Welcome to the planet Sta-ran in the Andromeda Galaxy where heroes are abundant, where a new Syndicate of evil is rising

Introduction

Heroes of Sta-ran

Welcome to Sta-ran in sector 35E-55 in the Andromeda Galaxy. Sta-ran is home to many Super beings, including the city of Pawa, a haven of those with powers. Sta-ran is mostly covered in cities with a few deserts and the area known as The Barren Land. Sta-ran’s lifeforms bair a great similarity to Prime, the only life bearing planet sector 23I-70 of the Milky Way galaxy, other than the occasional animal having 5 legs instead of 4 or having 3 eyes. Sta-ran is highly technologically advanced having been able to achieve travel between galaxies, and have only found life in the Andromeda and Milky Way galaxies.

Sta-ran’s is also home to The Defenders Corps, which serves as Sta-ran’s police force, military and interplanetary defenders for both galaxies. While the police and military side of the Defenders Corps is made up only of citizens of Sta-ran, those that patrol the two galaxies are made up of species from other planets. The Defenders Corps are made up only of super humans of good will and a strong sense of justice and is led by The Defender himself. While The Defenders Corps has no uniform to identify them they all carry a badge to identify themselves.

The city of Pawa, a city fill to the brim with superhumans of both good and malicious intent as well as some unpowered, has become the center of government and is governed by The Defender in the Defenders Corps tower in the center of town. While Pawa is a great city (taking up a fourth of the continent of Kaw on its own), and highly technological, most of its buildings are made of stone and are the same color as the ground around them only being changed when someone decides to paint it or change the building's color in other ways.

About 100 miles to the east of Pawa lies The Barren Land and The Rift that lies in the center of The Barren Land. The Barren Land is all that is left of the city Luka during the great battle that ended The Power War. The Rift is a giant rift left there after The Defender ripped the land to end the war.

After the Power War a time of peace came to be with only small crimes being committed throughout Sta-ran leading to The Defenders Corps putting their focus on the two galaxies they also had to defend. In more recent years, however, a group of malcontent superhumans has started to rise in power known only as The Syndicate. While The Syndicate is still believed to mostly stay underground they have hit some major targets including trying to attack Defenders Corps Tower. This attack was prevented by The Defender who luckily was at the tower at the time. He has not been seen since. The two months following his disappearance has led to both search parties through Sta-ran and both galaxies, and a fight for power of who should take over for The Defender. Many fear that this void of power will lead to The Syndicate gaining power and lead to chaos through the known galaxies.

Important Events: (more may be added later by other players)

The Power War (2155-2170):
After a time of villainous superhumans gaining power and fear throughout Sta-ran, a war erupted between villains and heroes. The villains being led by Chaos and the Heroes being led by The Defender. This war would destroy many cities and end when The Defender had had enough and created a great rift during the battle in Kaw.

Races: (more may be made by players)

  • Humans:
Humans come from both Sta-ran and Prime. If you ever see a superhuman they most likely came from Sta-ran even those born on Prime have blood from Sta-ran in them.
  • Ral’nor:
The Ral'nor are a race of space fairing lizard like creatures from the planet Ral’ton, that are warm blooded and keep a temperature of 120 degrees. They have a diet that consist only of meats and their drinks are acidic to most other races that they have encountered. While they can drink other races' drinks it is never as potent or satisfying as their own. The Ral'nor's drinks are not originally acidic, however, due to chemicals in other races' bodies it causes an acidic mix to happen.

Ral'nor stand around 6 to 8 feet tall and around 200 pounds. They have three fingers and four toes both clawed as well as a tail with spike like fins going down it. Despite the majority of their lizard like features they have a more bug like face with mandibles on the sides of their mouth. Ral'nor reach maturity around 50 years of age with an average lifespan of 150 to 200 years since becoming a space fairing race (most dying during battle). Before that they had a life span of 300 to 500 years. Because of their long lives they also have a low birth rate with typically only 20 to 30 Ral'nor being born a year in any given colony. Ral'nor have a gravely voice mixed with flanging.

Ral'nor are a mostly space fairing race that is known for being pirates. They have a hybrid monarchy militaristic government, the captain being the ruler of the ship. When in fleets they have sub captains that govern each ship but still answer to the captain of the fleet. Each sub captain may create laws on their own ship as long as they do not interfere with the fleet captain's laws. Most Ral'nor colonized planets have small pockets of docks where each pirate or pirate fleet docks. Most Ral'nor pirate fleets have a mix of different ships of different races that they have plundered, however, all fleets are lead by a Ral'nor ship.

