plan? The timer already hit zero for a long time now. He smiled, transforming into an evil grin as he closed the monitor of his computer, setting it off for sleep. Fortunately, he wasn't bothered with any cables that could have come from his headphones, since he was constantly listening to music. There were special frequencies that only his glossy bracelet could emit to his headphones. As for now, nobody knew how to counter it, and that was as fine for him, but not so much for his enemies Truly, I think music is one of human's invention that I'm more proud of. After that, it will be discussed. He likes to discuss to himself; he thought that the only discussion that he really liked is the one with his own conscience.
Van ran down the corridors of the groups' place and heard the voice from the being that he liked the most, as for ally. "...shouldn't need to worry about a thing, for it'll come together. Just like a lost piece of a puzzle, the piece is found, and all fits into it's place" he heard through his music. Who could've she talk to? Either a new member whom she charmed, or...

He turned the corner; it was that guy again. How he could forget such kid? He wondered why did that young being - even though he was mature - had followed them. Surely foolish, again. "You are sure sound "idiotic"when your worrying" would've been the sentence he would have used if he was her. He listened even more; it was again about his sister. If he honestly thought so, why did he join them? He's truly a stupid kid who just had a place in his group. It was something he would like to explain to himself.

He walked in with the conversation as she finished with her speech that she gave to the kid, giving his best twisted grin. "Yes, we'll make sure that you and your sister will have a better place in this world full of sin. You shouldn't doubt about it, and we'll make sure so save as many souls we can through this plan. Besides, we need you; you have talent whom none of us have, and it will be great to make sure to reveal the truth that the government hide from there." He giggled to himself as he finished what he just said, looking at the ceiling for few seconds, and then at...who his face, again? Oh yes, Jason. He needs to write it down somewhere...maybe opening his brain and toss a paper with the name of the kid in his brain would help.

Jason was frozen listening and watching the brilliance in front of him. Maybe she was right... of course she was right... missing puzzle piece how it would all come together... yes. That made sense. He was doing this for his sister and when everything was said and done, he and his sister could do whatever they want in peace. His thoughts were stopped when he heard Ria say something else, a little less relevant. "You sure sound cute when your worrying"

Jason's face turned red and hot. He didn't know how to reply to such a statement... He never had any girl talk to him like that. It was beyond weird for Jason. He wanted to step back, but he was just frozen, caught in her trance. The trance broke when Van walked into their little scene. It gave Jason some power to step back from Ria and look at Van. He listened to his master's words and took them in thoughtfully. Van scared him a little... but his ideals were right. "Yes, sir. I will do anything you ask." He told Van, bowing his head out of respect for the guy.

Ria Riley

It is clear, and safe to say, that Ria certainly has a way with her words, and sure has an effect on people. Well, certainly has an affect on Jason since he hardly spoke in the duration that they were alone, before she heard footsteps and turned slightly to see Van and smiled. At about the same time, Jason backed off once again, as her smile widened. He sure was amusing, and also fun to play around with, though while she worked and used her powers and her gifted looks, she wondered if there would be anyone for her in the future once all this fighting is over. Then again, it was best to leave the future to the future, the past to the present, and the here and now...well, to the here and now.

"Yes, we'll make sure you and your sister will have a better place in this world full of sin. You shouldn't doubt about it, and we'll make sure to save as many souls we can through this plan. Besides, we need you; you have talent whom none of us have, and it will be great to make sure to reveal the truth that the government hide from there". It wasn't only Jason that amused her, but also the wild and twisted Van who intrigued her very much. She must of appealed to him in some way or another, if he was risking his cause to diving into danger to save her. She too was risking herself by joining him, but she loved risks, loved danger, and most importantly, she was actually doing something right for once *ironically*

It was probably wrong to telepathically connect with your boss, but Ria did all the same and felt like chuckling as his brain was rattling for who the guy she was seducing was...maybe he was jealous. Though at least Jason was more stable now, with Ria's comforting words which were then reinforced by the man leading them, "Yes, sir. I will do anything you ask", as he bowed to Van. Don't she get anything? she thought to herself, though she didn't really mean it. It was more rewarding to see how he acts round her. Ria wouldn't be so good at her job if she couldn't tell such things anyhow.

