Soft textured, tanned skin remains unmarred. Her angelic young face spotted with high cheekbones seems to be set in a mixture of concentration and awe. With thick lush eyelashes that fan out over almond shaped eyes surrounding deep pools of hazel. Her Cupid's-bow vibrant, rosy lips surrounds her mouth with aligned ivory teeth, which find themselves in an incessant pout unless otherwise.
Incandescent locks of long obsidian, luscious hair carelessly cascades down to her mid back. She usually keeps her tresses in tousled waves unless in a informal setting to which she will pull her hair up. Giselle stands at 5'4 ft and weighs no more than 135 lbs. She is slender, but possesses curves, and dainty feminine collar structure. A petite frame that houses a rounded posterior all pours into a nice hourglass shape.
Being raised in a house of mostly boys left the imprint of being suppressed which ties into her submissive side, playing a rather important role in her dating life. Relationship wise, Giselle expects to be treated like a lady. Even though deep down she is very submissive, preferring for the man to take control. Dating in her younger years in life were near to impossible. Her brothers made sure that any guy that took interest in their younger sister had received the full Torres dating lesson. Outing them exactly, "You break her heart... we break your balls." So any possible recruitment's had either been scared away or pushed away by Giselle herself to avoid any conflict. But because boys were put on the back burner, it gave her time to focus on school. It helped evolve her intelligence so if anything her brain would out shine her looks. She likes to think of herself as the peace keeper and tries her hardest not judge someone on an preconceived notion. Once again, her family life regarded her to help put conflicts at ease with three equally aged guys growing up in the same home. Her family is something she doesn't play around with. Even with her niece only a couple of years younger knows all to well.
The cheerful Latina has a large heart that she doesn't keep guarded like she should. Leaving her open to be taken advantage of. But if pushed to far, Giselle will completely remove herself from the situation. Both mentally and physically as she hates to be in budding conflicts with another.
Giselle Torres, born in California; to Ramone and Maria Torres. Of Cuban decent. Raised by her parents, her mother, a stay at home housewife and her a father, who worked hard to support his family. Elle grew up middle class, the youngest of three boys. She was what some would call the miracle child, being that mother Maria was well into her late thirties when she got pregnant. It was a risk pregnancy due to age. Certain complications arouse causing both Maria and Ramone to fear for the worst.
After seven long months, Elle was delivered into the world. Although she was born a month earlier than expected, she was healthy. Her younger brothers dotted on her and all paid close attention whenever she was near. None of the boys were to jealous of baby Giselle as all three of them were barely in their preteen years. Those years had long passed. The oldest was Javier, fourteen when Elle first came home and also the force to be reckoned with. Adrian was the second oldest, twelve , a bit of a fire cracker. And last was Graham, ten and commonly known as the tattle tale.
As Elle got older, the boys were always out doing their own thing. Whenever they were home she tried her best to keep up with them. She always wanted to stay up late but sadly couldn't keep her eyes open. Always wanting to go on the big kid ride but wasn't tall enough. But it never led her down. However there were times that Elle bonded with the brothers. With three adolescent boys growing up in the same house it was bound to be fights with all the testosterone being aired around. If a fight did arise, Giselle always did her best to resolve it before their parents punished all of them. Most of the time they would laugh at her attempt, even ganging up on her but it worked -- it took the attention away from the conflicts. Other times everyone would get punished for it, even it were just two them. All four got grounded.
When Giselle turned six, both Javier and Graham moved out, leaving only Adrian. He didn't out until that next year. With the once blooming house now empty, Elle felt lonely. Sure her parents, Maria and Ramone did all they could for her. It was just -- nothing could compare to love of her brothers. And being so young all she could think is how they abandoned her. She was too young to understand that the boys were now men. Men who needed to move on with their lives and build careers and families of their own. But something fortunate happened. Gram had told everyone that him and his girlfriend Mina were expecting. The little Latina was overpowered with joy of having a new playmate. That and she would be considered an aunt.
Months later, and if you asked her at the time she would say an eternity later. Piper Torres was born. It wasn't what Elle was expecting as she was too young to play with. But when little Piper did reach the age of 'playsent', Giselle was already turning twelve at the time and had no urgent passion to play with a six year old. One could say it was unfortunate. Both girls were so eagerly ready to play but the time restraint fiddled with their plans.
Around the age of twelve, Elle just started to take notice in boys, and the same could be said about them. Her brothers, now into adulthood was definitely not liking this. Since her parents were much older now, their watchful eyes weren't as good as they use to be. But Graham, Adrian and Javier's were. Especially after her brother Graham, or Gram as she called him had his first child. Little baby Piper. Instead of wanting to go to family gatherings and hangout with her niece Elle would rather go to the mall with friends.
Over the course of her teen years, many potential dating interest were scared away by the intimidating Cubans. One boy had been scared so bad that he never talked to her again. It was disappointing seeing all of her friends being able to date whoever they wanted, but as she got older she only viewed this as good thing. Much like those friends who at the time of graduation had either been expecting a child or already had one over the year were struggling. Giselle mentally thanks her brothers for not letting her turn out like that. It was a blessing in disguise.
Because her focus remained on academics, Elle received a scholarship and chose to attend Hawaii Pacific University. Her brother's of course were against her moving out by herself but she reminded them of when they left. How she felt they were abandoning her. But now she realized that they had just moved on with their lives... much like she wanted to do. The brothers reluctantly gave them their blessing.
Moving to Honolulu, Hawaii was freedom city. With her parents sending her money every month and checks she received from school things were going great. But the smalls studio apartment she called home was doing little to none to curb her appeal. After meeting a woman named Ava Vinyard at a shopping center, Elle had quickly attached herself to the woman. Though her outlandish behavior almost made her reconsider their friendship. But after time, Ava warmed up to her. She admired Ava's independence, fashion sense and vanity. A few months of them talking and Ava had offered her to come look at Kohana Creek. Luxury apartments compared to where she stayed. After meeting with Keilani Fergosa, the sweet landlord, Elle signed a lease for the year. Luckily for her she was able to get a spot on the same floor as Ava.
She finished school three years later. Graduating with her Bachelors in Education and associates in Business. And not that she was an expert at dating, Elle met a guy. A man who lived on the same floor as she. They met on the elevator one night and exchanged numbers. The two casually dated for a few months, nothing to serious. But as time progressed the woman found herself growing feelings for him. Love, maybe.
Right around this time she got a call from Graham that Piper needed to come stay with her. Giselle didn't question anything. All she could do was be there for family, so agreed. Piper signed up for college, quickly got a job and claimed to be moving out within the first five months. It wasn't part of deal with Gram but she understood that Piper needed her freedom and chose to give that to her without alerting her father.
Everything seemed to be going great until her relationship with Sage took unexpected turns. She was so wound up in not losing him that she didn't realize she was only putting herself in a uncanny situation. Giselle would do things to keep him happy, even if it wasn't what she wanted. But she finally found the courage and strength needed to end things after a certain 'incident' occurred, which to this day still remains a secret. It was hard letting the person she loved go. Almost impossible but somehow things are starting to look up... or so she like to think.
