Description: Tanned skin with loosely curly brown hair and blue eyes. Medium height and build. Bushy eyebrows. Typical attire includes jeans, a hollister shirt, and flip-flops.

Ability: Can turn into a medium-sized trout at will, and occasionally involuntarily

Personality: Harper is a bit peeved with his ability. He thinks that being a fish is incredibly useless, and wishes that instead of a trout he could at least be a shark. Despite the bad hand he was dealt, he still finds some perks in his ability and has assimilated it fully into his regular life style (but he will still complain about it when given the chance). He's a complainer, a bit of a whiner, and a wimp. He goes out of his way to avoid physical pain of any kind, and prefers to run rather than fight. Not exactly school-smart or street-smart, he does have a knack for making things, primarily miniature music boxes. Although he has no singing skill, he loves karaoke. A Family Guy/Tosh.O kind of guy, he derives much of his humor from pop-culture references. Sometimes he likes to pretend he doesn't get sarcasm just to mess with people. He tends to curse a lot, and is easily provoked. His bark is definitely worse than his bite, though, so don't get too scared if he starts yelling at you. It won't escalate, and he'll be the first to flinch. He's selfish except with people he truly cares about, primarily his younger sister. With ladies on the mind, he likes to fancy himself a lady's man, which at times results in disastrous moments. He is impulsive, hot-tempered, somewhat arrogant, and at times, idiotic. However, despite all the trouble he gets in, his heart is in the right place.

Weaknesses/Fears: Harper has an intense fear of heights that isn't quite a phobia, but very close to it. He prefers to have his feet on the ground or his fins in the sea. He also dries out quickly, so he avoids intense dry heat. He has to keep his skin moisturized, and sleeps in a tub filled with water rather than a bed. He also has a fear of birds, primarily those that prey on fish. This fear is intensified when he is in his fish form, but he still holds a strong dislike in his human form. When he is a fish, he doesn't have very many offensive or defensive qualities. He is a fairly fast swimmer, and can jump out of the water and smack people/animals with his tail, but that's about it. If he stays in his animal form for too long, his mind will start devolving to that of a fish and will have a hard time reverting back, if at all.

Biography: Born to an affluent family residing in New York, his lack of performance in school frustrated his father to no end. When it was discovered he had super abilities, his parents grew excited, but disappointment came swiftly when they discovered he could only turn into a fish. Since then, his father gave him the choice between a military academy and ASS. Obviously, Harper chose the latter. He has been at the Academy for a year, now, and finds the laissez-faire approach of the school liberating. However, despite his apathetic attitude towards his parents, he is still hurt by his father's disappointment in him and strives to please him one day.

Extra: He has a strong attachment to his younger sister, Sadie, who plays cello, calling her at least once a week. She nicknamed him Spielberg for his love of the film Jaws and his ability. He also has an extensive knowledge of the city sewer system, as he has traveled by it via toilet numerous times.
