{{History}}
Sachael was born on February 29th, a Leap Year baby. For the years that weren't Leap Years, he celebrated his birthday on March 1st. His parents are loving and caring, but his ancestry is foreboding, as he is the great, great grandson of the Archangel of Death, Azrael. Branded with Azrael for a last name, he was looked down upon by teachers and other students at school, and he didn't have many friends. He developed depression and low self esteem due to the shadow cast upon him by his great, great grandfather. He decided when he was 13 that he wanted to become a Guardian Angel and decided to go to school for doing just that. He wasn't happy just being a simple angel; he wished to protect those in need no matter what.

Now at Dobrev Academy, he tries his best to hide his ancestry from the others. He'd been there for some time, and though most other Trainees graduated at the age of 18, he took it upon himself to further his studies and is still at Dobrev Academy at the age of 19. He refuses to graduate until he has completely mastered his gift and his actions. He wishes to extinguish any possibility of becoming like his great, great grandfather. Sachael wants to be a Guardian Angel, not an Angel of Death, and he will stop at nothing to attain this dream.

It was seven in the morning, fifteen minutes until breakfast and an hour till morning classes started. As Roza brushed out and curled her hair, she heard her dorm-mates opening and closing their doors as they all left to get a good table and early seating. She knew some of her friends might already be there, as some of them rose from their dorms early to exercise in the school's gymnasium, but she didn't like to rush herself. In Russia, she always had infinite amounts of time to get herself ready, but Americans were always in a hurry so things moved much faster here. At first, she had always missed breakfast and first period just getting herself ready in the morning, but now she was accustomed to the fast paced life.

Sighing in happiness, she dabbed on some mascara before grabbing her bookbag and hoisting it over her shoulder. She wore a brightly colored romper covered with a black blazer, and black greek-styled sandals on her feet. Her lips were covered in cherry lip-gloss, which she bought after learning it was an American favorite, and her skin was naturally clear and olive-toned. Many of the other angels and even some of the humans watched her as she walked out of the dorm towards the mess hall, but she could tell from their auras that the only thing they wanted from her was a good time in bed.

Entering the mess hall, Roza spotted her friends sitting at a circular table in the corner and she walked over to them. As she neared the table, she smiled at Winston and said, "Hey, good-looking, how does it go?" She had learned this line from him last week, and she enjoyed using it. While it sounded a little strange with her accent, she knew he got the point. She sat down next to him and greeted her other friends.

"Who is excited for 5th period test?" Roza asked as she snatched an apple from Winston's tray, taking a bite out of it with a cheesy smile in his direction.

Sachael had awoken early to go to the gymnasium to exercise. It was 5am when he arrived there, knowing full well that no one would be there that early. He walked over to the weights and began his exercise for the day. When he finally finished with his leg workouts, he looked up at the clock on the wall. 6:20am. "Better start getting ready for breakfast.." he sighed to himself as he stood, more students now in the gym. He kept his head down as he walked out of the double doors, sweat dripping from his forehead and down his temples. When he got back to his dorm room, he opened the door quietly, ignoring anyone that might have been in the hallway and shut the door behind him softly after entering. He sighed again and set his gym bag on his bed. He stripped down and headed into the bathroom for a shower. The cool water felt good against his skin, but he made sure not to take too long. He stepped out onto the bath mat, grabbing a towel from the rack and dried off. He stepped over to the mirror and looked at himself in it, checking his scruff to make sure it wasn't overgrowing. He roughed up his hair a bit to create a slightly messy, bedhead-like effect. He dressed himself and looked at the time again. 6:50am. He decided to go to the mess hall early so that he could grab a table for himself and his few friends.

On his way down to the mess hall, he passed several other angels that gave him weird looks as usual and also passed some of the humans. He stared down at the ground, trying to avoid all eye contact. Since he'd decided not to graduate and stay behind at Dobrev, he'd started to get stared at more and more. When he finally arrived, he quickly grabbed himself a tray and got cereal and a peach from the staff there. He then turned and walked toward a circular table that had enough seats for himself and his friends. Though he never really spoke much to the group, he considered them to be friends regardless. He sat down and waited for the others to arrive.

