Satey Maritz

17, Female, Vice President's Daughter

0 · 496 views · located in D.C., United States

a character in “Hidden Mystery”, as played by Aleyn.S.N.

Description

Satey is a calm, sweet girl. She's very shy and modest. She knows martial arts and is very protective for those she loves, yet, she's afraid of hurting others.

She was raised in a safe, serene environment. When she turned 16, her father became vice-president. She was proud of her father, but she was always afraid of the man who was elected over his father. The man seemed a little off in the head. When her family would have the president over for dinner, he would mumble something random. It made her feel awkward, but she thought nothing about it. Now, she regretted never mentioning it...

So begins...

I felt someone yank on my arm. My eyes shot open and I looked at my kidnapper. I shake my head vigorously, pulling against him. He yanked again, pulling me towards the door. I tried to scream, but the duct tape kept me from being too loud. I whined, tears streaking my face as I reluctantly followed him. I blinked as bright sunlight hit my eyes, making me flinch. We were in between two large buildings. I felt sick. I tried screaming again, but he yanked my arm, silencing me. He started the video camera. "Three days! You have three days!" He pointed the camera at me. I shook my head, trying to pull away. He turned the camera off and shoved me back in the room. "Shut up." He slammed the door, walking into the other building. I fell to my knees, crying.

I sniffle, curling up into a ball, my head on my knees, my arms behind me, and I cry softly. That's all I could do lately. Cry or try to find a way out. I cried for a few minutes before I heard footsteps. Out of instinct, I was terrified he was returning. I stood, stumbling over to the corner, trying my best to stay in the shadows when the door opened, but he still saw me. He walked over. He had a leash in his hand. We were moving. Unwilling to let him hurt me more, I stood on my own. He put the leash around my neck and pulled me along with him. I followed, head down. I saw the bottom of my black skirt was ripped, as if it was off a zombie movie. Tears stung my eyes once more. My white t-shirt was covered in dirt, but you could still see the words 'Love Life, Love Liberty, Love Love.' on it. I sighed through the tape. I was shoved into a jeep, my head hitting the other side. He slammed the door. Sitting up, I realized I was behind the back seat once more. He didn't want me to see where he was going. He threw a jacket over my head. He was already wearing his black hunting hat and his sunglasses, rendering him fairly unrecognizable, but I still hoped somebody would stop him. As the car began to move, I felt sick again, and hungry at the same time, which made me dizzy. I hadn't eaten in a day or two. MY mouth was dry. It had been 12 hours since I'd had a sip of water. Laying down, I curled up. Maybe he'd think I died and would leave me alone. I sniffled, praying silently to be rescued...
I heard a gunshot and jumped, my head hitting the seat. I groaned, but then heard another gunshot. The jeep swerved and jumped, but it was controlled. What is going on?? I wondered to myself.

The presidents eyes widened as he attempted to shoot me halfway across the lot. I felt the poking in my abdomen as he shouted, "What the hell is that thing!?" I got up sighing and dusting off the blood on my pants. Sprinted towards the car and I leaped into the air once more as I began to dive into the Jeep, but something caught my eyes. There was a glint of light coming from the back of the vehicle. I glanced at it very quickly and realized that that was the Vice President's daughter, crying in a cramp trunk. I was seconds before hitting the vehicle before I halted myself and landed near the driver's door of the car, tipping the Jeep over slightly before I pulled the jeep back down to the ground staring at the man.

A sign of grimace was on his face as he continued to shoot me, screaming frantically. I disarmed him, almost crushing his hand and I deactivated his car back taking the keys out of the ignition. The president wasn't pleased with this and he tried to pull out another weapon, but the door that was practically standing between me and him I had ripped of the hinges. I took the man by his collar and brought him to the middle of the highway. He screamed and pleaded me to stop as I lifted him off the ground. Then his face went into a furious rage and he screamed out, "Do it! Go ahead and kill me! Run me through!"

I was gladly about to give him his wish, but I noticed a few barrels pointing towards me, guns or camera. It wouldn't be a good idea to kill a national "hero" would be a crime to anyone in America. The citizens wanted the president behind bars, not smeared on concrete. I placed the man down, still holding onto his expensive suit, and explained, "If you go and tell anyone about this. You're the first one I'm after. Understand?" His very soul was being stared at with my piercing white eyes and he nodded his head multiple times, shaking in his skin. I let go of his collar and he ran immediately through the forest. Somehow, I had a feeling that something was going to go wrong. He was going to start this up again, or he was going to tell the press a lie. But, he was gone for now.
At the moment I didn't really care what he did at this point. I had been in fighting form for a while, and I was walking dizzy like a drunk person on New Year's Eve. I opened the trunk to see the girl inside and asked, "May I take your hand?"

