Abilities: Burning Pillar - Creates a pillar of fire which attacks Steve/Tony. Fire Shield - Creates a shield out of fire around her group so the next time Steve/Tony attacks, He'll get burned. Assist - A healing technique that hurts her so she can heal others. If healing too quickly, the wound will transfer to her. She can also transfer power for someone else to use so that they can use their power longer.

Personality: She will always try to help her friends and make new ones. She can seem a bit anti-social when you first meet her but shes really just shy and is trying to find her way in the world. She's very nice and caring and hates when anyone is hurt.
History: Alisia is a relatively new and powerful Nation. Shes an island that is growing quickly and is the little sister of Austria. She grew up alone because no one noticed her. She hasn't made an alliance with anyone yet and is still trying to open up to people. At the world meeting, she was supposed to make an alliance with someone but didn't know who to pick. She met Italy who was sitting right by her and he dragged her along to the house.