As they arrived and took their seats with their food, he stared down at his bowl of cereal, playing with it and not really eating it. He hadn't taken a bite yet and didn't particularly want to, so he picked up his peach instead and began to eat that. Just then he saw Roza some in. "Hey, good-looking, how does it go?" she said to Winston. Sachael laughed inwardly, making sure not to show his amusement outwardly as she might take it the wrong way. Winston was always teaching her new "American phrases," and she sure did love using them. "Who is excited for 5th period test? she asked, smiling at Winston as she snatched the apple from his tray. I don't know if I'd use the word excited.. Sachael thought to himself, still not speaking outright to the others. He continued eating his peach and played with his cereal a bit more, hoping someone else would break the awkward silence over the group so that he wouldn't have to.

Aneal had woken up at 4:30 am, like every morning. After a quick shower, just to get the sweat from the nightmare she had during the night off her body and proceeded to spend the next three hours training in her room. It was larger then the rest of the rooms sense she wasnt a student and it was decorated how she liked; the walls painted a dark purple, a small bright teal couch sat against the wall with large windows facing her mounted flat screen, thick velvet curtains in a deep forest green blocked out the early morning sun light. Her bedroom was hidden from view by decorative screens, but she knew the bed was a mess of jewel tones like the rest of her room. Shaking her head away from her distracted thoughts Aneal finished the three hundred sit ups she was working on, moving on to basic defensive moves against an invisible opponent. Her dark hair bounced around as she moved from one move to the next quickly, her toned muscles rolling under her barley tanned skin like the waves that lap at the shore. A loud alarm blasted through the room, the annoying voice of Miley Cyrus sang about a wreaking ball caused Aneal to leap gracefully over one of her comfy lounge chairs to reach her cell phone. As soon as she silenced the blasted thing she hurriedly took a shower.

It didnt take long for Aneal to shower and blow dry her hair, quickly she did her normal makeup routine of mascara and chap stick. Taking a moment to look at her appearance she couldnt help but smile, her doe like pale golden eyes were framed by her naturally thick eye lashes that were accented perfectly by the mascara and her plump lips looked moist by the chap stick. Her skin was clear and her hair was having a good day so it hung in loose waves down her back, framing Aneal's face and making her skin look like creamy tea. Turning she darted out of her small attached bathroom and made her way to the dove gray wardrobe. Pulling out a dark burgundy tank top she matched with dark washed skinny jeans and her combat boots. The clock on her wall said it was 6:45 so Aneal existed her room while slinging on her leather jacket, its loose sleeves easily hiding the weapons the Academy had approved of her carrying.

Looking around Aneal noticed that most of the students were mingling and that her fellow Guardians of the school were as well. To the human students, they were just campus police, but the angels knew the truth and for the most part showed respect. Then again, most of the school guardians were once guardian angels but they had lost their charges under conditions they couldnt control. A small frown crossed her face momentarily breaking the dreamy look her face normally held. Aneal didnt know if the students would respect her because of how young she is. Sighing as a thickly accented voice cut through the air,"Hey, good-looking, how does it go?" cocking her head at the sound she smiled one of her few but true smiles. Golden aura, another spirit user. Picking up her pace she got closer to the table she noticed that one of the boys at the tables aura was pained, scared even and that small frown graced her lips again. She knew him, he had been in her grade and she had heard he had stayed behind. Aneal masked her feelings of confusion before turning her attention to the other boy who was pouting at spirit girl sense she had stolen his apple though Aneal couldnt begin to understand why sense he had a mountain of food on his table ranging from fried chicken and ribs to eggs and bacon.

It didnt take her long to realize she had been staring at the group, "Hello, Sachael? Im sorry to be rude I dont know you guys. Im Aneal Corvus, school Guardian." Aneals voice was like satin, flowing smoothly without hiccup from her throat and into the air around them the last part of her statement had been directed at Roza and Winston. Feeling eyes on her, Aneal turned and glared at the group of seniors at a table near by. She remembered them, they had been terrorizing a weaker classmate near the end of last year and she had quickly put a stop to it and healed the young boy at the same time. Obviously they remembered the pain of last years encounter because the whole group scurried away.

At 6:25 in the morning Winston finally managed to pull himself out of bed, his blonde hair sticking up in all directions from passing out at midnight with it soaking wet. The lanky boy groaned and whined the whole time, as if there was someone he was complaining too. With one last push, he flipped onto the cold hard ground and literally crawled to the small bathroom were he used the counter to stand. If it wasnt already obvious Winston isnt much of a morning person. Washing his face, he stretched and yawned before running his wet hands through his hair, taming it to some degree. Stumbling to his closet, he pulled out a black tee shirt and proceeded to pull on the jeans he wore the day before. He didnt bother with his jacket today, one because he split grape soda on it the day before and two he knew today was going to be a warm one by the sun shine the poured into his room.

