It has been two days. Two whole days since their packs joined forces.

In her personal opinion, she didn't like the idea at all and she literally spoke her mind with the elders from sun up till sun down to try and get them to reverse this decision. She looked at her pack members then back at the others. Stephanie had a horrible taste in her mouth about this whole thing and she didn't really agree with this. It seemed like no one did. Since the packs have joined forces, she had to break up at least two fights and she was getting sick of the arguing every single minute of the day.

Her eyes fluttered towards her door, which was cracked opened a little bit and heard nothing. She hoped that everyone had finally came eye to eye, or fell asleep. But then another crossed her mind - Everyone killed each other. Stephanie immediately jumped up from her bed and nearly busted through the door, running down the stairs and entering the living room. Nothing. She ran her hands through her hair then straightened herself up while walking into the kitchen and going to the fridge, seeing that it was filled with nothing but meat. She scoffed to herself then thought 'Bleddyn Pack' in her mind as she closed the fridge door and leaned against it for a minute.

She closed her eyes and hoped that this all was a dream but when she opened them, she was still standing in the same house and in the exact same spot. While running a hand through her locks of hair, she walked back into the living area and sat down on the couch with a sigh and started picking at her nails while staring out of the massive window before her.

The mansion their respective elders had placed them in was probably the best place she had ever been in.

As Ryan made his way up the stairs he wondered how he was going to explain the whole situation to his sister. He was a sore sight to see. Gigantic bloodied spot across his face and a bloodied lip. He could already hear his sister's voice. Her venom and anger in her voice as she would command him to tell her and he would try his hardest just to let it go. She would assume it was a Bleddyn pack member but he would refuse to tell her because he was too afraid to disappoint her.

Truthfully, the injuries on his body were caused by a few bullies in his classes. Yes, he was a werewolf, a very powerful one at that, ready to face anything but to give away the secret that his family had tried so hard to conceal would be awful for him to do and he would never be able to come home knowing it was him. He sighed again as he approached the mansion that his family had put them in and he didn't know if he was ready to face his sister.

He held his breath when his hand found the brass doorknob then he sighed as he opened the door and it made a soft creaking sound. The sound permeated the silent streets as he walked in to see his sister staring out the window. She turned to look at him then he frowned and looked down, waiting for the scolding or the barrel full of questions. "Hey sis."

Riley Bleyddn

It has been two days. Two whole days since their packs joined forces.

Riley could only imagine the horror for what it was going to be like. he had to sit there with the rest of his fellow pack members, as well as the rest of the Foalan pack. As they were sitting there, he barely even paid attention. He didn't really care for what the elders had to say, and frankly, he didn't care about anyone than himself...except for his pack of course. As the meeting ended, he growled to himself and walked out with his the rest of his pack, and the cursed Foalan pack as well. Riley had bad feeling as he walked off and had to cool down and recollect his thoughts so he wouldn't kill anyone, or anything.

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

He blinked and jumped as he heard thunder far off in the distance. He looked out the window and saw rain and dark clouds over head. He sighed as he remembered that the packs were now one, just the thought made him feel sick. He stood up and walked over to his bed and sat down. He didn't mind living alone when he wasn't at college, and frankly, the only people that ever came to see him were either one or both of his Betas or one of the pack's scouts and or guards. Since he wasn't one of the most sociable people out there, he had time to think things over and do as he pleased.

He looked around his room and sighed. Even though he did live in a big house, with a few other people, those who were human, he didn't have much to do. He just laid there on his bed, looking around, bored out of his mind. He decided that since he was up late the previous night, thinking about how to keep his pack, and himself calm about the whole forming the packs into one, he didn't get much sleep. He laid his head down on the pillow for only one minute, and was out like a light, off to dream of some of his happiest memories which were when he and his twin brother were kids.

Silence fell upon the kitchen when Stephanie left, the obvious irritation Lucas sensed from her distracting the female Alpha long enough to not note that two other werewolves were in the vicinity. A few beats later, two sets of ears listened closely as the Alpha made her way into the living room area. The female sighed and turned bright blue eyes to Lucas.

"I think she's gone," Avery stated, relieved. "For now, at least." Even she knew that eventually, the kitchen would be taken over at some point and when that happened, she only hoped a brawl would not break out. Lucas raised an inquisitive eyebrow at his cousin's antics.

"Since when do you hide from anyone?" He inquired, shoulders squared as he instinctively prepared himself to step into Stephanie's face if she ever intimidated his cousin. A cautious Avery meant something and Lucas didn't do well with anyone intimidating her. As sweet as she was, Avery wasn't one to back down from anyone or be frightened by their presence. Her reluctance when they first descended the stairs this morning - how she got him up in the morning, he will never know - was puzzling. And sad for him, Avery was one of the few people who could manage to throw his readings off.

"I'm not hiding," the fiery haired werewolf said quickly as they finally stepped into the kitchen. An impressive kitchen, it was. Avery never paid attention to kitchen appliances and would not be able to tell you how much more effective one item was over another, but even she could tell that money went into this kitchen. Her hands actually trembled with want to touch every appliance she saw; she could see herself having a lot of fun in this kitchen. She turned to her a cousin a sweet yet knowing smile. "I just know how you are when you don't have coffee and food. The last thing we need is another fight." Avery eyed Luke's latest injury as if to prove a point.

The last two days had been pretty hectic. The entire time that the elders of the two packs discussed the unity of the rivals, both of the Alphas argued valiantly and passionately. Avery sat very quietly even as a heated Luke interjected and even called the female Alpha out. That only led to one of the other members of the Foalan pack punching him and then, well, no one needed to spell out how violent it grew. Then, when their pleas for understanding fell on deaf ears and the two packs merged within the confines of this mansion, more hell broke loose.

