The guild member looked from Cyrile to Robin then back to Cyrile and swallowed nervously. He was obviously a newbie who wasn't sure of himself and found them both to be intimidating. "The guild master's office is down the hall. It's the last door on the left before a stair case," he said and then fled away from bother of them into a nearby room. Cyrile watched him go with a smile on her face and waved to him as he left.
"Let's go!" she said cheerfully and then walked down the hall following the direction and then made it to the guild master's office door. She knocked and a voice called for them to come in. She opened the door and entered with a smile and a cheerful greeting. "Hi there!" she said happily as she walked in and stopped in front of the guild master's desk. "I'm Cyrile Skylark the representative slash diplomat here from the Phantom Lord Guild during this time of uncertainty and worry for the Solo Elite Guild! This is my escort Robin Stroud!" she said introducing them both in her usual tone.
"Ah ...yes...." the guild master said eyeing both Robin and Cyrile up and down judging them. "Well thank you for getting here promptly," he said and then went on to give them a short debriefing trying to assure them that he didn't distrust their guild he just wanted to put his guild members at ease which made Cyrile want to say something about him using them as targets and bargaining chips but she didn't. After wards he dismissed them after explaining where they can reside safely in the guild and telling them that if any of the members pick a fight they should defend themselves just don't damage the property, to which Cyrile gave a slight chuckle at and left.
Cyrile continued small talk with Robin as they walked aimlessly around the guild and found their rooms for them to stay in and then walked around more. Finally she looked at a nearby clock, "Oh... it's about time for me to go feed Legion, you can come if you like," she said to Robin and then walked out to the stable. and walked to Legion and feed him and started to pet him. "Who's a good horse?" she said and then laughed she looked back at Robin, "Have you ever ridden on a Phantom Horse?" she asked him curiously.

He enjoyed the small talk with Cyrile as they walked around the guild building, checking out the rooms they had been assigned along the way.
"Oh... it's about time for me to go feed Legion, you can come if you like," she said, glancing at a clock.
"Well, I haven't got anything better to do, so why not?" he replied, tagging along as they walked over to the stables. Whilst she was feeding the horse Robin had taken out a small sketchbook. He liked to draw anything that caught his eye, and Legion most certainly had. The drawings helped him clear his head and sometimes he was even able to sell them for a little extra cash, not that he really needed it.
"Have you ever ridden on a Phantom Horse?"
The question took him by surprise, and he snapped the book shut on a half finished drawing of Cyrile with Legion.
"You must be joking! The guildmaster himself told me he's never letting me have one, you can guess why, and to be honest I don't want one. I much prefer having my feet firmly on the ground." he said, hoping she hadn't seen the sketchbook. He didn't like people seeing his drawings before they were finished- it always made him feel that they were inadequate, even when completed.

She smiled at him and then decided to ask him some questions, "Ok so with our training I should find some things out," she said as she looked around the area. "What do you do currently to get it under control? What prior training if any do you have, and what makes you happy?" she asked as she looked back at him, "we can use what you already to to help as a started and build up control using it with sparring and the happy thoughts to help as a back up for the control, when I'm done with you you'll either be like me or psychotic! .... Some people think I am psychotic though sooooo that's your choice weather there's any difference," she continued on going from on her topic to a short rant that, mid stream, she stopped and mentally slapped herself and laughed, "Sorry, I talk a lot don't I? The last guy I had to work on a mission with wanted to kill me then himself by the time it was over.... I should work on that..." she said as she looked back at Legion whom had knelled down on a hay bed in the stall he was in.
"Well tomorrow we, well I, have to get to know the other higher up members of this guild as well as send out messages to the other guilds, but after that I'm free to start your training. We'll get you terrifying and scary in no time!" she added happily.

"Ok so with our training I should find some things out. What do you do currently to get it under control? What prior training if any do you have, and what makes you happy?" she suddenly asked.
"To control it, pour it into the collar once it gets out of hand. Simple as. As for prior training, I've spent the better part of my life trying, and failing, to control this. The guildmaster himself attempted to teach me once- I nearly blew his legs off." Then he paused for many moments, deep in thought.
"Happy...What makes me happy? Ummm..." then after several more moments "I'll get back to you on that one."
Whilst he had been thinking she had been talking, and suddenly she stopped, saying "Sorry, I talk a lot don't I? The last guy I had to work on a mission with wanted to kill me then himself by the time it was over.... I should work on that..."
"Honestly I don't mind. It's been about a week since I had a conversation with anyone, so feel free to talk away whenever you like."
"Well tomorrow we, well I, have to get to know the other higher up members of this guild as well as send out messages to the other guilds, but after that I'm free to start your training. We'll get you terrifying and scary in no time!" she added happily
"Hey, if you have to do it, so do I. I'm supposed to accompany you anywhere you go within the guild, besides your own room of course. I hope you don't mind. And we're Phantom Lords, we're all terrifying, scary and probably more than a little psychotic on some level. I'm not around the guild headquarters that much but even I've noticed a trend." he replied equally jovially, before concluding "By the way, do you want to get something to eat? I'm not sure what the food's like here but I'm starving."

