Reborn Again!

First, before anything else is covered; the main supportive Protagonist Group: The Vongola Famiglia

The Vongola Famiglia has long since been the most powerful Mafia Famiglia in all of Italy. Several other Famiglias serve or have served under the Vongola umbrella, including several members of the infamous but now nonexistent Arcobaleno. Even when there is internal strife, members of the Vongola stand united to repel attack from opposing Famiglia, living up to their title as the best and the strongest.

The Vongola came into being after Cozarto Simon suggested to Giotto, the Vongola Primo, to create a vigilante group in order to protect the people. From then on, each generation of the Vongola Famiglia has donned formal attire when risking their lives to fulfill this duty. The Vongola originally started as a vigilante organization, but their ways gradually changed during Vongola Secondo's reign, starting to turn towards violence and crime.

Of course our story is not based in Italy, but has the possibility of reaching it.

No. Our story starts in a small town, located in a smaller, but still recognized province of Japan: Namimori, Japan.

We have no set characters, and the XLII (11th) Vongola Boss has yet to be discovered. However, that doesn't mean he couldn't be some random student two years from graduating Namimori High School. Or maybe it's a milk or mail man? Whoever it is, he or she will soon be drawn to his or her new generation family members; as fate and destiny have a way of doing things like that. Who will the new Vongola Boss be, what will he be like? Who will his family members be? Who are his enemies, or future enemies?! All will be discovered, in due time. Nonetheless, the designated tutor of said XLII (11th) Vongola Boss searches vigilantly for the upstart, or upstarts.

The Seven Vongola Rings and Characteristics

Sky
- Becomes the sky that captures and encompasses all. The sky flame is orange. -

Sun
- It holds the power of Activation, meaning it can provide energy and act as healing or a energy boost. The sun flame is yellow. -

Thunder
- It can solidify and carry properties of electricity. The thunder flame is lime-green -

Storm
- Its Disintegration special trait can induce anything that touches the Flames into decaying and breaking apart, including other Dying Will Flames. The storm flame is red. -

Rain
- The blue color of the Rain Flame has the power of tranquillity special trait carries the meaning of stillness and pacification. Thus, these Flames can be used to weaken a target by robbing its strength and capacity of movement. -

Mist
- The Mist Flame has an indigo colour and the power of solidification or construction. -

Cloud
- The Cloud Flame has a violet colour and the power, of propagation, to feed on other’s flames and expand or become stronger. -

I know, but Rules are Rules, and I hate having to make them over and over; so..Here's the blunt of it:

First and foremost everyone...I want you to be nice to eachother. Make memories here. I know it's set in a universe that isn't original, and not everyone will win; not everyone wants to be a good guy, not everyone wants to be a bad guy, but OOC...We're all good guys, to eachother. Drama in RP, stays in RP.

All characters that are actually Japanese Nationals will speak English when typed! Meaning, all Japanese characters unless they have at least a basic understanding of the English Language will be ICly speaking Japanese. Characters speaking any other language will have to put into detail as such:

"(English:)Hello, nice to meet you." ; "(French:)Hello, nice to meet you."

The dominant language is Japanese which is why one does not have to put in parenthesis the language their character is speaking.

All characters will be approved by me (and other mods if I get any), that means no OP characters. I'm alright with protagonists having difficulty with antagonists, and not always winning; but when you can kill anything within a ten mile radius...We have a problem. If there are ANY characters like previously mentioned they will most definitely be important NPC's, controlled by either me or other storytellers.

I don't really need to puppy everyone; if you RP a lot, you know the guidelines; rule 3 is in these guidelines. IN case you need a jog; no meta-gaming, no god modding, no anything that makes me upset and ruins the mood. I will allow 'auto-hitting' if both (or all) parties approve.
