|| Appearance ||
Shouichi can remind one of a child. He always has a smile on his face, and happiness is almost always shown in his lavender colored eyes. he has a mop of white hair on his head, which is naturally spiky for some unknown reason. Seriously, his hair could be wet and it would still stick up like nothing. His most noticible feature is a tattoo under one of his eyes, shaped like triangles. He got it when he was 16, after he lost a bet with one of his friends. Though it suits him just fine, as its the same shade as his eyes. His face is enough to standout in a crowd thanks to these features.

Shouichi normally wears a simply button down shirt, and colorful ties. He does sometimes wear a normal t-shirt but has a black coat over it. His wardrobe is fair simple, and semi-formal. He dislikes to wear the full suit, deeming it as a pain to wear, and usually ditches formal events if they are required to wear one. He does work out just to keep in shape but hardly shows off since he dislikes fighting.

|| Personality ||
Shouichi is normally a very happy person. He's always seen with a friendly smile on his face that resembles almost child-like. He has a certain charisma that draws people near him, to which he happily responds. He's very selfless, taking time to get to know people, and listen to them completely. From that, he knows what people wants to hear, which he gladly says if it makes them smile and cheer them up. Shouichi is even known to give small gifts to people who have a bad day, namely flowers with meaning attached to them. He is hardly ever seen with a frown, and it's rare to see him have any other facial expression.

He's a very good listener, which makes him a great interrogator, which he usually plays as. Shouichi can notice small movements a culprit does; nervous tendencies all humans tend to such as biting their lip, or clenching their fists. It's often very scary for the suspects,since in walks a completely smiling man and it stays that way throughout the whole thing. Shouichi can often catch people in their lies of webs, and see through it easily.

Though despite being a generally happy person, lately he's been having darker moments. A darker look has been forming on his face throughout random times, namely when he's alone. Darker thoughts have been coming out of his normally happy mouth, and it is becoming more common.

✗ The Artist (More like a seething hatred that could burn his mind to crisp if not checked.)
✗ People Frowning
✗ Therapist (Crazy shrinks who think he needs help.)

|| Weakness ||
The Artist || Even mentioning that person's alias is enough to put Shouichi in a horrible mood. He loses sight of his happy self, and instead gets to distracted to revert back before his psych gets permanently damaged. If a lead is mentioned about the Artist he would be the first to go off on his own recklessly.
Lover || He declares himself "A lover, not a fighter." he doesn't like using force,but will if necessary for..certain jobs if it leads him to the Artist.

|| Biography ||

When he was born, he was born really weak. Shouichi was always a sickly child, when he was little. He mainly stayed in his house most of his childhood, getting home schooled, and not being able to go outside since he got sick if someone even sneezed on him. He was originally supposed to have a nice chestnut brown hair, but it turned white due to the stress the body took while he had a high fever. It stayed white ever since then.

Since he didn't get a lot of time to play, most of the time he studied things with his mother. His mother loved flowers, and taught him the meanings of flowers ever since he was little. He learned a lot of girly kind of things, since his mother was home with him all the time. Though, later when he was around ten years old, his doctor started to prescribe him some medicine that actually was able to strengthen his body's system, at least to allow him to go out. He had to take it for a whole year though, and by the time he was eleven, he was able to enroll in school.

You wouldn't believe the fun he had! He could actually run and play like the other kids could, which was great! He developed his happy-go-lucky attitude that he still has today. Shouichi couldn't be more happy.

Well, then came high school. Wasn't that fun, but then again, when is high school fun? The only thing fun about it was hanging out with friends studying, or just fooling around. After he graduated high school, he moved out of his house, renting an apartment. The apartment was good enough for him. He could use the money he saved for college since he was able to get a scholarship enough to pay for it. He was 19, and while meeting his neighbors, he came across a girl who lived in the building who was only 12 years old. She was crying by the stairs while he was coming home one day. He smiled and talked to her for awhile, finding out some boys had stolen her doll for fun. They had called her a crybaby, and other mean insults.

What was with boys now days?

Shouichi smiled at her, and helped her up. He took her too the nearest toy store, and let her pick out a new doll, saying that he'll buy her a new one. She smiled, and picked out a nice fluffy pink bunny. He took her back to her back to her apartment, where her mother was worried sick. The girl called said her name was Rie, and she called him Nii-san before she went inside. He looked at the name plate. It said "Kamichi." Her mother thanked him, to which he just smiled before leaving.

When he got back from his classes the next day, the little girl was waiting for him by the steps again. When she saw him, she jumped up happily, asking if she could play with him. Shouichi blinked once, then smiled, nodding and responding happily. But of course, he went up to her mother first and asked permission. With that out of the way, he took her to the park, where they did their homework before playing with the other kids that were there.

Well, after that Shouichi was accepted into the police academy he wanted to get into when he was 20. He juggled his schoolwork, academy, and babysitting Rie for the next year, until he was certified as a Inspector, graduating at 21, a bit earlier then most people would. Rie was fourteen, and throughout work, and her he was perfectly content, having a "little sister," despite them not being related. He tutored her when she needed help, helped her through boy troubles, and it stayed like that, an almost perfect sibling relationship. Then her graduation came.