Ral'nor pirates (and pirate fleets) own their own dock that their ships on whatever colonized planet they decide to call their home. These docks are where the Ral'nor refuel, keep treasure and trade with the colonists on the planet. When a pirate lands in their ships on a dock that is not their own it leads to either a large fee or a war.

When it comes to the Ral'nor that have decided to stay on a colonized planet, their government has less military yet stay a monarchy. The king of all colonies are either well known generals or decedents of well known generals. Typically when a king dies and has no children to replace him rule goes to the general of greatest age and most wins.

    Milky Way sector map: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3nql_sUM6b8YVVDc2xrWXM1eUU/view?usp=sharing

    • Sta-ran:
Located in sector 35E-55 in the Andromeda Galaxy Sta-ran has become a cultural hub of the galaxy. Sta-ran has the highest population of known superhumans and other powered entities It is covered mostly in cities and deserts. Sta-ran is also houses the main base for the Defenders Corps.
    • Ral'ton:
Ral’ton is located in sector 35R-98 The Ral'nor home world, it is covered in jungles and grasslands. Most wildlife that are not Ral'nor are quadrupedal and have adapted to try and escape the Ral'nor. Ral'ton has two moons orbiting it with one in the sky at all times.
    • Prime:
Prime sits in sector 23I-70 of the Milky Way galaxy. To those who live on the planet they know it as Earth. In Prime it is only the year 2016 (please don’t let that confuse you if you ever visit). The inhabitants there have an obsession with superhumans and have many names for them including; superheroes/villains, mutants and metahumans.

    Level of superhumans:

Superhumans are ranked in levels by their powers, their power supply and how much damage they can take. There have been many times when a superhuman is believed to be of a level but is actually of a higher level than believed. This usually happens with heightened level superhumans acting as if they are of average level until a major crisis happens and causes them to reveal their true power level.

    • God level:
Superhumans at god level have near infinite power. They usually are ones that can destroy or create a world with little to no effort. It takes a lot to harm or kill a superhuman at god level with some even being unkillable. Those at god level power are usually feared. There have only been 7 known god level superhumans with only 2 known to be living currently. The Prime comic hero Superman would be of god level.
      Known living god level:
      The Defender
      Dust
    • Demi-god Level:
Superhumans at Demi-god level are those near god level yet are not at equal power to god level. Demi-god level still has a limit to how much power they can use however it is much higher than other levels. A demi-god level superhuman may be a challenge to a god level superhuman they must never think they could take one out by themselves. It would take between 5 to 10 demi-god level supers to destroy a planet. There have been around 200 known demi-god level superhumans with only 50 known living. The Pime comic hero Thor would be a demi-god level superhuman.
      Known living Demi-god Level:
      The Dragon
    • Heightened Level:
Superhumans at the heightened level are just between average level and demi-god level. Heightened level superhumans have power at least double that of an average level and have a higher durability than them as well. Heightened level superhumans are much more common than both demi-god and god level superhumans. It would take over 100 heightened level superhumans to destroy a planet. By no means should Heightened levels take on a god level superhuman and it is risky taking on demi-god level. The Prime comic villain “Venom” would be in the heightened level.
    • Average Level:
Superhumans of the average level is what the majority of them sit at. While those at the average level are far from weak some of the higher level superhumans lack respect for them because of the power gap. While there is an abundance of average level superhumans they do not have the power to survive destroying a planet. Those of average level should by no means challenge a god or demi-god level superhuman. The Prime comic hero “Spider-Man” would be an average level superhuman.
    • Sub-level:
Superhumans of the sub-level are near basic human level. They do not have much power and can hardly help or hinder others. Most sub-level superhumans use their powers either for shows in a circus, as a psychic or become sidekicks. Sub-level superhumans that attempt to become superheroes/villains of their own usually have little to no respect from the rest of the superhuman community.
    • Artificial level:
Superhumans of the artificial level are normal humans that use technology to emulate superpowers. They are always considered equal to that of the average level, even if they are closer to heightened level, because of the fact that they are just human and can lose their “powers” by being stripped of their suit or other technology that they use. The Prime comic hero “Iron-Man” would be considered an artificial level hero.

