The StarFire200IO is the latest technology is space travel and will become your home until you have completed your mission, so I would get comfy.

StarFire200IO

Rebuilt from an old mission ship, it has been reprinted and refurbished to withstand its new mission. It has all the latest technology however does not have the shiny gloss finish of a brand new machine, with old colors and some rusting metal.
To most it would appear as a piece of old famished trash, but there are some out there who can look past it and see the inner beauty of the old machine. Depending on your own personal tastes and personality, your will either fall in love with the StarFire or hate her with a burning passion.

The StarFire200IO has 7 main sections, the crew quarters, Engine Room, Bridge, Sick bay, Brig, Galley and Training room. Each sections follows the design of the ship with some old rusting metal here and there as well as loose wires that hang down from the ships roof and walls.

Hannah grinned at everyone's positive reactions, giving Ricky's hand a quick squeeze and a small smile from the corner of her eye to stop some if his apprehension. Listening to the groups desire to board becoming stronger drew a small smirk from Hannah.

"Wanna tell them why it's not a good idea to get to close yet?" She whispered to be brother quietly from the corner of her mouth, small knowing grin in place. She had to wonder how many of them had been around a spaceship before? Probably just a few, so they wouldn't know and Ricky could probably see it with his eyes.

"T-there's a a field a-around it... R-right...?" Hannah smiled slightly as Ricky activated his zoom, getting a good look at the force fields particular structure, "D-doesn't l-look like it w-would h-hurt or th-throw someone b-back...", He glanced at the ship, his head twisted slightly to the side with a curious glint in his eyes.

Glancing around Hannah noticed the women was gone, it was a pretty straight forward layout for the ship, the floor plan would also be tapped to the wall right across from the entrance. Rooms were random, they were all the exact same and you could have anyone you wanted, though you weren't allowed to bunk. Grinning evilly at the idea, Hannah knew that was going to be broken for Ricky's case at least for the first few months, with him nervous space travel and all.

There were 7 basics editions to the ship if she remembered correctly for this type of design, which she studied a couple of years ago. You had your Brig, Gallory, Sick Bay, Training Rooms, Crew Quarters, Engine room and finally her primary home, the bridge and command center!

"You guys might not want to enter that ship just yet. Basic procedure in hangers, especially military hangers, it a field. It won't hurt you, just mark you with a tracker. It's not much of a surprise them being nervous, what with a bunch of 'kids' about to travel into space alone." She commented as she grinned and began to walk towards the control center, and giving the whole system a quick scan before turning to CC with an innocent smile on her face. "Hayyyyy, CC... Want to have some fun and use you amazing Mechanic skills and deactivate the field radio." She acted innocently as she pointed out a bunch of tangled wires and a transmitter, the transmitter would handle the whole ship, even the take off, but if CC knew which wire to cut for the field than they were all good to go. Hannah didn't want to be tracked throughout the whole voyage and continued being watched once she returned home.

Once that field was done, Hannah was gone, confused little brother to watch nervously at her back as she ran towards the bridge, leaving him to awkwardly stand there. Glancing at the map on the wall, Ricky hesitantly made his way towards the crew quarters were he could hide away for a little while before his sister returned from pilot heaven, in her opinion.

Hannah entered the bridge and nearly broke down, it was beautiful. She was going to be allowed to fly they magnificent piece of technology? "I must of done something good in my past life.", She didn't think anyone had followed her towards the bridge, probably looking around to see where they would be mainly working or what rooms they wanted, and Hannah took the few minutes alone to just sit there and appreciate the sight before her before quickly getting up and hopping into the pilot seat. She began to flick on the engines and could hear the sweet purr from all the way down in the engine room, flicking on the intercom to the ship as she continued to set the spaceship up for flight, she let her voice come out.

"Hello and welcome abroad this sexy metallic beast, this is your captain speaking. Because I don't know how to be patient and my hands are itching to fly, we will be taking off... Right now!", with that preparations were done and she felt the StarFire lift off, feeling as it became completely her responsibility and now was under her control, and that was one of the main reasons she lived for this, for flying. It was one of the few things she always had complete control over, and so far that had yet to change.

