|Nickname:| Ben

|Species:| Angel

|Eye Color:| Light Green

|Hair Color:| Black

|Skin Tone:| Fair/Light

|Age:| 17

Dorm Room: 654

|Details:|

|Habits:| Ben often finds himself playing with one of the bangs that scatter across his forehead. He twists it when he is embarrassed, nervous, or bored.

|Strengths:| Oddly, Ben is good at just about anything that has to do with gardening, he has a green thumb. He is also good at listening to others, at least, if he is interested in what they are saying.

|Flaws:| Ben used to tend to trust people far to easily and it often leaves him hurt. So now he is highly guarded and has very few friends and is not good at making new ones.

|Likes:| He loves red apples for their sweetness along with cherries and raspberries, and he also enjoys large gardens and wide expanses of land where all is quiet. He also happens to like Willow trees.

|Dislikes:| Ben hates loud places and lemons. Sour things aren't really his kind of thing. Ben also dislikes coffee and all coffee flavored things. And handcuffs. He had an extreme fear of being kept captive.

|Weaknesses:| To elaborate on his fear of being held captive, whenever ho goes near cages of handcuffs, he becomes paralyzed with fear and his wings tense up.

|Quirks:| He blushes quite easily and he's quite cute when he does.

|Powers:|
  • Flying (of course)
  • Lightning Manipulation- he can shoot lightning bolts from his hands and give people or items an electric shock, like having an electrically charged sword is super cool and so are dead people... oh wait no...

|History:|
Ben, being a child of God itself, has not parents and has wandered alone since he was very young. When he was eight, he was captured by scientists wishing to do experiments on oddities like him, it was a terrifying experience and this is where he developed a fear of being held captive. Ben made a friend in the lab, a young girl named Sarai, who was an angel like him. the two young children tried to survive the tests together, but Sarai was tragically killed in a shock test, which is why Ben still gets bad flashbacks and does not particularly like to use his powers unless he has too. After escaping the lab alone, he was found battered and bruised only feet away from the burning building, where everyone else still resided. He believed that he was the sole survivor of the arson, even though he had no idea that another girl had escaped. From here, Ben was sent to Kolbs Academy when he was eleven and has been here since. After three years of torture, this place was heaven to him (pun totally intended).

|Personality:|
Ben is quiet and only speaks when spoken too. He enjoys being alone but does not mind if other people are with him and are quiet. He rarely shows agitation or anger, but when he does, most people end up electrocuted. He always tends to help people who are in need, and needs nothing in return.

Image

|Other:|
Ben plays the piano, but he does not know where he learned how to do this... It just comes naturally.

Elizabeth breathed in deep. The first time she was actually going to make some nice---try to make some nice conversation with other supernatural beings. She breathed in deep once again, and started to walk towards the Academy, her luggage in hand. She didn't have much, but what she could find over the past year...And the school uniform.
Elizabeth's steps were slightly sluggish, her feet nearly scraping against the pavement as she had gone forward.
"You better not screw this up..."
She had muttered to herself, remembering the crumpled piece of paper which stated her dorm room. She took it out, and sighed.
"Room 235. God help me if I have roommates."

Ben was hungry, he realized as he lay on the grass outside the school. He had seen a girl that he did not know walking up the path to the school and wondered if she was new. He wondered what she was and where she came from. But he didn't get up to see, no, he already knew all of the people that he needed to know.

Ben's stomach growled and he arose from his resting position, sitting up and letting the soft breeze rustle through his wings. He stretched them out as he stood, cllosing his eyes and breathing in deeply. Food. That is what he needed, so he started his way back up to the dining hall, hoping that they had something out for him to eat. Ben walked past the dorms and heard a high pitched voice sob that she was sorry. He wondered what had made the voice upset and sped up his pace a bit until he stood outside of room 235. Lucy rushed by him and he nearly called after her, but decided that she would work herself out in the end. He turned back towards the dorm.

In front of him stood who he assumed was the new girl. “I see you've met Lucy, sorry she ran off, she does that sometimes," he said before he could stop himself. He supposed that she had to be informed of the situation, but why did it have to be him who informed her. Friend making was not something he particularly enjoyed.