However, sometimes Ria simply couldn't help herself as she walked round behind him as he bowed, so when he got back up, she immediately had her hands either side of him, each holding onto his shoulder. The hands were enough, as her head hovered over his left shoulder so it looked like two heads were looking at Van, before she addressed Van, "He's wonderful ain't he", her eyes lighting up, sometimes she could not behave. However, she had to move on, so this time she did, "I hope you've not been working that magnificent brain of yours too hard Van......you have work for us?", she asked.

Jason tensed, feeling Ria's hands set on his shoulders. And as he felt her face move so it was next to his, his face reddened. He knew she did it on purpose, and yet... Jason was still not used to it. The touching and the close proximity was strange to him. Jason only hoped that Van hadn't noticed his slightly redder cheeks. But if he didn't then, then he would now. Jason turned red and hot as Ria graced him with a compliment, "He's wonderful ain't he." He stuffed his hands in his pockets to keep the other from noticing his hands shaking with nervousness. Then he thought about what Ria had just said... He wasn't all that wonderful.... was he?

Derek looked up to see Jasper walk into the room. He sighed hearing her question. He drank a bit more out of his mug and stared at the tv, not even bothering to ask Jasper if she wanted to sit with them on the couch. She would either just sit on Derek, or make him move. Derek flinched, feeling a hand on his shoulder, then gave Ron and subtle glare. Derek was not a fan of the touching... and Ron just seemed to be such a touchy person. As he asked them for eggs, he simply ignored and took the remote into his hand. He browsed through the channels, looking for something good.

Maybe this kid had learn his place afterall. Well, it is still to confirm; nothing is for sure with an Alphas' brother. He smiled quietly to his thoughts as he looked at Kia doing her magic around the poor Jason, who seems to be caught in her web. He knew that it was a good thing to keep Kia; she seemed to be able to mystify anyone, like by magic.

"He's wonderful, ain't he?" Was the question that was posed to him, though the question was rhetorical, and he already answered to that question. Jason is someone with talents, not likes those damned beings that only think that we are only jokes. He knew how raising against the government and all the power of the whole world will be an hard task. No, what he was thinking of? It will be an easy task. they think that they are protected against us when comes to fight, but again, they will fail. But our first problem on the list is the Alphas.

The risk of encounting the Alphas was high, too high. They much be eliminated, or in Jason's case, be able to convince them to walk in their shoes, and then no one could stop them. However, they are given reasons, and reasons are for weak. He always thought that the others wanted them to step down so they don't think to get all the power, which was easy for them. This was the first part of his plan, and if it works, nothing can stop them to progress to the final act of this Good ending night.

"I hope you've not been working that magnificent brain of yours too hard Van......you have work for us?" another question hit into his headphones, even though it couldn't be heard if he was a simple-minded being. "Not for the moment, I was just out of my office to check on my team." He gave a smile and tilted his head to the duo infront of him, or in that situation, a two headed human. He couldn't find how much Kia could be silly sometimes, but it was part of her act, he guessed.

"Though," he retook his sentence with, "We will get out, this afternoon. I want to spy the Alphas, if we have some way to enter in. I want as much information we can get from them, incase they would deny our offer." He wanted to show another twisted smile, a new meaning to his sentence, but he kept the soft smile to Jason, not wanting him to know what could happen to her sister if she refused too.

Rain S. Daniels

"Come back to me, please?" Rain pleaded with her brother. "You don't have to do anything - just leave them and come back to me." He shook his head forcefully. "I'm sorry. This will help in the future, I promise. I can't leave them." Rain stared at him in desperation. She could not think why he would do this - but she knew that she could not put up with this. "Then I will leave you." She turned and walked away. The tears that she had held in for so long started rolling down her face.