After her short gawking session Tori adjusted her backpack to the left side of her shoulder breathing out, satisfied with the ship. She kept the bag of skittles in her left hand while something caught her interest from the corner of her eye. She switched her gaze towards the captain and her little brother walking into the ship. The young fighter looked around seeing that almost everyone was already doing their own thing talking amongst themselves. Apparently Nixon and the fiery head mechanic, CC had become best friends, and Vincent looked rather nervous while Minerva's eyes flicked from each person the last being Vincent. The young fighter had no doubt that she felt as if she could get along with everyone on the ship but wouldn't be much interest to them.

She shrugged it off and followed the captain up onto the ship, her keys hitting against a cylinder device that was clipped to her belt. Once inside she watched as they're scientist disappeared into one of the rooms then turned her attention towards the captain whose reaction to the inside of the ship amused her and caused a grin to cross her lips. Tori had to say the inside was impressive, Of course as she's the fighter you'd think she'll be rushing off towards the training room but she just wanted to get settled in and check it out later. Her eyes followed the captain as she gawked over all the shiny buttons and tech on HER ship. She watched as Hannah plopped down in the pilot seat letting out a happy sigh. The young fighter could feel her feet vibrate as the engine was turned on , for a second her legs feeling like jelly for a second for some odd reason but that feeling quickly faded away.

Tori stretched out waiting for everyone else to get on and get their rooms because she really didn't mind which room she got as long as everyone was happy with their choice, she didn't mind. She leaned against one of the walls next to the entrance looking around observing her environment, finding every possible way to escape or to hide. After she did that her attention snapped back towards the captain who turned on the intercom and spoke "Hello and welcome aboard this sexy metallic beast, this is your captain speaking. Because I don't know how to be patient and my hands are itching to fly, we will be taking off... Right now!" Tori couldn't help but to get a giggle out of this as she watched the happy Captain talk. " Such an eager and happy captain you are right now~"Tori spoke in a tone that had a small hint of flirting in it as she walked over to her setting down half the bag of her skittles next to the captain.

" It's not much, I know but it's all I have other than a small bottle of scotch and a bag of lollipops." Tori turned on her heel a small grin on her lips as she walked towards the rooms seeing that everyone had already picked their rooms she took the empty one that was first in the hall to the left. When she got in she proceeded to drop her back next to the bed and throw herself on it crossing her legs and placing her arms behind her head. " Ahh..I'll check the training room later..I need to work on my new move."

CC let out the most unladylike snort when Nixon called for shotgun, then let out a loud laugh right after. That was more childish than she'd expected from him, but she supposed first impressions weren't everything. While most of the time first impressions were correct, for CC at least, it seemed for this particular band of ragtag men and women had a lot of layers. It was going to be fun finding what they were really like.

Shaking her head, she spoke in easy tones. "You'll get no competition from me; I'll be in the engine room, where the real excitement is."

Just as they were about to head in, their pilot and her brother had a mini-discussion before turning to her. Was this a challenge from their captain? If it was, the fiery girl would be happy to meet it head-on.

"Whoops, forgot about that. It's been a while since I last saw one." Truth be told though, CC had no strong feelings either way about being tracked. They could follow her to the loo for all she cared. But if Hannah didn't like it, she supposed they didn't have much of a choice. Their ship couldn't leave without a pilot after all; while CC was a fair hand at driving in general, she probably wouldn't be able to keep it up for very long. Taking off the glove to her right hand, she studied the mass of wires. Did these people have no sense of organization? "Hey if I cut the wrong one, what do you think will happen?" She simply smiled but continued to study the transmitter and wiring, until she finally managed to identify which one it was.

Lacking all the finesse that she'd been trained for, CC aimed her hand at the right wire and... fired! She quickly closed and pulled her hand away before it could cause any further damage. The sound of static filled the air for a few seconds before disappearing, and CC saluted everyone. "Done. Let's all hope and pray that wasn't the anti-heat shield for takeoff and landing. Now who wants to shake hands in congratulations?" She waggled her fingers at them, letting out a chuckle as she did so.

