Oddity: His abnormal sleeping habit is his only oddity he has. He'll sleep anywhere. People have even seem him sleeping in the halls while walking to a class sometimes. The floor, a pile of clothing, stone, Kaede can literally sleep in any place, not to mention, he can sleep in any situation also. He's fallen asleep in class, many times actually, and even when people are talking to him he'll sometimes sleep. Yet after he wakes up, he's completely up, not still sleepy, not drowsy, no black bags, no yawning (most times); He'll be completely awake.

Kaede is also actually quite nervous around females. Surprised? He's in the host club, but mostly because people enjoy him being there. He's always felt uncomfortable around many females. He'll sweat, he'll stutter, feel nervous, and, unlike most people, he won't be able to relax and sleep around them like he would around host club members.

What is their family famous for? Music. As the oldest sibling, Kaede always had the highest expectations of music, though things weren't very harsh since his father went through similar, but he did have to learn quite a lot of instruments. He also had to learn to write and read music.
