Description

Name: Violet Walters
anime pix of you: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2 ... k-hair.jpg
weapon of choices: you can combined this with your pix if you want: her magic powers(when they decide to work), if not then she is trained in a few forms of martial arts.
race: witch
age: 18
sex: Female
eye color: green
hair color: dark, nearly black, brown
history: For the first eight years of her life, Violet lived a happy life. Born to Avonia and Emilio Walters, she is the youngest of three children, she was babied by both her parents and her sisters, Alice and Annora. Her mother was a great witch who passed her powers down to her three daughters. However, her peaceful childhood was shattered when a group of witch hunters snuck into her house on a stormy night and systematically murdered her family. As she listened to the struggles of her family as each fought for their lives, Violet sits, frozen with pure terror on her bed. Using her powers, her sister Alice, managed to sneak into Violet's room and helped her escape from the second story window and down some ivy that had snaked it's way up the side of the house. Violet managed to climb down, but Alice was caught by two of the hunters, but just before they pulled her away from the window, she yelled run to her Violet, who then disappeared into the dark forest that had surrounded their house. Violet managed to out run the hunters and arrive in the next town by morning, where she then collapsed after ringing the doorbell of the first house that she saw. The residence admitted her to the hospital, where, after the police had been called in and took her statement. Violet spent two days into the hospital where she was placed into the custody of the social worker as police went to her house, a Victorian style two story house in the middle of a thick forest that surrounded the sleepy town. She was placed into a foster home of a devoutly religious couple, which she stayed, somewhat content for the next four years. However, once her powers began to develop around her 12th birthday, weird things began to happen around her. Her foster parents, believed that she was possessed by some demon, and when the priest they hired to preform an exorcism didn't stop the odd occurrences from happening, they sent her back to the system, where she was bounced around from foster home to foster home. Just before her eighteenth birthday, a very kind social worker named Sue Clearway, she herself a lycan, enrolled Violet in the Back Mash High School. While she is still trying to adjust to the knowledge that her powers are a blessing, and also getting used to the fact that people are willing to accept her, she quite enjoys her time there and is slowly, but surely coming out from her shell, and is excited to see what adventures her life at BMHS will have in store for her.
personality: Due to her families death at such a young age, Violet was forced to become independent. She is a hard worker and exceedingly determined. This also means that she is incredibly stubborn, with hard headed tendencies. Due to her time spent in foster care, she has trouble trusting and loving people, out of fear that they will leave her like her family or abandon her like her numerous foster families after she began having trouble with her powers. Due to spending most of her time in book stores or public libraries, Violet is very intelligent and often has random tidbits of information that she will say when she becomes very nervous or scared. Violet also has trouble accepting help from others, learning to be self sufficient, from her experiences in foster home. However, if you are able to break her hardened shell, she is very kind and caring to those around her. She has a tendency to put others and responsibilities a head of herself and her own needs, often pushing herself to the brink of pure exhaustion. She is extremely loyal and thinks strong morals is one of the best traits a person could have. Violet has clumsy tendencies physically(managing to trip over even the most immobile of objects), with her powers(she was never taught how to properly use them so will often make mistakes), and speaking(she will often just say the first thing that comes to her mind). The fact that she is accident prone does not seem to help with her clumsiness either.
likes 3 or more: eating sweets, playing the piano, reading, libraries, bookstores, tight spaces
dislikes 3 of more: sports, heights, snakes, thunder, crowds