The alarm sounded through the room. Rain jerked awake, tears still glistening on her cheeks. She realised that it had only been a dream. "Jason..." she murmured into her pillow. She lay there a minute longer, trying to hold on to the image of her brother before they separated. After a minute or so, she felt that there was no use trying to ignore the alarm any longer. She got up and changed quickly into a long-sleeved shirt and skirt. Then, pulling on her favourite jacket, she went downstairs.

Entering the kitchen, Rain saw Jasper, Ron and Derek."Good morning," she greeted them softly. Grabbing a cup of tea and some cereal, she pulled out a chair and sat down. "Sorry I'm a little late today."

Ria Riley

Alright, so Van was the big boss man, but still, didn't mean Ria had to be left out, and being left out was not something Ria liked. So she didn't have the power to control the elements like Van had, or have strong muscles and fight like Jason, but she had such a great mind and many great battles was fought by a battle of the minds, and it was the greater of the minds that won. For those who have not yet caught on, they would realise that the greatest mind for such battles would be Ria, and they'd need to think twice before daring to attack her. Brawn wasn't the only way to win, especially since she was like a puppeteer who could control brawny men. She loved it!

Sometimes she could be out of control, but she'd make sure she was the star of the show, even if it meant acting crazy sometimes. Like once when she unleashed her womanly wiles, she got the police to shoot the guys after her. Men sure were handy. They could have all the brawn in the world, but against all the brains in the world....I don't think so. Though with her powers, she could know exactly what the two men round her was thinking as Jason asked himself if he was wonderful, while Van recognised him with talents. Oh she loved putting her little finger in, as she then used one of her powers to speak to Jason telepathically as Van spoke, "Of course you are wonderful Jason. You are a great asset, with your strength and your abilities, it means that our dream of living in peace for all people will be much quicker, and it's all thanks to you my dear".

Ria paused as her ears perked as Van spoke about their next mission, "to spy on the Alphas". Excellent! as a smile crept upon her face, "I want as much information we can get from them, incase they would deny our offer". Her eyes looked up to Van, "They would be foolish if they do deny us. Afterall, right now they are being used and being called freaks behind their back. It will be.....so tragic.......if they were so misled, but we can at least, offer a hand....". In response, the back of her finger stroked Jason's cheek, "Don't worry, we'll do all we can to save your sister, and then, you need not worry no more, except the cause".

Oh she was loving Jason's strawberry face, as her wide smile turned to a thin one, as she then committed to another telepathic communication with Jason after she leaned closer and saw his hand before pulling back to her original posture, while her left hand went behind her back, "There's no need to worry, I'll do all I can to ensure we get your sister out, though it would be an idea to not shake so much or Van will know. You know, you can stop shaking if you hold someone else's hand. Not sure about your face, but if you shake, it shows you are afraid and you want to be with us when we try to convince your sister, cos if you do, you better look ready. My hand's behind my back for you. Van won't know. Sharpen up. I need you with me when we go.....", which was partly true. Afterall, she could only attack by the mind, or form mentally generated weapons, but they only done so much and only focus on one opponent.

After communicating to Jason as quickly as possible so there wasn't too long a delay, she then spoke again, "We'll be ready to move in once you give the order", so Van would get the idea that her silence would be her reassuring him to be ready, as she then spoke to him telepathically, "Your so cruel, then again, so am I *chuckle* We make such a pair, but if Jase here loses his focus, he could get himself into trouble, and then I'll lose my play-thing. Besides, while he's here, it saves you a job of watching my back, as you know....though, I really wanna have some fun! ....We can speak more if you ask for a private word. Afterall, I need to rest my head for whatever we do...".

He smiled at Ria; she didn't leave her out, but afterall, she guessed she needed attention. Still, he has other stuff to scramble around his head. Jason looked still undecided, but for now, that is not important. The only thing that he would make sure is that Ria was on his side, all along. Even if he could control all the elements, and that Jason has somekind of muscular memory, she was the great asset of his plan. He knew that his infamous reputation wouldn't grab on people in the world for what he wanted to accomplice. However, she had the mind to make them change team and go for them. This was, and still is, the thing he will need.

