Personality:

Ciel is a strict, cold, and competitive boy, with a mature outlook on life. Ever since his parent's were killed in a a fire that destroyed his home, and he was sold into slavery, Ciel never looked at life the same way again. He's cold, but he holds himself at a very high standard and acts as mature as possible. He is well-mannered and well-spoken, carrying himself in a way far beyond his age. He can stay calm in times of danger, and he is very resourceful. And like himself, he holds the staff of Phantomhive Manor at high expectations as well. He enjoys having Sebastian preform nearly impossible tasks, in hopes that one day he might fail, and though he knows they are not as capable as Sebastian, he still holds his cook, maid, gardener, and steward at high standards.

Ciel is extremely confident, even to the point of being considered proud and arrogant, mostly attributed to the fact that he made a pact with a demon, and he feels that everything will go his way. He likes to win and have the upper hand in the situations he is put in, and even if he doesn't he will always find a way to make it so, determined to do whatever he can to win.

Though he is mature beyond his years, he's still a kid. He like to be mischievous, he loves games, and he has quite the sweet tooth. He is allergic to cats, and he has asthma like his mother, which can make him a bit frail, though he never lets it get the best of him. Though he is young, between his cold attitude towards life, his competitiveness, and his arrogance, Ciel Phantomhive is an intimidating boy.

Skills/Abilities:

Ciel is known to be an excellent marksman. He can speak fluently in French and at least understand Latin. He is also a great negotiator, usually having the end result in his favor. He is great at strategy games including chess, subtle business maneuvers, and developing new products for his company.

History:
Ciel has had a tragic childhood to say the least. More to Vincent and Rachel Phantomhive, for the first ten years of his life, Ciel lived fairly carefree. He’d always play with his fiancée and his Aunt while his mother watched on with a smile. He lived ten happy years before everything changed.

On the night of his tenth birthday, Ciel’s parents were murdered and his manor set ablaze. Later, the attackers found him and sold Ciel into slavery. Desperate to be free of his imprisonment, he prayed to God for help, but when he did not answer, he became desperate for help from anyone. That is when a demon answered his plea. At the price of his soul, Ciel made a pact with Sebastian Michaelis, making the demon his butler until he gets revenge on the people that ruined his life. Sebastian places the seal on Ciel’s eye, making the bond to the demon and him as strong as it possibly can be, and Ciel commands his new butler to kill his attackers, and he burns the place to the ground. Ciel then orders Sebastian to always be loyal to him, to never lie, and to always obey his orders, no matter what they are.

After that day, Ciel took the place as the new Earl of Phantomhive in his newly rebuilt manor, courtesy of Sebastian. He takes over Funtom Company as the new head, and takes the place of his father as the Queen’s Watchdog, protecting her majesty and the city of London from the evils of the criminal (and sometimes paranormal) world. He does all of this, while hunting down the people that have betrayed him and his family.