As she did an old man walked in. It was obvious he was the stable keeper with his posture, and muscle build up as well as how agile he seemed to be for a man his age. She smiled and walked by him as he did to her and then he turned around to go slap her butt. She turned quickly and grabbed his wrist and stopped him, "Sir I understand that you are so old you were raised in a time when it was okay for a man to do that and that older women may still put up with it. However, I am not that old or a push over and it gives me no displeasure to say that...." she paused and looked the old man dead in the eyes while still smiling her casual smile, "If you ever try to touch me with any appendage of your body again I will be keeping said appendage," she said and then let go of his wrist. "Have a nice evening!" she said with a bow and then left with Robin in suit.
They made it back to one of the bars in the guild and ordered some food doing the same casual small talk as always. "Wow either this guild has no missions at the moment or has A LOT more people than us. I'm willing to bet good money it's the latter choice," she mumbled and then ate some of the food she had gotten. People around them carried on and mingled a few groups occasionally caste glances at the two odd balls at the bar. She heard some loud mouths yelling and looked over at the door, "Oh look our friends from before," she said with a sarcastic tone as the men who started the fight with her before walked in.
Once the men saw them they walked over. "Hello there Scum A and Scum B," the same guy that always did the talking said. He looked at Cyrile up ant down and smiled, "Actually, Phantom Lord or not, you're too cute to be scum," he added.
"Oh really? Well I'm not flattered and you still are scum," she said and then took another bite of her food. The guy kept pestering her and getting more agitated till he was about to instigate a fight. she would have let him if not for the fact that Robin was there and she didn't want him to seriously injure anyone deserving or not. She smiled and her staff emitted a black smog that spiraled up and through Cyrile right where her heart was and then out again and to the floor causing a pentagram to appear. A robed being quickly emerged from the pentagram. It was a cloaked figure from head to town in a white robe that was tattered at the ends. The only things showing were the wrist bones and hand bones, chained shackles resided on both wrists with three chain links on each, the bones of the fingers seemed to be like claws and where there was blackness in the hood two purple eyes shone and an eerie sharp toothed smile formed. The being had merely one of it's claw like bones pointed touching where the jugular of the man's neck was and stood there.
"Now, you can back off and not cause my friend here and me anymore trouble. Or I can let my dear summon, Belial here have some fun with you. Your choice..." she said while still eating casually. The man backed up and then left the bar in a startled angry fleeing manner and Belial sunk back into the pentagram on the floor. She smiled at Robin and said, "Wasn't that fun?" she paused and went on to say, "That's why I think I can help you with your control, as a necromancer we have to have a well controlled emotional state when fighting otherwise our summons will either A: break free of our control and lose the ability to remain physical, or worse B: react off our emotions and then magnify them and act with those emotions," she said in a matter of factly tone.

They returned to the guild bars and, despite the dirty looks from the guild members, managed to get some food. He enjoyed the small talk with her, until she mentioned the fact that there were so many people around. "They're probably keeping an eye on us, they don't trust us to get on with things and go away. And yet strangely enough they've been the ones causing all the problems." he replied. He continued eating, uncaring of the occasional glance or comment from the various guild members present.
"Oh look our friends from before," she said, and he looked up to see the trio from earlier.
"Oh joy of joys, I love reunions."
"Hello there Scum A and Scum B," the same guy that always did the talking said. Robin didn't bother looking up. "Actually, Phantom Lord or not, you're too cute to be scum," he added.
"I seriously hope you aren't talking to me." he said just before Cyrile replied
"Oh really? Well I'm not flattered and you still are scum."
Next thing he knew she was summoning a creature of some sort, that apparently instilled enough fear into the blokes to make them back off once again. She smiled at Robin and said, "Wasn't that fun?"
"Should've let them start something, it could have been hilarious. I doubt they have any real skill whatsoever. And the problem with my control isn't when I'm fighting, it's when I'm not. Being able to blow stuff up in combat is useful, but doing the same in the middle of an already unfriendly guild? Not so useful. Still, it's got to be worth a try." he said, the last part mainly to himself. He wished that one of these goons would pick a fight, if only to have something to do. He wasn't going to start something though, the guild master had asked him not to. So instead he turned back to his meal, hungrily wolfing it down, throwing the occasional rude gesture or insult back at the groups of Solo Elites.

