8:00 came earlier, as it did every morning for Geoff. He awoke to the chorus of drums pounding away at the insides of his head. The drums threatened to drown out even the alarm that echoed from his night stand. As Geoff slowly became more and more awake, he became increasingly aware of the splitting pain in his head and the desertlike enivornment that was his mouth. This was his personal hell, the one he woke up to every morning. Seconds felt like minutes felt like hours as Geoff simply laid in bed, trying to tame the animal in his head. He never could, all he could do was let it have free reign and run it's course-- at least until the next morning.

Once the drums settled enough so that he could think, Geoff reached over to turn off his alarm. In the process he knocked over an empty bottle that was the reason behind his hell. He shut the alarm off and rose out of his bed, taking all of his pain stoically on the chin. This wasn't the first hangover he had, nor would it be the last. He rubbed his eyes and forced them open only to be assaulted by bright shafts of sunlight. The light scorched his sensitive eyes, forcing them shut once more. He let out a tired sigh and swung himself out of bed. However, instead of his first step landing on the floor, it landed on the bottle and before he knew it he was sprawled out across the ground which a series of new aches to accompany the old ones.

Why did he do this to himself? Every night and every morning was the same. He'd drink and drink until he fell asleep and then when he woke up he felt like death itself. The answer was simple. It was the only way he could sleep. Without the drink, then his mind would be filled with the thoughts he brought home from work. From the images burned into his mind. The Artist's victims were only the freshest tales in a bookshelf full of horror stories. Because without the drink, he might very well go insane himself. Like father like son, they said. Studies said that alcoholism ran in the family, though Geoff wouldn't call the man who was his father family. No matter how hard he tried to pickle his liver though, he could never erase those memories.

Geoff reached out and snatched the offending bottle and rolled it under his bed. A clinking sound soon followed, signifying that the bottle had reunited with it's breathern. Need more was the simple mental note Geoff gave himself. He managed to drag his carcass into his bathroom, where he shoved a cocktail of pills down his throat and jumped into a hot shower in anticipation for them to kick in. Once he had exited the shower, only a dull throbbing of the drums were the only thing that remained of the last night. He flipped through the settings on his bracelet before coming to a stop on the desired one. A touch of the button later, and Geoff stood in his black suit and tie. He pushed the unruly black locks of his hair out of his face and nodded. It was time to go to work. As he left his tiny apartment, he made a habit of slipping a silver flask engraved with his initials in an interior pocket of his suit. Unlike the bottles under his bed, this flask would never be empty.

The trip to the Bureau Headquarters was a short one, a practiced route burned into Geoff's mind. He could walk it with his eyes closed if need be, and some days were rough enough that the skill became invaulable. He jumped through the same hoops to enter HQ, swipe his ID there, scan his eye there and like that he was riding the elevator up. He took those few moments to collect himself fully. He rotated his neck and shoulders, and shook out whatever was left of last night in one violent motion. When the doors split, Geoff pushed his hair out of his eyes again, and just like that he was the Inspector everyone knew. Quiet, reserved, a man of few words. Maybe he enjoyed his vices, but certainly not a man battling a demon, definitely not Geoff. He walked toward the offer he shared with Inspector Byakurai, drawing a cigarette out of his pocket as he did. The entrance into his office began with a lung-full of smoke as the cigarette hung limply out of the corner of his mouth.

Inspector Byakurai seemed to have beat him there this morning. He gave a silent nod to the man as he made his way to his own immaculate desk. Geoff was not man of waste and his desk mirrored that. Everything was organized perfectly for easy access. Time spent wasted hunting down a report was time better spent doing actual. He was a practical man like that. He booted his computer to life, and as he waited reached for the wooden brainteaser that set on his desk. In the time it took him to take it apart and put it back together again, his computer was running, and the profile of the man they were hunting waited. Man. The kid was bloody eighteen, and already through his life away. He set the brain teaser back on his desk, making a mental note to see if Inspector Itsuya would like to trade for his rubix cube. Green eyes drifted up to his partner's where they stayed for a moment while Geoff judiciously formulated his sentence. A moment later, the sentence finally found the open air.

"Let's get started."

