Elsa stands at the average height of five foot and six inches, with a long petite body that holds all the right curves in all the right places. Underneath her pale, creamy ivory colored skin is muscle and bone, and her blood runs cold with the blue abilities that she possesses. Her hair is long and the color of a very light blonde, sometimes even looking white in the right angle of light and her eyes gleam a blue green color that switches hue every now again for no apparent reason. She has plump soft looking lips, a very angled face with a strong jaw and presentable cheekbones when she smiles, and a cute, curved looking nose that compliments her sweet and feminine disposition. Her fingers are long and thin, her nails always the look of a french manicure; although sometimes she decorates them blue with little snowflakes.
She usually doesn't wear much makeup, just putting on hints of eyeliner and lighter colors of eye shadow along with pinks and nude lipsticks or lip glosses for her lips. She also loves to put on pink or darker shades of blush to give her cheek bones a bit of a push, but her makeup isn't much. Her style isn't very impressive; she usually sticks to casual looking clothing, like cute blouses and blue jeans as well as simple colored leggings and pretty looking dresses. She usually does her hair in a long braid or a ponytail, also leaving it out like it naturally is with a smaller braid on the side, depending on her mood. She also loves to wear little pieces of jewelry, usual simple charms on necklaces or earrings to give her outfit a little bling but really isn't all that fussy about fashion at all.

Elsa was raised to be a quiet and isolated girl when growing up after she accidentally injured Ana while playing in the back yard. Although Ana has no record of what happened, Elsa's parents struggled to cover up the truth and kept Elsa under lock and key until they passed away in a car accident during a winter storm on their way home from a show two hours away. Elsa continued to punish herself for this curse she was possessed with, and ever since, she has been a very shy woman in every aspect of her life. She is reserved, and usually does not greet or speak to anyone unless spoken to first. She does know how to take charge however, especially when it comes to Ana, and can put on a smile and a cheerful disposition whether or not she is really in that kind of mood. She is a friendly soul though, she loves to see people happy, even when she cannot be herself. She is always willing to offer assistance to people who need it, always opens doors to friends or strangers, and even tends to give people more ice cream then what they ordered just to make them smile.
Elsa's temper can come out sometimes but since she is used to keeping most things bottled up, isn't not usually until the top comes off when she actually voices her outbursts. She also does not cry in front of people unless really provoked, and tends to go more numb or blank instead of showing how she really feels. To protect Ana and others, she tends to cut relationships off instantly, keeping herself closed and shutting others out for their own safety. She is afraid one day she will lose it and end up freezing the entire town if she's not careful. She's already almost done it once, which costed her part of her freedom when she had an argument with Hans and froze the entire icecream shop. She keeps to herself, does what she's told, and struggles to enjoy life's pleasures and keeps a lonely lifestyle away from society since she feels like a freak and an outcast. Elsa also suffers from depression, and can usually be found hanging out inside the Ice Cream shop after hours when she's feeling sad. The Ice Cream shop is the only place she can freely use her powers without anyone getting suspicious, and tends to even help make the ice cream and keeps things cool. She loves using her abilities, but is constantly paranoid someone else will find out about it and she will be strung up for her powers and her nature.