Next Day
Cyrile woke up and prepared for the day. She had gotten up a bit early to get a head start on her duties. She started by writing notification letters to the Holy Grail Guild and the Death Knight guild which read.
Dear Guild Master,
It has come to the attention of the Phantom Lord and Solo Elite guild that guild members are disappearing around certain border areas in territories. Duties have been place upon me by both guilds to announce this to both the Holy Grail and Death Knight guilds and request that both guilds send at least one representative to help negotiate during the investigations and are to be placed on a special task team the will be sent on a later mission to investigate the disappearances further when the Solo Elite scouts return with their information in a weeks time. This is of the utmost importance and needs to be addressed immediately.
Sincerely,
Cyrile Skylark of The Phantom Lord Guild.
She sent the letters off with messenger birds and then left her room to walk around. She stopped by Robin's room but didn't hear him moving around so she assumed he was still sleeping and decided no to bother him and went on with her daily duties.
-------------------------------------
Messenger Birds
The enchanted birds flew with speed unparalleled and made it to their destinations withing hours. The first bird flew to the Holy Grail Guild it flew into a small seating area and landed on a table with two men (Roland and Blaze) at it talking. the bird looked at the both then chirped once pecked Blaze on the back of the head, dropped the letter in his pocket and then flew off before anyone could hope to catch it.
The second enchanted bird flew towards the death knight guild, as it flew its eyes caught up with its mind and it found a member of the guild running in its direction. The enchanted bird simply chirped and flew by letting the draft from it's wings hit William, then dropped the letter on William's head and flew off.

Robin awoke with a start to the sound of one of the Solo Elite librarians slamming one of the books he had been reading closed. Damn it! At what point had he fallen asleep? He couldn't afford to be doing that when time was so precious. What time was it? He glanced at a nearby clock. Still enough time to grab brekfast. Good, that meant Cyrile might not have started yet. He hurried to the guild bar, quickly wolfing down a small breakfast and completely ignoring the jeers of the Solo Elites. He decided he would check her room first, and if she wasn't there then perhaps the stables. He doubted the guildmaster would be pleased if he found out that Robin had failed to escort her today due to oversleeping, which made finding her all the more important. Briskly walking across the courtyard he went up the steps to their rooms, and entered his own first to put on some clean clothes before knocking on her door. No answer. She must've been awake already. Perhaps she's with Legion then? he thought as he returned the way he had just come, heading for the stables this time.

After reading all that William smirks and throws the letter away saying to him self "I know I killed the Solo Elite people, but what about the Phantom Lord? This is great! With the Phantom Lords having people killed I can make them think they're killing each other. Or better yet try and make the holy grail is attacking the Solo Elite and have the phantom Lord thing the Solo Elite is killing them."
He runs off to his destination making an evil laugh knowing what he will do to start a war and even win it with every one against each other.

She stumbled backwards and fell down with a thud. "Ow..." she mumbled after making contact with the ground. "Sorry," she said as she looked up to see Robin, "Oh hi there, I was just about to go looking for you," she added with a smile as she got up and dusted herself off. She smiled up at him, "Good morning, it's time to start training!" she said cheerfully and then lead him to a training area she had found.
it was a wide open space with a hard dirt/clay ground with a good deal of training dummies and other tools as well ad an area to practice fighting while riding mounts and an archery range among other things. She led him to a wide open area with a lot of old clay pots that she had found lying about and pieces of previously destroyed dummies. "Okay first show me what you can do on you own without any anger behind it," she said as she stood a few steps behind Robin to observe.

He goes on heading to his room walking around in a black robe hiding his face only showing below his nose. Some people fear of him looking like some one who will kill them, but others don't care. As soon as he reaches a turning point where hardly anyone can see him he takes the hood of his robe off showing what his face looks like looking back at the person he bumped into with blood shot eyes. Then walks back off heading to his room.
Well from never ending running and lack of sleeping you would think he would have blood shot eyes.

