History
Living in Hungary for most of her life, Victoria did her best to hide from the evil Nosferatu her parents had always warned her about. When she was 23, she was targeted by a Nosferat due to her beauty. Wanting her for his own, he turned her against her will. He gave her the gift of Compulsion, and even though he thought that she was now his, she used her new Compulsion to cause him to kill himself. Bitter over being transformed, she began killing and feeding on innocent humans that were out just a little too late after dark. From the first kill, she realized that because she was once human, she could feel the pain and fears of those that she killed.

After a few more years of living in Hungary, Victoria relocated to Montana, where she knew she'd be able to hide. She came upon a small group of Nosferatu who accepted her. In order to hide her sympathy and empathy from the others, she put on a front, playing with any victim she claimed. She called this "Voodoo," as she played with her victims as if they were mere puppets and not living creatures. To the group, she became known as Voodoo because of this, and since she had to continue to keep up the front, she developed a guilty conscience over using her "Voodoo" and Compulsion on innocents in order to keep up her illusion.

Because of her undying loyalty to the group, their leader appointed her as a sort of vice leader to the group, a position she didn't like but couldn't refuse.

So begins...

As Victoria pondered the group's next move, sitting by the firepit within their den, one of the younger Nosferats came to her. "Voodoo.." he said shyly, his head down in her presence. "What is it? Spit it out," she growled harshly, already annoyed by him. "The leader.." he paused; Victoria shot him a look that told him to spit out whatever he had to say or he'd never speak again. Gulping, he continued: "The leader....is dead." Victoria stared at the Nosferat for a moment, trying to grasp what he was saying. "Excuse me?" she said, her eyes showing severe displeasure in what she was being told. "He was hunting near the town, but he wasn't being as careful as he thought he was.." he paused again, swallowing. "They killed him on sight.." The young Nosferat bent his head down even further. Victoria, angry with both the young Nosferat and their apparently incompetent former leader, dug her sharp nails into the arm of the chair she was sitting in. "How many of the others know?" The young Nosferat looked at her, seemingly dumbfounded. "You're currently blinding me with your incompetence! How many of the others know?!" At this point, she was fuming. What the hell am I going to do now? With the leader gone.. she paused mid thought and stood. I'm going to have to take over..

She turned to the young Nosferat angrily. "Since you've still yet to answer my question, I'm going to assume that none of the others know. You will tell every single one of them. Now get out," she said angrily. The young Nosferat stood there stupidly, unwavering. "Get out!!" she screeched, throwing the wooden chair she'd been sitting in at the wall behind the young Nosferat, watching as it shattered to pieces, frightening the Nosferat out of the area. Victoria felt drained at this point. It wasn't that she was angry at the young Nosferat; she was angry at their - now - former leader. She wasn't a mean soul, but she knew she had to keep up appearances in front of the Nosferats in the group. What am I going to do..? she thought to herself, puzzled. She knew she was going to have to step up in their former leader's place, but she also knew that she loathed the idea.

Voodoo looked around the room, still furious at the fact that their leader had been so careless. Though she knew that he was inattentive and downright imbecilic at times, but she never thought his downfall would come so swiftly, so soon. She stormed out of the small room into the common room of the cavern. She looked around angrily at all of the Nosferats that were standing about, seemingly dumbfounded about finding out that their leader was now gone. "Listen up!" She began, her eyes scanning the smallish crowd of Nosferats that were now going to be under her "rule," so to speak. "With the leader gone, I will assume that position from now on." Pausing, she looked around to see the reactions of the others before continuing. They didn't seem shocked at all at her notion, so she continued: "From now on, your orders come from me. Any objections, and you're free to leave this coterie of Nosferats and find your own. However, know this: If you leave, you are subject to be hunted down by the group." Pausing for effect once more, she glanced around the room, her stature remaining tall. "That is all."

As she walked toward the exit of the caverns, she decided she wanted a bit of company on her hunt. She turned to face the group again, her eyes searching for one Nosferat in particular. When she saw her, she motioned for her to come. "Corinne, come with me." Without another word, she stepped out into the night, morning just around the corner. She knew that the sun would be up in about an hour or so, but she was hungering and angry so she stopped caring.

Corinne was sat in a hugely oversized chair, humming to herself as her legs swung back and forth. It was an extremely old house, and completely abandoned - perfect for them. Corinne loved the creepy feel to the house, and she kept hoping some idiotic teenagers or something would come in and decide to stay the night. Oh, how much fun Corinne would have had.

Soon enough, though, Victoria - better known as Voodoo, for her Compulsion, something Corinne wished she had, for her trickery and games would have worked so much better if she had it - appeared, seemingly angry. She had seen a much younger nosferat appear from her room earlier, and so wasn't surprised that Voodoo was angry. She probably wished to remind the younger ones to not disturb her. Corinne was 'un'-pleasantly surprised when she announced that their Leader was dead. Corinne wished to scorn the Leader for his mistakes. She knew what he was going to do - Corinne just thought he was an idiot for trying. She was slightly more surprised when Voodoo announced herself as Leader herself, but didn't speak against it. She thought to herself that she would still stay loyal, but she wasn't sure about many of the others for sure. Still humming to herself, and clutching the dirtiest teddy bear ever seen. It had one ear torn off, and had been sewn together in several places. It's scruffy fur also seemed to be singed black in places. It rested on her lap as her legs continued to swing below her.

Corinne knew immediately that Voodoo was going to hunt, however, she didn't expect to wish to be accompanied. However, Corinne was happy to accompany her. She was going to have lots of fun. As she heard her name, Corinne flashed a white smile and shuffled off the chair, landing gracefully on the balls of her feet. The teddy bear dangled from her hand as she skipped over to Voodoo, still humming to herself. Finally, when she reached Voodoo, she spoke quietly. "Hungry, are we?"