When no one volunteered and instead headed for the ship, the young mechanic waddled behind, stuffing her right hand into her hoodie pocket. Her pinky and ring finger had malfunctioned, no doubt thanks to using her laser. With a sigh, she tried to figure out what was wrong. The heat from the laser probably overheated some of the wiring that acted as the nervous system. That was the problem with testing out new pieces of technology on herself; if it malfunctioned, she could only blame herself. The laser was only a recent addition to her bionic hand.

Their tactician was being a loner and talking to himself, which piqued the mechanic's over inquisitive mind. "Come on Pops, time to get a move on." She reached up, lightly slapped his temple through the cloth hoodie, and held up a peace sign as she grinned. When you were with CC, personal space simply didn't exist.

Finally she entered the ship, fairly pleased with what she found inside. The exterior didn't lie about the interior. She immediately headed for the engines, but thought that maybe leaving her clothes and other things in her crew room would be better. To compromise, she simply kicked her mechanics items into the Engine room, the bag falling into place underneath the table with a satisfying thump.

"Score one for CC." Her right hand remained in her hoodie; she'd fix it once they started cruising.

She entered the room nearest, and was a bit startled to find someone inside already. "Hi Ricky!" The boy was frighteningly shy that he almost made the outgoing mechanic feel awkward. Almost. She was much more focused on her current dilemma. "Is this your room? Would you mind if we do a switch? I want to be nearest the engine room." When his enthusiastic sister came over the intercom, yellow eyes slid over to meet his, a small laugh passing her lips. "She's in her element, definitely. I better head over to my station. Come down if you wanna watch."

Once she was inside, she booted up the computer within, undoing her own wrist computer to sync it with the bigger device. A robotic voice started to tell her the status of the various parts it took to keep the ship afloat even as CC went to check those sections herself. "Status alerts every fifteen minutes." It correctly repeated her instructions. Once she was done doing the check up and everything was in order, she started setting up the needed materials for the bionic surgery she would be performing in a bit. In the meanwhile, she activated the intercom to let them know of how the ship was doing. "All systems are a-okay! We're not exploding or meeting a fiery demise today!"

Vincent had been muttering to himself, bent forwards with his eyes fixed on the ship. His eyes darted to and fro as he took in the overall shape and build of the ship. I swearā€¦I have never seen a model like this over the hundreds of thousands of books Iā€™ve read so farā€¦except that one scroll that dated back a few centuries ago. He pulled at his beard again, his eyes squinting, until suddenly, a voice broke through his reverie. ā€œCome on Pops, time to get a move on.ā€ CC slapped his head through his hoodie and walked away, leaving the tactician bewildered and a little bit insulted.

ā€œIā€™m not that old! For Christā€™s sake-ā€œ he mumbled darkly as he followed the rest of the expedition crew, and entered the ship right after CC, him towering over her as they walked into the spacious entrance room of the StarFire 2001O. ā€œWell, Iā€™ll be damnedā€¦ā€ Vincent muttered as he looked at the sleek surfaces and the corridors that led off to the multiple rooms that were open. He laughed lightly as he walked into the bridge to see the interface to the side of the captain. He let out a soft whistle as he sat down in the plush chair, a groan leaving him as he finally sat down.

He looked at the buttons in front of him, a sly grin on his face, and then reached forward and turned the interface on. Vincent slowly grabbed the seatbelt around him and buckled himself, the seatbelt forming an X across his chest. ā€œCalibrating,ā€ a female voice said, as the word appeared on the screen in front of Vincent, ā€œFace recognition, complete. Vincent Velorien, tactician; welcome aboard.ā€ Vincent grinned as the interface expanded, to show the different selections for the multiple planets that they were supposedly going to go to, including personal biographies of the others on the ship with him.