Geoff stared at the wireframe map of the motel, committing every detail that might even possibly become important to memory. This had an effect of making his Enforcer waiting for him. He rather be slow and prepared than fast and reckless. This thought caused him to glance at Tera for a moment before flashing back to the map. Eventually, Inspector Byakurai's voice rang out, indicating the car was waiting for them. Another moment passed without a sound and finally, Geoff became satisfied with his preparation. He turned and nodded, adding his own ashes to the ashtray and exited the office, taking point from his Enforcer. However, thanks to the Inspector's delay, they left just in time to hear a crash and sound of glass breaking.

That was not a usual sound for the office's to make and he paused in his step in an attempt to ascertain what exactly that sound meant. He needn't wait long, as Inspector Itsuya came storming from down the hall and slammed the door to his office open causing another crash. Geoff could do nothing but watch with dull curiosity. What the hell was going on over there? he asked himself. The answer soon came from Inspector Itsuya himself. Well, the words weren't exactly aimed at him, but he could hear them clear as day as loud as the man was shouting. The implications were... Unfortunate. Oh, and he had gotten a new partner too. Bless her heart, did she really know what she gotten herself in to?

He then turned and looked at his own Enforcer ans shrugged. No doubt she was probably loving this, and fortunately it wasn't Geoff's problem. ""Please. Try not to do that in our office," He not so much as commanded, but pleaded. It would be awkward for all parties involved, and Geoff just didn't want to deal with that kind of trouble. Still, through his exterior Geoff found a little humor in the situation, though nothing on the outside betrayed that. He spared another moment or two to just glance in Itsuya's general direction before shrugging and moving on. They had a job to do.

They descended the stairs and left the building, Geoff taking the shotgun seat for himself. He said no words to his partner, only a nod of appreciation. He adjusted his blue Inspector coat, and then pulled up the previous video feed from his bracelet, just to be doing something other than sitting and waiting.

Shouichi blinked at he heard the door open, and the other inspector slid into the seat quietly, with nothing but a nod. Shouichi shot him a grin in response, as he felt the car's back door open, and in slid the enforcer. he looked at her through the rear view mirror, and laughed a bit at her questions.

"Of course I did Tete-chan! I can do that much at least!" With that said, he pulled the joy-stcik looking handle into drive, before pulling out of the driveway and onto the main road. Shouichi turned too look at the GPS. The arrival time was about twenty minutes.

He frowned a bit at that, and sped up more, easily surpassing a few of the city's speed limit. The black car had a official stamp on the side, that clearly held the department's symbol, so it wouldn't matter as much. He could have sped up even more if he wanted to, but that could cause accidents along the way.

The car was always quiet when he drove with the three of them. Even if Mako-chan was in the car it wouldn't have made much of a difference. With everything, he wished sometimes he had a more talkative partner, so the drive wouldn't be so boring. Keeping a smile on his face, he glanced at the woman in the back before speaking.

"Hey, Tete-chan. Are you alright with going in alone?" It was protocol to send in the enforcers first, and usually she had his enforcer with her. He didn't doubt her fighting skills, just more of the stopping herself skill. They needed this guy alive, and hopefully not too injured.

As he turned the last corner, he stopped the car in front of the motel.

The motel was just one building, like most were. All the rooms could easily be seen, and the check-in desk was simply a room with a glass screen, like a ticket booth. Taking his ID card out, he slid it back into the case before opening the door and getting out. With a fast pace, he opened the trunk before taking out the case that held the dominators.

He placed it on the ground, and in a moment it expanded so it could be bigger and taller for easier access. The case opened side ways, and revealed three dominators sticking out. He picked up his, and watched as it activated a voice spoke into his head.

"You have been authorized as Inspector Byakurai Shoucihi. Dominator will now function."
The light blue glow of the gun signaled it was connected, and ready to go. Smiling to himself, he called out to the other two.

"The video feed said he was in room 1-0-6. I'll inform the management of it." With that said, the inspector jogged towards the glass window.

Darkness.

Screams.

Shrieks.

Blood.

There was so much, yet so little. Each cut that he opened had spilled more of that precious red water needed for survival.

"Human lives are so delicate."

That. was. true.

That woman had died maybe after 1 hour of the cutting.

"Nothing is "alive." To see if humans are alive, they would be able to die..."

So humans are nothing.

It ended with the knife.

Who would have thought a small petite body held that much blood?

But that man had shown him even more of the blood.

And the things inside of humans as well.

"This lamb was apparently "alive" since it died."

