Power(s): Shadow. Specifically, Rala is able to move in sync with any darkness and is excellent at sneaking.
Appearance: (mostly in picture) Rala's hair comes down to right past her butt when she's standing. She's 5'3 and weighs 116 pounds, and has a small, flexible, build. She also has a tattoo-looking birthmark on her back of twisted wings, and a small scar on her right shoulder that she's had for as long as anyone can remember.
Personality: Rala is one of those slightly scary looking, but super sweet girls. She's very childish for her age, which makes people think she is much younger (too young to be an apprentice of Impa), but she is very strong physically, mentally, and emotionally, not at all what you would expect. She does enjoy baking and singing *la la la* and all the crap, sure. But she has a certain spunk to her that sets her off from the norm, especially in training. She is the type to focus on the task at hand, and is very loyal to her cause.
History: Not to much is known about Rala. When she was four, Impa found her laying half-conscious on the side of a road, wrapped in a tattered blanket and wearing little else. Rala knew only her first name, and was given a last name by Impa. The old sage took the girl in and began to raise her. As she grew, Impa saw something in her. She was strong, regardless of her appearance, and she had a charm to her. She could be very driving and focused when she needs to be. Because of this, and because of Impa's belief that the sage of shadow should remain a Sheikah, she decided to make her Apprentice and to train her for what would inevitably come.
It is believed that Rala might be a descendent of the court of Ganon, based on her black markings and dark complexion and features, and it is also rumored that she was born in a hidden cult that prepares for the revival of the monster. For this, some originally stayed away from her, but grew to accept her as she became more and more like Impa. Although they always remain wary.
Extra: Impa is the absolute idol of Rala. She looks up to her as a mother, a caretaker, a friend, and a rolemodel. She wants nothing more than to be exactly like her and rule to serve the newly reincarnated Zelda whenever she appears.