He remembers her just smiling, as he awarded her. He had called in sick to attend the graduation with her mother, who had divorced her father a few years earlier. She was already accepted to be enrolled in a university, so life couldn't be better at that moment. She wanted to be a doctor. The last photo he took with her was of the graduation, in her cap and gown.

That was when he got called into the field. It seemed like an unusual one too. As he walked in the church, he saw a blood splatter, no doubt from the lethal mode in the dominator. As he looked up at the ceiling where some Inspectors were getting down the body, that's when he saw her.

Rie was murdered.

He was devastated. Destroyed. His precious little sister was gone? He hadn't broken down on site, that would be horrible to do. Instead, he left the scene without a word and grieved when he got home. He told Rie's mother, and they both grieved for what seemed like a days, weeks, months... in reality it was only three days before the official release of her death to her mother. They both buried her, and as the casket closed, a shadow began to form in his mind.

"Rie-chan...I'll make him pay...if it's the last thing I do...Fine... I'll kill him slowly...making sure he suffers...I swear it..." [/font]

"When I find the Artist...I'll kill him in the most painful way possible...I'll cut him up alive, piece by piece...then slowly burn him and his sins to hell...if I fall, so be it...it's all worth it in the end...

So begins...

She was going to need a shower after this. Tera had a bit of his blood on her forehead now from the first crush against his nose and while having blood on her didn't bother her in the sense that it was blood, she just didn't like dry blood on her skin since when it dried it shrunk and felt like someone was stretching the skin under the blood out which was uncomfortable to say the least.

Tera took a step towards the down teenager prepared to slice away at his tendons in his exposed ankles when his hand shot out for the butcher knife again. She crouched down getting ready for him to stand once again as she wouldn't put it past him to be able to continue for a tad bit longer even with the bloodloss, but his arm raised up, the same way it had twice before. She knew well enough that the chances of being able to dodge at this range were null, so she dived at him, at the very least, assuming she didn't die and she was very much the optimist when it concerned her own lie, he wasn't going anywhere after this.

The butcher knife flipped over and over in the air, and as she flew under it, the blade completed it's circle, the blade tearing through the fabric of her shirt and blazer, and the flesh beneath them slicing through the top of her left shoulder which she could feel starting to pump blood out, and the blade continued it's arc tearing out of her shoulder before sticking into the wall behind them inches from the doorway.

The pain flashed through her mind as her body registered a new gap in her skin that wasn't there a few minutes ago, but she had a job to do and her survival instincts were far stronger then her pain. Crashing into the teenager, she knocked him flat back against the ground, driving her knife into the shoulder of his working arm, and using her legs to hold down his own. Tera's emerald eyes simmered with a barely contained rage at the new scar that would decorate her shoulder, and her shirt was already starting to stick to her body as the blood pumped out the wound.

Rolling it, Tera noted that it wasn't deep enough to hit bone. A painful but minor injury, assuming she got it cleaned and closed before infection could sit in. "Stay," Tera commanded moving to push down on his throat with her now free left hand to keep him from trying to headbutt or bite here. Moving her right hand, she tapped her bracelet, "Suspect apprehended. Minor wound on left shoulder," She said quickly to keep her voice from wavering on the comline, there was no way in hell she was going to appear weak and have her voice quiver like a child's. No way. No how. With the message sent to both the kid and her inspector, all she had to do now was sit tight until they bagged and tagged the drugged up psycho.

"You absolutely cannot break and enter like that! Hey, are you listening you so-called Inspector?!"

Shouichi sighed as he got the message. He opened it, and scanned it quickly that Tera had beaten the suspect thankfully. He clicked a button to request medical services. Soon the distant wail of an ambulance stood out between all the traffic, signalling they would be here soon.

The motel owner had hardly been cooperative and had kept him there explaining what was going on. Of course the guy was like what, forty? But Shouichi felt like he had to talk to him slowly like a five year old. He walked around to the door, and pulled it open.

"Just come with me Jii-san." Shouichi said, his patience already leaving his body from the current news of the caught suspect.

Shouichi dragged him to the other man to the room, and put his free hand over his nose. There was the over-whelming stench of blood from that room. The man seemed to have smelled it too since he gasped in surprised before breaking free of Shouichi's grip and ran into the room.

"What the hell happened here?!" The man exclaimed, as he took survey of the bloody floors, and the other two people in there with handcuffs on a kid. Shouichi sighed, and tapped his shoulder.

"I already told you Jii-san! There was a murderer in here!" Shouichi said, pointing to the dead body. The owner looked sick, turning pale as he ran out of the room. Shouichi sighed and waved his hand to the side of him.

"Some people are so rude these days!" He said before following the man. The man was busy barfing in a trash can when he got there and Shouichi inwardly grimaced. Seeing bodies had become a common thing lately, and he forgot what it was like for a normal person.