I frowned, curling up tighter. Something was wrong...well...maybe. I heard screaming and gunshots. I scooted towards the back seat as the door opened. I blinked up at the stranger. ...what..who...I'm confused.... I thought to myself, but without the president in sight, it seemed as though I might be rescued. Doing my best, I shifted forwards, looking up hopefully at the stranger. Could this possibly be my hero? Maybe.. I started to try and say something, but instead ended up falling forwards. I was now laying on my back on concrete. Blinking, I stared up at the stranger. I closed my eyes, letting myself relax. "Mmmpfnnmm." I mumbled through the tape. I shifted, trying to break the ropes on my wrist, but it hurt too much and they were starting to bleed, so I quit. I just stared up at him, confused and a little disoriented. Where's the president? I frowned slightly, even more confused.

~~~~Meanwhile...~~~
President Leon was furious. He didn't know who or what that thing was, but he was not going to go down that easy. He pulled out his cell phone, dialing a number quickly as he scaled a tree. Sitting in the upper branches, he began quickly speaking in some code. "Esya. Ona, hesa asa eenba tolensa. Leasepa. Einforcementsra ouldwa eba erfectpa. Hankta uoya." He hung up with a sigh. Two days..just give her two days.
I stared off into the distant collection of trees and saw the barrels tipping down to the ground and disappearing from the sun glistening upon them and into the deep darkness of the forest. My eyes returned to a soft brown and I held my knees, gasping for air. I felt my body slipping from consciousness and I stared at the still bonded girl. I fused my hand into a sharp spike and removed the bindings from her wrist. I held her cheek and removed the harsh adhesive from her mouth. "My name... is Hipo... I'm the..." I breathed, barely keeping myself up and running as I nearly tired out. I coughed a few times and mumbled, "Man, am I getting out of shape." I stood up straight as the sun rejuvenated my strength as the clouds cleared. My complexion returned to it's normal-tan self, the top of my head growing hair once more and I smirk slightly. "I am the White Protection. Here to keep you safe." I stated reaching out a hand towards the distraught girl.
I blinked. did he just...yes...he changed form.. I hesitantly reach up towards the man's hand. I felt sick again. My shoulder hurts from where it hit the concrete. "I-I'm..S-satie." I say, my voice a little raspy. I glance around, still scared. "Wh..where...d-did he go?" I asked, immediately stepping closer to the man who saved me. It seemed almost deserted. I shiver slightly. It suddenly felt strange, not being dragged around. Now in control of my own hands, I undo the leash around my neck and toss it to the ground, rubbing my bloody wrists. "W-where's dad..?" I asked quietly, rubbing an eye. My hair was a mess, but I didn't care. Curious green eyes searched the area once more for my kidnapper. I could not see him, yet I couldn't shake the feeling I wasn't free yet.
I embraced the girl before she could say another word. I held the hug for a while and then released, putting my arms down to my sides. "Listen to me. You need to relax and worry about this later, okay? Your father is fine. You're still fine. We'll all be fine. Let's just get you out of here." I guided her inside van and grabbed the keys on the ground. As I returned to the Jeep, my appearance to change into one of the soldiers that I had recently left to pieces at the airport. My hair changed into a scruffy black slicked up with a bit of gel and my face began to lengthen and my eyes lit up a baby blue. My cargo jacket changed into a battle vest and my converse into pitch-black boots. I placed the keys into the ignition and said to the girl to put on the hat and shades. "We need to keep you as discreet as possible. And the only reason I'm not putting you in the backseat is because... well, I wouldn't want to be back there again." I said, my voice changing to a smooth monotone. I turned the car on and drove towards the checkpoint leading to the highway. "Try not to make eye contact." I whispered to her, staring at the guards near the gate. Rolling down my window I checked my voice to be sure it was still the soldier's tone.
One of the men came out of stated, "Sargent Charles. I heard a bit of noise back there. Any trouble?"
I shook my head and chuckled softly, "Don't worry, my men took care of it. It was just a few predators from the forest."
"Hah! I knew that getting those freshmen out there would give them a jolt. Who's the lady?" He asked back staring at her.
"She got in the middle of it and she asked me to take her home. But don't worry, the hostage is still inside." I said, nodding to the airport and I looked back to the guard, trying not to show the gritting of my teeth.
The man lifted the gates and allowed them through, shouting, "Better come back soon before they see another wolf or somethin', Charles!"
I laughed haughtily as I rolled up the window, letting out a breath as soon as we got out of sight. "That was close.", I said looking towards the girl and I beat on the wheel laughing the whole while. I sighed when I finally stopped and glanced at the road, trying not to run over anything. I sped up to the highway speed limit and asked, "You need something? A drink? Something to eat? I'm sure he starved you in those chains."
I squeaked a little when the man suddenly hugged me..but I didn't mind. I relaxed a little, nodding. I pull the helmet on and the glasses, not really sure what he was talking about, but doing what I was told anyway. I sat in the front seat. I frowned slightly...did he just change his appearance??..As the strange changing man drove forwards, I sort of zoned out, my mind wandering to my father. I couldn't wait to get home to see him. I heard another voice and looked up. I was confused now. Why did he call him Charles? Once we'd started forwards again, I realized it. We're undercover...oh I felt kind of embarrassed that I just now got it, but between my exhaustion and hunger I wasn't too surprised. I glanced over as White Protection spoke again. "Y-yeah...that would be nice.." I said quietly. I decided now was the best time to ask. "D-did you change..your appearance?" My voice was quiet, shy, and slightly apprehensive.
