Description

Image
Physical description:
Ryan is a tall man with short dark hair, a beard, sideburns, and sunglasses. From his sideburns on, his facial hair grows horizontally. On his cheek it grows downwards with a pointed end. Ryan wears a brown knee-length trench coat that has a quilted design which stops just below his waist (where the coat then has a plain design), along with two black pockets slightly above the chest on either side. Under the coat he wears a white-colored shirt with a black-colored tie and carries cane around. He also wears black-colored gloves.
Abilities:
Teleportation - No one has ever actually seen him teleport, but somehow he can be in two places at once.
Background:
While around citizens, Ryan was cited to be an amiable, personable and approachable person in comparison to the other Agents. The parents of the children kept on in the program words that all of the missing children died in accidents at sea. His statement caused them to partly believe that they were truly gone, though some parents still believed that their children are alive. Easily deceiving both citizens and the entire Agent bureaucracy, Ryan has proven himself to be highly manipulative and insidious. His true identity being a secret to most, he could become very cruel and ruthless once he revealed his true disposition, and would murder his own subordinates without so much as a moment of hesitation or explanation. Being their leader also made him believe that anything he does to them is his right, believing they are nothing but rejects. His cruelty was reflected in his fighting style, as he often brutally beat his victims into submission. He also offered to cut one of Avory's ear off and send it to the boss, as proof that he killed him. Despite his perceived intelligence, however, Ryan sometimes seemed to lapse into moments of witlessness such as when he claimed to a friend that he had been enjoying coffee and cookies, only to be reminded shortly thereafter that there had never been any cookies to begin with. Another example is when he was about to go after two other runners, he could not remember where he placed his sword, only for someone to remind him that he is not a swordsman. Even boss is aware of this, as when Ryan claimed to have purchased a camera only to be reminded that he did not buy one at all. In

So begins...

Waking up to normal day of life is something that Ryan thinks about from time to time. Knowing that it will never happen until he catches every last psychic who is on the run. Ryan tends to hate what the psychics who aren't controlled do. He always daydreams of the time he was with his little sister. The only thing he can seem to remember most from that day is when his little sister was murdered by a psychic. "She was just having fun and enjoying herself what did she ever do to deserve this death." He would repeat to himself. Ryan has one mission and one mission only and that is to hunt down every last psychic down who run wild. He exited the training room and advances on to the board room to meet with the others, afterwards he decides to do a checkup on Elysia.

Ryan was standing outside of the meeting room with his back against the wall listening in on the briefing. He rubbed his nose then twitched his eyebrow knowing that things were about to get serious. Finally the time to hunt down the Connors Family he thought to himself. Hearing the information spew out of Damion’s mouth like he has seen them in person startled Ryan.
“How is it P-possible for someone to still be strong and have a weak body,” he whispered to himself. I have to see this Jack Connors for myself. Ryan advanced on to his next destination which was the experiment lab. As he walked into the lab he noticed some damages in the training facilities. Especially the one they use for Elysia and Ryan was in shock of how much she has grown since she has been there. “Hey Doc how much has Elysia grown,” Ryan said. “Oh Ryan you’re here I have so much to tell you about your abilities and how much they have grown... I know you asked me about Elysia, but you’re important to us.” The Scientist uttered in nonsense. “Are you crazy or just an imbecile because the last time I checked I’m not the only agent around here anymore, Elysia, now tell me about her?

“Right, Elysia has been showing great improvement in her abilities and is growing more powerful as the days pass…she was able to generate enough power to power the whole room up herself like a generator... Ryan listen to me careful now, by her being able to power a whole a room up by herself is a great amount of energy usage and that can take a toll on her body because of leakage. “Doctor quiet now I don’t want to here anymore of this conversation I’m done talking.” Ryan was in a fit his head begin to ache with pain. He clutched his head in begin hollering at the top of his lungs and a tear dropped from his left eye. I’m fine he whispered to the scientist. Ryan walked to the board room before everyone left and told everyone that he is going on this mission as well.

“Vance I know that you don’t remember much of your past, but I am here for you as well…me and Elysia are your friends…we will always be here for you.” Ryan politely mentioned it to Vance. Let’s go catch us some psychics now who think they can harm this city and everyone.

The crashing in the hallways signified Elysa was having yet another one of her "productive" test sessions. In reality that just meant she was blowing up more stuff that nobody in this facility apparently needed. If they did, they would learn to keep it out out of the same room as Elysa. Dylan thought they would have learned after the years she had been so powerful that it was a health hazard to keep any possible flying projectiles in a room with her. Even Dylan knew that, and she didn't have a degree in anything, unlike many of these master degree flaunting idiots.

Dylan peeked out in the hallways and saw a mixture of paper and machinery lying out in the hallway, along with a few sparks flying from some loose wires. How wonderful. Farther down the hallway she grimaced as she saw Ryan. She really didn't like him, she didn't know why but something about him just rubbed her the wrong way. Then again, almost everybody rubbed her the wrong way. The trick was to hide that discomfort, or in some cases, utmost loathing. She just found it hard to do with some people.

She saw him walk into the board room and followed suit, eager to hear if a mission was available. She was going stir-crazy staying in this place, and she could hardly pass up the chance to show these twerps up. Most of them captured psychics for the better good, which was sweet, but she didn't. It was just plain fun, and she loved to get out of the place. Some people played video games, she hunted down and sometimes killed her own kind. Same result, it was entertaining.