When?

Where?

Would his next prey be?

His knife thirsted for more...

To see if the next human was "alive."

Takeru Kazami

As he was waiting for his fellow Enforcer to release him from the pain he desperately wanted to rid himself, the door to the office came open with the force of a hurricane and slammed into the wall, resonating more violently than the crash that had occurred moments prior. Takeru hadn't needed to even tilt his head to find out who t he person barging into the room was, for his voice was loud and clear enough for him to immediately recognize it as Inspector Hayato, a man who was most certainly upset with how they had treated his office.

If Hayato was a color that identified his mood, Hayato had to have been a dark red, as he was fuming almost visibly. His words shot out and each one of them sounded akin to a gunshot fired from his mouth towards the two Enforcers, who remained there probably somewhat dumbfounded at the turn of events. It was only when Hayato's glance moved downwards, towards Takeru's groin, that things really hit him.

"You two turn this room to utter shit! then I see you two getting all cozy by my fucking desk!"

The Inspector most definitely took things the wrong way. Unfortunately, Seiren's hand on Takeru's groin was nothing sexual, even if Takeru felt something. That 'something' happened to be pain, however, so he did not enjoy it one bit. Takeru kept a straight face as Seiren then moved to confront her own Inspector. By the looks of the situation, they were bound to continue. Inspector Hayato kept using words that were impolite, and it did not seem as if Seiren was going to back down anytime soon. Takeru thought for a minute and then decided to shift some heat to himself, to see what might happen.

Although he did think he might end up getting shot.

"Please, enlighten me on how you fighting in the office was a good thing!"

"The areas we are provided do make good places to spar, yes, but they simulate nothing in the real world!" he complained, as if he wasn't in trouble or being yelled at. Awkwardness was what 'Takeru' was good at, after all. "Boring and unrealistic! You know you don't get to choose what kinda place you fight in? Not every place is open, and your environment can be your greatest weapon! This office is perfect, since it simulates cramp, icky space with lots of small things to throw, or use to your advantage! That's why I wanted to fight here. It was fun. If you're that sad about it, then I can pay for this small mess. Jeez!"

Tera leaned back comforted by the knowledge that her Dominator was in the trunk; she would have preferred to have it, but since the target was probably not going to be packing anything more then his fist, knife, or maybe a bat, she could deal with it. Attaining firearms was risky and, more importantly, expensive, so she doubted some punk teenager could manage to get his hands on anything of that caliber.

Like always the drive was silent which didn't bother her at all. She preferred it this way. People could get emotional in times like these, and emotions got people killed, if they were lucky at least, if not then they ended up living with disfiguring wounds or being tortured.

Tera turned her head staring out the window at the buildings as they zipped by, but her eyes were dull as she took in what she could from the moving environment. The cattle. The people heading this way and that to their meaningless jobs. Stopping. Going. At the beckoning of signs. Going through the motions of their lives, could they truly call it that? Living? Pathetic. All of them. Nothing more then sheep. She felt a small tug at the corner of her lip, Sheeple, that was what they all were.

"Hey, Tete-chan. Are you alright with going in alone?", Tera didn't bother to turn her head to Shouichi, "I'll be fine," she said blandly. It wasn't that she liked to assault a possible lunatics location alone, but that she didn't see any other option. They could come with her, but as far as she was concerned, they would get in her way far more then act as half-way decent meat shields. The kid was a kid. She wasn't sure about his combat skill, but he lacked the mentality needed. The will to drag the blade across someones throat and listen to them choke on their own blood. Her inspector? He was soft, and he didn't look like he could dish out anything, but that was her job. She was his muscle. On the bright side, this particular potential lunatic was nothing compared to her, but it only took one slip up to end a life. Still, considering the situation, she was probably not their favorite option either. If the lunatic proved too crazy for her taste, Tera fully intended on ending his miserable life. Their case meant nothing when she put it on the scale against herself.

The car stopped outside of the small one-level motel, and Tera gave it a one over. She had done a few drops in places like this, displayed some 'merchandise' from some of her human trafficking deals in them as well. Cliche, but it was well known way of doing illicit affairs for a reason. It worked.

Tera slid out of the back seat and bent down next to the case to pick up her Dominator. The robotic female voice sparking to life the second her fingers brushed the hand, "You have been authorized as Enforcer Tera Reed. Dominator will now function," Tera gave it an experimental look down the sights, feeling the weight in her hand, before nodding with satisfaction. It was, indeed, her gun.