It had been a month or so since Ciel had started her "new life", and already her ditzy personality was almost perfected. She had not been allowed to attend the school until she had been able to "calm her self down" so she would be entering the academy along with the other new students. Watching from her dorm window, she first spotted the girl who's head was on fire. No, that wasn't right; the girls head was a bright flaming red, easy to mistake from a distance. The girl seemed to examine the school before another person ran into her. She had seen this person before, from her window, of course. Ciel, in the past month, had never really left her dorm room. She shared it with nobody, at least not yet, and she had been too busy forgetting. Forgetting the terrible things she had stored in her head. She had even forgotten her birthday until it had already passed, but what was the point? She had no one to share it with anyway. But those memories were all locked up now. Ciel shook her head and focused her gaze to back outside the window. The red head was still there but the other girl was gone. Next a boy appeared. This redhead, a demon perhaps, seemed to attract many visitors, Ciel smiled to herself. The boy's features were not to be seen from the distance that separated them, but Ciel could see he had wings, like her. Her own pair flexed, the white blue feathers ruffling, a small noise, barely noticed by Ciel any longer. Ciel bit her bottom lip, now in thought. If the paper, the one that had said she was Fallen, was the truth, then she should act less like an angel and more like a demon, right? But Ciel didn't know how Fallen Angels acted at all. That was why, in the past few weeks, she had decided to compare herself with her fellow species to see if they were different. Although the only difference might be she couldn't go back to- to wherever she had come from. She didn't exactly remember. But her interest piqued and curiosity caught the better of her. She turned and headed to the door, her tinted wings folded, blue hair trailing behind her. When she got to the entrance of the school, she stayed quiet a few minutes. Then she decided it didn't matter if they saw her; she no longer had to live in fear. Her new life started now.

Simon Klauve

Here was an odd sight. An averaged sized young woman, no wait, young man wearing what looked like a gi top and hakama walked down the dorm hall, a small but official scrap of paper in hand. His name was Simon Klauve, one of the new students. As for the official paper, he hadn't opened it yet. Well, now was better than never. He broke the wax seal on the paper and read aloud. "Dear Ms. Klauve," There was obviously more to the letter than just that, but as soon as he read that bit, he screamed in pure rage. Now, Simon was usually much more... soft spoken, but this yell was loud. Very loud. "YOU BASTARDS! YOU GENDER CONFUSING DUNDER HEADS!" These words rang throughout the entire hall and most of the school. He sighed heavily after his scream of outrage, feeling quite a bit better. He continued to read the letter aloud, though much more quietly. "You dorm room is 235, located on campus. We hope you understand these are two person dorms. Please do your best not to kill your room mate." he said under his breath. Well, that was rather blunt of them. He continued walking down the hall, rather dejectedly until he came up upon the angel and the red head. New students like himself maybe? Maybe they knew where his room was located? Might as well ask. He mustered up a little courage and managed to speak. "E-Excuse me.. Would you happen to know where room 235 is?"

"E-Excuse me.. Would you happen to know where room 235 is?" A young woman, or man? asked the group. Ben looked around to see if anyone else would answer. But these people were new. He sighed.

"This is 235," he said raising an eyebrow. If you want to get to know the room numbers, well, the two stands for the second floor and this is the thirty-fifth room." He blushed, realizing that he never talked this much to anyone and had no idea what his problem was today. It most certainly had something to do with all of these new students. "Anyways, I'm going up the the dining hall, I suppose I'll see you all later." Ben left the girl and girl/boy standing there and continued his trek.

He stopped abruptly, seeing something out of the corner of his eye. There was a girl standing at the entrance to the school, she had long bluish-white hair and lightly blue tinted wings. Ben knew his girl, he was sure of it. Seeing her face brought back memories of that horrible lab, and of Sarai. He grasped the dog-tag that hung around his neck tightly. He remembered her number, Patient 3, but for the life of him could not remember her name.

Ben suddenly felt like curling up in a ball and sleeping. He rushed past the girl quickly, not wanting her to see his pain. "Sorry" he whispered as he dashed by. He didn't much feel like eating anymore, instead heading up to his room. He opened the door, only to find a boy sitting on the bed opposite to his, and a girl who he saw was Lith was standing by the door.

"Oh, uh... hi." he said.