Of course, all train of thought when one word was overheard. "Connors", those people....the name sickened her. That along with Demetri, they were the ghosts that haunted her past. The ones that somehow managed to slip out of her grasp. They humiliated her, showing her up and ruining her streak of perfection. She would be a part of this.

"I'm taking this mission up." Dylan stated bluntly. She wasn't asking because she wouldn't take no for an answer. This was her chance to finally prove to herself that she wasn't a failure. She would wipe this off of her record, and then all she would be left with would be Demetri. She saw Elysa and Vance in the room along with Ryan and she wondered why so many were going to retrieve the Connors. No psychic was ever hunted by more than one hunter through a mission. There were instances where some were hunted by freelance hunters but other than that the most ever sent out on one mission was two or three, and never so high ranked. It didn't matter though, she would do this singlehandedly. While they were looking for the family, she would already have them located and being transported back.

Elysia stood in front of Damion Connors, slightly annoyed that he is the one telling them what they are doing. He hadn't even been there that long and he was all ready annoying her. She had the idea what the mission was, but why there were so many of Hunters for the mission she didn't know. All together there was a total of five hunters. Each with their own abilities and strengths.
If there was this many doing the mission it shouldn't be too hard. Even though Elysia had never been out of the building itself, let alone a real mission. So although she wasn't showing it, she was really excited to go outside.

When the briefing was over she headed towards her room to grab her gear. It didn't consist of much, mainly a small bag full of metal objects like; coins, nails etc. She also had some cash, some credit and debit cards that the company provided her with and some I.D. After she had sorted her bag out she proceeded to attach a knife holster to her thigh, one on each leg. Once she was fully she grab so last minute electronic equipment such as her phone and communicator and headed towards the gunship.

As she was walking to the gunship some electricity began to emit from her body once more, this annoyed her slightly but she got used to it. She finally arrived at the gunship and started to wait for the others to arrive, to stop her from getting bored she began to move an electrical spark from one hand to the other.

((I know its crap but seem to have slight writer's block -.-))

Vance had been listening to the briefing, he had never heard of the Connors family but they must have had some relation to Damion. It seemed ironic to him that he was giving the briefing. As long as this was a chance to hunt rogues he was content. He noticed a stream of others enter the room and was wondering why so many hunters would be required but decided to shrug it off.

Then Vance heard what Ryan said, he was a bit confused. No one here had offered any kindness to him though he wasn't really looking for it. He just nodded to Ryan before getting up and going to the armory and his locker to gather his things.

He donned some light body armor that was in his locker and his communication gear. Then he walked down the hall and into the armory. "Fred what have you got for me?" He asked the weapons researcher.

"For you Vance? I think I can scrounge up some weapons... He said as he scurried around grabbing two brief cases. "A sniper rifle loaded with stun or lethal rounds. An electrified sword, a standard issue pistol and a new toy that I believe fits you sonic grenades, all the boom and stopping power with out the killing." He man said handing over the cases.

Vance took them and thanked Fred before he made his way to the gunship platform and hopped up into the ship as he kept his gear close.

NPC: Damion Connors

Damion was fully equipped to go. He was in the cockpit of the Gunship, preparing for takeoff. He could not see if everyone had gotten on yet, but if they did not in the next minute then they would be left behind. There was a rush order on this job, and he was specifically selected for this. The Director of The Department specifically assembled the mission himself, and he had put more Agents on this then ever before. Granted, his family had always been elusive, but not only did they have an abnormally large amount of Agents for this, but they also had a large amount of HVPRs, and even a few heavy mechs. This was way more then necessary for his family. Maybe the director just wanted to leave no chance of failure, but even then, all this is a lot. And he knows that at least one of us would notice this. Whatever his goal for us going there is, either there is something there he knows but can't risk mentioning, or he doesn't even know what it is except its dangerous and powerful. Either way, my family, and The Director's target, will not get away.

He reviewed the profiles of the others. Damion was put as the main lead on the mission, even though he had been here less then the others. Although when he saw the profiles of the other agents, he could understand why he was promoted over some of them. Elysia was listed as unstable by the psychologist. Dylan had a previous run in with his family, specifically Avory, 7 months ago, after the Department showed him how wrong they had been and why they needed to learn what they taught. Her determination would help, but she was too lone wolf to be selected as leader. Because he had been the eldest brother, it gave him experience of what being a leader meant and what responsibilities came with it. Vance was a special case, and many files about him were listed as classified. He could only guess it was some sort of special case or a trial run of some experiment they had done, maybe related to his memory problems.

Ryan, however, had no indication as to why he would not lead this team. They both believed in what the Department were doing, unless they suspected Ryan might be a spy or something. But that seemed unlikely. After all, they both saw why the Department did what they did. At least, he suspected he did. Ryan seemed more stable then some of the others, and he had been working in the department for a long time, so he was sure that Ryan knew. He knew not all Agents knew though, because The Department wanted as few people to know as possible in case they were infiltrated. Its why they did what they did. It did seem like what they did was wrong, but the reasons were justified and they had no choice. Maybe that is the reason for all the forces...because of the true threat. If only people knew, but if they did, there would be panic. No, only by accomplishing the primary directive would the world be safe. Only then could they reveal the truth, and then all life could live together peacefully. But first, the threat must be dealt with. And if they got his family, that boost in numbers would be incredibly helpful.