Darting from his room Winston was able to make it into the cafeteria right as they started serving meaning he was able to pile his plate high. Sitting at his normal spot he waited for his friends as he downed his first cup of black coffee knowing full well he was going to need at least three more before he was anywhere near normal. Smiling and nodding politely at Sacheal, he was happy that the quite boy was the only one out their group currently there so Winston had at least a few more minutes to stew over the early morning. "Hey, good-looking, how does it go?" the loud, cutting Russian accented voice of his favorite person drifted to him and his grin widened. Just by seeing Roza he felt better. Laughing, he shock his head at how his phrase sounded coming from her mouth.

"It goes good sexy lady." Winston replied before pouting at Roza for stealing his apple, he didnt really want the apple. He had way to much food as it was, but that didnt mean anyone could steal his food. Not even Roza, who he considered his best friend. "Who is excited for 5th period test?Still pouting he caught sight of a beautiful girl walking over too their table, there was something about the grace of her steps at made him feel uncomfortable before she even spoke. Turning his attention to Roza he answered her question about the English test they had today, "Totally, I mean whats better then tests? Am I right Sach?.". Then the spooky girl spoke,"Hello, Sachael? Im sorry to be rude I dont know you guys. Im Aneal Corvus, school Guardian." Being the polite boy his mother raised he nodded to her and answered. "Im Winston, this is Roza." He answered pointing at himself then at Roza.

"Totally, I mean, what's better than tests? Am I right, Sach?" Sachael sighed at Winston's remark, groaning slightly. Then he watched as the School Guardian came toward the table. Sachael knew her, as they'd been in the same class, but he stayed behind while she graduated. "Hello, Sachael? I'm sorry to be rude. I don't know you guys. I'm Aneal Corvus, School Guardian." "I'm Winston; this is Roza," Winston said to Aneal. Sachael kept quiet and continued to poke at his cereal with his spoon. There were still a few bites left of his peach, so he finished it quickly and decided to finally actually eat the cereal he'd been playing with. Now soggy, the cereal broke apart the instant it entered his mouth and he made a face at the texture. He debated spitting it out but knew that it would be useless. He swallowed the cereal lump reluctantly and chose to leave the rest of it and stop eating.

He wondered where Elline was, as she hadn't showed up to breakfast yet. Sachael looked at the watch on his left wrist. 7:30am. He figured she'd probably overslept, but nonetheless, he was worried. He was always worried about his friends, worried about them getting themselves into trouble or worse. Sachael had heard of the Nosferat, but he'd never seen any in person. He always hoped that he'd never have to encounter one, as he'd heard they were extraordinarily strong beings. "Where's Elline..?" Sachael said to Winston very softly, making sure only he could hear him. Winston was just about the only friend Sachael actually felt comfortable talking to. The girls made him nervous, as he was afraid of their judgement.

Roza laughed when Winston responded to her phrase, and again when he pouted at her steal. Winston was always a good source of entertainment for her, mainly because they responded so well to each other. "Totally. I mean, what's better than tests? Am I right, Sach?" Winston asked Sachael, and he only sighed. It was as good a reaction as you would get from their silent friend, but Roza sensed something else off from his body language, so she pulled up his aura. She saw greens, blues, and flecks of gold, not uncommon for an Angel, but overriding all of those was a deep purple that flared at the edges and weaved itself in-between all the colors. Just as she was going to ask him why he was so worried, a overwhelming sense of gold clouded her vision and she gasped, looking up at the Guardian Angel who had approached their table. She hadn't heard the Angel approach since she had been so focused on Sachael, so to suddenly see an intensely golden aura in front of her was a shock.

She hardly heard Winston introduce her as she continued to stare at Aneal. Realizing she must look rather awkward, she cleared her throat and shook her head. "I am sorry...you...your aura, it is--" She knew she sounded incoherent, so she just decided to clamp her mouth shut and look down at her apple. She had never seen another person with that aura, and she wondered if it meant another spirit user.

Cocking her head to the side Aneal smiled gently, "Very gold?" a soft laugh fluttered out of her mouth as she answered Roza's unasked question. "Yeah, its a very unique color that comes with the territory. Yours is as well so you know." Aneal continued, gracefully sitting down beside Sachael. Cocking her head at him, she set on observing his aura, a delicate frown gracing her face before she turned her attention back to Roza. Though Aneal had seen the golden auras in the past she had never been able to speak to them, mostly because they were just visiting the campus. "What all can you do with it so far?" Aneal was being careful with what she said, not knowing how much Winston and Sahael knew about Roza's gift, because she didnt want to be the one to out Roza's special gift to her friends if she didnt want them to know. When she allowed people to know about hers she had been treated as a novelty, like a toy brought out to show off and to use. Aneal had fallen into a deep a dark hole that took all of her strength to climb out of. Cocking her head she waited patently for the others to say something, though her eyes were focused on Roza.