She smiled a bit more as she could felt that Hebi was holding her hand still. It was nice to have someone understanding her, even though the guy was very of a small talk. Although, she didn’t minded it at all. Even though the smile was a bit creepy, she didn’t mind it at all. Suddenly, another male entered into the dorm, who she figured that was Hebi’s dorm companion. She chuckled softly. “Hello there. I’m sorry for having invading your dorm. I just didn’t know it was the time of the year that students. I guess I should go welcome the rest, since most people don’t know where the dorms are.” She said, leaving Hebi’s grasp as she walked out of the room. She looked back at Benjamin with a smile: “Oh, by the way, my name is Lith.” And she walked away, now hearing more people talking.

The first day of school was always fun; there was new people to meet, and old people to remember about. Of course, she was one of the elder students, and knows the school like the bottom of her pockets, even though she never really used her pockets anyways. She walked down to the main hall, where she found two students. Lith was expecting more people there, or maybe they were already lost in the academy. She walked up to them, her tail fluttering behind her as usual.

“Hello there. It is always to see new faces around here.” She chuckled softly, tilting her head. “Say, welcome to Kolbs Academy. My name is Lith Arcesiris, but you can just call me Lith. I’m one of the oldest students here, so if you need help, just ask me.” She stopped her sentence to take a small breath. “Other than that, I’m really happy to meet you bolt (both).” When she realised her error in her sentence, she covered up her mouth as she gasped silently.

“Ah~ Sorry, I meant to say both.” She chuckled under her breath to herself, scratching the back of her head gently, knowing if she scratches too much, it would bleed.

Elizabeth made her way towards where she suspected the dorms were, only to be bumped into by a blonde girl. An immediate growl had escaped her throat. She snapped her head around to the girl, only to see her already fast walking away. Elizabeth started to take steps towards her, before she stopped herself, an remembered how she pledged she wasn't going to hurt anyone...For now.
As long as no one else bothers me...
Elizabeth thought. Suddenly, she heard a male's voice behind her. Twirling around, she was greeted by an angel.
“I see you've met Lucy, sorry she ran off, she does that sometimes,"
He had told her, most likely referring to the girl who bumped into her.
"Hmph..."
She gave a small grunt. Soon, she heard another voice...
"E-Excuse me.. Would you happen to know where room 235 is?"
A girl boy had asked. Elizabeth shrugged,
"I wouldn't know.."
The boy from earlier gave him an answer, as Elizabeth looked around to see people seemingly looking at her. She sighed quietly in frustration, and glanced over at the angel, who seemed to walk away in a rush. Shaking her head, Elizabeth started to look for her room.

The male Angel had frozen when he saw her. Something, panic or horror, had flashed across his face before he had brushed past her with an apology. Was her being a Fallen Angel really that evident? But what had given her away? The barcode? Ciel reached back to feel the slightly raised bumps between her shoulder blades. No, there was no way he would of seen those that quickly. She frowned for a minute, and then straightened her mouth into a smile. This was no matter. Perhaps the boy simply did not like the others of his species. Anyway she wouldn’t broad over it.
Ciel went back inside the school and attempted to return to her dorm. However this attempt was delayed when she ran right into a woman, running exceedingly fast. Faster, of course, than any human could.
She started to speak, “Sorry ma’am I-“ She paused for a moment before her face flushed a bright red, although it appeared pink on her pale skin. Ciel had just realized that this “woman” was actually not a woman but a boy, about two years older than herself. “I’m sorry, I’m such a klutz! I didn’t realize, I mean, you…” She trailed off, truly flustered. This was not at all how she had intended to first introduce herself to someone.

Hebi Fechi

Hebi was confused as to why Lith suddenly just left once the other man came in. He sat there for a moment, staring at the other before sending a wave at him. He was too far away for a hand shake after all.

"My name Hebi." He introduced, wondering if this guy had scales as well. It didn't seem like it, but Hebi wasn't disappointed. He was actually rather curious about the other male. Was he his new room mate? Did he know Lith? Stuff like that flooded through his head. Hebi looked down and realized he was staring too much. He tried to bust himself by playing with his toy snake. He wondered if the scientist was going to send him a real snake while he was here. Well... He could always go find one if he wanted.