He turned, his chair swiveling, to face the captain as she gleefully said, ā€œHello and welcome aboard this sexy metallic beast, this is your captain speaking. Because I donā€™t know how to be patient and my hands are itching to fly, we will be taking offā€¦ right now!ā€ The smile that had been on Vincentā€™s face slipped off as he felt the ship rumble and lift off from the platform it had been parked in.

Quickly swiveling his chair back into place, Vincent pulled out the interface to see the different planets, observing them each before he turned once again to face Hannah. ā€œCaptain!ā€ he yelled over, the soft rumbling that filled the ship reverberating in his body, the noise filling his ears, ā€œWhich planet do you plan on going to first?ā€ With a few practiced swipes of his hand, he sent the extremely basic overviews of the different planets they were supposed to visit. He tapped the interface again and orb forms appeared on top of the explanations of the planets- images of what the planets looked like from space.

ā€œI personally preferā€¦waitā€¦this one.ā€ He said into the microphone beside him he had just found and had just linked to the captainā€™s seat, while once again tapping away on the screen, letting the screen light up as the planet lit up with a bright light as well. Vincent shrugged and turned his chair once again to look at the captain. ā€œWell? What do you think?ā€ His eyes glinted with fun and anticipation- with a little bit of fear- as he awaited Hannahā€™s answer.

Needless to say, within minutes of being on board almost everyone had found their place. The Captain took her chair and Vince settled in front of his console, Tori must've wandered off to check out the training facilities and CC was probably already elbow deep in engine grease. Minerva had already mentioned going to the infirmary, Ricky was probably not far from his sister's side and thus Nix was left to meander about the ship on his own.

As each gleeful announcement reached the Marksman's ears, his anticipation grew. A hand briefly braced itself on the nearest stable object as the ship veered away from it's platform and took to the air, but afterwards he was home free stumbling upon a one of the crew quarters that appeared to be still empty. Duffle bag tossed inside, he surveyed the small space where he'd be spending a decent amount of time, all things considered. The bland, but no-nonsense style was reminiscent of the military academy, and as such - he wasn't overly fond of it. So, perhaps one of the least expected to spend time interior decorating, Nixon slapped up some lame posters he'd somehow managed to gather during his tenure training for this very position. One in particular was a starmap, and given they were in space, it seemed a little silly to spend time staring at a doctored photo when he could quite literally just take a peek out the window. Regardless, it was up, clothes were tucked away, and his spare mask hidden from all the apparently curious hands. Feeling somewhat situated, he sprawled out on the cot and shut his eyes enjoying the stir of motion of the rapidly moving vessel.

Truth be told, the man might've dozed off for a minute, or ten - but when he got back up and peeked out into the hall - not much appeared to have changed. The typical bells and whistles of the ship perpetually did their job, and it was only now that Nixon bothered to drag his lethargic ass further through the ship, pass the brig, infirmary and engine room, towards the training facilities, if only to get a lay of the land.

Oddly enough, the sharpshooter wound up in the Galley. Amber orbs continued to observe his surroundings with dulled curiosity as he began peeking around through the cupboards and draws. He wasn't exactly sure what constituted as 'Space Food', but it didn't sound terribly appetizing. Might as well see what ingredients they had access too, and what he could potentially, albeit haphazardly, throw together to form some semblance of a meal.

And they're off.

Minerva supposed she should check out the infirmary. If there was a sudden crisis, she wouldn't want to be learning it on-the-fly. Trying to solve medical problems for an unfamiliar patient with unfamiliar equipment in an unfamiliar setting is how one doesn't realize the neuroressecutator doesn't automatically reset for some reason and fails a lab practical. Though in fairness, outside of the contrived circumstances of that simulation, any mildly competent nurse would have given warning, or not used such outdated equipment in the first place. But that all being said, the odds of something coming up this early into the trip were sufficiently low to make a trip to the galley first acceptable.

Also, she was hungry.

Minerva arrived shortly after Nixon. She elected to take a few moments to observe before making her presence known. But aside from a pleasingly methodical search pattern, there didn't seem to be any information to be gleaned here.