I made the assumption that Satey was struck by the sudden changes of appearances, horrifically. But she was calm about it and I thought for a second to see how I should respond to that question. "For many years, I have had these powers for as long as I can remember. I've mastered it now, but I'm not too sure how well I can construct myself just yet.", I stated, moving my right hand in the air as I explained, "You see, I'm a gelatinous mass; a being which transforms into pretty much anything and anyone. I could change into you if I wanted to, but I don't see any reason why."
My eyes caught a glimpse of a gas station and I pulled out onto the exit and steered into the gas station. Going out of the car and closing the door, I pulled a wallet out of my pocket and filled up the tank. I leaned over the slightly open passenger seat window. "I'm going to get a case of water. Just stay in the car, alright? I'll be quick.", I said leaving the car door and walking through the glass doors covered in advertisement. I found a case of Aquafina and rang it up to the cashier. I received some change and noticed the man's palm was considerable sweaty. I breathed through my teeth as steam came off my hand. Almost immediately, I frantically shoved my hand inside my pocket. The employee raised his eyebrow and was about to ask a question, but I quickly rushed through the doors, trying not to keep the conversation going. I put the case of water bottles on my lap as I entered the Jeep once more. I ripped open the case, carefully not trying to touch anything but the plastic that was holding the bottle. I handed the girl the bottle and explained, "Now, before you go wolfing it down, you need to take small sips. You'll get sick if you don't." I placed the case into the backseat behind us. Then I flicked my head to her and said, "Please don't get any water on me." My hand was still slightly steaming from the cashier's palm as I started the Jeep.
I listen intently as White Protection explain what happened. I nodded slightly, partially understanding. I leaned back against the seat as he filled the tank, my eyes closed, yet I did not sleep. I glanced at the window as he appeared, saying something about getting water and staying in the car. I nodded. Once again, I closed my eyes. I listened to the noises outside, letting my body relax in the seat. I was close to falling asleep when the door opened. I tensed slightly, looking over. Oh..him. I relaxed again. I took the bottle, opening it tentatively. I listened carefully to him. "Okay..g-got it." I said quietly, taking a small sip. The water tasted amazing. I closed my eyes, taking another small sip before capping it, leaning back and almost hugging the bottle. "Th..thank you.." I said quietly. It was not just for the water, but for rescuing me and helping me. I smiled faintly, allowing myself to slip into an almost daydreaming state, aware of my surroundings, but not really able to respond. A state in-between consciousness and unconsciousness.
I stared at the face of the innocent girl and I sighed, whispering, "Poor girl. If only things weren't this way..." Looking at my rear view mirror and I noticed a stationary black car rev up and start to follow us as I pulled out of the station. I eyed the car as it kept on me like a mosquito. I breathed in and stayed calm, trying to act calm and not to try and speed up. There was obviously an agent of President Leon's cult coming after me, hearing of the news. Yet again, I saw two more black panthers pull into the lane I was in and they were on my tail. They sped up, about to slam the back of the jeep when I suddenly received the idea about using my hand to stop them.
I rolled down the window and I hung my hand near the edge of the window. I stared at the rear view mirror on the side of the Jeep then slid my fingers down to the whizzing concrete down below. In mere split-seconds, my hand turned into a rather large spike strip that touched both edges of the road. The cars swerved trying to avoid their inevitable fate, but the weight of their large SUV's kept their momentum going. Most of the tires of the black cars blew out and the agents stepped out of their cars, aiming at me with their weapons.
I floored it before they could have a shot at me, the girl or our tires. Realizing that we've have been out in the open long enough, I had to find one of the sanctuaries in Texas. I thought hard to think about the closest one, but I remember one in Austin that was considerably hidden. So I kept driving on, keeping my eye on my surroundings. There were a couple scrapes along the way but I kept the agents at bay. The more I went towards my sanctuary, the more tension I had. I stared at the green sign introducing me to the abandoned city. Surprisingly enough, there weren't any cars gone and not as many stores were broken into. Either way though, the place was a ghost town.
Taking under consideration of how durable this Jeep was, I took through the forest that was on the west side of the city. The rumbling of the car on the terrain was sure to wake my guest up, but I gritted my teeth anyway, attempting to be as soft on the peddle as possible. We finally reached the spot and I tapped her shoulder stating, "Hey, we're here."
I slipped into a state of sleeping as we pulled onto the road. I hugged my knees, my head resting still on my knees while I slept. Something tugged at my subconscious, telling me to wake up, but I shrugged it away, letting myself fall deeper into sleep. My dreams made no sense, but the much-needed sleep allowed me to relax a little and recover slightly...until the jeep started to jump around. I tensed, brought immediately from my sleep. I stared at my knees through the sunglasses, the helmet blocking out some sounds. I waited..tense, almost afraid. My mind wondered if I had slept through some type of mistake where I'd been re-kidnapped..
I jumped as a hand tapped my shoulder. I relaxed almost immediately when I saw it was only my rescuer. I nodded slightly at him, yawning. I looked out the window and realized I had no idea where 'here' was. "Umm...wh..where?" I asked quietly, looking at him, kind of confused.
~~~~~

