Head Maid
Just like her physical appearance, Snow's personality is equally dull. She rarely exchanges words with anyone, and her attention never strays from her work as the hotel's head maid. Neither condescending nor joyful, Snow approaches everyone and every situation with indifference. If her behavior ever strays from the norm, her reasons for such unexpected reactions are always backed with logical explainations, rather than honest emotions and opinions.

In the past, Snow could identify herself as a proper angel. She was the perfect role-model, always completing her missions and tasks in a neat, timely manner. Over time, however, she developed a secert, forbidden friendship with a young patient at a hospital reserved for the terminally ill. The two grew close, during her Earth-bound trips. She took on a compassionate, consoling older sister role, and the small patient enjoyed viewing Snow as a guardian angel, literally. Upon knowledge of the patient's scheduled departure by the Grim Reaper, Snow became overwhelmed with conflicted emotions. Disregarding the ancient rules of the angels, Snow used her powers for one, sole, selfish reason---to heal her young friend. Catching word of such an act, Snow's overseeing elder could not overlook such behavior. After much desperate begging and pleaing, the elder was eventually persuaded. Reluctantly, they let the healed patient keep their well health, in exchange for Snow's privledges as an angel. A few hours after being discharged from the hospital, the patient was killed in a car accident. Snow became overwhelmed with guilt, as she realized that she rushed her young friend to their immature death.
Banned from the heavens, Snow became a fallen angel. Haunted by guilt and the young patient's possible hatred towards her, Snow vowed to never interfere with the lives of others. Her ability to fly confiscated, Snow always hides her shameful wings beneath her clothes. Ultimately, her personality and perception of the world around her has become clouded with logical reasoning and lacks any emotion.