"Ah, Mr. Moreau," she said when she saw him turning in a manner that would bring her into his line of sight. She did find his appearance unusual, perhaps strange, but attempted to withhold judgement and remain cordial - successfully at that, almost certainly, due to years of experience. "It appears we are of the same mind here. Would you mind if I were to join you?" She stepped forward as she asked that, not quite entering the galley proper, making it clear that she wanted to without being aggressive about it. How would he react? It could be interesting.

Hannah jumped slightly when she heard Tori's voice behind her, so lost in her own little bubble of happiness she hadn't noticed the fighter follow her into the bridge, nor had she seen Vincent sit down and begin to go though files.
Tori dropped the half eaten pack of skittles next to Hannah making her grin after Tori's retreating back.
"Thanks Tori! Your my new best friends!!", She yelled after the women before throwing a few skittles into her mouth and nearly moaning in pleasure as the chewy sweets let off their rainbowy goodness. "This is the life, flying a ship in search of an adventure while eating skittles? It can't get any better.".

The ship was now moving out of its port and would soon be entering the atmosphere, the engines beginning to rumble as they forced their way though the stratosphere. Hearing a shout coming from Vincent, Hannah turned her left eye to focus on the Tactician while right eye kept looking out of the window so she wouldn't crash the ship by mistake. Listening to the older mans voice come though the intercom next to her, she turned her left gaze towards the screen as a window popped up, showing off a beautiful blue planet from outer space.

Grinning, Hannah nodded her head, turning both her eyes back to the sky. "Gondalia, good choice Vince. It's the closet planet to earth from all the six so it's going to be the first on our to-do list.", She responded to the man back through the intercom. She didn't know much about the planet, except its coordinates though from the looks of it, it was stunning with all those blues mixing together. The government has said the inhabitants of all the planets were dangerous though, so she just hoped it wouldn't be to much for her younger brother.

~Meanwhile~

Ricky glanced around the small, plain room he had chosen at random. Slowly he began to unpack his things before the fiery haired mechanic came into his room and asked if she could have it instead. Nodding his head, a small blush working its way onto his cheeks, he began to move out the room before his sisters voice came through the intercom.

Glancing up to meet the mechanics laughing face, Ricky couldn't help but give a small smile before hiding behind his wild fringe once again. CC left to go to the engine room and Ricky was alone once again. Making his way towards another one of the empty rooms, he began to unpack again.

Cloths and shoes went into draws, though he didn't bring many of either. Moving to one of the small tables in the room, he opened up a metal brief cause which quickly turned into a miniature lab holding all the necessary equipment and chemicals needed to do the research on each of the planets he needed. Also placing a small laptop down on his bed, he plugged it in before glancing around the room nervously, at a complete lose on what to do.

Thinking back on all the rooms he had seen on the he map, he finally decided on the sick bay. The sick bay would hold a lot of chemicals and important equipment, and Ricky would probably need half the chemicals that would be kept there so he might as well take inventory of what they had.

Pulling out a little notebook and a pencil, he began to draw the out a map of the ship as he walked down the corridor, jotting down notes as he passed doors and passageways of any worth before finally arriving at the sick bay. Glancing around, he turned to a new page and began to sketch the room, as he took the inventory.

Vincent nodded and swiveled his chair again, this time dragging the interface with him. He whistled with appreciation, though this really wasnā€™t too advanced for the technology at the time, and once again resumed fiddling around with the multiple selections on the database. Dragging back the planet information sheets except for the coordinates of Gondalia, Vincent opened the one for the planet that they were headed to. He had heard of the planet before- he definitely had, the memory still fresh as if it were yesterday- but from what he remembered, it was an extremely brief and basic overview. Nothing had been said about what sort of inhabitants lived there, or the demography of the planet itself. The only two things that Vincent had got out of the lecture was: one, the inhabitants of the planet were savage, crude and dangerous; two, it was most likely that most of the surface of the planet was water.