And the Alphas themselves could barely do much to reign in their members. All Avery could do was watch. Yes, she might have had to break a few fights up and sure, when one Foalan member attacked Luke, she might have tore into them enough that the sweet girl image she tried to produce for the sake of peace became distorted. But she still could not find it in herself to be angry with the elders' decision. This feud had lasted long enough and truthfully, Avery was all for a little unity. They had bigger problems and the two packs constantly at odds left everyone suspicious of everyone and a suffocating atmosphere filled with unnecessary tension. Besides, it wasn't like any of the elders even knew why the two packs were at odds, so the rivalry was rather childish.

"What the hell?" Avery growled and rolled her eyes as she surveyed the refridgerator. Although she could make out a few choice items that she needed, the fact that fridge was stuffed with meat more than irritated her. An actual fan of vegetables and you know, healthy foods, even she couldn't stand the sight of all that meat and no other item. There was water, soda, juices, and a little milk, but she needed more than that if she expected to feed both packs. She checked the cupboards and saw that there was no fresh bread out either. She glared at Luke slightly. "Great, I gotta go into town real quick. Apparently, we really are animals." Luke chuckled and Avery punched his arm.

"Kinda late to the party, mom," Luke teased and pulled out one of the packs of lunch meat. He tore it open and popped a piece of sliced honey ham into his mouth. Avery wrinkled her nose at his antics before reaching into her pack pocket, knowing that she had a small wad of cash she withdrew from the bank. Surprisingly enough, her mother left her a pretty decent inheritance and she tapped into it occasionally.

"You are gross," Avery commented and turned away, knowing that she would eventually have to face a Foalan anyway. Besides, it was better to communicate with the female Alpha now and show that she meant no harm. Faintly, she wondered if Riley was awake before shaking the thought away. It was too early to be blushing about him. "Stay here. Someone needs to watch the others while Riley is asleep. I won't take long." Out of instinct, Luke grabbed a hold of her slender arm, forcing Avery to meet his eyes and blue pierced blue. Avery smiled. "I know; come straight back. I'll be okay, Dad." She winked at her older cousin and approached the living room area, leaving Luke to watch while she walked away with a pensive expression and a bite of more meat.

Once outside of the living room, Avery ran a hand over her hair to smooth the silky locks, which had been tousled slightly earlier after she got dressed. Nodding to herself that this was fine and that she could take care of herself if the female Alpha wanted to go there, she stepped into the living room, eyes trained on Stephanie even though she noted the presence of the Beta she met two days ago. She smiled at Stephanie, harmless.

"Hey, Stephanie right?" Avery knew exactly who the female was. If you didn't know who the gorgeous Alpha of the Foalan pack was, you obviously are new here or you need to get glasses. "Just letting you know that all I see in that fridge is fuckery and we need more food. Do you need any specific thing before I head out?"

Another night of failure.

Another night of sitting alone, drinking a strawberry smoothie.

Another night of being stood up.

Tonight was the date of Nadia's first date since she got here. She wore a new pretty dress that she would never wear normally. She just sat there at that almost empty diner, drinking a lovely pink smoothie that tasted of strawberries. The diner had one couple still in it and the staff of course. Lovely staff with the nicest waiters. She thought she could have a normal life. Be somewhat happy here. Instead of just being the guardian of the pack. What a load of crap that is.

She scoffed as she finished the smoothie then slammed the tip on the table. She grabbed her jacket and wrapped it around herself. It took about 7 steps for her to start crying. A moment of weakness that she would normally never show. The thunder rumbled over-head and then it started sprinkling. It was going to rain, hard, and she needed to find shelter. She sighed and went into the nearest convenience store, finding shelter inside. She sighed as it was just sprinkling but she just walked down the aisles, looking very out of place. What a freaking joke of a date night.

Stephanie wished that she could replay back the day when the elders decided this. But still, it was their decision and she couldn't stop them, nor would she try. She curled up on the couch, bringing her knees towards her chest, wrapping her arms around the front of her knees. She let another sigh escaped through her parted lips then her eyes fell upon her brother. Stephanie smiled a little crooked because she knew that he could sense that she was unhappy. She shook her head then looked up at him again. "I wouldn't go into the kitchen. Bleddyn vermin is in there." She said. "How come the elders decide this? Why did they decide this?" She asked out loud but knew her brother didn't really have the answers.

Another sigh came from her as she patted the spot on the couch next to her for him to sit. "Sorry. But how have you been?" She asked him softly while watching to see if he was going to sit or not. She shook her head again while speaking again. "I wish there was something I could do to bring everyone together at least." After speaking those words, a smirk was beginning to form. "How about a sort of family dinner?" She questioned as she heard one of those Bleddyn punks speak towards her. God knows that she didn't want to speak back but hell, someone had to take charge around here.

"Yeah." She said with a smile then jumped up. "Let me go change into something else." With that said, she scurried up the stairs but then wondered where was their Alpha, Riley at. She busted his door open then shook her head while leaning against the door frame with her arms folded. "Some Alpha you are." Was all she said before going into her room and changed out of her pajamas into something more casual. Stephanie grabbed her clutch purse then reviewed herself over in the mirror before heading back down the stairs.

As she was walking down the stairs, she was applying cherry flavored lip gloss to her lips. She reached the bottom step then looked towards the Bleddyn pack member. "Ready, Angelica?" She knew her name but wanted to press the buttons of at least one person on the Bleddyn pack. Her eyes went over towards her brother. "I'll be back. Try to stay out of trouble." She said before heading out of the door.