"Jii-san, I need the records of when he came in and what they paid with and stuff like that." The man nodded and they both headed back toward the check in desk. He flipped through the book, and pointed at the record. "Well that Geruna kid came in at 10:00 PM last night with another guy. He did most of the talking, but the other guy paid in cash." The man started out, to which Shouichi blinked at. Two people were in the room then? Maybe the other one was...

Shouichi shook his head slightly to get rid of the thought. They caught the guy for now, that's all that mattered. "Do you...have a camera perhaps?" Shouichi asked, to which the man nodded in response and pointed at the monitor inside the room. He walked inside, and looked at the footage as the man brought up the video from last night. His lavender gaze watched the two men it appeared checked in. He could recognize Geruna, but the other had a hood on to cover his face. He narrowed his eyes at the video, before tapping the screen where the hooded figure was. They still had one suspect then.

Shouichi downloaded the video to his communicator, before sending it back to HQ. He smiled at the man, before saying "Thanks for your cooperation!" With that, he walked out and summoned security bots and placed the yellow police tape all along and around the room. He made sure to block the section of the door off. Soon the ambulance arrived, and paramedics came out.

"Medical squad arrived!" He called in to the room. The paramedics were dressed in white, and brought in a gurney. They put Akira on before wheeling him out, and treating the injuries that had been caused by the enforcer. Another ambulance arrived and escorted Tera out to get her wound checked out and cleaned up before the bacteria from the knife went into her body.

The inspector was watching the entire time then? Tera wasn't sure why she was surprised because it seemed like something he would do. Monitor the suspects behavior before and after arrest, see how he acted under stress, yes, it should have surprised her more if he hadn't been watching. Giving a grunt of both annoyance and effort, she helped the inspector flip the teenager over, but not before she pulled out her knife from his shoulder as that was her knife that and rolling him onto the handle would have caused a lot of damage to his already heavily damaged body.

With the boy handcuffed, Tera rubbed the blade clean on the boys shirt ignoring the warm feel of her blood running down her back; she had work to do at the moment. The inspector left to the bathroom, probably to clean himself up, Tera was content with the blood on her as the bit on her head was already starting to dry. It didn't matter anymore as she wasn't going to be able to wash up fully, might as well embrace the feeling of dried blood until she could get back to HQ. Pushing herself to her feet, Tera walked over to the door and bent down to pick up her dominator. Couldn't just leave it on the ground could she?

She turned around just in time to grab the second white towel he offered, saying one word. Truly, the man was a master of showing appreciation. It was his fault she was bleeding in the first place. If he didn't need the damn kid, she would have just killed him at the start and would have avoided the whole bleeding part of this, but she took the hit so that he could solve his case against some crazy psychopath that was none of her damn concern, shaking her head, she was about to press it onto the wound when he offered up a flask. The initials made it obvious it was his, raising an eyebrow, she plucked it from his hands.

Tera was almost tempted to smile, but then again, she did get cut, but this was probably the closest her inspector would come to saying thanks, and honestly, she would never say thanks in his shoes. Flicking it open, she took a long swig to numb the pain noting with some elation that it was whiskey. Smooth, so she assumed it was eight years.

Moving to the side to stay out of his way, Tera slid her blazer off and unbuttoned her shirt, gently sliding it off her left shoulder to get a look at her, soon to be, newest scar. The blood was still slowly pumping out, but she estimated the cut was only three inches long, and she knew for certain it stopped at the bone. five stitches. She mused. Nothing that could stop her from working, but infection could, and she had no intention of being stuck in the cell for days until she was ready for work again. Taking another sip from the flask, she poured a little on her wound letting out a small hiss as the amber liquor washed away the blood and burned.

The kid walked in with an older man, but Tera was a little busy to care if the man saw her black sports bra, honestly, she didn't give a shit. She damped a small section of the towel with some of the whiskey and pressed down on the wound to stem the bleeding and to disinfect any strands from the towel that would get in the wound, once again letting out a small hiss of pain.

It wasn't long before she heard the tale-tail signs of sirens and moved to look out the door just in time to hear the kid call about their arrival. Great. She thought with very little enjoyment as this would be the second time in her life she had 'professionals' look at her. Dropping the towel, she picked up her Dominator and the flask and walked to the second ambulance, out right snarling at one paramedic to fuck off when he tried to take the flask away, and the sight of the gun in her hand was enough to convince him to drop the issue, even if she couldn't shoot him with it.

Sitting on the back, Tera ordered the nearest paramedic, "Disinfect and stitch me. I have to go soon, so don't bother with pain killers."

The medic was about to start the song and dance about getting her checked out, leaving the liquor, but she didn't have time for that. She was a little curious as to how the boy managed to get a score of only ninety-five, and if she went with them she would wake up in the cell... She didn't want to go back until she had to, so she snarled that it was about police business and to get on with it because she didn't have all damn day.

Tera let out constant hisses of pain as her wound was disinfected and a hiss for each time the needle stabbed into her flesh and was pulled through, but followed each hiss with a small sip of the whiskey. Not enough to get drunk, but enough to dull the pain. She kept her eyes on the motel door as when the inspectors left, she was going with them. Blood or no, she didn't want to go back to that room yet. Not if she can push it off for a few hours.