Name: The Defender
Location: Uptown Mall District, Pawa

The Defender looked around still unsure of what to do when he heard a scream coming from a few streets down. He quickly responded and in just a few seconds he was at the source of the scream. There stood a man, with fire in his hands, cornering a frightened woman clutching tightly to a package. The Defender adjusted himself and within a millisecond had fully assessed the situation and already had his powers prepared This will be a nice little exercise to get the kinks out. He thought to himself. "Okay kid I suggest if you don't want to get hurt you let the girl go." The Defender's deep voice boomed. The man didn't hesitate, quickly turning around and sending a blast of fire at The Defender who quickly absorbed it. "You will have to do a lot better than that if you want to even think about hurting me." The man laughed "And just who do you think you are to face against me the great Firestorm?" The Defender just sat there showing no expression, "If you don't know who I am... Wait people aren't used to this look are they? Well it's not important who I am right now just leave her alone and you won't get any trouble." The man just laughed and threw a new blast of fire at the Defender. Just then wind seemed to blast from him and the fire was turned away. Before the man could even react a blast of water hit him knocking him back against the wall. The Defender quickly closed the gap between him and the man grabbing him before looking at the woman. "You are safe now I suggest you get out of here." He then turned back to face the man just to get a fireball in the face. He didn't like that much and the man was sent flying up in the sky only to be caught by the Defender and blasted with more water.

Once the Defender was certain that the man was knocked out he tied him up to a wall and pulled up the holographic screen of the super computer that was stored in his arm. He quickly looked up Firestorm to find all the information of the heightened level super. He then transmitted information to all Defenders within Pawa the information needed to capture Firestorm. Just as he was about to leave he heard a voice coming from the man, the Defender quickly searched him to find a small communication device. Upon listening to what was being transmitted it was obvious that Firestorm was part of the Syndicate and possibly one of their higher up muscle men, The Defender quickly transmitted this information as well before quickly flying up into the sky and taking off east to the lower district of Pawa.

Name: The Dragon
Location: Destroyed Syndicate lab, Uptown Mall District, Pawa

The Dragon decided to visit the lab that he had intend to look at before he was attacked. While most of what was in the lab seemed odd to him it was obvious that they where trying to create some kind of weapon in this lab. As he explored more and more he became more worried about this Syndicate that was obviously becoming a major problem on this world. The Dragon had gone deep into the lab before experiencing any troubles, a Syndicate member that either decided to stay behind or got left behind. The goon ran out as soon as The Dragon was in site and tried attacking with vines the grew up out of the floor. What the man had not expected was for The Dragon to breath fire. The man was soon disabled after a couple quick punches and The Dragon dragged him out of the lab.

Name: Deimos Thor
Location Syndicate lab, Upper District Pawa

"Are you ok sir? That wasn't a light hit." The shiny armor spoke to Deimos who quickly sprang up. "You can speak? I'm Deimos and who are you?" He asked hardly able to focus with the shine from the suit. Just then however a group of Syndicate members came in, one shooting Deimos in the back. "Oooooowwwwwwww, that hurt!" Deimos wined as he turned around, lifted his hands and shot bolts of lightning, that seemed to originate from his body, at the members quickly frying them. "There that's better." His childlike high pitched voice spoke, he then turned back to the armor and smiled a big toothy grin. "Those guys don't like me much for some reason they are constantly shooting me with things."

Name: The Dust
Location: Shamblers Pub and Inn, Uptown Mall District, Pawa

After a few more "drinks," Dust decided to leave Shamblers. The thought of an artificial god was something that Dust could only see ending badly. It knew just what it is like to not know how to control one's powers, to turn matter without understanding and to destroy entire systems without really knowing how it was doing it. Just lost in the thought of artificial gods, Dust wandered for hours.

"Hey! Hey shrimpy!" Shouted someone with more balls then brains. Breaking from its trance Dust just let its head spin to face the man without moving the rest of his body. "Neat little trick, shrimp. Everything in your pockets. Now." Said the man as a lightning bolt formed around his hand.

"I can do that and more." Said Dust with all of its voices as its body turned silver and reshaped itself to have its body in the right position, only to get hit with the man's lightning bolt. Lifting its hand, Dust ejected a mass of plasma followed up by a bolt of lightning. The sound of the impact with the man was louder than a cannon.

Name: Alloy Aaron
Location: Syndicate lab, Upper District Pawa

Aaron watched as the Syndicate members entered and shot Deimos, who remained unaffected beyond a small jolt of pain. What came next was just as surprising as Deimos turned the men to smoking crisps in a single bolt. The amount of power that had to be pumped into the bolt to do that was reminiscent of only the most powerful people that Aaron new about.

