A city of prosperity and hope.....At least on the surface.....

The Montez Crime Syndicate is at its peak and almost all of the Criminals who want to be someone have either worked for them or are currently working for them. The man in charge of this Syndicate is Hernando Montez. He is a millionaire Cuban with all of the power in the city at his finger tips and loves to demonstrate that power. Sometimes even on the innocent. He likes to sit in his heavily guarded Mansion in South Beach while his business takes care its self. The police are completely aware of the choke hold he has on the city but what can they do about about it when he is funding their department? He runs the City with his two generals: His son Luis, and his nephew Horacio. Luis is in charge of North Miami while Horacio is in charge of South Miami. Alana his daughter, is Daddy's little princess and is usually found partying and getting drunk at the expense of others. It doesn't matter what she does to whomever, daddy always has just enough money to pay for it. Hernando Montez is a very dangerous man who will do anything to maintain his power, but what happen if the people he has been oppressing finally say "No more...."


Hello and Welcome to JUST LIKE PARADISE A revenge crime roleplay set in 1988 Miami with good action and AWESOME music.

You will be In charge of creating a character that has been wronged in some way by the Montez Crime Syndicate. Your Character will cross paths with other characters maybe even team up and bring down Mr. Montez. I anticipate things will not happen over night so have fun in the city as well! Your Character should have a job as well, from a business man to a Stripper I don't care but there has to be some sort income. Not that crime won't count but innocents aren't the target in this roleplay. Your Character will also have some sort place they call home, ranging from seedy motel rooms to luxurious penthouses. Better weapons and explosives will probably be revealed later.

People You Should Know:

Luis Montez: Hernando's spoiled very angry son. He is very muscular and fit but not very smart about somethings. He is very hot headed and has been prone to freak out easily. He has been charged with many cases of battery and rape but of course nothing stuck.Luis is also not afraid to kill or make an example of people he doesn't like. He is in Charge of North Miami And Can usually be found at one of the larger Montez owned Nightclubs called The Derelict. The place has armed guards and usually only VIPS and very beautiful people get in. Luis uses that place as his base of operations.

Horacio Montez: Horacio is kind of the opposite of Luis except just as malicious. The two are the same age but He is quite a bit smarter and to his cousin's expense, next in line to be in charge after Hernando. Horacio is tall and slender and very fit. He doesn't let his emotions get in the of his work and he feels no remorse towards killing people. He is kind of the son Hernando wishes he had. He is usually at a beach house that is very heavily armed with guards and he takes pride in his two doberman dogs that are no strangers to sicking people.

Alana Montez: The also very spoiled plastic daughter of Hernando Montez, She is just as evil as the rest of her family. She usually moves around with a small entourage of her lady friends partying at numerous clubs in the City. She usually always makes a stop at The Derelict when she is out partying. There is always some sort of armed guard with her as well. Many people people have suffered at the hands of Alana due to her drunkenness and her life style.
