Fey is a very quiet person. He does not intentionally keep to himself, but is reluctant to volunteer information, not wanting to force his presence on others or burden them with his troubles. Though he seems selfish at times, with an insistence on only doing things he wants to, on a wider scale he thinks of others before himself, trying to keep himself out of the way and being generous with what he has. He does not feel things very often, hence he is able to withstand things others might not; but when he does, he feels it quite strongly, hence if a person has managed to find their way into his care, he is very protective of their well being. If one one those people is in trouble that they cannot solve alone, he will do all he can to help them, no matter how far he has to go to do it, knowing full well what it would mean to do so. People can always go to Fey for advice or to just sit back and laugh with, as he is both very wise and very open-minded, though has very high morals. Few realize that he wouldn't mind if they did, however, what with how taciturn he is. He is very intelligent, and if curious about something, will ask until he fully understands what is being talked about, but otherwise is very quiet, observing rather than controlling.
History:
Fey cannot remember a time when he did not know about his abilities, and only vaguely remembers the family he was born to, a single mother and older sister. His Father had left even before his sister was born, because of the 'devil child'. What he does remember, however, is how his mother was overbearing in her protectiveness, telling him to never use the abilities, but never explaining why not to. Before he even graduated Elementary school, his mother took sick and died, and his sister was taken in by his Father's family, who refused to let him have contact with her. He never saw her again, and lived at the large group home founded by a rich man of the community as a permanent resident. It was nicer than other group homes, and the children who lived there were/are very tight-knit. He is working hard towards graduating High School, and is expecting to do so early, at which time he will leave the group home to get his own place, not wanting to burden the caretakers there any longer than possible.