"Those guys don't like me much for some reason they are constantly shooting me with things." said Deimos. Something about him just seemed innocent, like someone just rummaged around in his head too much. "I don't think that the Syndicate likes very many people." Aaron stated as he continued to watch Deimos.

Name: The Defender
Location: Skies of Pawa above the lower district

The Defender hovered there in the sky observing all of the events going on. Someone was ballsy enough to try and attack Dust, a man, who seemed rather familiar, caring another man through back alley way, a Defender in a hole with someone that seemed oddly powerful. The Defender knew that if he really wanted to he could reach out and find every Syndicate base in the city and within a few seconds destroy them but there would be no challenge in that. Even someone as powerful as The Defender enjoyed a challenge, he remembered back to his failed experiment at a "perfect" peaceful world and how he soon became the villain of that world quickly destroying it. "What do you think buddy? Where should my first patrol be?" He asked the creature that made up his outfit. They placed you here in the lower district. I would say look there or at that base with that odd power source. Came the voice in his head.

As The Defender floated there high above the city deep in thought on what he should do a great blast of pure energy hit him. He went flying through the air coming to a skidding stop, as if he was on the ground. He looked around for the origin of the blast to find a man floating there laughing. After a quick scan, it was confermed that he was of demigod yet nothing else was registered about the man.

Name: The Dragon
Location: Hidden cave hideout

As The Dragon walked through Pawa with his new captive he saw a bright blast come from the sky and could feel something coming from the sky. He decided to just ignore it and carry on with what he had planed. He eventually made the long trek back to his cave, where he tied up the man and blindfolded him to prevent the man from seeing where he was. He then sat there patiently for the man to come too, he was going to show someone in the Syndicate how to interrogate.

Name: Deimos Thor
Location Syndicate lab, Upper District Pawa

"I don't think that the Syndicate likes very many people." The armor said. "Yeah but they don't lock up and poke you with sharp things until your skin becomes like mine do they?" He wined getting antsy he hadn't sat this still since he became like this. Granted he couldn't remember much about what who he was before he became that way. He then heard a noise that distracted him and soon Deimos was on all fours bounding down the halls of the lab.

The body of the man balsy enough to attack Dust now lay with a giant burn mark clean through the center of its form. A nice chunk of the man's chest had been vaporized by the heat of the plasma, but the new smell coming from him was rank and disgusting. No use having a dead body lying around. Thought the central mind of dust as a small puddle of silvery fluid came from its feet before slowly moving to the man. Not much longer and the man was gone and the puddle returned to Dust.

Name: Alloy Aaron

"Um, okay." Aaron said as Deimos shot away. Taking a deep breath, Aaron asked "Sia, is he registered?" "Yes sir. He was a demigod level hero in another city. He seems to have changed since then, both in physical form as well as capability and mental state. Would you like me to update his file, sir?" Sia replied only to hear "Yes, Sia." From Aaron.

Suddenly the sky lit up for a moment. Aaron turned his head to see what quickly registered as a majority unknown demigod trying to pick a fight with the Defender. While he knew that the Defender could more than defend himself, Aaron decided that it was best if he would intervene.

Shooting up from the ground, Aaron flew at the man as fast as he could. He hoped that the man wouldn't catch him coming in for a shoulder slam.

Name: The Defender
Location: Skies of Pawa above the lower district

The Defender hovered there a few minutes evaluating the man before sensing the life form coming at them and quickly sent himself as well as the villain that had confronted him into a pocket dimension only he could access. The Defender knew the man that he was about to face was not one to mess with, he wasn't just some average level that didn't know who he was facing. Suddenly the air around The Defender seemed to slow as if time itself had slowed. A cracking could be heard as black feathered wings started to emerge from The Defender's back and his arm started to come apart and put itself back together, the fingers turning into claws and spikes emerging from the shoulder. The man just laughed as he shot a beam of energy at The Defender, who just caught it in his right arm absorbing the energy into himself.

The air around the man started swirling around and cutting him and The Defender hovered there slowly raising his hand. He suddenly let loose a pulse of dark energy that hit the man and sent him flying. "Stupid Defender," The man spoke, in a heavy accent, "I use energy you cannot use it against me, positive or negative." The Defender stood there and laughed at the man, who threw another blast of energy at The Defender who just took it to the face before sending a stream of fire at the man. The man used his energy as a shield but did not expect for The Defender to be following behind it and was surprised to feel the sharp metallic talons of The Defender at his neck. The Defender then injected a powerful sedative into the man that would soon drain the man of energy.

