APPEARANCE: Sebastian is 6'1" tall, but with a very lanky frame, as if the rest of his body hasn't caught up to his height yet. He has dark blonde and light brown hair that he likes to wear a little long, sometimes styling it back, but usually letting it just hang loose. Bastian has steel blue colored eyes, and a slightly old fashioned sense of style. He prefers suspenders to belts, and long sleeved button shirts that he may or may not tuck into his jeans.
PERSONALITY: He prefers the term 'Geek' to nerd, since he doesn't wear a pocket protector. Bastian doesn't usually mind being geeky or nerdy, as he always got excellent grades, scored well on any test, and had very little trouble studying most topics. And he likes what he likes, which are games, computers, music and movies mostly. He has a list of movies that are a 'must see' in his book for 'geek creds', and makes sure his friends watch them. He likes to give little snippets of dialogue from movies, music or games, and see if his friends can come back with the 'correct' response. With other people, he's often seen as shy because he is so quiet around anyone but his friends, unless they bring up a topic that he is very fond of.

HISTORY: Sebastian is the third child out of four, Gregory age 22, Nichelle age 19, and his younger brother Tucker age 8. Sebastian winds up being a rather typical middle child in the sense that his parents don't pay attention to him while his siblings all have more than a fair share of attention. Greg was the first born son, Nikki is the first daughter, and Tuck is the baby of the bunch. The majority of the time, Bastian is grateful for this lack of attention, as it lets him avoid many 'heart to heart' talks he likely should have with his parents. They still don't know he is gay and he doesn't plan on telling them without a damn good reason.
He knows he is already a disappointment to his 'sportsaholic' father, not following in Greg's footsteps and taking the 'jock' path. Bastian hates almost everything to do with sports, preferring to 'waste' hours in front of his custom built PC system instead. His 'social butterfly' mother just doesn't seem to know what to do with him, especially when Bastian has his attention focused on the latest PC game, or is streaming movies or music in his room instead of going out on the weekends. He's never held a lot of weight in being popular like Greg or Nikki were, preferring to have only a couple of really close friends instead of a vast number of vague acquaintances. Bastian was an enigma to his parents, and rather than try to get to know him, they let him do his own thing as long as he had good grades and didn't cause trouble.
Which led to him landing a job at the local arcade at Navy Pier. It was almost a dream job, but they didn't have PCs. Still, it was a gaming nirvana and he got to play whatever he wanted when they weren't busy. He's been working there on weekends during the school year, and now with the summer months, he usually works four days out of each week. Truth is, the 'shiny' of the arcade job is wearing off and Bastian is pondering applying for something at the IMAX Theater. He hasn't seen a lot of new movies, and rumor has it employees get to watch for free when they aren't on the clock.
