"As my daddy says, tu vives, o tu mueres."
On and off of her roller skates, Tiarra is described as an "around-the-way girl". She can be friendly, especially with the members of the Golden Gamu Crew, but has a rather sharp attitude towards others, especially the Rokkaku Police, but she makes sure to keep her record clean. At first glance, the chewing gum and gold hoop earrings give her "around-the-way girl" persona away. Around guys, she can be either competitive, or flirtatious. Against male members of other gangs, she uses this as a way to trick them so she could have the advantage.
Treble Clef understands that she does not have the physical strength to being a leader, which is why she feels that every member in Golden Gamu Crew has equal recognition.

Before Treble Clef, Tiarra was nothing but a little note in Miami, Florida, living with her Cuban Disk Jockey father, and her African-American mother. Before she could even walk, Tiarra always wanted to glide, or at least she tired scooting on the floor with her behind. The minute she touched rollerskates at age 4, she immediately wanted to use them. While it took some time for her to use them, because she first had her mother assisting her, gradually she went from holding her mother to gliding on her own, to eventually using roller blades at age 11.