Winston was leaning forward, his eyes trained on Aneal. His face lost of its normal humor, pulling Roza close to him he kept his arm around her waist before turning to Sachael. "I heard Ellie was sick, some sort of cold I guess." he shrugged, still half paying attention to the girls conversation. He knew he came off cold but compared to Roza or Sachael, he wasnt that close to Ellie, she was a friend yes, but he was closer to Sachael in a way only guys can be and Roza, he was pretty much his other half. They had alot of the same personality traits. Turning to Aneal and Roza, his eyes narrowed as he watched the Guardian sit gracfully next to his shy friend. He didnt like when his friends were uncomfortable and he had a feeling his already quite friend wouldnt talk at all while she sat at the table.

Roza tensed slightly as Aneal sat down next to Sachael. She knew that their quiet friend didn't do well around the female variety, and it seemed that her and Winston both had the same thought in mind that Sach was already soft spoken enough as it was without bringing a stranger into the mix. None the less, she was curious in the Guardian with the golden aura, and wanted to know more. "What all can you do with it so far?" Aneal asked after commenting on Roza's aura, and Roza shifted uncomfortably. Winston put his arm around her waist as he leaned in to talk to Sachael, and she moved ever so slightly towards him. While her friends knew that she hadn't declared any of the usual elements and that she could do some strange things, Winston was the only one who knew the entirety of the strangeness. He also knew how uncomfortable she felt talking about them, because of her fear that everyone would look at her strangely. She was already the odd girl from Russia, why add spirit into the mix? Roza didn't get many chances to talk to Sachael, but she was pretty sure he had picked up on her talents over that past year as well.

"Little things," she said, her accent making her consonants crisp. "Auras, as you found, um, I can...what's the word...heal? I can heal certain ailments or injuries. And, also, the dreams," Roza's eyes glanced quickly at Winston and Sachael as she tried not to talk too much about her abilities. Sachael was a water-gifted Angel, so he knew slightly what it was like for her with the magic, but he could pull it from nature. Her talents always took something out of her, but she never could put her finger on why. She just always seemed in a worse off mood when she practiced than when she didn't. Realizing she had cut herself off mid-sentence, she cleared her throat and unknowingly curled her shoulders in a little, as if she rejected her very own words. "If I focus on people, at night, I sometimes can...talk to them. Back in Russia, this happened many times, but no person every mentioned it, so I thought I had made dream up, but it just...felt...real. Do you know?"

She knew it was unwise of her to be asking so many questions of a stranger, regardless if she had implied that she may be a spirit user as well. But, Roza knew that if Aneal was truly a spirit user, then this was a chance she couldn't just pass up because she was uncomfortable.

Sachael shifted uncomfortably as Aneal sat beside him. He was already slightly uncomfortable with her presence, as he could feel her watching him, staring at him, seemingly trying to read his thoughts or something of the sort; however when she sat beside him, he kept his gaze down at his lumpy cereal and continued to poke at it awkwardly. He shifted a tad closer to Winston, trying to make even just the slightest bit more space between him and Aneal. "What all can you do with it so far?" Aneal asked, directing the question toward Roza, who still seemed to be in a bit of shock over Aneal's presence. Sachael knew Roza could sense something about auras, or something, but he wasn't entirely clear on her abilities. Something had been said about gold, but Sachael was feeling too uncomfortable to completely pay attention. He watched as Winston put his arm around Roza's waist, pulling her into him slightly. He sighed slightly, looking back to his cereal. Sachael had always been somewhat jealous of Winston's personality, as Sachael didn't particularly enjoy being the silent, brooding one of the group.

Roza started talking about some of the things she could do, like healing and something about dreams, but Sachael didn't pay much attention still. He continued to poke at his cereal with his spoon, becoming more and more disgusted with the mushy lump in the bowl by the second. Why can't it be time to go to class already.... Sachael thought to himself, wishing and wanting to be away from the girl he had originally supposed to have graduated with. Her presence made him feel severely uncomfortable, and he felt as though she was judging him, either based on the fact that he didn't graduate or the fact that his 'aura' was off, or something of the sort. He sighed again, wishing the day to just be over. He was already exhausted at this point. Not much had happened but it was enough to put him over the edge emotionally.