But after fiddling around with the interface in front of him, working his way through as if he had been working with it for many years, Vincent didnā€™t learn anything more about Gondalia at all. The glaring words that caught his eyes the most: Unexplored. He paused, pulled off his hood, and glared at the words before pulling his face close up to the floating interface. ā€œAre you kidding me? Vincent shook his head, laughing slightly as if it were a joke before swiping his hands around again, refreshing the page to see the singular word again. Unexplored.

Vincent couldnā€™t believe his eyes. Are they sending us offā€¦to get us killed?! His palms sweated as he returned to Gondaliaā€™s information page and looked through the rest of the sparse information on there. Grabbing his pack that he had placed earlier on his lap, he opened it and grabbed his pad and a flask which he downed in a second. ā€œGod damn it!ā€ Vincent muttered as he made the interface shrink back into the screen in front of him and then made the interface of the pad in his hands emerge from the slab of glass. Amongst the immense amount of folders that appeared in front of Vincent, he chose one that was in the corner of the selections.

ā€œCome onā€¦come onā€¦,ā€ he muttered, as a loading screen showed, anxiety and nervousness biting at him as he waited for the folder to show. Finally, the loading screen faded to show more folders, many of which had ā€˜Confidentialā€™ in their titles. It wasnā€™t that Vincent was a rebel- well, he was, to an extent- but he loved hacking into the government information databases. This included ā€˜piratingā€™ data on basic things such as where people lived to the experiments done in the underground labs that the government hid from the entire human population on Earth, to information on life-bearing planets. The file that he opened now contained stolen confidential data on an amalgam of planets, including the water-planet called Gondolia.

The file contained the exact same information- word for word- on the interface that was on the StarFire 200IO. Vincent let out a strangled laugh and waved his hand downwards toward the pad, the words in the air immediately vanishing back into the slab of glass on his lap. Zipping is pack up, Vincent unlocked his seatbelt and got up, shaking his head slightly and yelled at Hannah, ā€œIā€™ll be back. Soon enough.ā€ Leaving the bridge, Vincent chose one of the rooms that was closest and wasnā€™t occupied and threw his bag in before heading off to the galley. I swear. If they donā€™t have some alcohol on this death trapā€¦

The trip, in Vincentā€™s eyes, was starting on the bloody best way ever- and he needed booze to make it even more glorious.

Tori drifted off for about 15 minutes before waking up again stretching out yawning. " Well I better get ready to hit the training room!" The young fighter stood up from her bed pulling off her biker grab and changing into a pair of black sweats and a grey tank-top. She unhooked the small metal cylinder device from her keys and uncapped the small bottle of scotch. She took a gulp then capped it back up and placed it back in her back. Tori figured she'd unpack later since she really wanted to check out the training room now.

When she was ready Tori stepped out her room rubbing the back of her neck the small metal device in her other hand. Looking down either side of the hall seeing no one she began to walk towards the bridge. When she got there she only saw the captain sitting in her chair. She walked next to her looking out into the sky. " Sure is pretty Captain, the sky that is and you too." Tori was just going to say the sky but she couldn't resist the urge to add on. She stood there for a second looking at the sky truly hypnotized by the colors.

"Well I'm off to the training room miss captain lady, catch ya later beautiful~" With that The young fighter turned once more on her heel and began down the hall. As she walked around she thought that she'd probably check out the other places while on her way to the training room. After a five minute walk the young fighter saw Vincent and walked up to him. " Hey there Vince, your looking rather..nervous?"She said questionably wondering if she was wrong or right. Tori shoved her hands in her pockets exhaling then inhaling the cool air as she walked.

They were on a high tech Spaceship, only having just disembarked on their grandiose journey to explore other planets -- and yet! here Nixon stood, critically examining the ingredients of a box of 'Instant Dehydrated Potatoes'.

What the fuck is 'butylated hydroxytoluene' anyway?

