August has a very vibrant personality. He always says what is on his mind and never seems to worry about how it might effect the people around him. He loves to just let loose and be himself. After all, why be someone else when you can be yourself, right? That's exactly how August feels about it. If people can't handle his vibrant personality then they don't have to talk to him. He's never going to change himself to be accepted by others.
Even though he may seem to be very immature, he really is a mature young adult. August is responsible when he needs to be and cuts loose when he doesn't need to be mature.
August tries his best to stay out of fights, but if someone were to hit him first then there would be no reason to hold back. After all, it would be self defense. It has to be a very good reason for him to throw the first punch. It doesn't happen often though. He is very protective of the ones he loves and cares for, of course, who isn't?
When it comes to a sense of humor, it bounces back and forth between who is on the receiving end of his jokes. He does tend to be a bit dark or perverted at times with his jokes but he does try to keep himself from joking that way around people who doesn't like it. He has respect for everyone. He may not understand their reasons for their different life choices but he does respect everyone for who they are. That is something that will never change.
August tries to make friends with everyone because he has always been the friendly type of guy. He sees no point in being mean to someone without a reason. So instead he is nice and tries his best to help people out whenever he is able to. There has been numerous occasions he would buy dinner for the homeless on the streets, give them his old clothes, even allow them to shower when his parents weren't home. August wants the best for everyone and he would do whatever it took to help them be the best.

August had a very traumatizing childhood that he strangely pulled himself through quickly. Aside from the occasional sleeping around with girls and picking up on cigarettes, everything was going well for him. When he was young his parents died in a car crash that he was also involved in. His mother was thrown out the window shield and his father was crushed on impact, killing him instantly. August was lucky and escaped with minor injuries. Afterwards he was put in the custody of his Aunt and Uncle who he happily lived with.
Upon his late childhood years he found a passion for dance. This helped him get through the tough times he was going through because dance always cleared his mind off all the things going on in his life. August always felt a kind of freedom he was never able to feel until he started dancing. Of course everyone back in his old schools picked on him about it but he never gave into it.
Once he entered high school, he was enrolled into Hollywood Arts High School and shortly into his sophomore year he started sleeping around with girls and picked up on cigarettes. Thankfully that was the worse he ever did and hopefully the worse he ever will do. August knows that sleeping around is wrong but it has always been tough for him not to give into his hormones. Spending this intimate time with girls seems to fill a void that became empty when his parents died. There has been a couple times that he has tried to change, but in the end he gave up on all that. Every time a girl offered herself up to him he gave in and followed her into a private area, be it a bathroom, bedroom, hotel room; it never mattered where they were as long as he got what he wanted.
August really isn't a bad guy, he just makes bad choices. He hopes that he'll be able to change himself this year. But who knows, there is a lot that could happen in a year.