President Leon sat impatiently in the back of a restaurant, three guards dressed kind of like cowboys around him. He wore an eye patch and a black suit with a cowboy hat tipped to hide his face. He listened to the phone call from one of the people he'd sent to find Satey. "What do you mean she escaped?!?" He hissed into the phone, forgetting about their communication code. "I don't care," he said in a very annoyed voice, "FIND her and Bring her to me unharmed!" He said before hanging up, slamming the phone on the table. A waiter brought a glass of wine.
"You sound like you need a drink." he said, setting the glass down. Pres. Leon gritted his teeth. His guard sipped at it, then nodded.
"Thank..you." The president managed to grumble. The waiter nodded and walked off.

I slightly smiled and pointed to a nearby collection of shrubs and rocks. They almost appeared meaningless, like I saw something that no one else did. But I soon felt the presence of his scent near the place. "Under the flora, there's a porthole that leads to a den of mine. I haven't used it in years, but I'm sure it's not that bad." I said, rubbing my nose trying to get a bit of dirt off. I lead her out of the car, then I asked of Satey to please stand back by putting her aside. I surrounded the entire jeep and I began to crush it into a tiny cube. As soon as I found the cube's size small enough I released it from it's slimy prison.

The cube was small enough to hold in the palm of your hand. I placed the box-like object in my pocket and said to Satey, "I know that was sudden and all, but we didn't need anyone seeing a large car showing our location." I strolled over the mound of vegetation and pushed away the bushes, looking around the whole while. Soon enough, the entrance revealed itself and I thought, "Yes!" I lifted the porthole and pushed it away, reaching down for something. I stuck my tongue out reaching for something and I noticed the wooden dowel rods of a ladder. I lifted up the object pulling the assisting ladder out from the bottom of the trench.

It was long enough to touch the bottom of the unknown floor. The ladder slid down with a whack on the solid floor below and I began to slowly go down it, motioning my finger to let Satey follow. I reached the dry ground and sighed in relief that the floor wasn't wet. I noticed a small boxes of matches that I had left there a few years before and carefully picked it up. I lit the entire thing on fire knowing that a minuscule piece of wood wouldn't be enough to help me find what I was searching for. "Now where is that light switch?" I muttered to myself, holding the burning inferno the whole while. Burns petrify my genetic for a few moments but it wouldn't do any permanent damage. I found the small piece of plastic and metal then flicked the switch.