Turning her attention to the doors, she scanned them until her eyes fell on it. One-hundred and six, staying crouched to stay out of sight, Tera made her way to the door stepping heel first to keep quiet. Stopping at the door, she closed her eyes and listened, trying to hear any sound from the inside, but wasn't able to make anything out. She could pick the door, but with a motel room that small there was a good chance he could hear her tinkering with the lock and bolt. Direct approach it is.

Tera slid her ka-bar from its sheath and stood up to her full height. Pressing the blade handle to the guns, she gave the door a powerful kick. Normally, doors would take repeated kicks, but a cheap door and lock on a two-bit motel wasn't built to take that kind of abuse. The door flew open, and Tera moved in. The sight wasn't uncommon, but it wasn't what she was expecting either. The blood was everywhere, and the teenager was drenched in it clutching a knife over a dead woman's body... or what was left of it. It didn't take her super inspector to tell her what happened.

"Drop the knife," She ordered coldly as if she had found him sitting on the couch and watching television instead of standing blood drenched over a corpse. She paused only for a moment to check the psycho-pass level.

"Psycho Pass Level is 95. Not a target for law enforcement. Dominator will be locked." came the dominators reaction, as it targeted the teenager.

Image
A loud noise ecoed throughout the silent room. The bright sunlight easily penetrating into the dark confines of the room. The boy blinked, wincing at the harsh light, as his eyes focused on the woman in front of him.

Another lamb? So soon?

Was it alive? or not? Did it die? Or was it already dead?

Wait...a gun? So the police? What to do?

"When cornered. Attack. Fight back." Anwsered the voice in his head.

The knife in his hand, still slick with blood raised up. The handle was slick with the dead lambs blood.

Throw it. Fast. Hard.

Aim for the Neck. Throat. Chest. Head.

The heart.

With great force, Akira's knife shot out of his hand, and headed for the enforcer. He picked up another knife by his foot, and threw it in right after the first one. The second knife was a pocket knife, with a two-inch blade.

Next he held a butcher knife, still bloody and no doubt one of the main cause of the dead body that stained the room right now.

Can't kill yet.

He didn't say.

Though if she dies...then was she alive?

Tera was slightly surprised to see such a low rating, but her surprise was cut off by the knife flying at her. Thanks to the hesitation in the boy, and her own paranoia; Tera wasn't caught by surprise at his actions as in his shoes, she would have done the same damn thing. Moving to the left, the knife flew by and stabbed into the wall. Great. A druggy, Tera mused. There was no way he could throw such a large knife without it twirling like that unless he was pumping on adrenaline, and if he was a drugged up lunatic then her job just got a lot harder. Taking him in alive was looking less likely every second.

She took a few steps forward only to stop as he picked up yet another knife, this one a small pocket knife, and threw it at her. This time, the blade was moving too fast too close for her to dodge, but since the knife was ass heavy, it tumbled in the air and smacked her blazer with the blood-smeared handle. If the boy had been a trained killer instead of only seeing shit in movies; she would be in trouble, but Tera was lucky that people imitated shit in movies that they wouldn't be able to do in life.

With only the large butcher knife left, Tera doubted he would throw it. If he missed again it would mean he was, for lack of a better word, screwed then again, did lunatics normally consider such an action? She knew that reading of 95 was utter crap. Tossing the gun on the ground, Tera approached the bloody teenager with crouched knees switching her knife to her right hand. Moving slowly to not leave herself open, she tapped her bracelet to contact her inspector on the outside and let him know what was going on before he barged in and made this a real mess, "Suspect found. Psycho-level 95. One victim, dead. Resisting. Need three minutes."

With that very brief bit done, Tera continued to slowly close in on him moving her left hand and her ka-bar knife in slow, random motions to keep his eyes distracted. When she got close enough, she jumped into his arm reach, but in truth, it was a feint.

Some teenager who had probably never been in a proper knife fight? She was willing to bet he would strike at her as soon as he could, the second he swung, she would jerk back and then come in before he could regain his stance. If she could, she will grab his arm and slice open his elbow. If not, she would settle for his closest leg.