Lith walked passed him after saying a quick goodbye and he watched her go for a second before turning back to the young man.

"My name Hebi." The boy said and waved at Ben. Ben twirled his hair out of habit.

"I'm Ben," he said. "Looks like we are going to be roommates this year." He smiled and sat on the bed. Though moments ago he had wanted to disappear, he now felt happier for some reason. This boy, Hebi, seemed like a nice guy. His stomach rumbled and Ben realized that his appetite was back. "Would you like to come to the dining hall with me, I'm sure tat there are more new students there, besides the introduction ceremony will be this afternoon so everyone should be arriving."

Ben didn't know why he asked the boy to go with him, perhaps he was afraid that he would run into Patient 3 again. Or perhaps he just wanted a friend. He scratched his head. No, this would be the last person he would trust at this school. He could not trust anyone else. Ben stood and stretched his wings then looked at Hebi.

"Are you coming?"

Ben stepped out the door and began walking. While crossing the entrance corridor he ran into a group of people who all looked rather lost. He nearly stopped the ask if they needed help but decided not to and, blushing, he kept walking, hoping that Hebi had followed him.

Hebi was kinda happy that Ben was going to be his roommate. He seemed nice. And he didn't know what he would have done if he'd gotten someone mean for a roommate. He probably would have just hidden under his bed every night. It seemed safe down there.

When Ben asked if he wanted to join him for food, Hebi was confused. Usually he was given his food. He never had to get it himself. And he wasn't sure if he'd like being surrounded. But before Hebi could chose an answer, Ben left. And that's when Hebi's legs chose for him. He actually didn't want to be alone. Eventually Hebi caught up with Ben and he walked right behind him, his head down slightly. He didn't really like the loud noises of the hall. And they were kinda hurting his ears. But he knew that he'd have to get used to it.

Hebi felt like a lost child. But he refused to give in to the scientist. He was going to learn in the school.

A blur ran into her and the boy just as he was about to introduce himself. As she fell back, her wings opened automatically, catching most of the impact. As it was, she still landed on her knees which hit the floor with a sick crack. Although there was nothing that was injured seriously, it still hurt. She got up, dusted herself off, and flexed her wings gently. Whatever had hit them had disappeared.
For the first time she realized the boy’s eyes were slightly puffy. His hair was rumpled, clothes wrinkled, face a bit grimy. He didn’t look his best, but then again he had just practically been run over. "S-Sorry... I'm Simon by the way…"
Ciel smiled at him, although it was rather nervous. She had just called him the opposite gender of what he really was, and he already looked pretty disgruntled. “It’s my fault,” she said after he had introduced himself, “I didn’t see you coming; you were running pretty fast.” She paused for a second as some familiar feathers caught her eye. The male Angel was walking past, this time with a scaled friend. Her gaze flitted back to Simon, to the Angel who looked as if he was heading to the cafeteria, and then back again.
“I’m Cesieal, you can call me Ciel though. I suppose I’ve interrupted you in something important. But I just remembered something I have to do anyway, and I’m pretty hungry so I’m off to the cafeteria.” She started walking, then realized it sounded as if she were trying to get rid of the boy. “Ah, you can come too, if you’d like,”
Ciel turned to face forward to make sure the Angel was indeed going where she thought he was, but he had already disappeared.

Ciel. She seemed nice enough. He stood up slowly and smiled a little. But something was distracting her. He sniffed the air to see what it could be. Reptile? Interesting, but probably not what she was concerned with. Angel. That would be it. "Well it's nice to meet you Ciel, even if I did happen to to uhh, run you over a little bit." He pulled out a handkerchief and cleaned his face up a little bit, looking down at his clothes. "I look like a wreck... Not a whole lot I can do about it right now though." He straightened his clothes as best as he could and fixed his hair. It now appeared that he'd just gotten out of bed as opposed to just getting run over several times. "As for the w-woman thing, don't worry about it, even the school got it wrong." He held up the proof of this, a skirt that school had issued him.