The overhead lights hesitated before completely turning on, revealing a considerably dry room, almost sandy, and the walls lined with small brackets that released small amounts of heat from the walls, keeping the room dry for the whole while that he was gone. I noticed that I was very room and immediately turned off the tiles, knowing that it took forever for the heat to escape the place. There were bits of furniture scattered around the room and I quickly set them up so that it didn't look like a pig sty. As Satey entered the den, I smiled and shrugged my shoulders saying, "I know it's not the best... but it's home for me."

I tilted my head, watching the bushes curiously. What was there that was important? I shrugged the thought from my head and stepped aside as I was asked. My eyes widened as the large, thick jeep was easily crushed. I took a step back, silent. Wh..what?!?! I thought to myself. I swallowed thickly, nodding slightly as he explained. I mean, it made sense..but still... I watched him reveal a secret hideout and I blinked. Okay then...Following him down, I wondered if this was just some kind of trap. When I reached the bottom, I found instead that it looked truthfully like a little hideout. I smiled faintly. "It..it's kinda cool." I said quietly, looking around. It was set up well, heaters for when it was cold, lights, some furniture.. I looked at White Protection a moment before walking the six steps to his side, hugging him, my head resting against his chest. "Thank you.." I said quietly yet again, and I truly was.

I turned to her as she got closer and she hugged me. My eyes widened a bit for her grip was tight. I couldn't blame her, she really was by herself when she was taken hostage. I looked down and hugged her back, almost like a father would. I waited for her to let go and went over to on of the idle chairs that were a bit dusty. I swiped off the dirt with my hand and placed it down in front of her, asking, "Have a seat." I searched around the place and found a small pouch with my antidote in it. I picked up a chair and slid it about 6 feet in front of her, taking out one of the flask of the cloudy fluid. I looked to my right hand and saw the rash-like burns getting worse.

I drank the small vial and coughed a little bit. Having the strength to knock out the average man, it is a very strong drink even for such a small brew. The steaming bruises on my hands stopped fizzing and returned to their normal color. I sighed and leaned forward slightly still trying to get over the stinging pain. After a few moments I flicked my head upwards, almost forgetting I had a guest. I asked, "So, Satey. Can you tell me about your father? Did he make the president angry? Why would the president kidnap you?" I sat up as I said these words, trying to give as much attention as possible.

I looked at the chair a moment before sitting down, taking off the helmet and the glasses. I stared back into the reflective glasses, looking at my reflection. I sighed softly, using my thumb to wipe off some of the dirt on my face. I almost jumped when my rescuer coughed. I glanced up, but he looked okay, so I looked back down at the glasses. Setting them down inside the helmet, I pulled my knees up, hugging them, resting my chin on them. I looked up at my rescuer as he spoke. I smiled faintly at the thought of my father. "Daddy's really nice...he was sort of glad the President won..well..he was. He would have him over a lot. I don't think he made Mr. Leon angry.. I mean, after I mentioned that Mr. Leon was kind of scary my dad wouldn't let Mr. Leon come over for family nights, they'd just have dinner with my mom. Wait.." I frowned slightly, remembering something my Dad had recently argued with my mother about, "There was something Mr. Leon wanted...I don't remember what, but my dad wouldn't let him have it..no one would. Mr. Leon and my dad didn't get along well for a day or two...that's when the President, Mr. Leon, kidnapped me.." I rubbed my eye. "But..that's all I can think of..." I paused. "Did I do something wrong?" I said, tilting my head slightly. "Is that why Mr. Leon doesn't like me?" I figured it made sense, I mean, I never really spoke to the President. I'd sit between my father and my mother, avoiding looking at him. He scared me, mumbling something every once in a while, being so... determined, for lack of a better word.

I studied the words of the victim Satey and I thought about the drives of the President. Was it money? Couldn't possibly be, he owns all the banks. Why would he need the money when he could just go out and steal it? Was it to get back at the Vice President for something personal? No, her would've kept it a secret instead of broadcasting it across America. I tapped my chin and thought about the chance of Leon wanting more power. He was corrupting the government, using his secret service as his personal guards in a search of power. In all honesty, he didn't really care about the daughter. He just needed someone who he could catch easily and that would cause the nation to go into a rampage. Innocent little girls took the ticket and that's exactly what Satey was.

I stopped my thinking and explained to Satey, "The president doesn't like the Vice President or whoever he's working with that's for sure. But he's just using you to get power. He's making this representative democracy a dictator and he's using fear to make the citizens bow at his will. At least that's what I'm thinking. And I'm sure you didn't do anything wrong. But, you're just a girl and he saw you as an easy-to-capture target." I wiped my eyes and said, "I'm sure you are important to Leon at this point. I did steal you from him. He's after me too, probably wants me dead. But, just so you know, I will protect until I cannot stand."

