Description (image and/or words): His base look is about 6' and 190 lbs, fair skin. His favorite features are long silvered platinum or silver hair, and gold eyes. However, all detains are pretty well subject to change without notice. His base form isn't even his true form anymore. He forgot it long ago.

Personality: He's fairly laid back, but his mood can change even faster than his looks, from silly as a jester on minute, to holding a knife to your throat the next. He is quick to trust, and quick to smile, but heaven forbid you ever betray him.

Talent/ Power: Shape shifting / Body alteration

Strengths: He has absolute control of the shape of his body, be it gender shifting, coloration, build, features, height, weight, scars, or voice. Even out to the absurd, unnatural colors, modified densities, turning an arm into a blade, spike, hammer, whatever, and hold them as long as he wishes, without concentration (he can sleep and not lose a form) These are actual transformations, and not just temporary shifts. This also explains why he doesn't remember how old he is, he can simply remake himself younger. This can be used to heal some forms of damage as well

Weaknesses: He is subject to a large degree to a certain laws of physics. He cannot change his mass beyond a certain degree from his original form, no more than 15-20% on the outside. He cannot really regenerate a lost limb without a lot of time to replenish his bodies mass and resources, and he can be killed just as easily as a human in most cases. His changes take varying amounts of time depending upon the degree of change, from seconds, to an hour for truly prodigious changes, or even a full day for a full body change. His changes cannot have any separate parts, no projectiles for instance. His changes (spikes, blades etc.) still must fall into the limits of mass. If he want's to make a weapon strong enough to really do much, he'll have to devote a lot of mass to making it dense enough.

Fears: Losing himself completely, claustrophobia, amphibians (nothing should change that much, even him)

Personal History: Not too much is really known about Artea before he showed up in the city...and his history in the city is strange at best. The house where he lives in uptown has been in the family for three generations now, and the owner always lived alone, so the question has been asked where he finds an heir, but he always just looks at the person asking as if they're crazy. The present Artea shows up here and there, though his favorite haunts seem to be the museum, and bars. No one knows for sure what he does for money, but there never seems to be any lack of it. He seems familiar with most customs, and speaks several several languages. In reality, Artea has been faking his own death for some time now, and simply living on in the same house. He was originally born in Oslo some two hundred years ago, living various lives in various places since then, working as everything from a museum curator to a bus-boy, before starting his investment empire and making his fortune, which he's been passing from life to life since, and continuing to grow.