"Do you have everything you need Violet?" Violet's social worker, Sue Clearway, asked, holding Violet by the shoulders in the same gentle manor that her mother used to do.
Violet nodded, a small smile forced upon her lips, in a hope that Ms. Clearway would not notice the anxiety that was brewing beneath her skin.
"Well then, I guess this is goodbye. Farewell Violet," she sighed, tears brimming beneath her thinly rimmed glasses.
"Bye Sue," Violet smiled, enveloping her in a tight hug.
When the pair finally parted, and a now sobbing Sue Clearway, had managed to get herself back into the cab, it was only then that Violet forced her trembling legs to turn and face the imposing high school. Perhaps it was the age of the school's age that gave it the intimidating air, or perhaps it was her nerves of yet again joining another new school, that made the school look so intimidating.
"Oh stop being such a wimp," Violet hissed to herself.
With deep breath, Violet hoisted her dark purple duffel bag, pushed open the grand doors, and walked straight into the midst of possibly the largest number of people she had ever seen gathered under one roof.
She stopped dead in her tracks, her foot still frozen in mid air.
At the slam of the door, every pair of eyes were almost instantly upon her.
'Say something you idiot,' her mind screamed.
"Um...... did you know that the king of hearts is the only king without a mustache," Violet cringed as the last word left her unwilling mouth.
An awkward silence rested over the room like a fresh blanket of snow.
Violet's eyes darted left, seeing a hall not far from her, she turned on her heels and darted down it. Seeing a set of double doors, she quickly pulled them open and slid into the room.
"I'm going to be eaten alive here," panted resting her head against the doors.
A feeling of despair and pure hopelessness rushed over her. This was her one chance to actually belong and perhaps learn how to control her recently discovered powers, and she had already blew any hopes that she had once had.
Opening her eyes, she realized that she had run into the library. Rows upon rows of books, the first familiar and comfortable thing she had seen since arriving to this school. A smile spread across her face. She walked over to one of the numerous bookshelves and picked up a book called, The History of the Coven . Hugging it close to her chest, she happily walked over to a sunny place close to the window. Glancing up once more at the hundreds of books that surrounded her she couldn't help but think, "Maybe it won't be so bad here."

Mitchell momentarily broke the his gaze as the door to the school opened and closed again, it was a natural reaction. He looked across the room to see who entered before he glanced back down at the girl once again. He still had the amused smile across his face at what she had mentioned.
"Well you seem to be doing fine, except that was a little weird" he replied to her, his tone was still humoured at her, he wasn't making the comment in a mean way. He smiled then watched her smelling the air, she looked a little uncomfortable. "You okay?" he asked her seeing she looked unsettled. It was strange, you would think it would be the vampire bothered by the human, not the werewolf. He looked across the room setting his eyes on Violet, she smelt human but there was some-thing more which he couldn't figure out, he came to the conclusion it may be some-thing she was wearing then looked back at Alice. "She's only a human" he remarked and shrugged. It was like being around the vampires again except he couldn't decide if she wanted to kill the human or run away.

The sunlight slowly faded, as Violet greedily devoured book after book, she was desperate for more knowledge of the supernatural life that she was born into, but was brutally taken away from her. Her hands tightened around the book of herbs and what potions they can be used for, the witch hunters. She had never seen them, but she had imagined what they looked like. Cold, soulless eyes shinning only with the light of their lust for a witch's blood, sallow skin, and hideous faces that would give even the highest of priestesses nightmares. Only a monster could listen to her father begging for the life of his family, and her mother's anguished scream as she watched the love of her life be cut down by their blade. Only a monster would drag an her sweet, innocent sister Annora from her pale blue covers and slowly strangle the life out of her. She could remember it all so vividly. Screams seemingly filled the air around her, snaking their way into her ears.
Violet's hands flew up to her ears, she squeezed her eyes tightly shut, feeling the warm tears run down her face as she did so. Images of the night flashed before her eyes in a hectic jumble that even Violet herself could only comprehend one image before the another had already came and went.
And then just as soon as it had started, the room quieted and the images faded to black, leaving a sobbing Violet alone once more.
Violet's eyes darted around the room, as if the memory might once again assault her with it's pain and fear, but there was only the orange glow of the setting sun that accompanied her in the library.
With a sigh, Violet whipped the remainder of her tears from her eyes with the sleeve of her black, over-sized sweat shirt, and picked up the book she had been reading to put it away.
But she stopped short, and instead placed it on a nearby table. She backed up a few places and stared intently at the book. It was a trick her elder sister, Alice used to entertain her younger siblings with when the trio had become bored, and one she was eager to do to try to remember the happier times the family had had together. Closing her eyes for a second, she inhaled, feeling the warm tingle of magic as it traveled from her heart to every last inch of her body. Opening her eyes, she once again focused her attention on the book.
"Subvolo," Violet ordered as confidently as she could manage.
A pale purple, glow outlined the book as it slowly began to raise higher and higher into the air.
"I'm doing it, I'm really doing it!" Violet thought in pure glee.
Suddenly, she felt the magic surge throughout her body, causing the book to come flying at her. Violet dove to the floor covering her hands over her head in an effort to protect herself as the books began to fly off the shelves, each encased in the glowing purple light, and spin in circles around her.
Her mind scrambled to remember whether the book on spell casting had said that remora was the word for stop or rana was. Desperate Violet shut her eyes and cried out "Rana".
Everything stopped, and for a moment Violet had thought that for once she had fixed one of her many mistakes that her powers caused...until she heard the croaking.
Opening her green eyes, Violet slowly stood up and looked around at the hundreds of frogs that now littered the libraries hard wood floors.
Rage mixed with frustration surged through her veins, and with a hard face palm to the forehead, she screamed, "I'M THE WORST WITCH EVER!"