As the gunship began to take off, he hoped everyone was on board. Because if he was right, then this battle might be tougher then any of them could expect.

(Brainwashing, or is there actually a dark secret? That is the question! And here is a comment. Great posting so far people! Love what I am reading!)

Elysia sat in her seat in the gunship, laptop on lap as she began to search for the Connor family. One good thing about being a technopath is that she is able to track anyone in the world using technology. Even if they don't have any technology or electronic devices on them, they still would of been seen by camera's. Even the satellite's. But the bad bit was she wasn't a good technopath she was better with her electrokinesis.

Elysia began to look through the files of each of their team mates, trying to find out how a plan can be made up. "I'm trying to find the Connor family now, but unless they've been caught by camera's or have any electronic equipment on them I wont be able to." She spoke with a dull tone as she types away on the keyboard. Looking up to Dylan she gives her a stern look. " You need to track them, I know you don't like the Idea of team work, but these guys are powerful, they work as a team so they have the slight upper hand against one of us." She spoke matter of truth.

Turning her head to look at Vance. " Once we arrive at the area that they are in will you be able to sense them? As we're going to need to know where they are, and how many there are. We're also going to need to know if there are any civilians in the area." She told him turning her head back to her screen she began to look through a series of pictures.
"Ryan you can will you be able to teleport us? It is quicker than walking, it also gives us the element of surprise." Elysia explained as she read of her screen.

Turning to Damion she smiled at him "Before you ask, I didn't come up with this, I read it off the DPA database, I think it was the plan that they sent you. Could you possibly tell the higher up they're going to need better firewalls to keep me out" She told him rather boredly, a sudden spark of electricity sparking from her head as she blew a strand of hair our of her face.

Vance nodded to Elysia, "Once we are close I will be able to pinpoint their general location so long as they are not interfering with our abilities." He said as he was opening one of his brief cases and started assembling the sniperrifle. He chose to use tranqulizing rounds for now but put two mags of lethal bullets onto his belt along with an extra tranq magazine as well. He then began to assemble his other gear as well.

"I can also make sure they don't hear us coming as well." He added, he knew there were a few tricks up his sleeve he could use against the Connors that we not direct attacks with his abilities.

He then delved into the DPA's database to study the targets or what info they had on the Connors provided by Damion. He also tried to peek at his other teammates as well knowing he would have to know something about them.

Everything was happening so fast, it made her head hurt even worse. Her senses picked up on three psychics advancing towards them from the woods, which sent her mind into a tizzy. Isabelle quickly whispered to the boy in front of her "I'm fine. Go help your brother." How she knew that the boy in front of her and the boy being carried by another into the house puzzled her, but it was the sense that she got. Just like how she sensed that the girl on the porch and the girl trailing after the one holding the other boy were completely different. They weren't related. Just then the girl that was carrying the boy, whose name was Avory, based on what the girl was saying, came running up. "Rose," she said. "They're coming. Avory saw it. And he says... Damion."

Damion

The word bounced around inside her head. The familiarity of it struck her as odd and a look of confusion passed her face, and then realization. And then everything came rushing back to her in a wave of memories. Stealing a glance towards the house where most people had gone, she gathered that they weren't paying attention to her. Using that to her advantage, she sprung up and darted off into the woods, grimacing as her headache tripled. As soon as she reached the cover of the brush, she concentrated past her headache. sensing no one had followed her, she continued farther in and then nimbly climbed a tree. Her lightweight small build made it easy to climb to the tallest branches, far off the ground, hidden in the leaves.

Everything was coming back to her in such waves of memory she had wondered why she had surprised it for so long. Her childish lonely personality full of fear and longing had shifted into a cold, determined, mind-set. Setting to work, she draped her backpack over a large branch, securing it so it wouldn't fall to the ground. Then she reached below the collar of her very worn, very tattered dress and felt the cool metal chain of her necklace biting into her skin. Pulling it out, she studied the necklace. An ancient looking locket hung on a silvery metal chain.

Isabelle froze. Was she doing the right thing? Maybe there was a reason she was running from the HVPR's. Maybe there was a reason she had left. Had escaped. Nobody has ever escaped. But nobody would suspect a seven year old would. To do something like this....

No. She had to follow through.

Picking up the locket she had ignored for several months, it being useless to her, she looked at it again. Scrawled onto the cool surface of the locket in cursive lettering were the letters "DPA". It had never made sense to her until now. SHe had ignored it completely. Carefully using her small fingertips to pry the locket open, on the inside was a small metal chip, the mechanical inter workings of the electronic device spiraled away from the center in a network of colorful dots. In the center of the metal chip was a tiny red button she had always been too afraid to press until now.

Taking one of her small fingers, she gently laid her finger on the button.

Should I press it? What is the worst that could happen? A lot of things. A lot of terrible things. Don't press it. But I have to....

She pushed down on the button. It gave out a faint beep and then a small red light started to flash on the side of it. she carefully closed the locket again and tucked it back into her dress so it wouldn't be seen. Letting out a sigh, she closed her eyes, hoping the headache would go away.