At the mention of the Cafeteria, his stomach growled loudly. He looked at the skirt, and thought for a minute. Could the dorm ordeal wait till after lunch? Sure it could. "Y-Yeah, food sounds good." He followed a little ways behind her to the cafeteria, though he felt rather awkward. He just couldn't help but notice that she smelled, well, really nice. Like incense and old manuscripts. As odd as it sounded, he found the smell rather appealing. But there was also something... off. Something indefinably... wrong. He frowned. What was it? AH! She didn't smell like an angel. For that, he was quite glad. The scent carried by most angels drove him up a wall! So let's see. Nice, smells pretty good, and has yet to berate him or insult him. Maybe they could be friends?

He smiled a little and followed Ciel quietly. A little spark of happiness had wiggled its way into an otherwise horrible first day.

As Ben entered the dining hall he turned and smiled at Hebi. The boy looked a bit dazed, but other than that he seemed interested by the place.

“Welcome to the dining hall," he said, walking over to a table at the front if the room that usually carried several plates on it's surface. “They have pretty good food at this school." Ben grabbed a red apple and bit into it with a crunch, savoring its sweet taste. He smiled and held another apple out for Hebi to eat.

Ben turned as he heard a rustling sound. At the door stood the girl again and this time, Ben nearly choked. He realized how rude he had been and blushed, feeling his cheeks heat up. He rubbed the back of his neck and held back the nostalgia that threatened to overwhelm him and took a step towards the door. One step only.

“I-I'm Ben..." He stuttered and blushed harder. “I'm sorry about earlier, you just remind me if someone I knew very well." He wanted to yell out the fact that he had been Patient 1 and that his friend was Patient 2, but he didn't. No, he wouldn't trust her completely just yet. There was that girl/boy standing next to her, he noticed now that it was a boy and smiled at him embarrassedly. “Oh, uh, hullo."

[OOC: sorry its short, but I'm tired as hell.]

On their way down to the cafeteria, something caught his nose. The scent of sulfur, but also rage, resentment, and arrogance. The smell made him physically ill, and he had to pinch his nose to keep his stomach. Who the hell was that stench coming from? He took a quick look around and spotted the source of said stank. A black haired male demon who had just entered the school. He smelled evil intent and narrowed his eyes, growling and letting his hand go to the wooden sword at his side. But soon the demon was gone. He frowned and decided to keep an eye out for that particular demon. He was dangerous.

Once they reached the Cafeteria, the angel from before was there. He was blushing and stuttering like mad, but he seemed to know Ciel. Then he said Hi to him. Simon waved and smiled a little. "I'm Simon. Thanks for earlier by the way." With that, he hid from the rest of the students behind Ciel.

Hebi stared at the apple for a while before biting it cutely. He actually just sat there for a bit trying to suck all the juices out. Eventually, he successfully got his fangs stuck inside the apple. He tried his hardest to pull the apple out, but failed. Starting to freak out, he ran up to Ben, tugging on his shirt. Maybe he could help him.

He only felt slightly bad that he was talking to someone.

"Cahoooueleee?" He asked, which roughly translated to, "Can you help me?"
He tried tugging at the apple again to have no success. How did this even happen!? Hebi had tears form in his eyes the more scared he got. He didn't want apple stuck to his face all day!

Sera Knight

Sera just stood there as people introduced themselves. She wasn't really used to people. The only people she was used to was her family and her brother.
Once it was just her and her brother left, she turned towards him, licking her lips. "I need food" She said her eyes flashing with a glow.
If her brother know her, he knew she would need food or she would kill someone. And both end in bad consequences.
Now she doesn't actually eat food, she drink's blood. Her blood bags were transferred to the cafeteria a few days ago as well as the order list for when she runs out.
Before Drake replied she was all ready off towards the canteen, her hunger was getting the better of her. And if she didn't get a blood bag soon she was going to end up feeding on someone. Suddenly appearing in the canteen, she looked around at the people in there. It seemed that the guy and girl she crashed into earlier were in there. Along with some other people. And for some reason a boy had an apple stuck in his mouth, she was to busy to question it though. Before any of them could even speak to her, she appeared outside the fridge, pulling the fridge door open, refraining from pulling the door off. Looking inside she found her blood bags.
Grabbing one of the soda cups from the side, she began to empty the blood in to it. Once all the blood was in the cup, she threw away the blood bag and placed the lid on the cup then pierced the straw through. Taking a sip from the straw caused a relaxed sigh to escape her mouth.
Sera then headed over towards one of the empty tables to proceed to 'eat' without killing someone.