The motel was laid out exactly how he had studied. Along with replaying the video feed over and over, Geoffrey had also downloaded a couple of pictures of the motel in question. He knew the exits and the entrances and even the most likely route Akira would take if he attempted to escape. However, considering the nature of his Enforcer, he highly doubted his ability to get too far. The woman was tough as a nails. It wasn't so much her failure that worried him, but maybe completing her job too well. They needed the man alive. This being said, if pushed into a life or death corner, he knew Tera would choose life in a heartbeat. And he couldn't fault her for that choice either. Hopefully, that choice wouldn't have to be made. He was, after all, still a kid, and she was a hardened criminal.

The last one to step out of the vehicle, Geoff paused halfway out the door to size the motel up one last time before climbing out in full. He took his time and picked his own dominator, the female voice ringing in his own head as well. He turned the weapon over in his hands a couple of times, examining it for any defects or nick. Satisfied with the state of the weapon, he tucked it into his jacket as well. While the state was fine, he disliked the weapon overall. All weapons put a sour taste in his mouth, and one that could read someone's state of mind was no different.

As Tera began to make her way toward the motel room, while Byakurai went for the glass window, that left Geoff sitting on the hood of their vehicle. He continued to further scan the area for anything that would prove important. He was sickeningly thorough, always scanning, always investigating, always thinking before making any action. Thus was the case now. He watched with keen eyes as Tera kicked down the door to the room, and that was his cue to move. Following in her own footsteps Geoff made his own way toward the door, though with a severely delayed space. If he was needed, then she would call.

And call she did, though of course it wasn't a plea for help. Rather, a request for time. He cursed inwardly as she counted off one victim in the room. They were too late to save them, but hopefully their death wouldn't be in vain. Tera had a chance to take this man down, and bring him in for questioning. He just hoped she remembered that.

He slid into position beside the now open door and peaked in for only a moment. Jerking his head back before either of them could see him, he noticed how they seemed to be engaged in some kind of knife-fight. Geoff knew Tera's proficency with the knife and registered the three minutes she had given him as optimistic. It wouldn't surprise him if it took much less. But she asked for three and he'd give her three, and after that he'd make his own move. Either that, or he heard a noise he didn't like. Replaying the memory of the room back over in his head, he'd already planned his next couple of moves if his hand was force. There was a chair he could easily throw right next to the door.

As the female enforcer came closer to the him, he struck. The butcher knife sliced nothing but air though, as the woman jumped back, before sinking her knife into his arm.

Pain.

Bleeding.

Blood Spilling.

Was this how a lamb felt?

There was no cry of pain, and instead, he watched as the blood left his body through the hole the woman had just caused. Blinking, he looked at the knife in his hand, before looking at the woman.

A knife too.

What about the gun?

Akira blinked again before tilting his head to the side. The knife clattered to the floor, and his other hand snaked out and grabbed harshly at the woman's wrist, digging his nails into her flesh. He could feel his blood slicking his own hands, and he pushed against the woman, as an attempt to throw her off balance, or cause her to stumble. This pushed the blade further into his arm, but he felt nothing.

As he felt the blade penetrate deeper into his body, his leg shot out attempting to give a round house kick towards the left side of woman's abdomen. As his leg struck out, he using his grip, he attempted to keep her off balance at least a little to knock her down.

Yes. He was on something that Tera was certain of. The man took the stab in the elbow far better then anyone else would have been able to do, lunatic or not, unless they weren't in a state of mind to feel pain. Luckily, it wasn't the first time she had to face down drugged up killers before. Smuggling drugs in lead to many cases of those types of enemies. Sometimes they were simple poor addicts trying to steal, other times it was one of her own men with a serious addiction, and rarely, another gang was trying to move in, and one of them had a serious problem.

The stab wasn't to cause him to drop his cleaver, but to stop him from being able to really use his arm as the joint was being held on by two flaps of skin around a very large hole. His response did surprise her in that she hadn't expected him to drop the knife. A normal man would have from the pain, but someone high on adrenaline and whatever else he had in his system? No, but it was an added bonus. It, effectively, eliminated him as a threat in her mind.

His bloody hand covered her much smaller wrist, with a bone crushing force. Tera ground her teeth together as he had one hell of a grip, but this wasn't the first time this had happened. Many people let themselves be stabbed to take the knife away, letting go with right hand, she shot her left up and tore the knife from his elbow.

