History: He grew up in Lavender town all his life, but he wasn't the good guy he is now. In fact he used to be a platoon leader for Rocket. He abandoned that life though and talks no more about it to anyone. Only a few of his friends know as well as Professor Oak, who at first was wary of him but soon grew to trust this young man. He has a brilliant mind and is always fearful that one day he will be caught for the crimes of his past.

Personality: A bit of a hot head he is known to get angry when push comes to shove. He can fend for himself and isn't afraid to fight for his friends, or break the law to help them if the need requires that. He is a caring guy though, one wonders how and why he joined Team Rocket in the first place.