Elline still felt sick to her stomach from the sight of her blood from the previous evening. Heck, she still felt sick now, just thinking about it.

She awoke in the hospital wing at dawn, once again. Sunlight streamed through the window onto the bed, and she groaned slightly, huddling into a ball. She'd had the nightmare again. She yawned, and stifled the yawn with her hand, before sliding her bare feet over the side until they rested on the cold floor. She shivered slightly. She wanted to get outside, meet with her friends, perhaps.

At the end of the bed, a set of her clothes was at the end of the bed. It was a simple jumper and leggings, along with a pair of converse. She gratefully slipped them on, grateful to not have to wear the horrid scratchy hospital gown anymore. The only reminder of her slip-up the previous evening was the white bandage wrapped carefully around her left hand. She flexed her fingers slightly, getting the feeling for the bandage on her hand. She still felt pretty embarrassed with herself - she had managed to cut her hand while practicing with her Mom's dagger, the one that killed the Nosferatu in the woods. It had bled, and made her pass out. No real biggie. It was common with Elline.

What Ellie really wanted to do, though, was get up onto the roof of the school. But it was dawn, and the sun was coming up fast. She checked the time. 6:30. She'd slept longer than she had expected. Only problem with that was, she had to watch her mother dying over and over again, as if the record was on repeat. She pressed her hands to her forehead, sitting on the bed for a moment, before she decided that she'd watch the sun rise on the roof. She had half an hour. What harm would it do, really?

A few moments later, Elline was up on the roof, watching the sun rise over the trees. She felt peaceful, and the height put her mind on something other than nightmares and blood. She sat there for a while, until she heard people moving in the dorms below. Hastily, she clambered down, realizing she'd been up there a little longer than she had expected to be. Her hand throbbed beneath the bandage, almost making her fall from the climb down several times. She made it down safely after a few minutes, and she hurried around to the mess hall. She was hungry, despite getting nauseous last night, and so she decided she'd get a bite to eat before breakfast.

She hurried to the mess hall, to catch up with her friends. She grabbed a piece of bread as she hurried past a basket full of bread, and picked at it as she passed. As she reached her friends, she practically leaped into her seat, but with much less enthusiasm than normal. She still felt sick, even if she felt better in general.

"Just for your information, Win, it'll take more than a cold to put me out of action. Jeez, you act like a cold's a serious illness or something." She shot him a cheeky grin to show she was joking, before picking apart large chunks of bread, before she flexed her wrist. Her hand still throbbed slightly, reminding her of last night once more. She winced for a second, before replacing it with a smile. She hated looking weak when she already knew that she didn't look exactly tough in itself. She nudged Sachael, who she had sat next to, offering a slight smile. "You alright today, Sach?" She muttered so he could hear her, but only just. With that, she bit into the bread again, her plan effectively calming her stomach.

She didn't notice the other two girls until much later. She only really picked up on their presence when they started discussing gold auras. Confused, she looked up, and noticed a graduated Angel along with Roza, similar to her own age. She smiled up at them from her seat, before resting her head on her arms. The sleep-deprivation was beginning to show, whether she liked it or not. She sighed through her nose, before pulling herself up. She picked at the bread, no longer eating it. "Sooo..." She began slowly. "You two having fun discussing powers over there?" She smiled again before pressing her hands to her forehead again, trying not to fall asleep, which was quite normal for Ellie.

Sachael was still focused on his cereal when he saw a familiar pair of Converse leaping into the seat next to him, on the side Aneal wasn't on. "Just for your information, Win, it'll take more than a cold to put me out of action. Jeez, you act like a cold's a serious illness or something." Suddenly, Elline was nudging Sachael. "You alright today, Sach?" she asked softly so that even he could barely hear her before taking another bite of her bread. Sachael looked up at her, looking her in the eyes for a brief second, before turning his gaze back to his cereal. He hoped she'd understand how he felt without him having to say anything, especially with Aneal there. Why hasn't the bell rung yet? I just want to get out of here.. Sachael thought inwardly, hoping to dear god that the bell would ring within the next minute or so.

