Appearance: Bill is 6'3 and of your average build. His hair is quite short and usually scruffy as he finds it will never stay down when he tries to fix it. His eyes are bright green but they seem at their brightest when he is brewing a potion. Even with all this he feels like no one ever notices him.

History: Bill was a really unlucky child his farther was killed in an accident with experimental magic before he was born, then his mother died in child birth. He was brought up in a nice way but it was always thought that he was going to be a sqib as he never showed sig of magic until the age of 10. when he entered hogwarts it was soon found that he had a real talent for potions and for defence against the dark arts. Bill is not really into quiditch but he does go to some games though the games he goes to are only grifindoor games. This is considered strange since he is a ravenclaw and he has only been going since he entered his second year.

Loyalty: Currently on no side he has avoided committing to either side.

Personality: Bill is really a shy person that has a complete lack of confidence when it comes to anything but potions. He is the kind of person that would probably be a real romantic but he is too nervous to talk to any of the girls he likes.