She could still remember how hard it was to approach the said creature. It was uniquely beautiful and extremely proud. Two attributes that were deadly in many sense. However to make the long story short, she had managed to earn its trust and become its owner after a few bruises and there. At the sight of her, the said stallion happily greeted her with its signature nodding of its head. In response, she reached for its face and gently brushes her hands upon its skin. Her actions seemed to be pleasing for her mount as she gave out a ghost of a smile. Getting an apple from her pouch, she fed it to her steed who happily ate it without doubt. After doing so, she prepared it and exited the stables.
"To Mireseth, the Solo Elite Guild. Chaos."
The stable master bid her good luck on her journey as she answered with a courteous nod. With one swift movement, she was now riding Chaos. The sight of the two was of splendor. Nimue wore clothes that had the tone of blue which matches her crystal azure hair and captivating sapphire eyes and on top such a beautiful creature. They were living up to the expectation of their reputation. No wonder, she had been called as the Doll Sorcerer and it was not due to her ability but rather to her appearance. As she spoke those words, her mount now known as Chaos spread its wings at its full span and began to flap it at slow movements. Soon enough, the movement became faster as Chaos' hooves were now floating from the ground as the two soar through the skies heading towards their mission. She only hoped that the worries of the Guild Master would be needless.
The journey was quite efficient and fast unlike taking the normal mode of transportation. She had managed to reach the Solo Elite Guild within a day that would usually take about 3 days the least to arrive at. Hovering above the said guild, she had found the other members of the Solo Elite looking at her with caution and danger. Well, it was expected when she was upon Chaos who had the certain presence of foreboding. She opted to land before the people below would take the chance to shoot her down. Although, she already did cause quite a commotion as the sentries followed her.
As she landed, she gazed around her and found the object of her mission along with a male companion that she was certain was written as well in her mission log. In addition, there was a flurry of guards entering the open filed that she could conclude to be used for training. It seemed she had created a situation. Hopefully, this people would like to talk rather than to act unlike in her guild who would kill than ask later. Chaos protectively spread its wings for his master as he angrily brushed his hooves upon the ground. Nimue gently rubbed Chaos' face, telling him to calm down. After doing so, she gazed at her fellow guild members and then to the Solo Elite members as she took out a document that indicated her purpose.
"Pardon my intrusion. I am here under the order of the Phantom Guild Master. I am to accompany Ms. Cyrile Skylark and Robin Stroud. If confirmation is needed, I will gladly come with you without rebellion."

"Oh hi there, I was just about to go looking for you. Good morning, it's time to start training!" she said cheerfully.
"Yeah I was looking for you too. And training? I thought you still had some work to do?" he replied as she led him over to the training area.
It was a wide open space with a hard dirt/clay ground with a good deal of training dummies and other tools as well as an area to practice fighting while riding mounts and an archery range among other things. She led him to a wide open area with a lot of old clay pots that she had found lying about and pieces of previously destroyed dummies. "Okay first show me what you can do on you own without any anger behind it," she said as she stood a few steps behind him to observe.
"Well, not much to be honest, but here goes." he answered. He looked at one of the pieces of pot and snapped his fingers. Thirty seconds later there was a small 'pop' and a wisp of smoke. The explosion was so small you could hardly call it that, but it was just enough to break the pot in two. Concentrating hard he clicked his fingers again and waited. After another thirty seconds the shard of pot he was staring at suffered the same pitiful blast.
He turned back to her "Seen enough of that, or do I need to do it again?"
He tensed as the training area and courtyard was suddenly flooded with guards. He took one look at where they were headed before rolling his eyes and sitting down, obviously annoyed.
"Oh great, what the hell is she doing here?" he stated to no-one in particular. Although he had never met the 'Doll Sorceress' he knew that she was one of the most powerful of the Phantom Lords, hence her winged steed. Luckily enough for him he was too far away to hear her mission statement, but the fact that she had created a commotion already was enough of an omen. If she was here, so was some other form of trouble. Just to make matters worse a messenger bird dropped a note into his hands. It bore the personal seal of the guildmaster. His sense of foreboding increased as he opened it, only to become further annoyance when he read it.
'Robin,
I feel it important at this difficult time that we all make our allegiances clearly known. From now on whilst visting other guilds you are to display the mark of the Phantom Lords at all times.
Many thanks for your co-operation.'
His frustration found sudden release as all the clay pots and bits of dummy detonated at once. Robin was grateful that the old man had accepted him, but sometimes he really hated his decisions. He crumpled up the letter and threw it away. "The old man is making me display the guild mark." he said sullenly to Cyrile by way of explanation for the explosive outburst. Reaching up he removed his shirt and jacket, tying them around his waist. Doing so revealed his horribly burned and scarred torso. Most of it was from him standing too close to his own explosions, though some were inflicted during battle. Now exposed, and taking up the entirety of his back, was the guild symbol of the Phantom Lords, it's red eyes staring out at the world. The strangest thing about the mark, was that unlike the rest of his torso not a blemish touched it. Surrounded by scar tissue it's black expanse seemed the nicest part of Robin's torso.
"I suppose we had better go and see what the Doll wants." he concluded, eyes downcast and melancholy.