Not sure he wanted to know, the teal haired male shoved the box back into it's proper place more unnerved that said starch wasn't strictly even intended for space, but for everyday consumption. Swiveling back 'round, fingers tangled themselves into the fringe of his hair, shoving it up and back just in time to catch a glimpse of the now speaking Medical Officer. His name sounded so...official...when she said it. It hung in the air nicely. At the same time, he almost felt like he was back at the academy, or about to get in trouble when people gave him name that clipped, formal cadence.

All in all, Nixon replied smoothly just the same.

"Oh. Mr. Moreau is my father. Hah. If only she were aware of the irony of that statement. The ghost of a smile flittered across nonchalant features. "You can call me Nixon, Doctor. Or Nix. I'm not exactly one for strict formalities, but I will refrain from calling you MinMin, for what it's worth."
Assuming she realized she was more than welcome, he'd continue about his business. Turning on his heels, the marksman returned his hand to the handle of the fridge upon noting her request. Aimless wandering aside, he could go for something to eat. And so long as their beloved Captain didn't make any risque maneuvers that would turn his stomach upside down and inside out, something to munch on sounded good about now. Tossing a glance over his shoulder, his eyes once again flicked from snacks to Sato and back.

"Were you hoping for anything specific? I'm a sandwich and Mac n' Cheese expert." (Those were just some of the simple things he'd seen in their food stocks.) As usual though, the lame joke was said dryly, not much giving away to the jest. But it didn't really matter, he figured Minerva was perceptive enough to catch on, as well . "I'm sure we could whip up something more substantial though, if you're craving it." It wasn't like they had anything better to do at the moment, passing time during Space travel was something of an art - especially if you didn't want to suffer some mean cabin fever.

Awaiting a response, Nixon would fish out some basic ingredients and cups, just to get things started. He wasn't necessarily the best at making idle chit chat, but an attempt was made nonetheless. "Any special reason you chose to be apart of this expedition? I mean - instead of safely residing in some hospital elsewhere?

Hannah gave a small smirk as Vincent began to freak out over in his little corner, guess he just realised how little earth knew about these others planets, "Guess your not in it for the adventure than, huh buddy." She asked her bridge partner as she began to set the adjustment and controls for the ship onto cruise so that they wouldn't crash by accident. She heard him leave a little while later cursing slightly every now and than, giving a small smile she clicked on autopilot and injected the ships alarm into her body, the alarm would go off every time autopilot wasn't enough for the ship to continue its flight, like a meteor field or something that required actual skill and thought.

Giving a peaceful sigh, she leaned back in her chair staring out into the void of space. Stars shone through the inky blackness and created a picture of colour and lights. It was one of the main reason why she wanted to go on this venture, to see the space they lived in and see the beauty of the black night sky she always looked up at in wonder when she was a child.

"Sure is pretty Captain, the sky that is and you too." Hannah nearly jumped a mile high as Tori appeared behind her. She sent the women a small smile over her shoulder at her, before nodding her head in agreement. "It is, it's mainly why I wanted to be a pilot, so I could see the beauty of the night sky close up. Thanks for the skittle by the way, you have no idea how much I have been craving them!" She shock the green bag and tipped a few of the sweets into her mouth as demonstration, sighing a little in pleasure at the sweetness.

They stared at the sky together for a few moments in silence before Tori began to leave, "Well I'm off to the training room miss captain lady, catch ya later beautiful~". Hannah felt her cheeks heat up a little at the comment, it had been a while since anyone had been that nice or flirty with her. Shaking her head to get rid of it, Hannah also stood from her seat and made her way towards the crews quarters and grabbing the room next to her brothers so that they would be closer to each other. Letting out a small sigh of relief as she collapsed down onto the bed, Hannah drifted off into sleep.

~meanwhile~

After taking the inventory in the sick bay, Ricky decided to head back to his room, after all he had nothing better to do. Half way there though he had to pass past the galley and as he did his nose picked up the smell of food. Planning on ignoring it and just continuing after realising there were people inside, the shapeshooter and the medic, he soon changed his mind when his stomach let out a loud groan of protest and forced his feet to change direction and walk right into the occupied room.