At that same moment, on the gunship the agents happened to be on, a small screen opened up on Elysia's computer screen. On the small screen it said "Subject 03071 'Isabelle; Psychic' GPS microchip activated. Exact coordinates listed are as follows:" With a string of coordinates attached. At the bottom in small fine print it says "Has made contact with Conners family"

“Elysia you know that I don’t use my abilities unless I really have to and it seems I might,” Ryan softly said to her. Ryan flashbacks started again and he noticed that he was looking at the memory of Damion Connors. It was a flashback of the day Damion was brought into the DPA and remade into in agent. He remembered every detail of how it played out. Ryan was beaten into a pulp with blood flowing out of his mouth and his organs nearly crushed. This ability of his took him 10 years to learn and control, Damion however learned quickly he was like a child prodigy. Ryan’s eyebrow begins twitching in anger over how he was so weak years ago. “Elysia hear me out I want you to stay out of a fight…if there is any trouble let me handle it,” he spoke to her in a gentle tone.

Avory seemed to be getting his color back, but he did not look physically 100%. But that was fine, because even if he looked bad physically, his powers could be spot on. However, what he was really worried about was what he saw. Both from his visions, and in the mirror. His eyes were still glowing. He tried getting up, but found he needed to rest on the wall. He could feel cold wind. He looked around, and did not see anything.

"Where did everyone go?"

The house seemed empty, abandoned. He looked for people, first checking upstairs. He checked his father's room first, then the three bedrooms divided between the six of them. He remembered someone, but he couldn't remember who, complaining about how they could never find a house with a bedroom for each of them. Though, 7 bedrooms would be quite expensive. "8 even more so..."

He turned around to find Damion. "So, this is how you decide to talk to me now? Through my foresight?"

"We were close enough that I did not deserve that, Avory".

"And let me guess, you are here to convince me that turning myself in is the right thing to do?"

"No, I am telling you its the only thing to do. But that is not the only thing. I care about you, you know that".

"So why are you bringing so much violence?"

"You don't understand, and I cant just tell you. You need to see for yourself..."

"Really...and where is mom in all this? Where does she fit in?"

"Avory, it wasn't The Department that got mom. That was a lie. If you come in, I can explain everything".

"Just like how you are telepathically scanning my mind for information? Nice try. You wont learn anything from me, just like you wont learn anything from this house. And I don't care what lies you use, you leave her out of this..."

"You know your foresight would not act up like this if it wasn't important..."

"And you know you only got lucky that my foresight brought me into the same timezone as you. I might not always know how to control my foresight, but at least I know how to end this vision..."

Avory became fully aware again, but he had a headache the size of Massachusetts. However, it was less pain and more debilitating. But his eyes were still glowing, just not as bright. He actually got up this time, and muttered "We should leave now". He took out his compact bow and released the mechanism that let it deploy fully, loading an arrow into it and firing it straight towards a window. At the exact second he fired, an HVPR broke threw it, but the arrow pierced one of the ocular devices allowing it to see and knocked it back, causing severe damage and taking it down. "Someone needs to get the truck...and we need to run..."

Avory was still somewhat weak, but his foresight appeared to be working for him this time, as he was using it to literally know what would happen a second before they did. It gave him an edge, especially since he knew every point they would enter. He put a few more arrows into HVPRs, and used his telekinesis to recollected as much arrows as possible.

As he backed out threw the front door, an HVPR was launched over his head and really far in a tree. He could not see what did that, but neither did he want to. And with the HVPRs all over the place, he was worried about losing track of people. Luckily, their father always kept the most important things in the car. Their two youngest siblings, Rachel and Jeremy, were nowhere to be seen. They were probably with their dad. But for some reason, the dust was rising from the dirt road, making it a lot harder to see. It was almost as if someone was doing it on purpose.

"Where are the cars?! Where is the truck!".

However, he soon found one of his answers. He found one of the cars, but the trunk was open and the car battery was missing. "Who removed the battery, what possible purpose could that serve other then to disable a vehicle..."

At the same time, he could hear something in the background. A gunship, maybe two. At least this dust will make it impossible to see us from the air...

And that's when he turned and saw a figure, wearing black clothing, and holding a scythe. But it wasn't the grim reaper. It was real. It was a person.

His vision was not of death, but of a man with a scythe. A man, however, that seemed very powerful and very fixated on Avory.

(I swear, I start typing these things, and then they go placed I don't expect them too...anyways, great posting people! I bet you all have something to do with it, and I love what I am reading! Keep up the great work!)

Vance was in the gunship looking at the database when he felt it. At first it was weak and then it was overwhelming. "I'm sensing them it's a little ways out but I can feel something powerful. He said as he brought up a holographic map in the gunship. he circled a general area highlighting it.

"There are only a few known dwellings around this area it should be easy to locate them." He said.

Vance then turned to Dylan. "I think they know we are coming as well I'm sensing a lot of power, almost a nervous spike. But what ever it was it was something big. As for using Damion I don't like that Idea but if he agrees to it I think it could work." He added. He wanted to get this job done with there were so many rogues and the quicker they captured this lot they could all move on and find more.

" Yes I know you don't like using it, but it's handy" She spoke to him softly, with a small smile on her face.
Turning to Vance she listened to what he had found and then circled the area that they were around.