He looked at Jason trying not to shake besides Ria. It is so lovely to see her getting what she wants from Jason. Guess that is how she convinced him to get enrolled. Such flaw should be corrected. Nan, maybe afterward. he thought to himself. He brushed a bit his purple hair away from his face, wanting Jason to have a better view of his face as he gave a smirk to him. He didn't know what she said to Jason, but he guessed that she was doing something in that delay.

"We'll be ready to move in once you give the order" she said after that delay was done. He looked at her. She was using her power to talk in his head. He nodded softly, only turning his back, saying: "I'll be in my office, if you need me." and he went away into his room. He needed to rest his head too.

Once he reached to his couch, he laid down on the couch that was in the room. He liked the smell of the stuff that was once stolen by him. Well, in sort of way. He wouldn't like to steal something as big like that. Even if he wants to, too many risk could have been encountered. Instead, he would do something that he liked to call exchange of services, even though, it wasn't really one. On the other hand, he just didn't want to look up for the right term. In anycase, it would probably be marked as stolen. But hey, what would the cops would start? The situation was mostly hopeless for them, a suicide mission. He smiled softly to his thoughts and went silent to listen to his music.

Derek looked off into space thinking about Ron... wow. It's been too long since something like this happened... "Ron, do you need me to go over?" He heard, but it didn't register in Derek's head. He had his thoughts focused on Ron. With all this focus, he was quite startled when Lauri wrapped her arm around him. The touching... the touching was always a problem.
"C'mon kiddies, lets go get some drinks! It's still early but, as the song goes, it's five O'clock somewhere, right?!" The girl paused. "That's right you're still just nineteen, huh? When are you going to turn twenty one? I wanna see what kind of drunk you are. I bet you're the cutesy/shy type, or maybe the flirty type?"
Derek pushed Lauri away. "I uh-"
"Hurry it up!" Lauri chimed. Derek looked at her with his ever serious expression and said, "I don't drink." Derek was just really sensitive to alcohol. One sip, and he'd be totally wasted.

Jason smiled hearing Ria's thought in his head. The fact that it was just in his head made him feel better. He turned his thoughts back to Van. He said they had to spy on the heroes.... could he do that? Of course. He had to. It was for a better world. He looked up at Van with a determined composure. "Just tell me when to go."

Jason felt like he needed to prove himself to Van. He got the feeling that his boss didn't think to highly of him. Jason needed to become his right hand man. This was a new start for him to be more than just Jason.

Ria Riley

"Just tell me when to go", was the statement that made Ria smile and prove that her work was done for now. He also didn't seem to be shaking as much and looked like a fighter again. Excellent! Ria truly knew how to work her magic indeed. Jason seemed ready to go and with his confirmation, she saw Van's smile and then a nod to her after her mental transaction, "I'll be in my office, if you need me", as Van left her and Jason all alone.

Ria weaved her arm into his and pulled him towards her, as their eyes watched Van leave till he disappeared out of sight. "It'll be alright. You get some rest and pump up those dear muscles of yours", tapping on where his muscles were, "We'll be leaving this afternoon, and need you to watch my back as I watch yours", smiling ever so sweetly before letting go. "If you need me, call me", imitating a phone impression with her fingers near her ear before she left him.

Once she was out of sight, she then headed to Van's room, where she opened the door and saw him laying down on his coach. She smiled, as she then silently approached him and knelt beside where he was as she then said silently, "Enjoying yourself I see?", seeing a smile on his face as her hand reached out to his face and partitioned his purple hair so it wasn't in his face. Jason smiled at Ria, his face a little red, but he was pumped upmfor the mission. Jason gave Ria a lazy wave as he watched her go. He turned on his heals and headed off towards is room. As he got inside, he took out his phone and stared at his sister's number. Its been almost a year. But Ajson knew he as doing the right thing. So he took the phone and dropped on the ground, only to stomp on it, breaking it. He needed to forget his sister if he was going to do this right.

