She was puzzled, who wouldn't want an ice cream sandwich? Shrugging it off, she threw the wrappers away in the trash can, she hated those trashcans that were cleverly disguised as drawers, luckily there was a regular one. "I could make you something, i'm pretty good at cooking, cause i like food and stuff" She explained "I can pretty much make anything. I would have became a chef if i wasn't, you know, here" She didn't want to make him feel bad, but it made her sad. Thinking that she would've been around food 24 / 7 if it weren't for this job she got chosen for "Well now i'm a body guard" she sighed "At least I'm doing something i'm good at"
She snapped out of her rambling "I'm sorry, so anyway did you want me to make you something?"

I could make you something, i'm pretty good at cooking, cause i like food and stuff Darius smirked. "That was sorta obvious when you started eating the sandwhichs. And you don't have to, I'm fine." I can pretty much make anything. I would have became a chef if i wasn't, you know, here Darius' smirk grew. This could be quite interesting. "Really? Well, now I have an appetite. Let me think...." As he thought she mumbled out her little bodyguard comment and asked her question again. "I know. Make me an Imperial gingerbread pyramid with caramel and salted butter ice-cream. Sounds exactly as it is." His eyes twinkled mischieviously as he spoke. "You have 1 hour."

"Uh... a gingerbread pyramid... BUTTER ice cream?" She mumbled taking a pen out of her pocket and scribbling on her hand, her eyes widened when he said she only had an hour. This was a new kitchen to her, a big one too, it would take about 45 minutes to bake the ginger bread let alone the ice cream. She slapped a serious look on her face and pointed to a chair in the far corner of the room "Sit." , she really had no idea how she was gonna improvise for the ice cream, it would take hours to make it home made so that was an immediate no. Closing her eyes to organize her jumbled thoughts she turned into work mode, her movements were shockingly quick, not taking any time to relax. She thought she would work on the gingerbread pyramid first, make the frosting last. Running to the pantry she grabbed the right ingredients and went to the cabinets grabbing out the right bowls and spoons. Whipping up the dough for the gingerbread she waited for the oven to heat up. 15 minutes had passed and she had ignored anything that Darius had said, if he had said anything. She pulled the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer, she melted butter and poured it all over the ice cream mixing it slowly together, salting every now and then. She slipped it back in the freezer to sit and put the ginger bread in the oven. Taking a deep breathe she mixed up the powdered sugar and eggs to make the frosting, pulling the ginger bread out of the oven just as it got crisp. After 5 minutes, with only 7 minutes left she made a pyramid with the different pieces of ginger bread, using the frosting to glue it together. She plopped 'Dots' candy on the frosting and got out the ice cream, on the plate she put the pyramid in the middle and surrounding it was the butter ice cream. With one minute to spare she handed Darius the plate and wiped flour off her head "Happy?"

An hour was nearly up, and Dusk shoved her creation into his hands. Happy? "I don't know yet." he smiled, grabbing a spoon and eating some of it. It was fairly good, not considering anything that had just happened. If it was one of his personal chefs, he might tell them to brush up a little on the recipe, but for a chef that barely knew what he was even talking about, she did a very good impression of his request. "This isn't bad, Dusk. Considering the circumstances, that was freaking sweet." He took a few bites of the ice cream, and only nibbled on the gingerbread pyramid. He normally loved gingerbread, it was one of the only foods he would eat besides ice cream, but he wasn't feeling very hungry. "You should probably try some of this before I eat it."

"Uh...thanks" she smiled, embarrassed by the compliment. She broke off a piece of the gingerbread and scooped some ice cream on top of it, she had always hated gingerbread, and didn't really know what to think about the ice cream. It was an interesting, but Dusk thought it was gross "Its okay" she mumbled, and yawned. It was getting pretty late, the whole day had been a daze, she got another piece of the gingerbread and chewed it just to have something to do.

"Your looking tired." Darius turned to Dusk. She didn't seem to be enjoying the ice cream, but that meant more for him. "If you want to sleep, you can just go sleep you know." He smirked. It was weird, having company. It was if they had to have permission to do anything, which annoyed him to no end. It was like asking if they could use their washroom. Darius once counted the washrooms, and they had enough for 3 of their families. So why were these people asking if they could use one? It made no sense, Darius shook his head to himself.
"I should probably go to bed now, but I probably won't."