The boy was leaning against her, but Tera wasn't a meek woman, and his change of stance told her he was trying to do something with his leg. A knee would be the most effective, but she doubted he would instinctively due that, and so her mind instantly placed it as a kick of some sort, but her mind, trained from many life and death brawls, had three options. The first was to thrust the knife straight up under his jaw and into his brain, the second was to smash her forehead into his nose and slice open the wrist he held her right arm in, the final was to push him. With him on one leg, it would be easy to topple him. The first and last were thrown out as she didn't see the need to kill him yet, and the last would require her to grapple with someone high on some kind of adrenaline which she wasn't a fan of. All of this done in moments in her subconscious, and she instinctively acted upon it.

There were many parts of the body that could not be strengthened. The nose was one of those. Rearing back her head, she slammed it forward aiming at the soft, and very fragile, nose intending to cause excruciating pain and blind him in one go. The second her head connected, she would slice open his wrist.

The blade was wretched free from his arm, and more blood shot out, before spilling on the floor easily, mixing with the already stained floor of crimson. Before his leg even hit her though, he felt a harsh impact on his nose, which easily spurted more blood.

He lost his balance and fell down back on the ground, releasing the woman's wrist form his fall.. His hands becoming even more soaked in his own blood, as it landed in the earlier blood he had just spilled moments earlier.

Was he alive?

Or already dead?

He noticed that his wrist had started to bleed out, from a slash he had received earlier. Akira watched it flow out, maybe for a few seconds, before his working arm shot out and grabbed the butcher knife he grabbed earlier. The room seemed to be spinning, as he watched the woman seem to be multiplying, and moving.

But of course, in reality she was just standing there.

He was breathing heavily and clutched at the knife. Suddenly, he heaved his arm up and threw it towards the woman, who was closer now and would have little time to dodge the knife. he just aimed for the middle woman, seeing as how their seemed to be four or five in his vision.

She was going to need a shower after this. Tera had a bit of his blood on her forehead now from the first crush against his nose and while having blood on her didn't bother her in the sense that it was blood, she just didn't like dry blood on her skin since when it dried it shrunk and felt like someone was stretching the skin under the blood out which was uncomfortable to say the least.

Tera took a step towards the down teenager prepared to slice away at his tendons in his exposed ankles when his hand shot out for the butcher knife again. She crouched down getting ready for him to stand once again as she wouldn't put it past him to be able to continue for a tad bit longer even with the bloodloss, but his arm raised up, the same way it had twice before. She knew well enough that the chances of being able to dodge at this range were null, so she dived at him, at the very least, assuming she didn't die and she was very much the optimist when it concerned her own lie, he wasn't going anywhere after this.

The butcher knife flipped over and over in the air, and as she flew under it, the blade completed it's circle, the blade tearing through the fabric of her shirt and blazer, and the flesh beneath them slicing through the top of her left shoulder which she could feel starting to pump blood out, and the blade continued it's arc tearing out of her shoulder before sticking into the wall behind them inches from the doorway.

The pain flashed through her mind as her body registered a new gap in her skin that wasn't there a few minutes ago, but she had a job to do and her survival instincts were far stronger then her pain. Crashing into the teenager, she knocked him flat back against the ground, driving her knife into the shoulder of his working arm, and using her legs to hold down his own. Tera's emerald eyes simmered with a barely contained rage at the new scar that would decorate her shoulder, and her shirt was already starting to stick to her body as the blood pumped out the wound.

Rolling it, Tera noted that it wasn't deep enough to hit bone. A painful but minor injury, assuming she got it cleaned and closed before infection could sit in. "Stay," Tera commanded moving to push down on his throat with her now free left hand to keep him from trying to headbutt or bite here. Moving her right hand, she tapped her bracelet, "Suspect apprehended. Minor wound on left shoulder," She said quickly to keep her voice from wavering on the comline, there was no way in hell she was going to appear weak and have her voice quiver like a child's. No way. No how. With the message sent to both the kid and her inspector, all she had to do now was sit tight until they bagged and tagged the drugged up psycho.

With that message received, Geoff booted up his own Communicator and sent relayed a message to the rest of the Inspectors on the case. "Suspect apprehended. Need transport to medical facilities," Geoff said stepping out from behind the door and into the motel room. He figured as much, blood was everywhere and he couldn't tell who's was who's. He paused at the door to take the entire scene in. Tera was injured yes, though not so much as Akira was. He wished that she didn't have to nearly kill the kid, but results were results. Let's hope he survived before he exsanguinated. With his evaluation of the suspect complete, he stepped further into the room.

