Gender:Female
Species: Ursus maritimus, Polar bear
Height:6'5
Weight:268
Appearance: She has pure white hair that is short in the back and gathered in bunches on both sides of her face that frame a milk chocolate oval face. Kuma sports a well-muscled body of a woman with a voluptuous body. Clawed hands, small rounded ears and small tail that is white are the only real giveaways to her true nature. Kuma stands at a good 6â5 and has red triangular lines that point towards her eyes. There are two on both sides of her face and are red.
Unlike her sister, Kuma prefers to run than fight, not really the type for a direct confrontation. However due to this she wonât do anything to you unless provoked and she has a lot of patience. Because of her gentle nature most of the people of SAPH like her and treat her with the upmost care or at least better than those who often mess with the guards.
Flaws:
She canât stand the heat for long as she begins to over-heat.
She isnât the fast person around and if she does run she canât keep it up for very long as her body begins to over-heat.
Food Kuma must have consistent meals throughout the day
Kuma is due to the amount of energy she uses she must sleep for a certain amount of time which is about 5 hours at the least. This is usually between 7:00pm to about 8:30 in the morning. During that time itâs nearly impossible to wake her up as she is in a sort of hibernation state.
bein as large as she is Kuma can sometimes be slow on her movements. but when she lets it happen she can be pretty fast in defending herself.
unlike most of her fellow hybrids Kuma's sense of hearing is similar to that or a normal human beings, save for the fact that she was trained to hear the smallest sounds possible granted by her weak sense of hearing.
Talents:
She is capable of lifting many times her weight and maybe more as she grows older and swimming is natural to her.
Kumaâs sense of smell is astounding being able to smell things from a mile away while her sight is top notch
She is also a natural fighter as she simply lets instincts kick in with the help of natural balance and decent enough agility.
Stealth was what she was built for, most people and sometimes even other hybrids wont realize she's there until she gets you.
She can withstand extreme cold temperatures well below the freezing point.
never, ever provoke her, she will kill and unlike most other bears she will kill not maul and she will use whatever means nessasary to do so.
it has been shown that Kuma is extremely resilient, punch her and it wont really affect her much but if your as strong as she is it might hurt but not really.
Fears:
Losing Amur
Dying before being able to play in the snow without others around
SAPH
The heat
Kuma yawned, stretching out on the small ledge she sat on. Resting her head on her arms, pale blue eyes watching as people moved in and out of her habitat. At least thatâs what they called it; no one else occupied this room, only her, which suited her just fine as long as she was by herself there would be little possibility of her having to do something.
Looking at the clock, she blinked once to refocus her eyes and realized it was about time for her to go to sleep. Yawning again to reveal large canines and a soft pink tongue she thought of maybe turning the room temperature lower. But she thought better of it as it wasnât worth her time or moving from such a nice position. besides itâs too far anyway one white ear twitched at the sound of the door to her enclosure slid open. Despite it being pretty thick, to make sure she never broke the door down like last time, it slid open smoothly and with little sound. However that little sound was soon accompanied by the sound of multiple boots hitting the floor in an even succession. seven people, large and muscular that or they have armor on. But why would they need that for? Itâs not like I have any intention of eating them despite what they would like to think.
And she was right of course there were seven men, each one was a bear of a man and held a tranquilizer and a regular gun at their sides, just in case the tranqs didnât do the trick. what idiots, didnât Dr. Coleridge tell them my bed time, no point in bothering with them in the first place. Iâll go with them nice and easy so there would be no reason for me to fight them. That is if they made me and Iâd rather not deal with that. That train of thought lasted only for the few seconds it took for them to reach the rock ledge she laid out on. Blinking heavy eyes, Kuma strained her ears towards the soldiers wondering what it was they wanted. She would have said a greeting but her body was already beginning to go into the lull of sleep.
âWeâll need to take her in by force if we have to.â âBut look sheâs just staring at us, aww hell the doc was right she is falling asleep and there isnât a thing she can do.â âReally so what was the point in bringing in the guns?â âSo we can mess with her, duh!â Kumaâs eyes narrowed just the slightest, not that they would tell as they were already partially closed, it took all her might to try and stay awake. Her time of sleep was coming soon and there wasnât much she could do about it. She was perfectly fine with them being there but wondered what they meant by âmess with herâ. Unfortunately Kuma found out pretty quick when one of them poked her arm as if testing her. This irritated her as it took a while to find such a comfortable position so she growled a bit at them.
This made them laugh and step back but upon realizing she wasnât going to back up that growl creepy smiles crept onto their faces. Dropping their guns, they grabbed her from her ledge causing her to fall to the ground hard. A yelp escaped her lips and Kuma wished that she could move to tear off these bastards heads off for doing that too her. Now the growl from before came back but it was louder and more menacing but that didnât bother the soldiers. They began to hit her and one even tried to grope her of all things, this earned him a rather large slash mark across her face. That took the last of her willpower to stay awake and move and because of that she curled up knowing they would have no way of forcing her to uncurl, at least not yet anyway. And so began the beating, she could feel each blow and the smell of blood curled and pulled at her dull senses. But already it was too late for them to meet their satisfaction of seeing her whither in pain. Staring out into nothing the pull of dreamless sleep finally got the best of her and she blinked once, the darkness began to close in, blinked a second time, and finally a third and she was asleep.
