Reason why he came to the meeting place: He was taking a week off because he just got done with a very difficult case and he saw the poster on the wall in a subway station. he decided to investigate because he had a bad feeling about it and he wanted to make sure that some idiots weren't going to get them selves hurt.

Personality
Edgar can tend to have a slight temper sometimes. He does what ever he can to uphold the law though and he has been known commit smaller crimes to stop large crimes, an example would be like breaking a window. he likes to make jokes and have fun. he has seen some of the worst things that the city has to offer. He will help a person in need if he can. he is known for his quick thinking and smart tactics. He isn't the kind of person that gives up when all hope seems to be lost.
Equipment
He carries a Beretta 9mm Pistol and some extra clips for it as well.
History
Edgar grew up in the rougher parts of the town and he was surrounded by crime. When he was 18 he joined he joined the navy and became a seal. After several years as a navy seal he came back to the city he hated the most. he became a cop and has been doing the job ever since. He worked his way up and now he works in vice.