Drake Knight

Drake waved to people as they left, going in there own directions.
When Sera mentioned she needed food, his eyes widened in fear. He was going to drag her off to the canteen to get her blood bags, but she was all ready gone in that direction.
Deciding to follow her to make sure she didn't cause completely havoc, he appeared in the canteen shorty after she had sat down at a table near the back. Heading over towards her, he began to smile at the other students who were in there. Showing that he wasn't as rude as his sister. But being the klutz that he was he ended up tripping over nothing on the ground. Face planting the floor. "Shit.." He cursed as he began to run his nose.

He watched the proceedings with the curiosity and fear of a small child. So many people like him, all in one place! Well, not exactly like him, but the rejects of human society with which he'd been dumped. The demon from before entered the cafeteria along with two vampires. Those two seemed fine, but the demon set him on edge. The stench of his arrogance made his hair stand on end. Then the angel's friend, the other angel not Ciel, the source of the reptilian smell from earlier, came up and was trying to get the angels attention. Apparently, the apple he was trying to eat was stuck on his large fangs. Well... Okay, might as well help the poor guy.

He stepped out from behind Ciel and up to the snake man. "Hold still for a second, I won't hurt you." He carefully grasped the apple and the snake's jaw and managed to wiggle the apple out of his mouth. "There we go! Maybe you should eat it in smaller pieces?" He took the apple in both hands and twisted, breaking the apple in two even halves. He broke those into fourths and put them into the snakes hand. "There. All better." Feeling his job done, he went back to hiding behind Ciel.

(O.O.C.: Won't be on until late tonight. College starts today. Wish me luck!)

Ben felt a tugging at his shirt after Simon introduced himself and looked over at Hebi. The poor boy had gotten an apple stuck in his fangs.

"Oh jeez.." Ben said, trying to figure out a way to pull the apple out when Simon walked over and took it out gently. "Sorry, I should have realized that fangs were not good for eating apples." He said to the boy.

As Ben turned to the door again, he felt the air become tense with a feeling that he automatically disliked. Being an angel, he was automatically opposed to all demons and immediately wanted to run out of the room when he felt the aura of one. But, this was a new year. And Ben had to be civil toward his fellow students. He looked around for the source of the aura and when he found it, he walked over to the boy.

"I'm Ben," he said sticking out his hand stiffly. "I suppose we should all try to get along here." He had seen the look on the boy's face when he had run into the other. "You should be careful the floors can get slick in here," he said to the other boy, who he remembered was named Drake.

"Well then, welcome to Kolbs Academy. I'm sure that you'll find that you are not the only demon here."

Drake Knight

Drake didn't mean to trip, one of the 'laces' on his converses came lose. Suddenly he heard a smooth voice from above him "Surely you aren't so much of a fool that you'd have forgotten how to walk like a civil being, Leech?" Leech? Whose he calling leech? Wait... oh. How did he know he was a vampire? Had his fangs shown whilst he fell? He knew his monster aura was different from others since he was an S-class, but compared to his sister he looked nothing like a vampire. Suddenly the boys lips were beside his ear, and he began to speak once more If you get in my way again. I will either kill you....or lock you with your nightmares for an eternity." He sounded rather demonic, maybe he was a demon. From what he could tell he was.
Next thing you know the guy was smiling at him?!"I hope you haven't hurt yourself." Drake's face remained blank as he took the guys hand and pulled himself up.
Is he bipolar? He thought to himself as he rubbed the back of his neck.
Drake was a bit taller than him, standing at around 6'2 he was taller than most people.
"No I haven't hurt myself. But I squashed my potato chips" He pouted as he pointed to the crushed potato chip bag.
"You know... You remind me of my sister..." He said in a low voice.

Sera Knight

Sera watched the scene unravel in front of her. Smirking when the guy called him a fool for forgetting to walk, but a scowl appeared on her face when he called him a leech. How dare he call him a leech?! He looked nothing like those little slug type things. They were much better than leeches.
After that she sorta zoned out of her brothers conversation until he mentioned that the demon guy reminded him of her.
Suddenly appearing next to Drake she scowled at him whilst sucking on her straw. "I'm nothing like this being" She muttered.