Suddenly, I heard whupping in the air. The blades of a helicopter were making the noise and patted my hands in the air towards Satey, hissing at her to be quiet. The blades sound got closer until I began to here the engine of the said machine. The blades began to slow down and I heard some murmuring and footsteps above our heads and I stared at the porthole, waiting for it be blasted open. Luckily enough, the lid was kept shut for the hours that we were waiting, but it didn't appear that the people above us were going to leave. So, I pointed to one of the three beds near the other side of the room, whispering very quietly, "If you feel like sleeping, there's beds over there. I'll be on guard all night, don't worry, but I don't think these guys are leaving anytime soon." I kept my eyes up at the entrance and stared, waiting for anything.

I listened carefully, nodding. I was about to say something when there was a sudden sound. A helicopter. My eyes widened but I didn't say a word. I hugged my knees slightly tighter against me, waiting. When he motioned to the beds, I only nodded slightly. I didn't move, however. At the moment I was more worried then tired, despite the fact he told me not to be. I shifted, looking down at the glasses. My reflection peeked back.

Leon paced impatiently above the spot he'd been told they were hiding. "Oundfa hemta etya??" He asked, remembering the code. There where a bunch of no's, which made him even more upset. He kicked a rock. "INDFA HEMTA!" He said, pulling out his phone and calling someone unknown. He had about 15 people scouring the area for anything useful. The tire tracks just...ended. There was nothing else that gave much of a hint.
A few hours later one of the men tripped over something. He paused. "Aye! I might have found something!"
Leon twirled around, shutting his phone. "Odeca!" He said quickly.
The man stuttered. "S-sorry. Ereha!" He said, starting to move some bushes and debri. The others came over to help.

I began to feel sleepy. I shifted, yawning slightly, but not planning to go to bed yet. There was a slight thunk and I tensed, rubbing my eye as I looked over by the entrance. I began to wonder how they found us in the first place...

The lid gave me anger as I thought as to how they found the sanctuary. I gritted my teeth and paced around the room wondering as to why they knew we were here. I swore that I kept the jeep in my right hand pocket. I felt around the pouch on the pant of my leg and found nothing in there but empty space. My eyes widened as I still searched frantically through it and smacked my forehead. The cube must have fallen out of my pocket and one of the soldiers found it. Hearing the amount of sudden silence, I felt that I had an army waiting for me.

I frantically pulled the ladder of the way of the lengthy path down to the small room and I readied myself to speed through the vertical tunnel. I stared at Satey with my bright white eyes and shouted, "What ever happens Satey, just stay down here and don't move!" I heard the metallic cover slide completely open and I blasted through the head that was peaking down. It flew off, the body part, and flung itself into the air as I flew into the sky, suspending myself so that I could count how many I needed to take down. There were ten that I counted, more probably hiding in the trees. Either way, I used my material to make a rain of sharp, steel needles. The men down below shouted, "Cover!" But the ones who were dumb enough to just advise were ran through with a barrage of thin stinging pieces of my DNA. They fell, most sliding down from the trees.

I then spiraled my body as I made a descent down onto the ground. My fell faster and faster, receiving a hail of bullets on the way down. But I made my way down, crashing into the ground, revealing some of the hidden soldiers, blundering at the shear force of my impact. I counted at the few who were open and sent a solid sphere towards the first man. He was scrawny and too fear-stricken to mover out of the way. It impaled him, right through his chest and he stared at his where his heart should have been. The cannonball slid back to me and I said, "One."

Next, a sniper from behind me took this chance to take a shot at me but I then flung my arm, it turning into a saw blade-like object and it pounded into his chest, forcing him to the ground. "Two." I sprinted to the blade, seeing another man behind the now dead sniper. Yet, before I could take the final shot, he did it for me with his Magnum Pistol. I hesitated, sliding desperately in order to stop and my eyes widened. "Th-... three." I stuttered, turning around hearing the president yell something in code. There were only about 5 men left, including the president who escaped into the helicopter. I was wearing to attack the coward, but I fell to my knees, trying to regain the energy that I had lost. My hair went back to it's soft brown and my eyes stopped glowing. I gasped for air and ran back to the inside of the lid.

There was a sudden explosion behind me which forced me inside the cave. I fell down my eyes flickering wildly before they decided to lie on a dark black as I hit the ground, unconscious.