"Hungry are we?" Corinne said quietly. Whipping around to face her, Voodoo bared her teeth and hissed at the young Nosferat, not in the mood for her childish questions. Voodoo was upset enough about having to hunt, a past time that made her sick almost. She threw the door closed behind them. Voodoo looked into the sky, then closed her eyes, taking a deep breath of the night air in through her nose. She could smell a couple of humans nearby, and from their scent, it seemed as though they wouldn't be missed if they were to go..'missing.' She moved silently through the shadows of the night, not looking back to see if Corinne was following her or not, though Voodoo assumed the young Nosferat knew better than to stray.

Coming to the edge of a clearing, Voodoo could see the few humans, huddled around a campfire, trying to keep warm. She shook her hair out, the strands growing longer and whiter until she had long white hair. She tucked the left side behind her ear and stepped gracefully into the clearing. As she approached the men, she began to shiver. "It's quite cold out.." she said softly, portraying a woman of innocence. "It's still a ways off until morning.. Do you mind if my daughter and I curl up by the fire with you?" Voodoo batted her long eyelashes at the men, motioning for Corinne to come out now. The men motioned for the two of them to sit down. "By all means, beautiful," one of them said, eyeing Voodoo up and down as if she were a juicy piece of steak. Voodoo winked, then her eyes became white as she readied her Compulsion. "You will all lie down on your backs, and you will not resist us," she commanded, underlying tones in her voice due to the Compulsion. As they laid down helplessly and willingly, Voodoo turned to Corinne. "Time to feed, my dear."

Corinne wasn't surprised when Voodoo hissed at her. Instead, once her back had turned, Corinne smirked a little, but decided not to bother her further. She also knew they were going to hunt, and that, to her disappointment, Voodoo would use her Compulsion. She wished that Voodoo would let her have a little more fun, but also didn't. She also wanted to forget about the whole Leader thing. She was annoyed and angry that it had happened. Swinging her teddy bear as she walked, Corinne soon stopped humming and skipping and instead went into 'hunting mode'.

She had just caught up to Voodoo as she stepped out and waited in the shadows, before hugging the tattered teddy and smoothing her dress a little. Her red hair caught the wind slightly, and Corinne stepped out on cue, assuming her position behind 'her mother', trying to look innocent as possible. She could tell that most of the men in the clearing were focused on Voodoo, but she could see some of the female humans were totally smitted with her. She bit the inside of her lip to hide a smile. Humans were all such idiots.

Corinne walked forward to the fire and sat down as if she wasn't cautious of it at all. She knew that fire would be one of the only things that could kill her, but Corinne pretended that it wasn't threatening, it was homely and warm. She hugged her knees, and held the teddy bear with one hand. Soon enough, Voodoo used her Compulsion, and they all lay down. Corinne wished that they could at least run, but didn't complain. She walked over to the first human, a woman, and knelt down beside her. "Just go to sleep, now, this won't take long." She whispered, hushed, as she slid her fingers over the woman's eyelids to close them, before she leaned down and sunk her teeth in.

Winston grinned at Roza as she sat next to him. He was surprised that Sach had sat in between himself and Elline instead of Roza, but didn't question him about it. It was his choice, and if he felt comfortable with it, Win was also cool with it. He grinned at them all, looking out across the rooftops. The sun was coming up over the horizon, something Winston hadn't seen in a long time. Roza then said, in her amazing Russian accent: "It is interesting being up here, no? Four of us, watching sun rise,", and Winston nodded his agreement, too stunned by the scene to speak properly. He had to admit, when the sun hit here skin and hair, she looked radiant, and Winston couldn't help but think she was beautiful.

Winston then caught the tail end of Sachael's question. "...Have to go to class?" Winston looked up at his best friend, and shook his head. "Nah... I guess we don't have to. It's only History." Winston didn't really want to go to class anyway. It was much more beautiful up here. Suddenly, Roza hit him lightly on the arm, and ran away to the end of the roof, laughing like a maniac. Confused and frowning, Winston got up and followed her, telling Ellie and Sach that he'll; "Be right back." He hurried after her until he heard her tease; "Who is going to catch me if I jump?" Confused, but hearing that she was teasing, Winston decided to play along. "No, my beautiful Roza! I will catch you if you fall!" He did it in a very 'Shakespearian' style, as if he was in a play, speaking slowly and with a posh English accent. He walked forward slowly and placed his hands on her hips, burying his face in her hair and muttering; "Come on, Roza, it's a lovely balcony down there but I'd really rather you didn't."

Ellie smiled softly when she heard Sach ask her about having to go to class. She had let Roza know she loved it here with a smile and a nod earlier, and was watching the sun rise with the bestest people in the world, in Elline's opinion. Her stomach fluttered nervously when she thought about the fact that Sach was sat next to her, and smiled to herself, giddy. "No... I don't suppose we have to go." She agreed, before leaning back, placing her hands behind her. As she did so, however, her hand brushed Sach's lightly, and she felt a light jolt of energy go through her. She bit her lip and stammered a quick apology, placing her hands behind her again and leaning back.

Winston and Roza soon left, going to the other end of the roof, and Elline couldn't help but feel the butterflies twist and turn her stomach, without any reason why. She didn't understand herself, she didn't understand why she felt like this when she was around Sach. She definitely needed to ask Roza what on earth was going on.

Ellie wanted to say something, anything, but couldn't. She was completely tongue-tied, and had absolutely no idea what to say. So she said the first thing to come into her head. "You know, you're my favourite person." She looked up, blushing slightly. "Well, it's true." She laughed at herself slightly, in embarrassment. She hoped he wouldn't mind.