Without moving his head, Sachael focused his eyes on Elline's Converse. They were familiar to him and comforting in a way, since Elline was probably the closest female friend that he had, even though they weren't particularly very close. Sachael continued to stare at Elline's shoes, lost in his thoughts. He'd known Ellin for a little while now, and to him, she was the most beautiful girl in the school. She had a fire in her that he couldn't explain, but he was inexplicably drawn to its warmth and glow.

He'd known Elline for a little while now, and to him, she was the most beautiful girl in the school. Winston had zoned out of the powers conversation between the two Spirit Angels. Instead, he'd focused on Ellie's little quip at him, which he rolled him eyes at and poked at his mountain of eggs and bacon, before chewing on the end of the fork. It took him a few minutes, before he realized what he was doing, before eating the eggs with his fork, even though the mouthfuls were slightly too big to be called so. He squeezed his hand on Roza's hip. She always made him feel better. Her russian accent was almost soothing. Almost.

He focused on her previous conversation, trying to remember her words. He grinned when he remembered her comment about dreams, and decided to comment back with a flirtatious little; "Oh? So who's dreams did you visit last night, sexy lady?" Although it wasn't too loud like he'd expected it to be. He decided not to react to that and pretended that was how it was supposed to be. He tried not to focus on the other Angel girl, because even though he may flirt with her in the future, she looked like she could bite his head off if he did it wrong - and from the reactions of the other Seniors from the table one over, she had a reputation that said that she would and could. Winston poked his fork in his mouth and chewed it again. The metal against his teeth was definitely not good for them, but definitely felt good.

After a few minutes, he remembered Roza's question about the 5th period test. Then he realized he had no idea what 5th period even was, or if he'd even studied for it. Hah. More than likely not. "Uhh, what's fifth period again?" He muttered, mostly to Roza or Sach, although Ellie was now sat in the middle of the only other guy in the group. She wasn't his most favorite person in the world - Roza took that spot, and then Sach, but she wasn't too far behind. He considered her a friend, but really wished he could ask his brooding friend the question about what test he was supposed to have studied for that evening instead of revising flirts to use.

(Sorry about this, but I guess it has to be done :c I really hope this is okay!)

Sachael smiled to himself when Winston asked what fifth period was. Typical Winston, always either not paying attention or simply not caring. Sachael knew that Winston probably hadn't studied for the test and that that was why he was slightly concerned, but Sachael knew Winston better than that. Winston was smart and didn't particularly need to study much, and Sachael knew that. He knew that better than anyone, except maybe Roza. Sachael looked at the Russian girl, noticing Winston's slightly tighter grasp on her waist. He sighed inwardly, wishing he could be that close with someone. This thought cause Sachael to turn to look at Ellie out of the corner of his eye.

Ellie was very beautiful, both in looks and personality. Sachael was drawn to her, even though it was still difficult for him to talk to her too much. Sachael leaned in toward Winston. "Isn't fifth period History? Or is it English?" He paused for a moment. "Honestly, I didn't study for it, so I wouldn't worry too much.. If you didn't study, and we both fail, at least we failed together.." Sachael smiled softly before turning back to his cereal mush.

Aneal smiled softly at the young spirit user, though she was only a year younger. Aneal had learned much about her gift over the years, and she had seen a few on her rounds as a Guardian Angel before returning to campus, but Roza was the first one she was able to have an honest conversation with. "Little things," she said, her accent making her consonants crisp. "Auras, as you found, um, I can...what's the word...heal? I can heal certain ailments or injuries. And, also, the dreams," Roza seemed to move more towards inside her self, almost subconsciously moving her body closer to Winston's. Aneal noticed their relationship, but could tell from their auras that there was nothing official there yet. Never the less, the two cared about each other a great deal. That was obvious. "If I focus on people, at night, I sometimes can...talk to them. Back in Russia, this happened many times, but no person every mentioned it, so I thought I had made dream up, but it just...felt...real. Do you know?" The way Roza looked at her, as if she was the only person who held all of the answers, was almost disconcerting. Aneal knew she was a natural born leader, but having a student look towards you with such wonder and hope that you might be as strange as her, well, kind of nerve-racking. While she noticed that Sachael, as quiet as ever, was only focusing menially on the conversation, Winston seemed to know everything that Roza was talking about. She knew that she should still be careful with her word choice, but she felt better knowing that Roza had someone to talk to.

"Yes, I do know what you are referring to," Aneal said carefully. "I can help you if you want. After school, I mean." Aneal offered, with a brief glance at Winston and then at Sachael, who seemed to be conversing comfortably with another addition to the teens' table. This made Aneal feel much better about Sachael's mental state, noticing that his aura perked up substantially around her. With a nod at the two boys and meaningful look at Roza, Aneal stood and went off to find her fellow campus Guardians and prepare for the humans morning martial-arts classes.