Rain S. Daniels

Rain blushed even deeper at Ron's words. She'd never thought of herself as beautiful, and to hear that coming from Ron, it really meant a lot. Not that Jason, her brother, had never made her feel cherished, but she'd never met a person who made her feel as loved as she was now.

While she was thinking all this, Ron got up. "I kind of stink, so I'm gonna go take a shower." Rain nodded in assent, still deep in thought. "Oh and just so you know, if you want to be, you can be my girlfriend now." The words were jaunty and unexpected. Rain's head jerked up to look at Ron, but he was already gone. Yes, yes a million times! her mind screamed, Rain beaming uncontrollably.

While she waited for Jasper and Ron, Rain sat curled up on the couch, her mind in a whirl. Somehow, Jason had wormed his way into her thoughts, and she couldn't stop thinking about him. Despite the fact that Rain had been the one to disown him (in a sense), she missed him terribly. Now, she could almost hear Jason's voice in her mind, telling her how he was too worried about her and Ron, what if Ron hurt himself in an accident, what if Ron died? She knew that she would almost definitely be the one to heal Ron, but in doing so, she would weaken herself, and then what use would that be? But she held true to her words from earlier, she knew that she would give up her life for Ron if she had to. Jason wouldn't approve, she knew, but then again, what did Jason know? He hadn't been strong enough to control himself, who was he to control her?

"No, Jason, I don't care what you think, I'm going through with this," she said aloud, expelling Jason's voice from her imagination. She got up, looked down at herself and realised that she felt cold without Ron beside her. She ran upstairs and got a sweater, then ran downstairs again.

Once she was out of sight, she then headed to Van's room, where she opened the door and saw him laying down on his coach. She smiled, as she then silently approached him and knelt beside where he was as she then said silently, "Enjoying yourself I see?", seeing a smile on his face as her hand reached out to his face and partitioned his purple hair so it wasn't in his face. His eyes turned to Ria as he voice came into his ears. "Enjoying yourself I see?". Van could see that she was knelt down besides the couch, which was occupied by his body. "Hey, you can sit down if you want." he stated in a sort of excitement that he didn't had earlier. His body turn silently so that he was sitting correctly. In any pose that he could get, the couch was always comfortable. If I ever see that guy who make this couch again, I will make sure that he'll have a thanks him. He's a pretty good mortal. his thoughts were soon cut by Ria's asking.

"So...about this afternoon....we going straight to their Headquarters then? or do you require, a distraction to get them out there for you to pop your nose in" He gave some thought before saying something. If we go straight to the headquarter, it will attract the attention on us, but in a bad way. On the other hand... "...we'll distract 'em. Let's make them go out of their fortresses for once, it will be good for both of us and them. I'm pretty sure they'll thanks us later." he said, giving a smirk.

"It is pretty risqué, but if we are stealth enough, they won't even know that we exist." he stated as he closed his eyes, but only to open them in reassurance. "We'll just make enough trouble so that they come out of their hole, then, we'll stalk them to see what they'll do. I'm pretty sure you'll know what to do on your side." He looked into her eyes as he said it. His was dark, while the hint of purple mixed with his dull falling hair. "I'm not underestimating Jason, but I think if he is on the ground with you, he'll be able to grow up about his sister." He stood up and slowly walked to the single window of his room, looking by the humans on their daily routine. "There is only one thing sure, he will have to fight with his sister, and it won't be good for the team if he is cowering here and there." closing the statement, a grin got up on his face, as he admitted: "It will be a fun party, where blood and dead might be invited. We will show to the world that we ain't no joke, and they have nothing on us" he gave a small laugh, and sighed happily afterward. He looked over his desk.

There was a small pair of what looked like bluetooth earpiece. Small enough to fit in Van's headphones. He gave one to Ria, as he said: "We will split. I'll play solo while you and Jason will play in a duet. I know your powers are strong, but as I can't do it, it will be preferable that we keep in contact." he said as he set his, activating his. "If there is interference, make sure that we meet up at north of the Central Park, at around 5 or 6 pm. If I never show up, don't worry, I'll make it. However, if you are in problems, don't hesitate to contact me." He showed a little bright smile, showing that he cares about her health a little bit

"Any questions?"