Muttering a small hi so as not be rude if they had seen him enter, he kept his head down so as to not be noticed, the two seemed to be busy eating and talking so maybe he would be lucky and get away unseen. Opening up one of the cupboards he noticed a small foil pack of soup. Smiling happily behind his fringe, he moved towards the kettle as he set it to boil along with setting out two cups. Continuing to rummage through the cupboard, he finally found what he was looking for, giving a small squeak of triumph, he pulled out the box of fruit tea and honey before setting about filling the cups with boiling water and their respective food items.

Muttering to himself, Vincent had walked out of his room, his eyes vacant with thought. Why in the blazes didnā€™t I search this all earlier. He couldnā€™t believe himself, really. It wasnā€™t like Vincent to jump into anything without planning everything out earlier, but, well, most of the time. Except for those times he went off and stole articles and machine parts from the ghetto areas near the School of Knowledge.

Shaking his head again, Vincent looked up only to find himself in another room. ā€œOops,ā€ he muttered, backing out of the room hastily and back onto the corridor that went through almost all of the ship, with many others branching off to who knows where- yet. ā€œSorry ā€˜bout that.ā€ He muttered to no one in particular as he turned and took the right way to the Galley.

ā€œHey there Vince, youā€™re looking ratherā€¦nervous?ā€ Vincent stopped in his tracks and turned around, quickly, his eyes narrowed with fear and anger. When he saw it was nothing but Tori behind him, Vincent sighed and shook his head, taking in the woman who stood almost of equal height. ā€œItā€™s nothing, Tori, really.ā€ He scratched his chin and resumed his slow walk towards the Galley. ā€œJust figured out weā€™re in a death trap, ā€˜s all.ā€ Vincent muttered darkly, as he shoved his hands into his pockets. The scowl on his face came back, as his shoulders hunched even further, making Vincent seem a lot shorter than he actually was. ā€œIā€™m off to the Bridge to see if they stashed any booze on this damned ship, want to come with? Iā€™ll just tell you, though, if thereā€™s only a limited supply,ā€ his face soured, ā€œAll of itā€™s mine.ā€

Turning once more, Vincent walked into the Galley, ignoring the two others already there as his mind was filled only with the need to find alcohol to drizzle down his throat. Starting with the cabinets closest to him, Vincent rummaged through them as he chanted- though he didnā€™t know- ā€œBooze, booze, boozeā€¦ā€ His search proved futile in that singular cabinet. All that met his inquisitive and searching hands were vials after vials of chemical substances. Why in the world do they have rare acids stored on this flying ship? Vincent thought, raising an eyebrow as he picked up an extremely rare- and expensive- acid from amongst the bottles that were stored in the cabinet. I could've made a fortune with this back on Earth! He stored it back in and glanced once more at the bottles in front of him. Cursing as he saw nothing that looked even slightly like booze, Vincent slammed the cupboard and went onto the next, his vigor renewed with the sight of the new, untouched and un-searched cabinet.

" A death trap huh? Well that sure makes me feel safe." Tori followed, standing right next to the tall Vincent. " Iā€™m off to the Bridge to see if they stashed any booze on this damned ship, want to come with? Iā€™ll just tell you, though, if thereā€™s only a limited supply,ā€. The fighter raised her eyebrow at this knowing full and well that she still had about a whole small bottle of scotch left but she stayed quiet about it wanting to tease a little. " Aye sir! I'll tag with." The tall woman followed behind him as they made their way into the galley. Upon entering Tori noticed the other two members of the crew over by the table. "Yo, what's up people."

She walked over to them and took a seat as she watched Vincent go through the cabinets like a mad man.She lightly tapped her fingertips on the table watching him, enjoying him scrambling around like that. Hm maybe I should tell him now?...Nah I'll tell him in five more minutes. Tori turned to the other two, Nixon and Minerva. " Sooo how are you two doing so far?" A small smile grew on her face then she stuck her thumb out pointing at Vincent while never turning her head to face him. " Please don't tell me any of you are gonna go mad like him anytime soon?"