Roza blinked briefly at Aneal, surprised that this Angel knew exactly what she had been experiencing. Keeping well aware of the mental safety she felt as her aura connected with Winston's. Usually she wasn't this forthcoming with the flirting and such, but Roza always turned to Winston when something was bothering her, and this new Guardian Angel was certainly something that should have bothered her. Roza nodded, almost imperceptibly. She would find Aneal later, after school was let out. This was something that needed further exploration by Roza's curious mind. She spaced out of the boys and Ellie's conversation for a small portion, instead thinking about Aneal and the future opportunities this might allow her. Were there any other Spirit abilities that Roza didn't know about? Would Aneal be able to teach her how to control things like her dream-visits and odd points of mental instability? Roza was mulling this over in her mind just as Winston startled her into the conversation, answering her question about the test she had forgotten since Aneal's visit.

"5th period...English and literacy. I take it by your look that you did not study?" Roza joked. Glancing at Ellie, she winked. Ellie was much like a younger sister to Roza, even though it was sometimes she who helped Roza with the ups and downs of the English language. Winston helped plenty as well, but there was only so far sarcastic and flirty quips could go.

Ellie noticed Roza's look of surprise - it was quite obviously shocked that the other angel had also experienced what she was. Ellie felt quite sorry for her - she had no idea what developing powers would be like. She pinched a bit of soft bread between her fingers and molded it into a ball, no longer hungry. She still had no appetite from earlier - and her hand reminded her of it. She sniffed a little, pressing her fingers into her temples. She was trying desperately not to fall asleep - a consequence of constant nightmares. She shook her red hair a little and sniffed, catching a glance at Winston squeezing Roza's waist a little tighter. She avoided the scene and shifted her gaze to Sach. She wished she could cheer him up a lot more than she knew she could - although the two were close, she knew she could never share the same bond as he did with Winston, which, for some reason, made her slightly jealous. However, she did have Roza, and she knew that Roza would help put her mind at ease. Ellie trusted Roza with her life. She was like the big sister she used to have, one that she couldn't quite remember anymore, that had laid down her life to rescue her.

Ellie bit back tears. She didn't want to remember her family, not now. She faked a sneeze, and used the time to wipe away tears that had spiked at the corners of her eyes, and then her nose. She was getting pretty good at concealing her thoughts and feelings - not that she could hide them from Roza or this new angel - what was her name? Aneal? Yeah.

Ellie looked up to catch Roza's wink, and she grinned back, before watching as Aneal left. She hadn't exactly studied for the test either, but she was pretty confident anyway. She could probably revise quickly with Sach or Roza before fifth period anyway. And she needed to talk to Roza, too. She'd had an idea while she was in the hospital wing which she wished to share, but she thought she would share it when they were alone. It was about her powers, and considering how shaky she was on the subject, she decided it would be fairer that if she were to ask a question at all, it would be alone.

Ellie glanced over at Sach once again, before directing her gaze to his cereal. It was a mush, and she didn't think it would be that appealing to anyone. She decided she would ask the group something. "Does anyone wanna come up on the roof?" It was nice up on the roof - at least to her - and they still had a few minutes before class, at least, and they could probably kill it up on the roof.

"Does anyone wanna come up on the roof?" Ellie asked, probably hoping to kill a little time before class as usual. Sachael knew how much she liked being up there, so he nodded in agreement, also wanting to kill some time and to get away from all the people in the mess hall for a while. He stood, taking his disgusting cereal to the trash and tossing it. He then looked to Ellie as if to say "let's go to the roof," hoping that she'd follow. Sachael loved Ellie very dearly, but being as quiet as he was, he could never really tell her something like that.

He hoped Winston and Roza would come to, as Sachael didn't feel entirely comfortable being up on the roof alone with Ellie, even if he did secretly wish it could be so. Though Sachael knew Ellie didn't feel that way about him. Sachael knew that he was slightly in over his head with her, but he couldn't help himself. She's beautiful and fun, but Sachael couldn't imagine that she'd have feelings for him beyond being a friend.

Roza pushed her food tray away, suddenly not very hungry. Meeting another Spirit user excited her, yes. But at the same time, it deeply frightened her. Sure, she wasn't the mental freak she thought she was, but the way Aneal was making it sound, there was more to her powers. Much more. She was already scared of them enough as at it was, why did there have to be more?