Despite how cunning and crafty Van was, he looked totally the opposite as he laid on the couch. She could of stood in the doorway and just watched him at peace, but it was important to get the nitty gritty stuff out the way. It wouldn't be long till she was out there and having fun, but the times of peace inbetween all the thrills was also nice, and though there were those who saw Van in a bad way, they never really got to know him. He was kinda cute as he laid like that, she mused to herself, as he turned to her, "you can sit down if you want" as he made room for her which Ria took as he agreed with her, "we'll distract 'em. Let's make them go out of their fortresses for once, it will be good for both of us and them. I'm pretty sure they'll thank us later".

Even if she did enjoy the peace, she could never turn down a thrill. It often made her wonder what he was upto when he was on his own. "It is pretty risque", he told her, which was something she was used to, she was used to risk. Risk was essentially her second name, and she felt pretty confident about her skills, "I'm pretty sure you'll know what to do on your side" and he knew it. However, on both of their minds was Jason and how he would cope. Course she had quite a hold on him but Van spoke the truth that at some point, "he will have to fight his sister".

"You can count on me to cause a ruckus", she responded with a wink, "You be sure to contact me if you need help too, ok?", looking into his eyes. Afterall, the only people she had in her life now was Van and Jason and she'd do her best to look after them. Pride shouldn't get in the way, and besides, she did owe him one for saving her life. It was the least she could do. "So the goal is to lure them out and see what they do, any...limitations if we run into a lil bit of trouble", putting her finger to her lips.

Jason nodded in reply to Ria and Van's orders. He was a little nervous to just go into his sister's base.. but he was doing it all for her. He sat back and waited for Ria to leave before Jason would make his move on the place. He's seen a couple of videos of spies and such, so he'd use those skills to get in without arousing suspicion. He scanned the area closely, and looked for any weak spots or small area he could squeeze in. Every building had one, and Jason just had to find it.

Derek walked into the kitchen, only to see Jasper there. He looked up at her, and walked to see what she was doing. "I thought you'd be going christmas shopping with the others..." Derek said, watching Jasper as she worked. Derek stepped back and headed to the fridge to grab a nice cold soda. Christmas was no one of Derek's favorite holidays. Lost of lies to kids and such did not make Derek happy. That and he just never got presents for Chritsmas before. It never crossed his mind. He never had anyone that would give him any presents.

Ria Riley

Sometimes she amused herself even when she was being serious. Asking Van what she'd be able to do if they did hit a bit of bother, as if she was expecting it. Van was cool though and both knew they could rely on each other. Afterall the two worked well together, not only by their abilities but their cunning as well. She envied Van's abilities to play with fire which would be so super cool, but then again, she could probably play around with him and attempt to control him. Her abilities helped when they were knocked out as she could easily take control, as bad as it sounds, but like Ria all over, always aiming to make something bad sound really good, something hard to be really easy without really showing it.

After leaving Van, she caught up with Jason and put her arm into his and beamed a smile ever so bright and leaning towards him spoke excitedly, "Come on Jason! It's time to take me shopping!!". As she spoke and as they walked, she planned out a distraction that she could pull, before being distracted by Jason again, "Jason I been thinking....", not very long since she loved to amuse herself and see Jason's reaction but at the same time, there was truth behind her wild ways and womanly wiles, "...how do you feel about us playing a couple", containing her laughter for Jason's reaction, but then again, he might surprise her as she said it with such a straight face which was really hard to keep up. "I mean, we don't want to be looking suspicious, cos if we do, then we're in trouble, and we'll easily blend in the crowd with other couples in New York City if you don't mind doing it".

Well, Van did say to play a duet and that meant two, together, and the best way to be together was to be a couple which would be the perfect disguise. She could use her powers to cause some trouble to lure out any Alphas. Afterall the power of the mind surely was overwhelming, but with such mind power, she also needed a good plan to ensure it all worked out. It was a shame they could have no fun and be part of it yet, but there would come a time.....
