The Start
In a small town in Alaska a man kidnapped people from across the country. Wiping their memories he and his team of experts plus a few government officials mutated their prisoners and let them live in the town. The mutants were left to live happily and weren't bothered for many years until the government purchased them.

The Jail
They were brought to a high-tech lab in the place of an old prison, their old memories were restored and the ones from their time in Alaska were erased.
The mutants were locked up like animals, tested on, and sold to be slaves in classified places for high-ranked officials. Sometimes though, they'll release one, and only one, mutant out into the wilderness and hunt them down like it's a sick game and record it for the other mutants to watch. This place is simply called Jail, the name its prisoners gave it.

Insurgence
Everyone wants to leave this place, some have hope and try, while some are broken beyond repair.
Hope was given to even the most wrecked mutants when a young male with a secret ability to cover all of his traces was set free to be hunted. They never found him. Though after they had given up they made living conditions and punishments harder, yet the mutants knew escape was possible.

The Living Conditions

There are three floors committed to containing the mutants. Floor A, B, and C.
There are 12 cells on each floor. Each of these cells house up to five mutants, though they are normally filled with 3 people at a time. Inside are two beds being hung and dirty, grey floors and walls.
Being hung over a large, deep pit (If you can see far enough you'll see the other floor) are 12 cells more cells listed as letters. These are for the mutants that cause a lot of trouble, the Aberrations. (So on the bottom floor you could be CA, CB, CC, etc.)
At the end of each row of number cell is a desk where weapons are stored and several guards sit.
There are four test chambers located on each floor in which mutants are experimented on and tested, a rather unfathomable and painful process. That's why the chambers are soundproof and test subjects are knocked out.
The entrance door is guarded by sentinels and two layer chambers which you go through one at a time as they unlock.