Name: The Dragon
Location: Hidden cave hideout

The Dragon sat waiting for the goon to wake up, playing with a bit of his green fire in his hand. Once the man started stirring a blast of fire was exploded close to his head. “Now, you are going to tell me what you know about the Syndicate.” The Dragon growled. “I-I d-don’t know nuthn’ man!” the goon stuttered “I-I’m nothing more than a cleanin’ man.” The Dragon sighed knowing it was all just an act “Wrong answer.” He growled again placing a hand on fire near the man’s ear. “Now you’re going to tell me what you know or you won’t like what will happen.” The man kept quiet.

“Fine, looks like we’re going to have to this the hard way.” The Dragon grumbled extinguishing the fire in his hand, grabbing the man and dragging him to the underground lake near The Dragon’s camp.

Name: Deimos Thor
Location: Syndicate lab, Upper District Pawa

Deimos ran through the Syndicate lab frying any members he ran into, going deeper and deeper into the lab. He finally came to a room with a single Syndicate member standing in it in a power suit. ”Hello subject 125, glad to see you came back to the Syndicate.” the man spoke from the suit. Deimos growled and lightning sparked all around him, “I DID NOT COME BACK.” He yelled throwing a lightning bolt with enough power to level a building. ”Ha, that tickled. The mechanical voice of the man came from the suit as he attempted to burn Deimos to a crisp. ”Such a shame that we can’t control our first successful attempt at elevating someone to godhood.” The man said more to himself than anything.

“No one can control Deimos but Deimos, I am god!” His child like voice came as the fire subsided. Deimos sent a new wave of lightning from himself 3 times as powerful as the last this time sending the man flying back into the wall behind him. ”I’m sorry that I have to do this subject 125” the man said shooting a missile at Deimos hitting him right in the face.

“Owwwwwww! Thaaaaaaat huuuuuuuurrrrt!” Deimos wined as sparks started flying around him. “Don’t call me that! MY NAME IS DEIMOS!” he yelled and suddenly a pulls of electricity swept through the facility causing anybody that it came across to explode. Once the blast had dissipated all the streets within a 5 mile radius of Deimos had collapsed. One good thing about Pawa being the home to most supers was most of the building had extra support incase of times just like this.

Name: Dust

Dust had barely had time to start walking when a sudden blast came from the ground beneath it. Then another. Then another. Then the roads, and alleyways, began to fall into the ground. Without a second moment of thinking Dust dropped faster than the roads themselves. Connecting with them it began reforming the mass of falling rubble that was the streets and moved it towards where the road should be.

Without seriously trying, Dust manage to replace the roads within the five mile radius in just under an hour. As for everything else, stop signs, power lines, etc., was left destroyed. Dust knew what they should look like on the outside, but as for on the inside it was not something that it knew. Or how they should have been organized within the streets.

Name: Allow Aaron
Location: Skies of Pawa, Lower District Pawa

"Sia, where the fuck did he go?" Shouted Aaron within his helmet. Countless scans and records began appearing across his vision before Sia replied with "Sir, it would appear that he has gone into a pocket dimension. I am unable to lock on to the position of it, nor the frequency required to shift to it properly, Sir." With a sigh, Aaron flew away from where the Defender had been. It was time for the metal man to find a new base of operations.

Flying over the warehouse district, Aaron searched for warehouse 313. He had purchased the warehouse under a different name and made sure that as no connection between Aaron and the warehouse. Fingerprintless letters with cash to pay for it sent from post offices on the other side of town and the whole shebang.

Finding the empty building, Aaron drew a key from within the suit. A simple click as the key turned and Aaron was within the building, the door locked behind him. It was empty, excepting two metal ship containers and twenty shelves with nothing on them. Aaron opened one of the shipping containers and walked in with the doors closing behind him. A moment of standing later and he was being carried down beneath the warehouse.

Underneath was a slightly less advanced work area than what he had at home. It had been difficult for Aaron to get the equipment here unnoticed, but at last his paranoia had paid off.

Name: The Defender
Location: Pocket Dimention

The Defender hovered there with him man's throat in his hand as the man laughed, "Stupid Defender you shouldn't have gotten close to me" The man spoke with his heavy accent just before a powerful blast of negative energy sending The Defender flying back. However, before he could go to far he dug the claws of his metal arm into the fabric of reality itself to stop himself, he was surprised not expecting a shock wave of that power to be emitted especially after the man was injected with the sedative. The Defender looked around, the negative was so powerful that it was causing the pocket dimension to collapse.