Elysia suddenly looked down at her laptop as a beeping noise and a window appeared on her screen it read; Subject 03071 'Isabelle; Psychic' GPS microchip activated. Exact coordinates listed are as follows:, which then had a list of coordinates she had recently been at then where she was now, it then had a little note at the bottom. Made contact with Connors. A smirk appeared across her face.
"Seem's the kid is useful" She mumbled to herself.
Placing her laptop down she walked over towards the holographic picture, placing her hand above it she focused in on the exact coordinates that Isabelle was at, the holographic map changing to those coordinates.
She then turned to the others, " A few months a go a young girl got brainwashed or something, we used her to track the connors, she doesn't know she's being used, but well according to the tracker and the Data she is in this area right now. With your family" She spoke to everyone ,the end comment was directed at Damion though.

She then turned towards Dylan, " Hey I've never even been outside the DPA before I'm not used to this ok" She told her honestly.

“Elysia hear me out I want you to stay out of a fight…if there is any trouble let me handle it,” Elysia scowled at Ryan as he told her this, he never let her do anything and it annoyed her, she nodded at him anyway, he should know she wasn't going to listen to him anyway which would end up in them arguing later.
Suddenly Elysia's eyes started to go a darker blue, a more dull color. "I'm Up for using Damion as bait" She spoke quite sinister, flicking a piece of hair out of her field of vision another spark of electricity would emit from her body, causing the ship to shake slightly.

As the dropship descended Vance jumped out before it touched the ground landing himself in a tree and taking up a firing position with his sniper. He began to take shots at the enemy but with the storm all of the traq darts missed their mark greatly. Things began to get extremly chaotic for Vance and he knew he had to take some action but all the noise was deafening.

Breathing deeply he focused on the car alarm the most annoying of the sounds and muted the sound waves coming from it. It seemed the others had things somewhat under control so for now he took up a support role.

He then put away the sniper on his back deciding in this situation it was completely useless. He then began to reach out with his senses targeting the physics and picking out friend from foe. To him every psychic he sensed had their own signal though in general they were all the same. He then began to target the Conners and the other rogue psychics. He began to mentally manipulate the sound waves toward their ears creating a high-pitched whinethat started low but was clearly intensifying. This took concentration but Vance was hoping that in his current location it would be difficult to target him. He was really pushing his abilities though this was childsplay it was a lot of manipulation to do at once.

(I wouldn't expect anyone to listen to the whole video I didn't but that is basically it helps to skip ahead if anyone wants to hear it lol. If I forgot to tag anyone sorry!)

Watching his life possibly flash before him as they were hit he grasped his head and his eyes widened. Ryan jumped out of the helicopter onto a tree. He shot up noticing that many agents and runners were in battle. HVPR’s were roaming the forest and tearing down trees to find the runners. Weary of his surroundings he then jumped down from the tree and followed the HVPR to find one of the runners. “HVPR locate a runner and fast we have to end this here now before it gets any worse…I can’t and won’t let innocents get hurt in the crossfire.” Ryan and the HVPRs searched for a target and the main source to all this chaos that is going on around here. It was then he began to feel a strange presence of energy waves that he hasn’t felt in a long time. He gazed at the sky and thought of the possibility, but shrugged of the strange presence. “Could it be…no it can’t.” The HVPRs suddenly stopped and stood in place as if they were surprised. “What the hell is going on…you aren’t supposed to stop your machines,” Ryan said. He walked to the front of the HVPRs and saw a human. “You stopped because you see a human…I knew you machines were worthless, but only good for overwhelming the opponents.” Ryan then told the human to get out of here, but strangely the human stood and smiled. The deranged smile of the human shook Ryan. He then told the villager to get out of here again, but the human stood there without a word. Suddenly the human spoke a word and told him to run because he was coming for them. Ryan said, “I’m not running and I won’t let a human kill me so easily…you’re just a human how could you possibly think that you can even touch me…look now I don’t want to kill a human so I tell you again get out of here.” The human then flew by Ryan and with a whisper as it passed. The human whispered to him I’m not human by the way I’m like you. Ryan quickly turned around and it was gone in dash of light.

“Dammit what was that…you stupid HVPRs you’re worthless you’re supposed to be able to detect a psychic from a human.” Ryan heard in explosion miles away and hurried to the destination of the deployment. As he was nearing in on his destination he saw a tree fall and hurried to see what the commotion was. He saw that a truck was stopped by a tree and there were people in the truck. The psychics they’re in their he said to himself. He staked out the battlefield and saw that Elysia was there as well. In a fit he stood up and walked on the battlefield and near the truck he saw who were all in there. “Elysia since you are here I want you to watch my back and where is Vance when we need him…Vance I know that you can hear me I need you to rendezvous here to my location quickly…I’ll explain to you later.” Ryan thought about Damion and hoping that he was okay with his fight that’s going on. HVPRs began to surround the truck along with Ryan and Elysia watching his back.
“I know you are in there just step out and you’ll not be harmed…I promise it is for your own good.” Ryan began to explain himself to the others. You guys can have a better life and be free of all this running…wouldn’t you like that and you can have all the food you want…I tell you turn yourselves in and no harm will be done.” Ryan waited on the answer of the ones in the vehicle.

Isabelle smiled in a creepily evil yet sweet looking smile at the two talking about Rose. She hopped from her HVPR onto a low-hanging branch, swinging like a innocent little girl, as if they weren't in the middle of a huge fight. casually dropping onto the roof of the car, she smiled again. Sh decided she would try and trick them. "Rose? Hmm I think I killed her. She won't be waking up anytime soon." She giggled at the last part, but then something went flying towards her. She didn't know what or who it was, but it slammed into her shoulder and she let out a cry of pain as she was knocked at least 10 feet back from the truck.

