Gender: Female
Race: Looks human, due to ears being hidden by hair and tail also hidden. But is some kind of canine hybrid, most likely a wolf hybrid.
Appearance:

Clothing: Normally barefoot, a white top, a red skirt and a blue zip-up hoodie. When cold out she wears a brown jacket with straps. Occasionally she is seen in the complex with a short knee length yukata on. Her casual wear can vary: Mostly miniskirts and hoodies occasionally a turtleneck or a camisole with a collar or choker.
Occupation: Landlady
Likes: Meals with rice and meat, sake, occasionally smokes, pastries, sunny days, her gorilla roomate Sam
Dislikes: Prejudice, troublemakers, secretly dislikes humans (this comes in conflict with her dislike of prejudice, she doesn't show it though. Some may come out when she is heavily intoxicated), kendo
Personality: Karin is a generally happy-go-lucky type of person. Astonishingly friendly and welcoming. She has her boundaries though, but this rarely shows. It takes a lot to tick her off and then she would get serious, using even force in the most severe cases. Do not be persistently rude to her or show any form of prejudice within the apartment complex or you will wish you never did what you just did.
Background: Karin as a teenager was a foster child in the program herself. Her guardians, a couple, treated her like trash and she learned to suck it up until she was taken out of the family and put back with her biological parents. As a person with goals and strong willpower, she managed to build a successful business, now running a store, a medical technology firm and owning an apartment complex with thirty apartments. She hopes to never see her former guardians again and wishes for those in the complex to never have to experience what she experienced. She currently lives in a rooftop apartment with her cybernetic gorilla roommate Sam who somehow seems to have a somewhat closer relationship with her than just being friends.
Guardian: none
Relationship: A close relationship with her gorilla roommate Sam. More to be seen as a open relationship.