Her head perked up a bit as Ellie mentioned the roof and she smiled, ridding her heart of all her worries. Looking at Ellie's aura, she could see happiness and exhaustion, but also golden where her aura touched Sach's. His looked the same, the sadness depleting before her very eyes the longer he was around her. Looking at Winston but not choosing to bring his aura into it, she smiled. "I will go if you will," she said. There was only five minutes till the first class, so she knew that by agreeing to this they would all probably miss it, but she never liked history anyway.

Winston was still chewing on his fork when Ellie suggested the rooftop visit. He shrugged, before finishing off his mountain of food with a few quick forkfuls. He nodded his approval of the plan, not wanting to agree with a full mouth. He swallowed and released Roza's waist. he placed his fork on his plate, and immediately revealed a pack of chewing gum in his pocket, before popping two into his mouth. He didn't care that it was breakfast - it was chewing gum, and chewing was his thing. He stuck his hands in his leather jacket and shrugged, waiting for Ellie to lead the way.

Ellie was glad that the others wanted to come up onto the roof with her. It made her happy to share her little place with the rest of the group, and she enjoyed the fact that she could take them there. She stood up gracefully, (Careful not to stand up too fast - she didn't want to faint again that day) and headed out of the mess hall, occasionally glancing back to make sure she could see the others. She noticed Winston had his hands in his jacket, and giggled slightly. He looked rebellious, and somebody that she knew Winston was not. She headed outside and headed to the easiest place to get up onto the roof, before climbing the wall with relative ease. She made sure to point out all of the foot and handholds to the others so that they could get up, too, before she sat up there with her legs dangling over the edge, keeping an eye on her friends. She could see out over the trees, and once again admired the view.

Winston came up first, and Ellie pointed out all the hand holds to him. At one point he almost slipped, and Ellie had to hurriedly climb down and give him a hand, before showing him the way up the wall, before finally pulling him up and over the gutter at the top of the roof. He sat away from the edge, while Ellie sat in her normal place at the edge of the roof, grinning down to the rest of them. "You all okay?" She asked them, shouting down from the roof. "We'll stay for a few minutes and then we can go to class, I guess." She smiled again, although just slightly. Her hand throbbed a little, from the exertion. She didn't mind it, though, she knew how to ignore it. She sat on the roof and pointed the hand holds out once again.

Sachael watched each of them climb up onto the roof, deciding to be the last one to go up in case someone lost their grip and started to fall. When everyone was up, he climbed up himself and plopped himself down between Winston and Ellie. Sachael noticed that Ellie smelled rather sweet, but he couldn't quite put his finger on what the scent was. He put his hands down behind him and leaned back on his arms a bit, relaxing. Do we have to go to class? Sachael wondered to himself, realizing that their first class was history and that he very much disliked the subject. Not only was he terrible at it, his own history haunted him enough. He didn't need to know all of the other bad things that'd happened in the world as well; he had his own demons to fight.

He shifted his gaze toward Ellie, being careful to only move his eyes and not his head. He poured over her, looking at every feature, from her long, auburn hair to her freckles that looked like they'd been sprinkled across her nose very gently. He realized he'd been staring at her from the corner of his eyes for what seemed like forever, so he averted his gaze in attempt to make sure no one had seen what he was doing. He couldn't help himself with Ellie, though. "Do we have to go to class....?" Sachael said very quietly under his breath so that his words were inaudible to Roza, but barely audible to Winston and Ellie.

Roza looked up at the sun contentedly as she sat next to Winston. She noticed Sachael sitting between the two of them instead of beside her which would have been the easiest positioning, but she didn't say anything. She had long grown accustomed to Sach's shyness, and by now it was almost second nature for her to be the odd man out in his mind. She looked at his aura again and was pleased to find his mood had evened out quite a bit since being in Ellie's presence.

"It is interesting being up here, no? Four of us, watching sun rise," she said. In any other setting, her accent would have been rough and cutting, but she knew her friends were used to it and that Winston in particular didn't seem to mind. She often wished her words sounded nicer like the Americans, but she knew it was a mark of her heritage, and she didn't want to forget it.

Sachael mumbled something, but it wasn't for her ears. Again, she didn't mind, knowing that it wasn't personal. Waiting for one of them to respond, she laughed suddenly, pushing Winston a little and running to the edge of the roof. Below her, there was a solid balcony leading to student dorms and the rec rooms. She turned her head and smiled teasingly. "Who is going to catch me if I jump?"