"You know the one reason you don't want to mess with me?" The Defender said in a deep dark voice as his eyes flashes a dark red and his left hand seemed to grab onto nothing but with a small tug the man the Defender was facing could feel his power being ripped away from him. "At any second I could take your powers away from you. I could even, if I chose too, remove you from all of existence. I choose to allow every living creature in existence to live." The Defender finished as he saw the fear in the man's eyes. Suddenly the sedative kicked in and the man started to waver "You have lost in the long run Defender, the Syndicate has found how to turn others into gods! Soon even you will be rivaled by members." The man said with a wide grin "Hail the Syndicate and hail the Dark One." the mad added before passing out.

The Defender grabbed the man before leaving his dimension just before it collapsed in on itself. When he entered back into Pawa he softly landed on the street without the slightest noise, but anybody with even the slightest power could feel the power oozing from the Defender. The power was so strong that any power sensors within the city that where not state of the art was broken and then even those hit their max. He could feel some street dwellers that siphoned other's energy to get their own, before they could get anywhere near him he teleported the man into the Defender Corps HQ jail, sending instructions over their network then teleporting himself over the building.

Name: The Dragon
Location: Hidden cave hideout

The Dragon left is cave after an unsuccessful interrogation only finding out that the leader of the Syndicate was known as the Dark One. He started back to Pawa when suddenly he felt a great almost crushing power coming from the city, the only other time that he felt a power close to that was when the Defender created the Great Rift. Could it possibly be the Defender? Was the creation of a rift just a sample of his power or could he have possibly become even more powerful since the battle of Kaw?

The Dragon continued on to the city, if the Syndicate was to be stopped was if he helped as best as he could he refused to join the Defender corps but he would help take down the Syndicate. As he entered the city he could feel that something was going to happen, if the Syndicate wasn't stopped soon another power war could happen yet again.

Name: Deimos Thor
Location: Syndicate lab, Upper District Pawa

Right after Deimos "exploded" rubble of the street above him started to fall and pin Deimos underneath it, but before it got too bad for Deimos it started to be lifted up as a silver mist surrounded Deimos putting the street back together. Deimos had no idea what to do and was tempted to try to hit it with his lightning but since it wasn't hurting him Deimos figure it was best to not try and attack it. Once the mist was gone Deimos looked around with no idea how to get out, "How should I get out?" he said to himself looking around the room. Deimos sat down and did his best to think, "Well I got into this place by falling down, maybe the best way to get out is to go up. Ready crystal? he said looking down the the glowing blue crystal hanging around his neck. The then looked up at the ceiling above him, creating lighting in his hands. Once there was enough lighting in his hands, enough that it was even crawling up his arms to his shoulders, he thrusted his arms into the air, the lightning hit the ceiling and for a second Deimos didn't think his plan was going to work but just then the concrete started to crack, the lightning quickly broke through to the surface designating anything in its way. Once Deimos could see the sky he stopped his blast and started jumping up the hole he just created.

About an hour after the Defender's reappearance from his fight all TV stations across Sta-ran where hijacked by an untraceable signal.

Any TVs on throughout Sta-ran flickered before the image of a dark room came on screen. Nothing in this room could be seen except for a dark hooded figure could be seen. No details of the figure could be made out except for the glow of dark orange dragon like eyes coming from underneath the hood.

"Citizens of Sta-ran, I am your savior, The Dark One." A dark garbled echoey voice came from the figure. "I am the leader of the group known as the Syndicate, a group that many of you probably know as a crime organization. Well all of that is LIES told to you by the Defenders and their tyrannical leader the Defender himself." The Dark One then raised up a dark clawed 3 fingered hand that looked to be scaled in the little bit of light in the room, "I have every plan to crush that good for nothing so called hero." As he said this he clenched his hand into a tight fist. "How many of you know the Defender's death toll?" He continued, "I can inform you that it is way higher than mine, or even the total of the Syndicate, is. Now please join with me and fight the rule of the Defender! In the following weeks we plan on disrupting law enforcement as much as we can and we invite as many of you as you wish to join us in doing so. Soon the Syndicate will rise as the Defender falls and only then will there be true equality and peace. None of you will have to live in fear of the monster that rules this planet now." The broadcast then went to black before a giant silver S stylized to look as if made from flames appeared on screen rotating, and there the stations where left until the Dark One's next broadcast.