"Well this is just wonderful," Violet mumbled as she looked around at the frogs.
"And I can't look up how to undo the spell because I turned all of the books into frog. Could this day get any worse?" Just as she yelled this a voice over the intercom bellowed "Students may now move to their dorm rooms."
Violet face palmed her head again, causing a red circle to form on her forehead, "I really should just keep my mouth shut," Violet sighed.
And then suddenly a thought occurred to her "I can't be the only witch in this school, maybe my room mate will know what to do!".
Violet remembered the room number the Sue had scrawled onto a sheet of paper, room 14 stone house. Grabbing her duffel bag, Violet began to sprint around the campus, her mind focus on the hope that maybe her room mate could help her fix her fumble, and maybe, for once, she might not have to shoulder the burden that she felt her powers had supplied her, by herself. Maybe she might actually have a friend who would understand what she was going through and could offer some assistance in how to survive being a witch, a chance Violet had always wished her mother or sisters might have been there to help with.
After about half an hour running wildly around campus like a maniac, she finally found 14 stone house. She turned the knob and found it opened. Bursting through the door she noticed a girl with blonde hair lying on her bed, her striking red eyes now fixed on the panting Violet.
It didn't take a genius, or even someone who had lived a life among the supernatural longer than Violet had, to sense an air of tense hostility that the girl had begun to emanate the moment she saw Violet, but considering the situation, Violet was willing to risk it.
"You would happen to know how to change a library of frogs back into books, would you?" she panted a bead of sweat slid down her spine, though, whether from nerves from talking to this girl, whose red eyes shone with a distrustful anger that tore through Violet, the fear that someone might find the library full of frogs, or running for 30 minutes Violet couldn't tell.

Russell explored the school contently, he had been given a small map of the school but as usual Russell couldn't be bothered to use it. As he walked he came across the library. Normally Russell would avoid the library except he missed all the signs saying it was the library. It was the loud roaring noise which sounded like there were hundreds of frogs in there which called him in. He was very curious.

Upon entering there was no frogs, the first thing he noticed was the mess, everywhere. He literally stopped and just looked over the mess in complete shock. The thought about the sound had left his mind as he just stared at the books everywhere. As he looked around he noticed Violet nearby, she was the first person he noticed in the library. He walked over to her and stood next to her.
"Wow, what happened here? Looks like a bombs gone off" he commented.

Violet jumped at the sound of another voice, she had been sure that she was alone in the library. Pivoting on her heel, she turned to see a man standing next to her looking, around at the numerous books that were scattered around the library. With a small, sweet smile she placed the hand on the back of her head and said "Well that tends to happen when you turn a library of books into frogs. Why? Were you looking for one in particular?" She giggled, still gleeful from her success at reversing the spell.

Russell was still looking around at the mess until she spoke again. He looked at her and laughed. "Right, good one!" he replied not realizing she was being serious. He picked up a book at his feet and placed it on the shelf where it simply flopped down on more books. "I'm not looking for anything, I was just looking around" he replied. "But I think I will stick to the internet to give me answers rather than look through piles of books" he commented in a more humorous way.