Out of panic, she put up a force field, but it was so weak. her head hurt so bad. Groaning, she shifted into a sitting position and watched as HVPR's started to surround the vehicle. Everything was perfect. Isabelle figured Rose might wake up at some point, and even though Isabelle had tied her up, the thought worried her. Glancing around, she sprinted back towards the house, determined to capture at least one of the Connors family.

(Err, you also forgot to mention the that you got into the truck when it was already moving, so part of your earlier post kind of sounded weird...lol)

Avory looked around, and tried to decide on what to do. Half of his brain was agreeing with Jake, the other half with Thes, and it was very obvious he was confused and conflicted by the look on his face. "I...I don't know. I mean, with what was back there, I just don't know. During the fight, this other psychic arrived. He wasn't an agent either, he took Damion heads on and was winning last time I checked. He...he tried to kill me, and using my foresight, I saw him in the future trying to steal my powers, which would kill me, and such. He was powerful, and he must have done it before, because I think I saw him use at least 4 or 5 different powers. I agree with Thes, but...I don't know how we can save him if he is still around. I was barely able to survive him before Damion intervened".

Avory wanted to go save Rose and find Dad, but he also secretly hoped they were okay. At the same time, Avory had to look out for HVPRs. "The HVPRs will probably be searching the woods, looking for us. If we even try to get close, they will probably spot us. And..." Avory started, but then he realized something. "During the fight, I deflected a car that was headed towards me! It hit the gunship instead! They don't have air transportation, so they will probably call in a ground transport instead!"

And there was only one road out of there: The one they were on now.

----

Damion looked at the other Agents, still having his fair share of battle scars, and looked at Ryan and Elysia. "I want that damn bastard found! I just got an attacked by a psychic with at least 7 powers! 7! From what he said, I can only assume he must have a power to steal psychic powers from other psychics. And he is here, looking for our targets! I want him found, and detained before he gets too far. I saw his battle style. He won't have any regard for Civilians, and he needs to be found!"

Clearly, whoever this attacker was had shaken Damion. Damion always preferred a calm, calculated perspective, so this outburst of rage and anger indicated that this psychic must be incredibly dangerous. He then took a moment to calm down, before asking "How many did we get this time?"

Elysia was annoyed, the truck drove away before she could even catch the runners, now Damion looked really annoyed. He looked like he was going to murder someone.

Elysia just clutched her head, the amount of electricity in the area was terrifying it felt like it was pulsing through her whole body, she began to whimper slightly when he asked how many of the psychics they got. " Zero" She mumbled, fear running through her body. Sparks of electricity sparking off her body causing any machinery or electronic equipment to malfunction.

How could someone have seven different abilities? She had no idea. He was going to kill anyone who got in her way. She wasn't used to the outside world and this was to much for her to handle, she began to clutch her head harder trying to stop her fear.
She had never felt this emotion before, being away from the DPA was a large shock for her, and she was terrified. Her emotions were beginning to effect her abilities.

Elysia sat in the ground and began to mumble to herself. Her hair began to lift up around her, you could see currents of electricity moving down through out her body, as a few metal pieces began to float around her. Feeling emotions were awful and she was not enjoying it.

It was a good thing Isabelle had decided to run back to the house, because she would have never been able to keep up with the truck. it was pointless. Skidding to a halt near the house she saw Damion and the others gathered around. Upset that they had let so many get away, Isabelle sulked over to the others, rather shy of them. SHe hadn't seen or talked to any in months. Would they even recognize her? Would they remember her? She reached them just as she heard Damion ask how many they had gotten.

"Zero," Elysia had replied. Zero? Isabelle looked to the porch, where Rose still lay paralyzed, tied up. Isabelle jogged over to the group. Hoping they wouldn't mistake her as a target or threat.

"Um... actually I did get one," she said, pointing Rose. "I paralyzed her. And if she wakes up she won't be able to get far," she explained. So the mission wasn't a complete failure after all. "I tried chasing after the others, but failed" she said, looking down at the ground.

“Understood,” Ryan said and out of nowhere a little girl tells them that they have captured a runner. Ryan glanced at the little girl trying to figure out who she was. “You've captured a runner, but your just a little girl…I guess you can’t judge a character by how strong they are just because there young.” Ryan began to ask her who she was, but before he could he noticed a strange device within her possession. Ryan walked over to Elysia to calm her down. “Elysia calm down because everything is going to be okay…don’t worry I promise nothing will happen to you because I won’t let it…hey you, little girl, who are you?” Ryan asked.

Isabelle watched as a guy she didn't quite recognize try to comfort Elysia. Seeing as she didn't remember him, it made sense that he didn't remember her. "My name is Isabelle. Some of you might remember me..." She said, trailing off, glancing over to Rose again, noticing that she was starting to stir a little bit. Frowning, she turned back to the man. "I'm an agent. I think..." she said, looking off the the right, trying to remember if she truly was an agent or not. Maybe she just worked of the DPA. If he was an agent, this would have been her first mission. They didn't normally send out people so young, but she was sweet and manipulative. She could have handled herself.

