Appearance: Jessie's body is lethe and slender, but enhanced with artifical muscle, giving her a slightly muscular appearance. She is flat chested, and narrow hipped, as she was made into a Cyborg before maturity. Her hair is short and black, with seagreen eyes.

Personality

Jessie is very casual, but shy. She doesn't like talking to strangers, or enemies. However, she is very chatty to friends. She is very physical with her relationships, often hugging and clinging to her friends. She's very respectful, and dislikes pointless violence.

However, in a fight, she's straight forward...but cowardly. She's always afraid of being hurt, but more afraid of her friends getting wounded as well. She's caring about her comrades.

She doesn't like to transform...as the transformation is quite immense, and usually causes her to cry.

Equipment

Clothing: Jessie wears a jumpsuit that is made of a synthetic material. It's very form fitting, but doesn't hamper movement. She has matching elbow gloves. Her casual outfit is random, usually whatever she can find.

Weapons Carried:

FAMP-31: Full-Automatic Machine Pistol- A Machine pistol capable of firing up to 800 rounds a minute. It fires the 9mmx19 round, has a 25 round magazine. It is extremely low recoil.


RKAR-44: Revised Kalashnikov Assault Rifle- A remade version of the AK model guns. This particular model has been modified for Jessie's use specifically. It fires the 6.8x54 round and has reduced recoil due to improved rifling and grips. It has a 30 round magazine.


Cybernetic Body Transformations/Weapons

Gatling Arm: Jessi's right hand withdraws back into the wrist. Her wrist bulges, before expanding to allow 8 barrels perturde her wrist. These barrels fire 7.62 rounds at an alarming rate of 3500 rounds a minute.

Flare Launcher and Smokescreen: Located on Jessi's back are small holes that contain chemical flares that will disrupt heat seeking missiles, and disrupt computer targeting. There are simalier holes on her ribcage that can deploy a smokescreen to cause vision disruption.(These holes are covered untill use)

Electromagnitic Field: Due to her extremely powerful compact generator, Jessi can generate an electromagnetic field that repulses metal. Bullets will stop in their tracks or be deflected, explosives will not detonate by trigger, and like effects. However, this uses tremendous amounts of energy, and should only be used in case of emergency. She is also unable to do anything else as she must remain completely focused on the field.

Ultimate Weapon: UD-2000 Railgun- Known as "Unmatched Destruction". Jessica can disassemble herself to assemble the railgun. Using her own power source to power the gun, she literally sacrifices herself to destroy the enemy. The railgun uses 20mm "Slugs", and easily reaches 5000 feet per second, piercing any armor, and then some. If there is anything left of your target, it should recieve a medal.

History

Jessica was a sweet girl whom was victim to one of the enemy's bombing raidsof the city. Her body was torn to bits, the mangled girl lying there in a pool of her own blood and tears. She had no limbs, and her body was so shreded that it was hard to make out unwounded flesh from the neck down. She was rushed straight to a hospital where "Nothing could be done". The Military, almost as if playing some kind of pity note said they would cover the funeral and medical charges completely...

But there was no funeral.

Instead, kept on life support, Jessica was taken to a top secret lab, where she was rebuilt as a cyborg. She had a body like the one she had before, but better. She was faster, stronger, more balanced, and more endurant. However, it was clear, that she wanted to see her family again. As soon as she could run, she ran from the lab to her family. She was recaptured, and this time, had her memories erased. She had no idea about anything of her past...

However, memories cannot simply be "Eradicated" they just need to be stored somewhere. Occasionally, Jessie has flashbacks of her past life. Nothing drastic, but it makes her wonder what they are, and whom those people are...

Now she is a combat unit out on the field. She is usually just a support unit, offering medical aid and covering fire for others...but her combat potiential has yet been realized...