He fiddled with his communicator some more, commanded some of the drones that Torai had summoned to cordon the area off so that the Inspectors could work in peace. Once the initial work was done, he moved to help Tera flip the suspect over, at which point he brought the kids hands behind him and cuffed them together. Now all they had to do was wait for transport to take him into custody. Geoff noted his own hands and how Akira's blood had smeared over them in the process of cuffing him. He shook them violently, but otherwise did nothing to clean them off yet.

Turn back to Tera, he noted her wound. Nodding, he went into the room's bathroom and requisitioned a pair of towels. The first of which he used to clean his hands, the second he offered to Tera, adding a single word along with it. "Pressure," he reminded. Keep pressure on the wound to keep the blood where it was supposed to be. In the body, with the added effect of not contaminating the crime scene further. Using his own towel to wipe the remaining blood off of himself, he tossed it over his shoulder and reached into his jacket.

Out he pulled the silver flask. Engraved into the front were the letters "GLA", his initials. He opened the top, but while he he had a personal rule to not imbibe while on the job, he didn't force his own rules onto his Enforcer. She looked like she could use it more than him anyway. He offered her the flask offhandedly, while his own eyes were busy inspecting the crime scene at hand.

"You absolutely cannot break and enter like that! Hey, are you listening you so-called Inspector?!"

Shouichi sighed as he got the message. He opened it, and scanned it quickly that Tera had beaten the suspect thankfully. He clicked a button to request medical services. Soon the distant wail of an ambulance stood out between all the traffic, signalling they would be here soon.

The motel owner had hardly been cooperative and had kept him there explaining what was going on. Of course the guy was like what, forty? But Shouichi felt like he had to talk to him slowly like a five year old. He walked around to the door, and pulled it open.

"Just come with me Jii-san." Shouichi said, his patience already leaving his body from the current news of the caught suspect.

Shouichi dragged him to the other man to the room, and put his free hand over his nose. There was the over-whelming stench of blood from that room. The man seemed to have smelled it too since he gasped in surprised before breaking free of Shouichi's grip and ran into the room.

"What the hell happened here?!" The man exclaimed, as he took survey of the bloody floors, and the other two people in there with handcuffs on a kid. Shouichi sighed, and tapped his shoulder.

"I already told you Jii-san! There was a murderer in here!" Shouichi said, pointing to the dead body. The owner looked sick, turning pale as he ran out of the room. Shouichi sighed and waved his hand to the side of him.

"Some people are so rude these days!" He said before following the man. The man was busy barfing in a trash can when he got there and Shouichi inwardly grimaced. Seeing bodies had become a common thing lately, and he forgot what it was like for a normal person.

"Jii-san, I need the records of when he came in and what they paid with and stuff like that." The man nodded and they both headed back toward the check in desk. He flipped through the book, and pointed at the record. "Well that Geruna kid came in at 10:00 PM last night with another guy. He did most of the talking, but the other guy paid in cash." The man started out, to which Shouichi blinked at. Two people were in the room then? Maybe the other one was...

Shouichi shook his head slightly to get rid of the thought. They caught the guy for now, that's all that mattered. "Do you...have a camera perhaps?" Shouichi asked, to which the man nodded in response and pointed at the monitor inside the room. He walked inside, and looked at the footage as the man brought up the video from last night. His lavender gaze watched the two men it appeared checked in. He could recognize Geruna, but the other had a hood on to cover his face. He narrowed his eyes at the video, before tapping the screen where the hooded figure was. They still had one suspect then.

Shouichi downloaded the video to his communicator, before sending it back to HQ. He smiled at the man, before saying "Thanks for your cooperation!" With that, he walked out and summoned security bots and placed the yellow police tape all along and around the room. He made sure to block the section of the door off. Soon the ambulance arrived, and paramedics came out.

"Medical squad arrived!" He called in to the room. The paramedics were dressed in white, and brought in a gurney. They put Akira on before wheeling him out, and treating the injuries that had been caused by the enforcer. Another ambulance arrived and escorted Tera out to get her wound checked out and cleaned up before the bacteria from the knife went into her body.