Isabelle just remembered why the two had been talking about Rose in the truck. "I think they might be coming back to rescue Rose.I don't think this is over," she mused, before plopping down in the grass, exhaustion physically and mentally overcoming her. She had been running and using her psychic powers to much. "Who are you?" She asked, curious about this man she didn't remember.

"I am Agent Ryan...and my partners here are Damion, Dylan,Vance, and Elysia...I guess you know the reason why we are here seeming how you captured a runner." He explained to her. Ryan looked at Elysia and told her that they have to go and check out this other psychic that Damion said to capture. Ryan stood up up and began walking in the direction towards the bridge since that is the only way out. "Elysia are you coming," he shouted out to her. "and Damion why we are going after this so-called reaper you watch this girl and Rose...I have a hunch that the others might try and come back." he smiled and walked off into the distance.

She couldn't believe it, they were actually going back for the girl. Yes she was their sister, but it was either her or everyone. Then Amethyst suggested a different route to go. She stared at them all increduously. The girl next to her brought the whole damn thing up. If it wasn't for that they could have driven far enough for her to just leave. But there was no way she would be able to get out of this hot zone without everybody else.

"We are going to go back? You know it's probably a trap. They'll already have her flying away on some ship while they wait for us to return so they can pick all of us up too." Dylan was there, waiting for them. The last time she saw her was a memory burned into her skull. The things that she had done, no, she would not let that happen again. But if she left that girl with her, there was no doubt she would do the same to her. Something deep inside of her called out for her to help, and she let out a sigh. "You're all crazy, and we're all going to probably get captured. But if you really want to get her back, I think I can help."

She looked at everybody a little nervously. Never had she done this before, it was always run away, not charge towards. "Okay, there's no way we can just charge in there guns blazing. That's there thing, not ours. But we can outsmart them. There's no way they would expect all of us to go back, some of us never even knew you until moments ago. If we could find some way to sneak back up there, I think I can get Rose back." Her plan was crazy, it probably wasn't even going to work, but she would not be at fault here. "Once we all snuck up, all of the Connors will run out and start attacking everyone. Except for Amethyst. I saw you changed how you looked. You are going to try and exchange yourself for Rose. When one of the agents gets close enough to you, you tackle them to the ground and move enough so people can't see you and morph into whoever it is. It will keep them distracted for Caroluna and me to get Rose and we can all hijack it out of there." It was a rusty idea and she certainly didn't like that she involved herself, but Dylan would butcher the girl until she helped track down this family.

----------------------------------------------
Dylan Simmons

She didn't like Isabelle. Dylan wasn't sure why but she found her voice to be annoying. This plan had worked horribly, and she felt it would too. They just stormed in, created a big dustcloud, and let them drive away. Not to mention the strange psychic with seven different powers. She found it amusing how much that weird guy got under Damion's skin. She sauntered up to him and put her hand on his cheek. "What's wrong Damion? Scared of a man who looks like he's ready for halloween?" She made a pouty face and patted his cheek. "Cheer up big guy, after all, you're the leader right? We just did what you wanted us to." Then she smirked and looked at everyone else.

"They'll come back. Two or three might run off but something about 'family bonds' will make the Connors come back for their sister." She looked to the place where she was being held and couldn't help but feel a whelp of anger rise that she wasn't the one to catch her, and that she would have to hunt Demetri all over again. The girl would find some way out of the forest, and she would be on the run again. The girl they had now, Rose, would be a good toy to let her anger out on. This girl wouldn't be able to stand for months when she was done with her.

As her anger rose she could feel the temperature rising inside of her. It was never visible on the outside, but when she got angry, her internal temperature rose and her skin began to get hotter. If anybody so much as touched her, they would feel it. Which was often a problem for her because she liked to touch people. If she couldn't hurt them it would mess with them. If she could, well if she could it wasn't really a problem.

Vance had been in the tree for a while now. He had tried to keep the sound going targeting the Rogues. A voice startled him and then he remembered her he immediately relieved the noise from Isabelle's ears as he had a few memories of the little girl around the DPA.

Soon the truck was out of his range and he couldn't continue to harass them,he noticed everything seemed to be over and the others were talking a bit away. Taking out his retractable cord he stabbed the grapple into the tree and lowered himself carefully but he fell the last five feet. He tried to break his fall as he was trained but he seemed to have twisted his ankle.

Limping he approached the other agents moments after Ryan walked away. "Sorry." He said to the others before sitting down near them. " I'm sorry I didn't recognize you earlier Isabelle, But I do remember you." He said with a smile, his memory after arriving at the DPA was spot on but everything before that in his mind was questionable.

Isabelle shrugged from were she sat. She didn't think that many people would recognize her. After all, the last time she saw any of them was five months ago. By name she would only be a faint memory of the annoying little girl running around the facility paralyzing people just for the heck of it. The memory of it made her smile. She was rather crazy sometimes.

-Flashback-

Isabelle stood silent in the middle of the room, guards completely surrounding her in a circle. The Room was fairly large, all white, with one mirror that was obviously a two way mirror. They had thought she was too naïve to know what the mirror was intended for, but they were wrong. She knew on the other side were at least three or four scientists watching her every move, monitoring her heart rate, brain waves, etc. She wasn't really sure about all the sciency crap they did to her, she just knew that right now, they were watching her like a rat in a maze.

"Begin"

Isabelle looked around for the voice that came on over some sort of intercom. Seeing not source, she turned back to the guards that were now advancing toward her. Sucking in a deep breath, Isabelle sprinted forward to meet them. The first swept at her with a fist, but she caught his arm and he slumped to the ground. Another nearby stared in awe, but he was quickly send to the ground too. ANother guard collapsed next to them. Isabelle felt a kick to her back. Twirling around, she grabbed his foot and send him to the ground, paralyzed like the rest. Quickly growing bored with this test, Isabelle ran around the room in a circle, tapping the guards on the shoulder, which also sent them to the ground. In a matter of minutes, the whole room was covered in unmoving bodies.

"Very Good. Please exit the door in front of you" They said, and a door let out an echoing click before opening. Inside was a small room, with no windows and no other doors other than the one behind her. Sitting down, she knew this was her 'break'. On a single table was a tray of food, and she greedily dug in. In the other room she heard two people talking. Curious, she pressed her ear to the door.

"She's extraordinary. The effort and energy she uses to paralyze these people is very little. And look at them! They won't 'wake up' for another ten minutes!"

"I haven't even seen anyone else with a psychic power like hers. I'm not sure anyone else can paralyze people like that. This is such an opportunity. The government would greatly appreciate her service. She would be an excellent spy when she grows up."

"We should send her on a mission. Have you ever heard of the Connors family?"

"Wait, this young? She's only six! Of course I have heard of the Connors family. Do you really think she could capture them all?"

"Yes. She has some amazing potential. But would she do it? How can we be sure she would willingly paralyze fellow psychics."

"I have an idea."

Isabelle then only heard hushed whispers and could no longer tell what they were saying. Suddenly the door opened and Isabelle got up, ready to go back to her normal room. "We have another test." Isabelle frowned. Clearly they had other plans. The man led her through the room and he exited another door. It was the same white room with the same two-way mirror. The only person in the room was an older girl. Her sister.

"Isabelle?" She asked, confused.

"What are you doing here Alice? I thought they were running blood tests on you today?"

"They were... what am I supposed to be doing here?"

"Begin." The words echoed throughout the room. Isabelle again looked around for the noise. Not finding it, she frowned and turned back to her sister. Begin... begin what? Realizing what they intended to do, Isabelle folded her arms and looked at the mirror. "Not to my sister," she said in a huff. "Begin!" The words echoed, anger evident. Isabelle didn't want to paralyze her sister. they had promised never to use their powers on each other. Tears welled in Isabelle's eyes. "I can't" she said. "Not to her."

"what are they talking about Isabelle?"

"BEGIN!"

Isabelle let out a sob, then lunged forward, placing a hand on Alice's arm. "I'm sorry" she whispered, before paralyzing her. Alice fell to the ground and Isabelle tried her best to catch her (But failed). When the scientist said to go back to her normal room she insisted with staying with her sister until she woke up. They weren't very happy, but agreed. Ten minutes passed.

Then another ten minutes.

Then another.

And another.

Isabelle grew anxious as the minutes dragged on. She had never paralyzed someone for this long before. Very frightened, she peeked her head outside the door and caught one of the scientists. "I think something is wrong with Alice," she said.

Alice had gone into a coma-like state, according to the scientist. Isabelle stood frozen. She had done this. "Oh no." the scientist said, looking grave. "She... she just.... she just died." Isabelle looked to the him, and then her sister. He was right... she could no longer sense her comforting presence. Tears formed in Isabelle's eyes. Then she got up, crying and ran to the door and down the hall, leaving her sister behind. Leaving her memories behind. she never wanted to paralyze people again.

-end flashback-

Isabelle looked up to Vance in front of her. She didn't realize she was crying until a teardrop landed on her hand. Quickly wiping it away she gave a poor excuse "I have a really bad headache she said," but the sadness was apparent on her face, no matter how much she tried to hide it.

Isabelle turned away from the group, trying to think, and trying to get rid of her headache. She felt so weak right now, and faint, she was very shaky. When was the last time she had food? Pulling her backpack from her back, she searched in her bag for a simple candy bar. she felt a small glass bottle in her bag and peered in, momentarily confused as to what it was.

Isabelle jerked her hand out of her bag. It was her insulin bottles. Her blood sugar must be so low right now. Isabelle didn't tell many people that she is a type 1 diabetic. It isn't a big concern unless she ran out of her insulin bottles or had super low or high blood sugar. Isabelle fished a bottle out of her bag. She had exactly 12 left, and dozens of needles too. So hopefully she wouldn't run out in a while.
Isabelle put her hand out in front of her and it shook uncontrollably, a sign that her blood sugar was low. walking a little away from the group, she pulled a syringe from her bag and poked it into the lid of the bottle, pulled the plunger, and then injected the needle into herself, pushing out on the plunger. Carefully placing the bottle in her bag and the used syringe in a side pouch of her backpack which already contained several used syringes. She wasn't supposed to reuse them, but if she ever ran out and got desperate, she might have to so she keeps them with her.

Isabelle then got a candy bar out of her bag and greedily ate it, already feeling a little less shaky. She turned back to the group, hoping nobody had noticed what she had been doing. Walking back to them, she began to grow irritable and impatient. "So what next? What do we do with Rose?" she asked, nodding to the girl.
